Emilia did it again as usual. This book I throughly enjoyed, probably more so than most of her books. You’ll have to read all the books leading up to this one so you know the back stories of the characters she weaves through this story. We catch up with Will. Last book had him high tailing it out of town and leaving the girl he’s been crushing on for years, who happens to be a deputy’s daughter! As the story unfolds there are twists and turns and OMG’s throughout. All the way through this book had me talking out loud as the events unfold. You’ll be taken for a ride but it’s a great one. And the end...swooning. Will has gone old school on his girl Olivia and truly it’s a hand on your heart moment. Kudos to Emilia who has a way of bringing these characters to light and showing us it’s alright to be humble when coming down off the pedestal.

Honestly, I am beyond shocked that so many people think that this has been the greatest book. Really? Why? Olivia was straight-up annoying. Her protective family was over-the-top-annoying too, and I normally LOVE Sasquatch. I get the reason for SOME of Olivia's behavior. However, it was just too much. And after the revelations-which I won't reveal because I'm not a spoiler-the drama should have been over. There should have been a satisfying happily-ever-after. There wasn't though, it was just more whining and poor me. I gave this book a 3 because no book of Finn's is terrible. She's a great writer. This just really wasn't my favorite.

I was so sure in my head I knew where this book was going ....then .... nope - BAM!! Olivia and Williams journey to their forever was filled with secrets - between them and to those around them. We do get a peak at previous characters and it is a joyfull ride in a truck way past midnight in the middle of nowhere! I think my knee hurt from the fall as I fell for Olivia and William. Also, I need more caffeine today. Ms. Finn you have the ability to weave a magically tale while putting pieces of my shattered heart back together.

OMG. Secrets, secrets and more secrets. I loved how closely the key players in this book kept their secrets closely guarded as things began to unfold in this latest Stacked Deck book. It's not until things go from crap to O.S. that we learn the true meaning of changing the rules of the game. This was a heart-warming story of redemption and discovery with an amazing HEA.

As much as I get mad, swoon, cry, and get disappointed in some of the characters, everything always works out in the very BEST ways! You can’t start with this book. You need to go all the way to the beginning and I guarantee you’ll love every single giggle, tear, sigh, and curse. I never hesitate to purchase this author’s works!

This took me back to the Checkmate days with all the twists, turns, secrecy, and sleuthy females. Emilia craftily merged her RollerTown worlds into this book, all while making us want even more.

Lindsi/Oz. Andi. Ben. Livi. They are probably my favorite family of them all. Out of all the series this family is the one I always love to read over and over again. This book will be no different. I loved it from the get go. William is a saint for even attempting to scale that impossible tower. Fantastic book.

This book is so good! I don’t know how every book becomes my favorite. There were ups and downs with Will and Livi. They stole my heart.

I've read EVERY single book! This one just might top them ALL. I cried, and cried, and said "ooooh damn thats hot" a lot and laughed and laughed and laughed.

Loved the twists and turns in this book. I laughed (a lot), cried and cussed. Just when I thought I knew what was going on, it would go another way. Be prepared to fall in love with the main characters and enjoy the return of the originals.

Every time you read a Finn book, you know you're gonna finish and it will become your new favorite. She's always ten steps ahead of you and leaves you wondering "how does she do it?". Eleusis, expect the unexpected and then the rules change gain.

I wasn't expecting the twist & turns this book took, but I shouldn't have been surprised, not with Emilia behind the scenes! This was soo good! I laughed till I about peed my pants in one of the ending scenes, and I also wanted to "shake a little dark haired beauty" but with the laughter & the tears I came away feeling so proud of Will that my heart is still bursting. Congrats Emilia. Another 5 gold stars!

This author is a must-read for me and this book did not disappoint. As always, there is a great story, humor, characters I've grown to love, sexy times and a hard-won HEA that ties up everything. Reading the previous books in the series will enhance the experience but it's not a requirement. But you'll want to read them all!

Kudos to Emilia who has a way of bringing these characters to light and showing us it’s alright to be humble when coming down off the pedestal.

