Harley was sassy, determined yet vulnerable, emotional, stubborn and her heart was at times on her sleeve. She has triumphed, when life and family have kicked her down and although her many issues and insecurities still follow her she really does have a heart of gold. Dale just blew me away and is now without a doubt one of my most favorite Sterlings. He’s so much more than he shows. His heart is bigger and more fragile than we would ever assume, yet hes got strength, He’s also hot, sexy and a sure panty dropper. The dynamics within this Sterling family and friends is just captivating and it brings all into play. Even when Dale suspects Haley’s reason for being in town, he can’t walk away from the draw they have towards each other. The chemistry between the two is like a fireball leaping off the pages and each and ever step of their journey will have you in absolute tears of laughter or tears of sorrow, all in perfect amounts. You can’t help but get caught up in their relationship and your emotions take every dip and dive of the roller coaster right along with them. From bullets to ointments, paddles to whips, there is never a moment to breath between bouts of laughter and its impossible to set this book down. I absolutely loved the relationship more and more as it developed, that warm snuggly feeling you get when you know!! …..You know this couple really belong together but just don’t know if they can make it. At times i wanted to shake Harley, but then when she starts to open up you understand her all the more When parts of her past come out and you realise what she has endured, my heart broke for her. I fell in love with this book and I fell even more for Dale when he really stood up the the twisted horrible future Father in Law !!!! So if you want a book, that will have you devouring each page this is it. If you want a book that will have you in as many tears of laughter as sorrow, this is it!! If you want a book with characters that are so well written, that you KNOW them, this is the book for you. This is truly a book you can get wrapped up and lost in !!

OMFG I don't even know where to start with my review!!! I feel like I can't even make it justice, it was that good!!! I still want to be Bella and have Ethan's baby, however, now I wanna be Harley too!!! Yes, split personality, come to momma LMAO Harley rolls into town seven years after graduating from high school, where she had had a major crush on Dale. Things happened, and, unbeknownst to Dale, the girl is crazy bullied during her senior year because of him. He doesn't find out until it's too late and Harley has transferred schools. So now she is this successful video game/app creator and she comes back to get her revenge. But once she sees Dale again and they hit it off, she changes her mind. However, Dale finds out about her original plan, but not about her changing her mind, and decides to send her running... By pretending to be a Dom... I thought I was going to pass out laughing!!!!!!!!!!! I was reading and laughing and texting to my two bff's what was happening, and at some point I just had to put it all down, because I could not function anymore!! There's not much else I can say without ruining the funny of it for anybody. I'm still laughing about it while typing my review. Please read it!!! I am making you!!!! Bahahaha!! Stable, insightful and nice Dale connects with the girl he stood up at prom. Harley was the awkward nerd who only had eyes for Dale in school. We find out that the Sterling Boys decision to comfort Rain in her heartbreaking time of need had consequences. The girls they stood up for the high school prom blamed Harley who was crushed by Dale not showing and now had to endure mean rich girls actions that escalated to cruel bullying. Harley leaves and uses her intelligence to become a rich game app developer and she returns to Sterling Shore for revenge. I loved the introduction of Viveca, Raya’s cousin, and her career of revenge and I was so thankful that we see the revenge plans because omg Harley explaining what happened to her was heartbreaking. Dale’s trust issues and jumping to blame Harley was tough to read but it was wonderful seeing how Rain and the ladies reached out to Harley showing her friendship. The Sterling boys also stepped up when needed for Dale and Harley.

I really freaking adore Sterling Shore series. Make Me is another awesome addition to it. I enjoyed it very much. I almost peed myself laughing so much. There was also a moment, where I even cried like my heart was breaking. Yeah, you need to be prepared for fun and some heartbreak. Dale is amazing. I love him. I was introduced to other side of him. Hilarious one, even though he wasn't trying to be funny. I even now I'm chuckling, remembering his experiments. Lol And Harley... Well, she is her own crazy girl. A perfect match for Dale. I love the fact I meet some of characters from previous books. It made me wish for reread.

Hell yes!!! This is what I am talking about.. I missed so much the Sterling Series. But if is something I loved the most about this book apart from the main characters of course is the fact that this one brought the light again on the 5 sterling boys that I fell iremedialy in love with in the 3rd book. We even got an insight from the guys point of view of what happened on their prom night. I was literally fangirling all over. Now..back to business and let's focus on our plot. The reason why our heroine came back in Sterling Shore and looked for revenge was so childish and crazy so I was so waiting for the ending fiasco. I mean, seriously..how can you hate DALE?!? He's so down on earth and cool and mature and seeing him loose his calm, taking advice from Corbin and Mav was so crazy hilirious. C.M Owens delivers laughing out loud moments so well that I knew from the beginning is going to be one hell of a ride!!! I always say that this series is perfect and this book is one more confirmation to my belief. You just can't get enough. The last bonus chapter had me in tears..hold you horses, it wasn't anything emotional. It's just the first chapter of Maverick's book..I realized it's gonna happen! Soon it will be released after all the waiting!!!

I absolutely love CM Owens. Her Sterling Shore series is one of my all time favorites and I have been waiting ever so impatiently for this one to be released. Dale has never been my favorite Sterling (hello, Kode and Maverick) but I liked him enough to want to know more. This book is laugh out loud HILARIOUS in parts. So much so my husband started reading over my shoulder at one point and we were both in hysterics (my husband does not read for fun and he especially does not read romance novels for fun but now he's "interested" in checking out more of CM's work). Harley was the prom date that never was - stood up by Dale when he and the other Sterling boys decided to skip prom to console Rain. But that wasn't the worst of it. Afterwards, the other girls stood up by the Sterling boys took it out on Harley causing her final month in Sterling Shores to be full of pain and humiliation. She's back for revenge...or she was. It's a great story. The entire series is great. Start with Book 1 (although, admittedly, books 1 and 2 were not my favorites at all, so you have to keep reading) and read them all.

