Garfield Fat Cat 3-Pack #7

This book, and other Garfield books, are a great step for kids who have grown out of phonics books but are too intimidated to try chapter books. There's not too many words on each page and each page has pictures to provide contextual clues to more difficult words. However, these aren't "babyish" so older kids love to read these as well. Garfield books help my son actual enjoy silent reading time. I love the value of these 3-packs as well.

My 8 and 11 yr old fought over who was going to get their little grubby hands on this book first... What can I say.... GARFIELD NEVER fails... The vocabulary and not to mention the sarcasm my kiddos have learned from years of reading Garfield.... Priceless.

What a great value!!! My son LOVES reading the funny pages in the paper. I found these and some foxtrot ones for him for his birthday and he hardly puts them down! Great value! Perfect for any funny pages fan my son has gotten HOURS out of this book. He has read and re read over and over will buy more volumes of these for christmas!

My nephew absolutely adores Garfield and he was soooo excited to get this book. Its great that its three books in one. He absolutely LOVES this book and the quality is great. The only thing I would change is to not have the price printed on the book cover. Makes it awkward to give as a gift.

My 8 year old absolutely loves these books. Reads them over and over.

I've loved Garfield since his debut and have purchased every book printed. I appreciate being able to buy the Fat at 3-Packs.

You can't go wrong with Garfield and these books are a great buy.

My son had no interest in reading until he discovered these Garfield Comic books-- And unlike some other books he likes that are more kid-oriented-- All the spelling in these books is correct, the sentences are usually complete, the grammar proper-- (Captain Underpants wasn't helping his spelling situation!!) So THANK YOU TO JIM DAVIS.

I read this and it's good.

Always hit! Garfield taught my son to read and he has every volume now that is out. So much better than some of the graphic novel stuff that is out today, cheaper than comic books-- All the words are spelled properly (unlike Captain Underpants) and it's just safe reading.

My teens love these 3-pack Garfield books. I buy them for Christmas a lot and they have almost all of them. They're funny to read over and over again. They're in color, which is a huge plus over the black & white ones (IMO). Good price, as opposed to purchasing each of the 3 books separately. Recommended!

Love Garfield! A ton of laughs!

My son loves all of the FAT Cat Series!! He received his first Fat Cat Book 5 years ago. He is now 14 and still reads the ones he has as well as requests more books of the Fat Cat Series.

Kids love these books

I was a big fan of Garfield when I was growing up so I kept a few of my old comics for my kids someday. It turns out my 8 year old fell in love with Garfield too so I bought a few Garfield comic books to complete his collection. Excellent comic book, came really fast, another excellent fun reading material for my son's collection.

Grandson really likes this comic style of book. Love hearing him laugh out loud.

A repackaging of three of Jim Davis' previous Garfield collections. No added content but nice to see them in color.

I got this for my Grandson for Christmas, along with another one (#9) He opened the packages & immediately started reading them. He loves them.

All Garfield comics are great. I really like the fat cat 3-pack. I would like to see Odie kicked less by Garfield. Let it have some peaceful days around the house.

My 7 year old daughter loves these Garfield Fat Cat 3-packs. She has been spending at least an hour each evening soaking in the lasagna loving cat comics. One item to note is that pack #10, 11 and 12 are slightly less tall books and are in black and white. The others have been in color.

Hilarious, as usual. This is three books in one, and it's a fraction of the price of one book at the bookstore. My son (10) and daughter (8) both laugh out loud when they read this. Clean humor, perfect for any age.

Garfield Fat Cat 3-packs are great for any Garfield fan who grew up reading the comic or even read the comic in yesterday's paper. This collection covers books 46, 47 and 48 from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Delzer is the author of The Buccaneer of Nemaris.

Garfield has been in Newspapers for years and now you catch up with these books. Classic humour of a favourite cat he never stops to amaze us again and again. It's realistic humour tells you how things really are in the world today and yester year enjoy.

My son loves these books. First it was Calvin and Hobbes, now Garfield. Not sure why he likes the comics with mischievous characters...oh, wait...he's my child. It's a great value for the amount of reading a kid can accomplish.

My son loves Comic books and Garfield is a great way to keep him reading without any of that violence that many books have now a days. This is one of his favorite books in the Garfield collection.

Our grandson loves to have us read this to him or he sits down and reads it himself, with lots of laughter.

Garfield might not be the new cat on the block but he's definitely the swingiest. 3 packs are just like one but triple the dose and thrice as funny. perfect gifts for fans with it's great wit and humourous adventures. Enjoy

Few comics can generate belly laughs the way Garfield can. The tone of the content has been unwavering since I was a child; no politics, no vulgarity, just raw talent and dedication on the part of Davis and his outstanding team. Appropriate for audiences of all ages. I have all the fat cat 3 packs... Can't go wrong with any of them.

I remembered buying each certain volume for nearly $... each back when I was still in middle school. Now that they have the 3-pack volume out, this is definitely worth buying. - It saves you money over buying each volume individually - 3 in 1 fun - Great way to start collecting the whole Garfield's series - Great for anyone! Kids, Adults, or even grandparents that love comic books - Great way to make your kids love reading Once you buy one, you will want to buy the other 3-pack volumes as well! When you read, be sure to wear a diaper, because it might make you pee in your pants. :)

I have been a Garfield fan since childhood and now my kids are following in my footsteps. I love the three-packs because of the value, especially on Amazon where they are always about $5 off the cover price. They are good, clean fun and the kids read them over and over.

Bought this for my 11-year old son - he can't stop chuckling and thinks Garfield is hilarious.

It really is funny, and this type of book, well you just want to read it over and over again! I really like it!

Wer Garfield kennt und liebt, kommt auch mit diesem Band auf seine Kosten. Im Gegensatz zu den älteren "Fat Packs" ist dieses koloriert, daher wohl auch der etwas höhere Preis (die alten s/w-Ausgaben der Fat Cat 3-Packs kosteten, wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe, damals um die 10 Euro). Wenn man keine Probleme damit hat, die Comics auf Englisch zu verstehen, sollte man unbedingt im Original lesen; so kann man gleich noch seine (Umgangs-)Sprachkenntnisse ein wenig erweitern. Also: Wie immer absolut amüsant!

Klasse, die meisten Comics kannte ich noch nicht, tolle Idee, das mit dem 3-er Pack. Buch in gutem Zustand, schnelle Lieferung, alles bestens. Danke.

Was not what I imagined. Thought I was getting 3 individual books. Likely my fault for not picking up on that but still disappointed.

Und wieder drei Bände in einem fat cat 3 pack Band in voller Farbpracht. Garfield kommt immer wieder mit neuen Sachen die zum Schmunzeln oder auch einen zum Lachen bringen.Leider nur in englisch aber für Personen die nur schulenglisch beherrschen ist das auch geeignet da die Texte in der Regel nicht zu schwer sind und auch iel grafische Komik in den Strips steckt.