If you haven’t read an Emilia Finn book, then start at the beginning and work your way to this one! You won’t be disappointed...like with any of the books. Honestly, I am beyond shocked that so many people think that this has been the greatest book. Really? Why? Olivia was straight-up annoying. Her protective family was over-the-top-annoying too, and I normally LOVE Sasquatch. I get the reason for SOME of Olivia's behavior. However, it was just too much. And after the revelations-which I won't reveal because I'm not a spoiler-the drama should have been over. There should have been a satisfying happily-ever-after. There wasn't though, it was just more whining and poor me. I gave this book a 3 because no book of Finn's is terrible. She's a great writer. This just really wasn't my favorite.

Amazing!!! Loved this book and love this author. Would recommend the whole series to anyone. So worth it!!!

Not sure how she does it, but she made me cry, laugh, a tad bit angry, and have to fan myself through several scenes.

One of the things that I really like about Emilia Finn's writing is that as you're reading the story, she's dropping little hints and "bread crumbs" of information that seem inconsequential at the time, but the further along in the story you get, you realize that those were important clues to help you unravel the mystery that's at the heart of the book. And let's be honest, ALL of her stories carry some bit of mystery to them. The mystery in this story is: Who is William Quinn? Is he a thief? A survivor? A liar? A protector? A murderer? A good guy? A bad guy? Most importantly, does it matter if everyone else things he's one thing, if you know in your heart of hearts that he's another? And, can you trust yourself to be right in the face of overwhelming evidence that you MIGHT be wrong? These are the questions that our pampered, sheltered Princess of Rollertown, Olivia Connor, has to answer. Of all the 2nd generation books, this is by far one of the more complex. It deals with expectations, and what happens when you place someone in a certain "box" only to find out that they never fit the characteristics that you assigned them. What if the "bad guy" is really the white knight of your story? Moreover, what if there really isn't a "white knight" at all? It was nice to see Oz & Lindzi again, and even more rewarding to see them from a different perspective from Ben's obviously skewed view (#daddyissues). I really liked how we saw the OG Rollers, Survivors, Checkmates & Stacked Deck crews in more snippets than in previous books, obviously because Livi has more connections to all of them than the rest of the Stacked Deck (aka Rollers 2.0) do.

I read this via my ku subscription and am leaving my review voluntarily. This is book 9 in the Stacked Deck series, which is a spin off of the Rollin On series. While you don't have to start with the original series, it's best to read book 7 first. Triggers: **spoilers** This is Will and Olivia's story. It has all the expected angst, sexy time, push/pull that you can expect from this author. I loved Will's character from book 8. He is the overprotective big brother, growing up way to soon with neglectful and abusive parents trying to do the right thing by his sister. Olivia, grew up with a loving mom and abusive father. After her father's demise, her mom eventually remarries a wonderful guy Oz, who becomes a role model for her. Will is the bad boy with a good heart. Olivia is the good girl with a secret wild side. Some intrigue and mystery before these two get their HEA.

Will Quinn showed his inner good guy as a child when he saved his baby sister and then protected, loved and raised her despite still being a child himself. His love is epic and to see the relationship he put so much effort into for his take-home girl - swoon! As much as I love Olivia/Livi, I wanted to wring her neck and kick her add for the last 15% of the book! But in the end it was worth it. I loved seeing so many of the characters haven’t seen in so long. Can’t wait for the Rosa brothers books in the future because those fellas are looking like they are gonna be pretty special too. The awesome world Emilia writes just keeps getting better and more nuanced. Such an incredible world she’s given us full of amazing pantry melting men and kickass women.

Oh myyyyy gawdddd! This book DID NOT MAKE ME CRY. Okay I’m lying one part made me cry. I won’t say what part because it’s a huge spoiler. BUT this book was EVERYTHING. Will is everything. I absolutely adore the relationship between Olivia and William! Oz and Ben are hilarious. This book has so many past characters it’s great to see about their lives now. So ready for the new year to see where Emilia takes us in the (hopefully never ending) journey of roller town!! As always Emilia was complete brilliance. A total literary genius! Not so patiently awaiting for the next story in the series!!