Book 10 of the Sterling Shore series proves once again how good CM Owens is. To be young, rich, and beautiful and to be a part of the Sterling Group. What a dream! Make Me is the story of Harley and Dale. We know all about Dale Sterling. He's the responsible Sterling, mature, level-headed. He hasn't been deeply involved with a woman since Fiona, his ex, cheated on him. Trust in anyone outside his family just isn't there. Harley crushed on Dale all through her school years and in return got humiliated and emotionally destroyed. She took her pain and built an empire on it. Now she's returning to Sterling Shore, a successful, hot business woman. And she's back for revenge on the people who had made her teen years hell. She plans to start with Dale. That lasts all of 2 seconds, because when she sees him again, she falls harder than ever. Dale knows of her revenge plans and sets up a plan of his own to send her running. His plan lasts all of about 2 seconds as well because now he wants her. Dale and Harley are wonderful characters. Dale has never been one to stand out to me, so it was great getting to know him on a deeper level. We get to go beyond his surface pain and see the good, complicated man that he is. Harley's character is so complex. Her childhood bordered on being abusive, but on many levels her experiences are common. Her pain, insecurity, strength, even her need for revenge are all relatable. This book doesn't have the humor that the last few books in the series have had, but it definitely does have it's ridiculous moments. Who doesn't love a little sex toy confusion! It has depth and pain; it touches on the insecurities we have all felt at some point in our lives. It's a story of trust or lack of. A story of family, the one you're born into and the one you create. The Sterling Family shines in this one. The relationship dynamics are so well written that you can easily imagine that these are all real people that you know. I loved it and can't wait until Mav's story is released!

Make Me is fantastic! I loved everything about it! Harley Hayden comes back to Sterling Shore, after a long absence, as a very successful business woman. She has revenge and retaliation on her mind against those who've wronged her in the past. Soon, she runs into Dale Sterling. She had idolized him in school for years, had even asked him to prom! He agreed to go, but then stood her up. Now, here he is looking even better than he did back then. His presence leaves her breathless, she can't even think, how is she supposed to stick to her plan? You will have to read the book to find out! This book is written for adults only! As in all of this series, there is laugh-out-loud humor, phenomenal characters, unexpected twists and turns, and sex. Amazing, I wish it was me kind of sex! Don't miss out, read this book!

I absolutely love this author and gobble up everything she puts out. This book most definitely did not disappoint. It had the right amount of laughter, right amount of heart warming melting moments. Oh and the things this writer does to my heart. No Spoilers here, except to tell you that you will love this book in the amazing series, Sterling Shore Series. Dale is one of the sweetest and most reserved guys out of the gang, and Harley sees more than anyone sees. She sees the real Dale, always had. Loved him before she knew what to do with the way he made her feel. Harley has had self esteem issues and Dale looks at her differently than anyone else in her life. He accepts he quirkiness and all. He sees the strong and smart person that she had built herself up to be. These two play hard (OMG careful with the play room) and learned how to fall even harder. Can't wait for more from this author. Yes I would recommend this book to anyone, Yes I would by more of this author's books in a heart beat. Yes I loved the witty banter and the crast shenanigans the Sterling Shore boys get into, but I love the means they all through to be there for each other, because that's what you do for FAMILY!!

This entire series, Dale had been my favourite Sterling even though we haven't heard much of him until this book. But Dale was just perfection and also annoyed me (just like all the other Sterling men until they realised they effed up 😂😂) Harley has been crushing on Dale since high school but something happened and made her move. Now that she's back, she plans her revenge on all those who scorned her. We see Dale and Harleys relationship blossom and we see some very sexy scenes (can't get enough!) But as always the Sterling men makes some truly damaging accusations that they don't even hear the full story and until someone knocks some sense into them. No difference with Dale. I needed more from this story!! And now I can't wait for Taming A Maverick. Congratulations CM Owens on writing a smashing novel.

This is another great read by C.M. Owens. This is a sterling shores book. I would recommend reading the series firs before this book just so you know the characters and how they all intertwined, but you don't have to since each story is individual. Lots of laugh, tears of joy and sadness, and of course an HEA ending. I will read this one over and over just like the rest of the books in the series. Overview. Harley is a very successful person now and has decided to go back to Sterling Shores for some revenge. There were several people there that made her life HELL. The bulling in high school, her fathers betrayal, and the one guy she always loved. But what Harley didn't expect was Shock. The past has changed and she needs to find balance. But when Dale walks up to her at the bar, things start changing right away. Dale was always seen as the calm stabled sterling boy. He was not like the rest of them. He has made some mistakes in life but has also tried to right a lot of wrongs out there for everyone. People seen him different since he lost his leg in 4th grade. He didn't put himself out a lot because of self confidence. But when Harley steps back in Sterling Shores, things change fast. He now knows what he was missing and how to what he has always wanted, the one person who has always seen him as Dale and not just a sterling. But will they find love in all the games they play?

It's no secret that I am a huge huge fan of the Sterling Shore books. I grab them up as fast as they're published and read them in one day. I have to admit that I think this one was one of my favorites because I was able to associate with both characters on a more personal level. I felt a connection with them immediately. They both have insecurities that tend to hold them back except with each other. It's easy to get sucked into Harley's life on a personal level because many of us have been where she is at some point. Forgiveness is a hard thing to acquire and give. It's hard work to overcome adversity and come out on top. I love that her character did just that. I can't wait to see what's in store for Maverick in the next installment!

