They are perfect for us: 1) they provide a verse(s) that relates to the devotion, 2) the devotional content is really good and relates to the verse, and 3) it ends with a "Takeaway" that sums up the devotion in a nutshell. Admittedly my daughter is not yet a tween so it Maybe a bit advanced for my 7 year old (there’s mention of Instagram and Snapchat which she’s not familiar with yet) but I love this devotional. I guide her through it. We read it together daily and talk about the themes together. She loves it and loves writing in it. I even gain inspiration and a challenge from it as it reminds us whose we are and why that matters most.

Just what I was looking for to read with my youn daughters. Wish there was less reference and comparison lessons utilizing social media (Instagram, Facebook etc) as we don't allow those to be used by our children, but otherwise a solid devotional.

Absolutely love this book. I've been struggling to find something that would really speak to my girls age 10 and 9. My girls switch off reading it on the way to school each morning for our 15 minute drive. As my 9 year old was reading this morning my 10 year old hollered from the back seat "Mom, are YOU picking these bible verses???" I said "No baby, I'm not, this is the power of scripture at work! God knows what we need to hear and He speaks to us! This is God speaking to your heart and you listening. It's a supernatural work of the Holy Spirit!" This book is a wonderful tool as we pour into our daughters lives. The daily reads are short and powerful, the artwork is gorgeous and the Activities are so practical. I am relieved to find something that is making an impact in my girls lives.

I bought this book for my daughter for our nightly devotionals we do together. When I took this book out of the shipping box she just gasped and said "Oh my gosh, it is so beautiful"! She just thought the front cover artwork was the best! But more importantly, she really loves the devotions. They are perfect for us: 1) they provide a verse(s) that relates to the devotion, 2) the devotional content is really good and relates to the verse, and 3) it ends with a "Takeaway" that sums up the devotion in a nutshell. It also provides an area that she can write about what she learned from the devotion. We have read many devotional books together, but this one is one of the best!

My 9 year old daughter and I have been doing this together and she LOVES it! She truly looks forward to our devotional time every day. It only takes about 10 minutes per day, but it really encourages her to think deeper about herself and what God has for her. I hope the author writes more because we will definitely be loyal customers!

Sometimes we do them together and it leads to great conversation. There are also little activities to do, like create a dream board, and she loves doing those as well. I bought one for my daughter and two more for my nieces. The cover artwork is just beautiful. We really like it so far, I wanted something positive we could read together in the evening before turning in for the night. I would recommend this for a simple and positive devotional for girls.

My 8 year old granddaughter absolutely loves this devotional book; my frustration is that the pages are falling out one by one. She has written on the first ones and they completely separated from the binding.

My 10 year old daughter is homeschooled and she uses this book as her daily devotional, to start her day off positively. She thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and completing the varying activities within it. She especially enjoyed the activity, where she had to make a gift bag and hand out some of the items to homeless people that we came across. She got sooo much joy out of giving a homeless man some snacks and a face mask. It really warms my heart to see how impactful this daily devotional is on her life. I think she only has 5 days remaining with this book, so I’m trying to find a comparable devotional for her. Wish me luck!

Love this book (this some stars) so much but every page is falling out (I’d give it zero stars if it was based on quality). It started the first few days and now anywhere we open it the next page falls out. It has only been handles by adults (I read it to her at the beginning of the day) and it’s a mess. So frustrating that such a good book is made terribly and makes it to where we won’t keep it once she’s done with it.

this devotional is creative, relevant & a powerful resource for our girls. nothing is more important to me as a mama raising four daughters than for them to know they are loved beyond measure by a good God. and then for them to walk out their faith as they become young women & young adults confident in their faith. well done melanie!!

My daughter really likes this. The devotions are relevant to her as an 11 year old and we can discuss the topics on each page. The verses for each devotion would be powerful for memorization as well.