Holy hell, it’s a wild ride of a book. Filled with twists, turns, a few “clutch my pearl” moments, and one hell of a filthy mouth. I stress ate a pint of ice cream and had to change my panties twice. 10/10. 🤣🤣

I love Will! Omg, I love him,I kicked him so he's mine, forever and always. I read this story in one go, absolutely couldn't put it down. Livi was absolutely who I thought she was from other books, but she annoyed me for it too. But... the way the story goes and the stuff no-one knows... yeah, she's ok but I'm still pretending Will's mine. Add in the Checkmate peeks, the Kincaid lines, plus the lawyers and cops... the whole thing is magical. LOVED ELEUSIS. Even if the game is awful... ;)

...there is a list of items you will need before reading this book. A bottle of wine (or two) no judgment. Ice cream (or favorite indulgence. Your man close by (or B.O.B) and you will either need to do laundry or buy a new pack of panties. This book had ALL the feels and I am not afraid to admit that I fell head over a** in love with Will! He had such a beautiful soul and I hit me straight in the heart! This is one of my favorites in the series! 5 stars all day long and I wish I could give more!

I was not so excited to read this book because the build up to the Quinn's story was like 3-4 books long and I just didn't know if it was going to live up to the hype. In the beginning, I was thinking who is this Will and what has he done with our protective sweetheart. I did not expect what I so desperately loved about him. But the more I read the more I saw and then the ending... Ugh! Eat your heart out.the perfect mix of all the prior characters. Emilia cranks these books out and they're spot on every time. And the whole world turns upside. I loved this book! It is the ninth book in the series. And it should be read in order.

This whole book I was screaming at Will! THE WHOLE BOOK! You knew there was a giant mystery. You knew something shady was going on, but you KNEW Liv deserved better. It was so much fun to read! There were was so much more mystery in this book than previous stack decked, much like reading the Checkmate series. It all came out at the end and you will not love anything more. I don't claim to have a favorite, but seriously probably in the top 3 best reads.

Not just the plot twists, but the twists in my emotions. So many moments of AHA! You brought back some of the Checkmate vibes & I loved it. I loved having the cameos from so many past characters here. And can I just say, I LOVE LINDSI!! She’s fecking awesome. I loved this book & all of its hidden secrets. I love William & Olivia’s love, it’s scandalous & so innocently pure at the same time. Excellent job Emilia!!!!

Omg! This story is livi and Will was one that has the twists and turns I never saw coming! I love having X and Jules in this story a lot and Oz too. Livi’s and lindsi’s relationship is so touching in this book and makes me miss my mom bc we had the same type of relationship. So many questions answered in this book about will and Quinn and where they have come from and where they are going. Can’t wait for dynamite.

What a book! The build up to this book was worth the wait. It's everything I wanted in a book by Emilia. It has a little love from the older books and some new juicy tidbits for future books. Its a perfect mixture between the Rollin Crew and the Checkmate crew. I loved Will from day one and this book confirmed why he is now one of my top picks. Now Will gets to claim his girl. Only if her Daddy and brother don't stop him.

How can you not love a man that puts everything aside to provide for & raise his baby sister? Add to that a smoking hot bod & filthy mouth... Where do I sign up?!?! The Next Gen crew has really blown me away, which I guess isn't terribly surprising with how much I love all of Emilia's books & characters. Another awesome read!!!

Of course there are some characters you like more than others but these two rank up with my favorites so far...Even though they both were so frustrating sometimes!! Gah. I have read literally hundreds of books and I cannot say enough about Emilia’s writing. It’s real. I can imagine these conversations actually happening. I find myself smiling or laughing during scenes. These books read like real life. Emilia is hands down one of my favorite authors of all time. Start with the Rollin On series if you haven’t already; you won’t be sorry. Can’t wait to see how this series ends and excited for the Rosa boys. Bring them on!

Omg one of the best books..I really didn’t think it could get better Boy was I wrong ! Bishop boys step aside, Will just took top notch in my bank 😉 ... I can honestly say not one of Emilia Finn books have been a disappointment, (which is probably why I reread them so often) She makes you fall in love with her characters, she makes you laugh, sometimes cry BUT always leave satisfied ❤️

Good lord! Emilia you are amazing! I thought I had it all figured out and then boom plot twist and I’m sent reeling in the best possible way! It never fails to amaze me how you weave together a beautifully tangled web spanning between so many stories! Each charter comes to life on your pages and steals your heart! Olivia is a badass princess and William the fiercest of knights in stolen armor! Together they are perfection!