If you have not already read this series I would start from book 1. Harley was wronged in high school and now she wanted revenge on many people, including Dale Sterling, but fate has other ideas. Dale ran into a blast from his past that he hurt long ago. He had his reasons, but seeing her again sparked something inside him Harley might be one of my favorites because she started as a timid girl in high school and became a cutthroat business woman who took no prisoners, but deep down she was a caring ad generous soul. Predictable Dale Sterling was anything but in this series. Seeing him in past books, he seemed like the regular normal one, but after this book, I see him in a totally different light. I loved getting to know more about the character. There was so much hilarity in this book that I couldn't keep track. I dare not mention the scenes because you need to experience them for yourself. The steaminess was also crazy, but I wouldn't expect anything less from this author. The heartfelt moments were soul crushing and the writing superb as usual. Five stars

I, like so many other C.M. Owens fans waited a long time to see Dale Sterling really fall in love. And Make Me did not disappoint. Dale and Harley have the same incredible mix of humor and vulnerability that is a hallmark of Owens' writing. You love to see them laugh and you hold your breath when they fall or cry. In the case of Dale, we've seen him be the mature rock for his friends for the whole series. Watching him stumble, bumble, and blow super hot for Harley was so damn awesome it was well worth the wait. If you haven't read Sterling Shores, you need to. Every single book. Without fail. The men and women of SS are sexy, funny, smart, and will make you laugh and cry in the same book. So Bravo, C.M., I knew I loved Dale before, but now I want to take him to the "not red room."

Love The Sterling Boys! C.M. Owen's has outdone herself once again. Make Me had me laughing, crying, screaming and pissed off at times. I couldn't put this book down. I loved getting to know Dale more and why is he the way he is. The Sterling Boys never get old. I can't get enough of this book or series. You can't help but be drawn into there circle. You can't help but be happy when they are happy. You can't help but tear up when they are sad. You can't help but be mad when one of the boys mess up. Your emotions run parallel to theirs. Just words can't really do the book or series justice. It's a reading experience you won't want to forget. There were two particular scenes in the book that literally had me laughing out loud. I could picture the scene so clearly in my head. They both were priceless. My family may or may not have thought I was crazy. I love C.M. Owens Sterling Shore series. She never disappoints!! Make Me is awesome! I laughed, I cried...I laughed so hard I cried. This is the 10th book and the series and each one gets even better then the one before!! I was excited to see what Dale had to show us and he sure didn't disappoint. I loved the scenes between Dale and Maverick, I laughed so hard I was crying, one of the funniest was the scene between Dale, Harley and Maverick in Aspen....this is a most read!! Harley hasn't had an easy childhood and she comes back to show people she made it all on her own and to get back at the people who hurt her the most. Dale is the good wholesome Sterling who always felt like people would use him to get to his cousins or for his status in the community and he has a few hang ups about his leg. I love how Harley only sees him. They were made for each other. I love them! I can't wait for Maverick' s story...hopefully we won't have to wait to long!! I don't want this series to ever end!

Harley's life in high school just sucked! Dale was her crush since 5th grade. Then prom happened or didn't happen and life was never the same. Seven years after graduation Harley returns to Sterling Shore to get revenge on everyone that made her life miserable in school. Dale sees Harley for the first time in seven years and the first thing he wants to do is apologize to her for what happened back in school. Harley could barely control herself from acting like a teenager all over again when she saw Dale again. Her feelings for Dale have not changed. Their story is an amazing read! So much emotion for Harley and Dale. They both have had it bad in their personal lives. Totally understandable the way they've handled things the way they have in their past. Great story!

Loved loved the book of Dale & Harley. Harley's name alone will tell you it will be another great one. I laughed form the the beginning to the end, felt heart break at the appropriate times and happiness at the end. The Sterling women grabbed onto Harley and gathered around her to support her when she and Dale had their fight/mis-understanding. How the strong fall to become sensitive and emotional like Dale did. Dale the predictable strong Sterling man. See what love does to a person. The scenes where Harley thought Dale was a King 'Dom' are still funny in remembering, It me sad to read the last word. I want more.... As an author C.M. Owens words flow on paper and quick and easy to follow. She does not take 5 pages to describe a door knob.I described her as Smooth Like Tennessee Whiskey in her writing. Thank you for 48 hours of laughter and harmony!!

Dale and Harley! These two have made my little nerdy heart so happy! I absolutely flove them and this book. It gave me ALL THE FEELS! ALL THE FEELS! Another amazing installment of The Sterling Shore Series...I can't even express my love adequately...but I will try, there is just something about C.M. and how she writes them that make you feel in the thick of it. You experience all the joy and laughter, all the comic mishaps, all the sadness and sorrow, all the anger and angst, but most importantly all the LOVE....it's like the perfect soap opera or t.v. show with all the drama you crave and every book ends like the season finally and has you weeping in your wine for months until it comes back on. It will be a sad day for me whenever that last book is released because this is a story I never want to end...I can't say enough good things about this book, this series, and this author in general...she gets all my love and I will happily hand over my last dollar to escape to the world she creates with her words...Read the books! I know there are a lot but you will never look back and regret it...you will be praising whoever got you hooked!

