My oh my, how I love that Cowboy and Egyptian! Watching Cochise’s transformation has been so amazing. The way he turns from growling beast to gentle lover (ok maybe not so gentle, haha!) and caring family man is a sight to behold. I can’t wait for the next book. I get the feeling things are about to get intense again. As always, if you like Clint and Cochise, you’ll definitely want to read this one. Not too much of a cliffhanger, but it is obvious the bulk of the story is yet to come.

This book was a great continue of the others in this series. I can't wait to read the next one. From the very beginning of The Phoenix Series to the now Cowboys one. You keep us engaged and wondering what's going to happen next. I would definitely recommend the book and all the rest of them to everyone to read. How you make to gangsters realize that they deserve to be loved and have there on families to love and protect is awesome. That they are willing to put their lives on the line to save other children from the horror of being held against there will and sold to drug a sex trafficking. I know that this is something that is going on and I wish that it wasn't. I'm just glad to know that there people like the cowboys out there to Help.

There is definitely not enough stars to say how good this book is. This took my heart on a journey. Our boys really showed their emotions and I wanted to jump into the book and hold each and every one of them. I’m not giving away any details because I don’t want to spoil any of this . Read this trust me.

This I believe is the first time I've read this Author's work. This story was just stunning to me. I have a lot of catching up to do. My honest reaction to this is WOW. I'm happy this book and CJ BISHOP was recommended to me by a dear friend. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND ANY THAT FOLLOW!

I am loving the stories regarding the families and the struggles of this next trip. The guys are torn up about leaving so soon after their return. The book is setting us up for the next book. I believe it will be great read.

I have read all the Cowboy gangsters novels and this one didn't disappoint. Can't wait for the adventure of the next installment.

But oh how I hate cliffhangers! I am aware that no author alive can write as fast as I can read, but I can dream. Love this installment of the Cowboy and the Egyptian as they prepare to rescue the ones left behind in their previous mission. It's nice to see them in love and with their families as a breather before we get to the mission.

I can't wait to get book 2! This novella finally gives Kane the emotional side of Cochise that I wasn't sure would ever be revealed; makes me so happy!!! But not only do we get those feelings, we see how much Cochise loves his family and Clint as well. Hold on to your hat with this one. New characters arrive and good is about to take on the bad and ugly! As always with this author, she left me reaching for the Kleenex box.

This was steamy and on the edge of seat book. Not sure what going to happen for page to page. Two powerful men and the things they do for their families. Cowboy and Egyptian both are having doubts leaving their family but they must to finish the job. Can't wait for the next book and where they stand on their journey to freedom and sanctuary.

Clint and Cochise had only been home a few days when agent Alvarez called them about the children they had rescued. Their families were finally getting themselves together and now they had to leave again. Axel and Kane were going to find themselves possible without them again.

And some gangsters deserve the love they receive and feel. Some gangs are made up of good guys who thwart and defeat truly evil guys. These men are such good men. And, they love each other completely. It’s beautiful and scary as hell.

This book was so good. I love Clint, Cochise and their families. CJ does such a good job with this world she has created. I'm excited to see what happens next. Kathy Banks

Good story. Introduction story is what this book/story is. All the planning that needed to be done, all the players in place, and knowing what each other means to each other. ✌💞🥂

I love the Innocence and Lost series as well as the novellas in between. I was late getting to know Clint and Axel, Cochise and Kane and the others guys but began from there. The Regulators are off to a great start!!! Keep them coming C.J.

This book provides the perfect set up for what comes next. I am so nervous and excited. I know Axel is gonna be a total bad-arse.

A continuation to save the children. I get so nervous because I don't want anyone hurt. This has been such a great series and I always want more!

My guys are gonna need to go take the children to safety. Lots of deep emotional insight to the heart but true love is the salve to all that makes the heart hurt. You must read all the Cowboy Gangster series it is great and touches on the forbidden subject of human trafficking it is real and happening today in our society and must be stopped