The only thing about this book that made me unhappy is that it ended. I need more of William. What can I say I loved Livi’s bad boy! This story is so freaking amazing, I laughed out loud so many times! It was hilarious! Oh and the sass on that girl! She was so exactly who I expected her to grow up to be! Surprise after surprise in this one and totally awesome!

I acknowledge that previous books in this series have kept me up late at night. Eleusis might be my favorite. There were a few surprises, which is hard to do because I’ve read so many of Ms. Finn’s books. There were perfectly flawed characters and a captivating storyline.

Last book had him high tailing it out of town and leaving the girl he’s been crushing on for years, who happens to be a deputy’s daughter! As the story unfolds there are twists and turns and OMG’s throughout. All the way through this book had me talking out loud as the events unfold. You’ll be taken for a ride but it’s a great one. And the end...swooning. Will has gone old school on his girl Olivia and truly it’s a hand on your heart moment. Kudos to Emilia who has a way of bringing these characters to light and showing us it’s alright to be humble when coming down off the pedestal.

I have never highlighted so many good parts of a book within the first couple chapters! The thriller and story line had me on my toes the whole time. I consider myself an expert crime show watcher and I couldn't figure out the plot until the author let me, freaking awesome! Its a very engaging book I will definitely reread! Can't wait for what's next on the series!

I've been a fan of Emilia's books since I stumbled upon the Checkmate series via a FB ad. Now I've read all of her collection and I'm in love with her characters. With their stories. With their town. I'm invested in how each person gets their happy ever after. I feel like I know them all personally and that is a true testament to Emilia's writing. Honestly, I'd give 10 stars if I could. Do yourselves a favor and get hooked on Rollertown. You'll thank me.

Definitely one of my favorites in the series, always liked Will and wanted good things for him. Was getting a bit annoyed with Olivia's back n forth and then bam, pieces fell into place. Twisted and oh yeah, love it.

Emilia's story telling is amazing. I gave 4 stars because there were a few editing errors and I feel it was a little redundant. It's difficult to write 'legacy' stories, we all want to know what's going on the our OG couples or some of our other favorites from along the way, however sometimes the dialogue feels forced and extra wordy for no reason.

This book, like all of her others, did not disappoint. The author is highly skilled. The characters are so well drawn, the plot carefully crafted, the twists unanticipated, and the writing itself delightful. I’ve had the pleasure of reading all of her books and the reader is best served by reading them in order.

I just don’t know how Emilia does it, but she draws you in so that you feel like you’re right there living it, instead of reading it! You’re never gonna get a bad or boring book from her. I will always read anything she writes!

Livi and Wills story started 5 years ago. Now Will is back to claim the girl who has his heart. The only question is will she accept who he is. Eleusis is their story. It’s wonderful and has twists and turns I did not see coming.

Y'all I was on the edge on my seat for this one! I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with any of Emilia's heroines quite like I was with Livi. But it really was great getting more Oz and Lindsi back in my life. As always, the story went so much faster than I had intended and I will be nursing my book hangover for the next day or two.

Holy shiiiiiit. That’s all I can say about this. I say this after every release but this one is definitely my favorite. I’ve cried, I laughed and I fanned myself quite a bit. A whole other side of “Rush” I was not prepared for, I’m sure my family wasn’t prepared for my howling laughter either.

Read the series! Finn is a wonderful storyteller with a knack for intertwining stories, keeping her established characters moving forward while expanding her universe with new characters and unique plots.

I love this book so much! Will is such a filthy, giant teddy bear that I would gladly take to bed anytime! Olivia is a strong, stubborn, caring woman who matches Will perfectly! Add on top that you get to see more of the Survivors like Scotch and Marc for a bit who tend to stay quiet, plus the laughs and Romeo at the end! This book is amazing and Emilia Finn is a goddess!

The suspence is real in this one. All the twists and turns are great. You think you know who is behind it all until it makes you question yourself.

Another job well done!! I’ve loved ALL her series and I love the fact we still get to revisit the people in these books! I did miss sassy Sophia in this one but a new snarky lady stepped up! Can hardly wait for the next release!