I have no idea how I could possibly love this series more. Dale Sterling, the level-headed, nice guy of the group, has finally met or should I say re-met a woman who drives him just as crazy as his rambunctious cousins. Harley Hayden has had a tough life and it didn't get better when Dale stood her up for their High School Prom. Now, years later, she's a successful business owner and finally confident in her appearance. And she's vowed revenge on those who tormented her, Dale included. So what is a level-headed man to do when he gets wind of said revenge: let his cousins talk him into becoming a sexual Dom, of course. Dale and Harley are both so broken inside. They hide it well, but neither really has the confidence to believe they are worthy of a good, lasting relationship. Dale believes himself to be the 'gateway' Sterling and Harley still sees herself as the sweet nerd her father had no time to care for or even respect. Now throw in some numbing anal lube, a vibrating bullet, and a group of too many people in each other's business and what has the makings of a sweet romance turns into an out of control, laugh out loud romantic comedy. But it wouldn't be Sterling Shore without a crazy prank or two, a few misunderstandings, and somebody getting punched! I loved Dale before Make Me and I love him still, but Harley stole my heart. She's now my girl crush! I want to play video games with her and nerd out over Star Wars! I know she has to have some Harry Potter costumes in her closet for us to go LARPing in the park! While I laughed my ass off at some moments and fell for them in others, the ending was my favorite part by far. Without giving anything away, I have to say that Dale became the ULTIMATE boyfriend when he proved how much he knew Harley inside and out! One piece of jewelry spoke volumes! I'm never going to find a guy to live up to the standards I now have! Thank you so much for that CM Owens! UGH! <3 <3 <3

I've read all of the Sterling Shores series and loved them. This one easily became my favorite one. Though every one that I read becomes my favorite until the next one. This is a standalone novel within the series but I recommend reading all of the ones before so you have a better understanding of the characters and the supporting characters. I was eagerly awaiting for Dale's story and I was not disappointed. Dale and Harley were awesome and lovable and quickly became my favorite couple. Warning.... don't read in public. This book will make you laugh out loud and people tend to look at you funny. Just a head's up. Definite must read! If you haven't started the series. Grab the first book and be prepared to read the entire series over the next week!

Wow! The Sterling Shore series is one of my favorites of all time. Each time a new book comes out I have to read it immediately. Dale and Harley's story didn't disappoint. Dale always seemed to have everything figured out so it was fun to see him lose it a little bit over Harley's return home. Harley was a great character. I loved that she was smart, independent and strong, yet she had such a vulnerability. It was a perfect balance. I would recommend this book and the entire series to anyone who loves romance books. It has everything; humor, some serious topics, and of course, of the charts heat.

Dale and Harley were everything I hoped they would be and more! Harley was the girl who was picked on in grade school. Dale was Mr. Popular. Years after high school and the "prom after effects", Harley has built herself up both personally and professionally and returns to Sterling Shore. She and Dale reconnect and she opts out of revenge, while he pretends to be a Dom. Make Me is a fantastic read of a new couple with bits and pieces of the others we have gotten to know plus a newbie here and there. It gives you all emotions, causes some "feels" to creep in and keeps you laughing HARD!! I highly recommend anything CM has written!

Book 10 in the series and I am still pre-ordering and looking forward to reading them when they are released. I really enjoy this series, as each book is about a new couple, but all my favourite characters from the previous books still play a large part in the storylines. In Make Me, we have the story of Harley and Dale - the reader is already very familiar with Dale if the previous books in the series have been read. Although this book can be read and enjoyed as a standalone, I feel knowing all the couples from the previous books does add to the enjoyment and the humour in reading this book. If you enjoy a little bit of drama and a lot of humour in your books, this is a good choice to make for your next read.

Man, those Sterling boys are real idjits, theyre, hot, sexy, rich arrogant shield that couldn't figure out that they're not all that. Harley had been bullied at school by the mean girls, had a crush on Dale Sterling & was treated like crap by her own family. Now she was a confident, sexy, very wealthy young woman bent on revenge. Awesome storyline, totally worth reading

This book is a wonderful addition to an amazing series. It can be read as a stand-alone but why would you want to (you would so be missing out). This is the story of Dale and Harley, two sweet characters that had a misunderstanding in high school that caused a lot of heartache for Harley. I don't want to give anymore away than to say the story was funny, naughty,and touching. Dale is a sweet guy that has had a some heartache but I love how he cares for Harley even when a BIG falling out happens. Harley is my girl. She is smart, nerdy, beautiful, and caring. Don't get me wrong she has come back to Sterling Shores with an agenda. She wants some retribution to individuals that wronged her. It doesn't turn out exactly as she planned but enough that you smirk a little but unfortunately cry a little for Harley too. I am not going to say anymore than everyone should read this book.

Sterling Shore is rapidly becoming my favorite CM Series! I love how these characters make me laugh through tears, but don't ever make it cheesy. I've been waiting for Dale's story for a while--he's always in the background, and I was not disappointed. He was as sensitive as he was domineering, but even in his "dom" phase, he was still very endearing. Harley's character, not discussed a lot previously, I thought was very well developed. I think a lot of people can relate to her. They want her to have her glory, but know to get it it's not going to be as easy as she has it planned out. Well done, CM. Another home run. I don't ever want this series/characters to end...

I highly advise not reading this at work. Because between fake doms, butt plugs and B-A-N-A-N-A-S, you get looked at funny for spontaneous outbursts in the break room. I have long awaited Dale's book because in my group of friends I'm always the serious one and feel like I'm the most boring, so there's a kinship there. Never did I at any point so far thought I'd murmur the words "he's an ass" in reference to Dale. And how does Maverick start to be the calm one, and Kode give love advice..... To anyone that has been lucky enough to read this series, you're not going to disappointed. If you haven't go back to the beginning. What are you waiting for?

I'm embarrassed to say that I was worried I wouldn't enjoy this book, because Dale was just never IT for me (I'm all about Maverick). Also I was worried I wouldn't like Harley, because how could I like someone who wanted to hurt my Sterlings. But I should have known that CM would blow my mind. Dale was perfect, and Harley was his perfect match. I cried, LOL'd and swooned my way through this book and now the next one is #mymaverick, and I'm calling star on him <3 Oh and can I just say I snorted my way through the Anal Ease part, that was hilarious. Another (and I should have known) 5+ star read.

OMG, this book!! It was hilarious. My favorite parts of the Sterling Shore series are the interactions between all of the boys. Dying! A trip to the sex shop is only the beginning of this wannabe "Billionaire Dom"s journey with so many epic fails I was laughing through my tears. Harley and Dale are the most amazing nerds. Harley's story is full of emotion. I love seeing her come in to her own as a confident woman who knows what she wants. Make Me is the book you recommend to your sister and while she is reading it she is texting you in the middle of the night sharing all your LOL moments. I loved it!!

Another great book with the Sterling Shore gang! Dale and Harley are so adorable but in a goofy sexy kinda way. What started as revenge stopped the moment they laid eyes on each other. There's a OMG moment when you realized what Harley does for a living and how Bella's wrong text go to the wrong person 😁 A Sterling Shore book wouldn't be completed without Maverick and his shenanigans.When Dale needs help he goes to the wrong people lol but in the end it works out (sorta) . You'll find out where NOT to put a silver bullet . I love that we get to see more of Britt in this book and some characters we met along the way in other books. And of course Bananas is back making Maverick's life hell😸🍌😈 This book totally gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. Until the next C.M Owens book😘🦄🐧🐞

Seriously this series just keeps getting better and better. Loved getting to know Dale a little better, and Hayley as damaged as she was she rocked. She was the perfect match for Dale and I loved every moment of this book, read it in one sitting as I couldn't put it down. So many funny moments, I must have sounded like a crazy person laughing my A$$ off, but hey that's to be excepted when you read this series. Highly recommend this book, even if you haven't read the series from the start you can read this as a standalone. Bring on Maverick C.m Owens.

Love this book.....Love this series. They are absolutely perfect stories!!! Funny, sexy, romantic, low duration angst, plus wonderful friendships and family interactions!!!! If you read one you will have to read them all that are n the series .....you won't be able to stop with just one I guarantee you. Admittedly, Harley wasn't my favorite heroin, but she was still amazing. And Dale, swoon. This is the book that made me want to be BFF's with Ms. Owens because her mind is seriously crazy. In case you have any doubts, AnalEase will make you a believer in her level of crazy. Dale and Harley are old classmates, but Dale broke her heart. She's back for revenge, but he's got his own plan. Another win for C.M. Owens. I thoroughly enjoyed Make Me, I mean what's not to love? A revenge story with a fake Dom an anal ease mishap and a disappearing bullet vibrator. Yep good stuff. I have to say that Britt stole my heart I cannot wait for her to get her HEA. And Kode I cannot wait for his proposal to happen and Tria's reaction. Oh and I have to mention Bananas and Maverick's love/hate relationship. I want to know how that love affair works out. Already looking forward to the next one. Well done.

What can I say except MS Owens is the best author of ever read. She will give you a truly good story with every emotion there is, here is what I find so amazing she dose it with every book she puts out, every single time. So just pick a book and start reading. This series dose not need to be read in order so happy reading. Can't wait for more of anything she writes it'll be an auto buy.

I like the book. They were both cute. For the girl to be so strong headed, she sure did forgive quickly. Also, I feel like the suspense in the recent books has decrease, what's up with that. The stories are getting slower. Like the author just wants to finish the series quickly. I hope Mavericks book is better. I will be sad when it's all over, which is soon. I think we have 2 or 3 books left.

This was definitely a good read but did not enjoy reading it like the others before. The others I finished within a day. This one took me like 2 1/2 days to read. I loved Dale and his lack of knowledge of some sex toys, his relationships with everyone. I guess I just didn't like Harley. I usually LOVE storylines like this one was. But just couldn't get into Harley. Definitely was my least favorite in the series so far. I love that's all past characters are always in all the books.

This book gave me LIFE. I swear I thought I was gonna die with laughter. I haven't laughed this hard since Brin and Rye's story. I was looking forward to Dale's story but I didn't expect this. I'm glad though because he always seemed so staid and stalwart so I'm glad he got knocked on his behind by Harley and we saw a different side of him. This book is more fun after you've read the rest of the series and I would highly recommend you do. C.M Owens you rock. Please please give me some more funnies with Maverick...I can't wait

OK so I finished reading make me a couple days ago. Just now picking up another book because I couldn't be done yet... C.m. Owens it was fantastic! I was a little weary going in... I have to admit I was least excited for this book going in because I never really connected with Dale like the rest of the characters. But let me tell you I freaking loved it! Dale can be my fake Dom any day

Once again C.M Owens has wowed me with her amazing Sterling Shore series. These books are so damn good I never want the series to end. The teaser character for the new series we are going to get 😀 just made me love her more. I loved how she managed to build on characters we have grown to love over the past 9 books, especially Britt and Rain. And it is especially hard not to LOVE Maverick. I love the relationships the women have built with each other and it was good to finally hear a little more about what happened on Prom night and the aftermath all those years ago, even though it was sad.