Emilia did it again as usual. This book I throughly enjoyed, probably more so than most of her books. You’ll have to read all the books leading up to this one so you know the back stories of the characters she weaves through this story. We catch up with Will. Last book had him high tailing it out of town and leaving the girl he’s been crushing on for years, who happens to be a deputy’s daughter! As the story unfolds there are twists and turns and OMG’s throughout. All the way through this book had me talking out loud as the events unfold. You’ll be taken for a ride but it’s a great one. And the end...swooning. Will has gone old school on his girl Olivia and truly it’s a hand on your heart moment. Kudos to Emilia who has a way of bringing these characters to light and showing us it’s alright to be humble when coming down off the pedestal.

Emilia brings a whole new level of holy@^#ing=*^t!! This book has been anticipated for a while. Mostly because it was going to be fun seeing Ben & Oz have a field day with Olivia and William. There are truly memorable and hilarious moments with them. But holy crap! There are beautiful and hilarious moments all throughout the book. So many facets and pieces to wait for then....nope!! Something completely different and unexpected (in the best ways) comes along. We see justice, goodness, and a broken wrist (oops, I probably shouldn’t be excited for that lol). If you haven’t read an Emilia Finn book, then start at the beginning and work your way to this one! You won’t be disappointed...like with any of the books. Rollertown is the best with fantastic characters I’d love to meet and know in real life. Well done, Emilia! They just keep getting better!

I REALLY wanted to like it because I have LOVED everything in the Roller Series, but Olivia annoyed me so much. Honestly, I am beyond shocked that so many people think that this has been the greatest book. Really? Why? Olivia was straight-up annoying. Her protective family was over-the-top-annoying too, and I normally LOVE Sasquatch. I get the reason for SOME of Olivia's behavior. However, it was just too much. And after the revelations-which I won't reveal because I'm not a spoiler-the drama should have been over. There should have been a satisfying happily-ever-after. There wasn't though, it was just more whining and poor me. I gave this book a 3 because no book of Finn's is terrible. She's a great writer. This just really wasn't my favorite.

There is no, just reading an Emilia book, you fall face first, head over heels, heart and soul twisted up into a story line so real you expect to look up from your book and be in the Rollers gym or at the table in the compound. It’s truly disappointing to reach the credits at the end of each book because you want, no NEED, the story to go on because you’re just not ready to leave yet and wait for the next addictive book. This book will get you or keep you hooked on this little town. If you begin with it you well have an uncontrollable desire to start from the very beginning so you can learn about every character and if you're already a "Roller" you are highly anticipating the next and then the next. 👏👏👏

Just when you think you have chosen your favourite couple from Roller town, another one comes and steals the number one spot. Will and Olivia's story is full of hysterically funny quotes, secrets, protective family members, surprises, oh so dirty sexy moments and so much more. You just have to read it to fall in love with the story and characters.

This is Olivia and William’s love story. It seems like it started years ago with them looking at each other and nothing else, but there’s more. He is shady, she’s a cop’s daughter and they have insane attraction towards each other. However, she has a boyfriend when he is finally back in town and he feels like he missed his opportunity, though keeps pushing to be a part of her life. I liked their love story, how the Rollers, Checkmate guys and the PD is part of this story because I love to hear what is going on with them. I love the town and this crazy extended family that not necessarily is family by blood.

After watching Olivia as a tiny toddler experience such tragedy, it was so exciting to see her story. After such a huge traumatic event, everyone in her life work to protect her from, life. I loved seeing her relationship through letters no one knew about and her grown up relationship with Lindzi, Oz, and Evie and Ben. In the end, she’s made a brave choice that she’s caught a lot of fussing for and was a fun twist for sure. I loved this book.

I always know to expect awesomeness, when Emilia releases a new book, but this one had so many plot twists!! My brain was working overtime the whole time!! Another must-read!!❤️📚

I only found Emilia Finn this past summer but every one of her books has kept me mesmerized. I absolutely love each and every story. This one was amazing all on its own. So many emotions while reading and the ending just leaves you with a happy sigh. Definitely my favorite author and I cant wait to see what else she brings.

I loved this book! EF is one of my favourite writers and this one didn’t disappoint. I was a bit reluctant after Quinn’s books as I really didn’t like her so I wasn’t sure if I’d have the same feelings about Will...turns out it was a big fat NOPE to me disliking him! It was fairly obvious about his backstory but there were a few other twists and turns which I didn’t see coming...I won’t mention anything but will head over to the Facebook spoiler group! All in all, Will and Olivia are now added to my favourite couple list and this will definitely be a book I reread!