Dale kinda hung back, and we just "touched" on Harley thru this series. I always look forward to a new C.M. Owens adventure and she never disappoints. This was like meeting two new people, but you kinda had an idea about them. There was heartbreak, calamity, and of course humor that C.M has garnered the market on. Where she comes up with these things is a constant source of bewilderment to me. But as usual, she gave us a story we wanted to read, and has us lusting (yes, lusting) for the next one. Another 5 star, congrats~!~~

I was so excited to read this book and it didn't disappoint. Heading back to Sterling Shore is always a great trip. Watching another Sterling fall for his perfect match was just what I needed. Harley is back to seek revenge from her horrible days in high school. But when she comes face to face with dale, she decides he's exempt. Dale hasn't forgiven himself for how blind they all were in high school and one thing led to the humiliation of one girl by the mean girls. This had the whole gang shown in a different light and I loved seeing the changes over past and present Now to painfully wait for maverick!!!

OMG I love this series!!! The quiet guy Dale you think you don't know enough about. He doesn't get all crazy cocky like the others but he sure is a Sterling! He is sexy swoony for sure. This is not exactly a second chance romance but more of a prior acquaintance coming back into his life & them finding their way to each other. Poor Harley had some rough teenage years. I mean rough!! She comes back to seek revenge & gets that plus so much more. Looking forward to Maverick!

You did it again I love everyone of these characters that are apart of the sterling shore this is better than daytime.. love Dale story finally could fall in love in spite of his insecurities with his prosthetic leg. The high school crush he had on Harley he was able to bring it to fruiting when she returned back to Sterling Shore. Though they had to deal with their reasons for them not trying to make it work when they were young.

I really love this series was no exception, it was a great addition to the series. It had everything I could want, first of all I laughed so much, you need a good chuckle in romance sometimes, I was made some, and angry at other times. I really enjoyed this can't wait for the next one

I knew I would love Dale’s story. He is a sweetie! And omg Harley I loved her too. I can’t even imagine going through crap like that. Almost done with the series and it is amazing. I have non stop read them.

Have you ever read a book where you think you know what's about to happen, cringe and cover your eyes with what comes next, then almost piss yourself laughing? CM Owens does that to me every time. Great for a laugh, as well as moments to ponder the p.o.v of victims of bullying. Would have liked to see what happened to her childhood tormentors, but...doesn't really affect the flow of the book. Thanks CM, look forward to reading the next installment and hoping to see my fave couple (Kade &Raya 😉) a bit more xx

I love love love all of C.M. Owens books. Every single one!! This is definitely my favorite so far. OMG I just love Dale and to see him so discombobulated is hilarious, and Harley is amazing!! I just finished this book and I have to reread it because it was so good I read it very quickly. The second time around I can slow down and savor it. This is a MUST read.

Another homespun for C. M. Owens. The Sterling Shores series is one of my favorites. This one doesn't disappoint. I would highly recommend reading the first 9 or names and actions will be a bit out of place. But it's not necessary. Just makes the Sterling's and their rowdy friends that much more lovable.

I absolutely love the Sterling Shore series! C.M. Owens has a wonderful writing style. The banter between all the characters is witty and fast, reminding me of my family. This book is about Harley and Dale. It has all the ups and downs and crazy things that happen. All of your favorite Sterlings are in here. I know you will enjoy reading this and I can't wait to see what happens in Sterling Shore next!

I love this series. Out of the hundreds of books I've read this series and author continue to amaze me. Usually by 10 books I find myself wishing the author would just end it BUT with this series every book is better than the last and I only wish she would extend it more than the few books that are left. These books have it all, quirky girls, hot leading men, laugh out loud funny moments, tug at your heart moments, an amazing group of friends and so much more.

C.M. Owens does it again. She is truly a writing genius. I so enjoyed "Make Me" and well as the rest of the Sterling Shores series. I highly recommend this book and any other book written by her. Not only is this book funny but it is well written and keeps you reading for more and wishing it never ends. Story line is cute funny and perfect. Five stars from me hands down. Can't wait to read Maverick's story.

Make me features the "good" Sterling Dale he is always responsible, thoughtful and handing out advice about love, being mature and acting noble. What happens when he takes advice from Maverick, Corbin, Kode and Dane. Well lots of laughs, sexy time between the sheets and a glimpse into the world of BDSM. Harley is the girl that will make Dale break all his rules and finally be " Sucker Punched" . Happy Reading!!!

Never disappointed when you get to read a book from C.M. Owens and this falls into another great one category. A story of the ugly duckling growing up broken from the pettiness of high school determined to come back and make them all pay; only to find love and a new lease on life. Add to this the wackiness of the Sterlings and you have a hit. Loved this book!

Once again C.M delivers! She has the ability to surpass each book with an awesome talent to leave you wanting more. This book has it all. If you need a book to make you feel like you have gone from one extreme to another but have a happy ending, just buy any book from C.M. Owens. She won't disappoint and you will be very satisfied. I gave it 5 stars because it deserves every one of them.

I absolutely loved this book, it had some funny parts, some that make you want to shout yes!, and some that make you want to cry. This arthor has well-developed characters and a nice flow to her writing! Seriously, stayed up all night to read this book.

This is book 10 from the Sterling Shore Series. Dale has always been the sane one of this bunch. But, Harley comes to town and shakes him up. She comes with revenge on her mind as they knew each other in high school. This book has so many laugh out loud moments. Good storyline. Strong characters. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger.

Yet another hit that made laugh, made me yell at some characters, made me cry and made me fall in love with yet more characters...see what I did there? It really is just so great! CM. Owens has done it again with another amazing book in the Sterling Shores series. I enjoyed getting a better glimpse into Dale and Harley is my spirit animal. This book had me laughing really hard one minute and tearing up the next. I recommend this book to everyone.

This was a fun lighthearted read. C.M. Owens is a very good author that brings all of her characters to life. Not as funny as some of her previous books but still as captivating as the others. This one tugs on the heart strings a bit because of Dale. I just wish the book was longer because I always want more. Can't wait for the next book and the spinoffs.

I can't even put into words what a rock hard (pun intended) laugh out loud, and entertaining book this was. Then again my fav CM wrote it, so that is expected!!! Is it bad that some of the experiences in the book I've gone through? (I'll let you try and figure out which ones ;) if you have yet to start this book stop reading this review and do so now!!! Can't wait for Mavericks story!!!!

Write a review...Make me! LOL So happy Dale found his true love and we found out what happened to his leg. Maverick is a great wingman, bring on the twerking it would not be a SS book without it. I laughed till I cried and cried for Harley's past. I read this book very slow because I didn't want to get to the end and have to wait till the next book.

Another great read C. M. Owens never disappoints. Love her writing style. Dale the level head one of all the Sterling men runs into an old high school friend who he stood up for prom. Harley has been carrying a grudge against Dale since and sees this as her opportunity to exact some revenge. But love and lust have a funny way of changing ones perspective. You will laugh and cry such a good read. It includes numb lips of both kinds lol a fake Dom and a killer cat.

***5+ Stars*** It is no secret that I am obsessed with C.M. Owens and her books. So it shouldn't be a surprise that I absolutely loved Make Me. This is Dale and Harley's story. She has had a long time crush on Dale since they were in High School. Dale being a guy never really paid attention to how she really felt about him. Fast forward a couple of years and they are both grown ups and Harley has just moved back into town. The feelings she had for Dale are still buried deep below the hate she has for him after what he did to her in High School. Now Dale must apologize and convince Harley to give him another chance. This book had me laughing so hard I had tears at time, but there were also some not so laughable moments. That is what I love about C.M. Owens' books, she knows how to deliver just enough to make sure you feel every single emotion. I am very sad that this series is almost over, but it will be one that I will continue to reread years from now.

Love, love love this series! I devoured this book in less than 24 hours and can't wait for the next one. CM Owens does such a fantastic job writing characters that seem relatable to the every day average person while still having that bit of fantasy all romance readers love. Highly recommend any and all books by this author.

C.M Owens quickly has become one of my favorite authors. I have read at least 12 of her books and enjoyed every single one. The Sterling Shores series is one of my favorite and have read each book more than once!

I love this book but I love all C.M. Owens books. She has the ability to make you care for the characters like they are real. If your reading this review trying to decide whether or not to buy the book then you most definitely should! It is a series tho so if you haven't read the ones before this I would start with book 1 Hooked on the game.

I loved this book, and I literally laughed out loud (with tears coming out of my eyes) during two hilarious parts of the story. Out of all of the books that I've read by C.M. Owens (which is a LOT), this one had me rolling. If you want a good laugh, trust me, this is worth reading.

So many hilarious moments in this one. Can't help but laugh out loud. Owens adds all the characters from the previous books so you could continue to follow them. And the teaser at the end for Maverick....can't wait for it to be published!

A perfect blend of laughter and feels. Dale and Harley made me so sad yet happy at how hard we can make relationships and how communication can solve most anything. If you have plans to work the next morning, make up a good excuse...you're gonna be late and need one! C M Owens has done it again... Sterling Shores is everything!

As always this author does not disappoint. This book submerges you back into the world of Sterling Shore with some drama and laughter. I would highly recommend! And if you haven't read the series, I would suggest you read that first :)

This book has some great kink, a traumatic and funny story involving a silver bullet, heartbreak but overall a great love story. Another slam dunk for C.M. Owens.

She is a nerd girl after my own heart!!! I think this is my favorite sterling shore book so far!! I can't wait for the next book by this awesome author it doesn't matter what kind of book you are looking for just by all of the books written by CM Owens!!

Although this one was a little more serious then the others she managed to make me feel the characters pain, love and joy. That's what makes C.M. Owens one of the best authors out there. If you haven't read her books please go do so you won't regrets it.

There was so much passion and so many equal laugh out loud moments that to me this is my favorite book of this series so far ( yes I know I saw that about all of them but you can't help falling in love with Dale and Harley and all the escapades that involve these two perfect lovers.

I absolutely loved it. Dale was awesome and his relationship to Harley was sweet. Like all the books the humorous situations they find themselves in ....how does she even come up with half this stuff?!?!?!

I'm glad Dale got a good woman. I loved Harley. She was a sophisticated nerd. Perfect for Dale. I hated all that Harley had to go through when she was younger, but it made her the success she turned into.

This book grabs you in with the first chapter. And you only get more sucked in from there. Be prepared to stay up all night reading this book because you literally can't put it down. So go ahead order some pizza for the kids, lock them in a room and be prepared to fall in love. Another amazing book from an amazing Auther This series is absolutely amazing.

Make me is fantastic like the rest of the sterling shore series. Of course like the rest of them you fall in love once again and than your waiting for the next book like an addict waiting for their next fix.. if you haven't read the series I highly recommend that you do this moment. And you will love the series like the rest of us.

Harley is a girl who wants revenge. Dale is the guy who did her wrong and becomes the subject of her vengeance. Dale ended up being boring. It was as though the author forgot to give him a personality.

Ooo, I might have a new favorite Sterling Shore couple! You can't help but love these two. Heart wrenching and hilarious, hot and explosive. Fantastic work by CM Owens. I eagerly await the next books in the series!

I love the quiet guys (married one) so Dale Sterling has been my realistic favorite. So dang cute how naive he is in some ways and heart melting sexy in others. Harley and Dale perfect match!

This book had some good parts but over all it was a little slow and bland. Just like vanilla sex. Sex is fun but it seems all the same.

Loved Dale from the prior books and so worth the wait! Harley is fierce and on a mission, but it is so beyond what I expected. Dale is sexy and together they are great! I LOVE this series and can't wait to read about Maverick!

What can I say? C.M. Owens is insanely talented. The Sterling Shore series is the best series out there and not surprisingly, Make Me, is another home run. It's always fun revisiting the SS gang and getting to know the main characters even better. Do yourself a favor and read Make Me!

I love the way C.M. writes. She makes the characters come to life. I absolutely love the way she makes them so real, and the way they joke and banter. I absolutely adore the Sterling Shores series. Can't get enough.

As always cm Owens knows how to make you obsessed with her characters. I loved Harley's personality. Dale was different than I imagined him to be and he didn't disappoint. I also loved that we got to see a different side to Britt in this book.

Awesome story has a lot of funny bits too. Can't wait for nxt bk mag and Bella are my fav people so hopefully there are a couple chapters with them fighting.

Every single time a book in this series releases I devour it. There is a reason this series is my all time favorite. It's pee your pants hilarious, with swoony male characters, some strong female leads and each book gets better and better. Dale Sterling the mature reasonable one. He is usually I would say the level headed one of the group sitting back and observing all around him, the voice of reason you could say. Well enter Harley, a girl from his past and all reason goes out the door. She's back for revenge, and when he finds out he thinks to himself let's turn the tables. What you get is pure Sterling Shore comedy mixed with romance, a little bit of heart ache. Lines are blurred, intentions are misunderstood and shit goes wrong in the most ridiculously hilarious ways. I laughed, I smiled, I giggled, I snorted, I cried. Dale made his way into my heart and while he is usually the quite one of the gang almost in the background I completely fell in love with him. Harley is tough, independent and determined and focused. The story of her past is heart breaking and you will want to be her friend instantly. Of course the entire gang appears in this book and it wouldn't be complete without them. The gang of Sterling Shore will take a hold of you and just stay in your heart. There is just something about them that makes me smile, wishing they were real and I could be part of their world. If there is one series that I would say you absolutely without a doubt must read, this is it. You don't need to read book 1 to read this as it is a standalone but I would be remiss if I said that this entire series isn't a must read.

I've been impatiently waiting to Make Me to come out since anything CM Owens writes is fabulous. The story and characters were so great I read it in one day. Just couldn't stop reading. I am so looking forward to Maverick's story.

Once again C.M. Owens knocks it out of the park. I absolutely loved this book as much as I loved the others and I can't wait for the next one. This series is a must read along with all of the others.

This is just like the rest in the series. Love lost--sex--drama--redemption--ending. There were some grammatical errors and some of the love scenes were hard to follow from a reader's perspective but overall...good.

I'm a fan of CM and her writing and Make Me does not disappoint! I love the tale of revenge that led to love and friends. I am craving more of Dale and Harley's story, even if a romantic encounter leads to the ER! Lol!

Revenge is sweet and Harley is in Sterling Shore for just that. Harley was kicked down as a teenager. Dale is a Sterling and has had a gifted life according to Harley.

This is definitely the best S.S. book i have read!!! I love the way CM writes and of course like all her other books i would definitely recommend this book to anyone!!💜💜💜💜

Hit it out of the ballpark again! Dale has got to be my favorite Sterling, so quiet and reserved! I loved that he isn't afraid to be straight with Harley. But as in all relationships you should never assume!!!!

Be prepared to read this book in one sitting! The characters grab your interest and pull you right in without letting you go.

The relationship between Harley and Dale is beautiful. This was another wonderful installment to the SS series. I couldn't put it down. The women really shined and showed how wonderful they all are in this story. Amazing book!

Lots of people say this about books but it's true for me here, if I could give it more than five stars I would! I knew I was going to like it, I didn't expect to love it as much as I did. I read it twice in a two days. I don't want to read another book, I'm enjoying the afterglow of this book! Dale was so much more than he's ever been portrayed in the other series. He's still very in tune to people but I felt I got to really know him. Harley was an incredible inspiration to women in books and women in real life. This book had everything...laughs, drama, heartbreak, romance, anal lube, floggers, handcuffs, hot sex and an incredible story. Just enough angst to keep you on the edge of your seat but not so much where you think OK enough already.

My five stars might be a bit biased, just because I love c.m and the s.s. series. But really, this book is great. Lots of laughs, love, and steamy scenes, sometimes a mixture of the 3. Ooo and a little bit of devious revenge. i cant wait for maverick's book!

Fantastic read. As good as I expected. Any book C.M. Owens writes will always be a good read. Loved it.

Dale, he's always been a little bit of a mystery. The quiet Sterling, the most reserved and closely guarded one. With good reason. He's been cheated on, used to get closer to his cousins, and judged because of his prosthetic leg. Harley went to school with Dale and loved him from afar. She never once thought about the others. But a bad decision made on Prom night during a family crisis breaks her heart and has consequences. Now years later Harley is back in S.S. set for revenge. I really liked Harley, even her vindictive side. She learned to be hard and not allow anyone to hurt her again. Dale was sweet, but like most men, stupid too. The end was great. The peek at Mav's book very intriguing!

I love it and glade Dale finally got his story. Really like Vivac to she is awesome. Hope to see her more in other stories, maybe she'll get her own someday.
