I knew I was going to love Jude when he first appeared in Faking Ms Right. But I didn’t realize how much until the marshmallows. (I’m not giving you any more than that. You’ll have to read it for yourself.) Of course a wicked-smart (and hot) heroine like Cameron is a big draw to a good book as well. And Steve. And Frank. And Luna, Emily, and Daisy. And don’t forget DQB. (I wonder if those conversations are modeled after real life?) And, just like Cinderella, this is a story about how the right pair of shoes can change your life. Except it’s not like Cinderella at all. *shakes head* Just go read it and you’ll know what I’m talking about.

SPOILERS! Once again, I am disappointed that the bad guy was the most obvious choice. I know that there were several people that it could have been, but there was something about his annoying façade that kept pointing in his direction. I enjoyed the interaction between Cam and Jude, her friends were fun, and I loved that she had the final word with her crappy ex. I’m sure that most people will love this book. I’m not really holding out much hope for the other books in this series, since the first 2 involved bad guys that couldn’t have been more obvious, unless they wore black capes and top hats and twirled handlebar mustaches.

They were both well-developed and loveably flawed characters that were perfectly matched. Their quick wit and chemistry were great. This is such a fun series! I'm looking forward to getting to know Luna and Daisy in the upcoming Bluewater Billionaire books. This entertaining, suspenseful story is full of humor and heart. Highly recommended!

But, wouldn't it be awesome to have the fancy house, car and clothes, without having to slave away for theses extravagances? It also seems that with the billions come targets on your back. The four women we meet are hard-working, determined and independent. When their lives are in danger, they will not take it sitting down. They will not expect someone else to save them. These women work hard for their money, so hard for their money (sing it with me) they work hard for their money, so you better treat them right. Sorry, corny but I couldn't help myself. I really enjoyed this next instalment to the Bluewater Billionaires series and loved getting to know Cameron and Jude better. The storyline captured my attention, the characters were original and the love story made my heart pitter-patter. I also loved that both Cameron and Jude grew a lot from the beginning to the end. Both of them had a tendency to protect their hearts and guard against vulnerability. It's only as the story developed and Cameron's life is put into danger, that they have come to realise how much they mean to each other. Honestly, while I love this series so far and enjoyed The Mogul and the Muscle, I think it lacked a little depth. I wanted to know more about Cameron's rise to the top and what moulded her into the strong woman she became. It also confused me that this very intelligent woman made such a bad decision with her ex. She left herself vulnerable and it didn't really make sense to do nothing about his breaking their confidentiality agreement. Also, I understood that Jude's past career was not up for discussion but there had to be more than just his job. I would have loved to see him find himself a little more before he committed to Cameron. I am a fan of this series and I will definitely be back for more. It completely cracks me up to think of Luna matched with an ex-bikie. If you're looking for something a little different, I highly recommend giving this series a try.

Cameron is an aerospace engineer running a huge company and a billionaire with a love for awesome shoes. Jude is a former Marine and CIA agent who has been working private security jobs and trying to find a "normal" life. Friends and circumstances bring them together. As they try to figure out who and why someone is possibly trying to hurt Cameron, they end up spending a lot of time together and sparks fly. I really enjoyed getting inside Jude's head. He is a wall of man with a teddy bear heart- *sigh*. In other words he has the strength and skill to protect his girl in any situation and the heart to never use it against her- always treating her with respect and tenderness. *sigh* Yeah, I fell in love with Jude Ellis. Cameron is strong, smart, and 100% kick-ass. In her world, she is the boss and it is amazing. Her shoe taste is to-die-for, and her golf cart is tricked out to perfection. Their characters get to know each other and learn to trust each other and have a moment when they share intimate details to each other at the less than perfect time. Ultimately it works for them and they have their HEA. Also, do not miss the heart-pounding, uber-romantic bonus epilogue. I highly recommend this book and this series. I can't wait for the next book.

I have fallen in love with the Bluewater community that has been built by these authors! Cam is such a strong female lead who has worked hard to become the badass engineer she is! And Jude… the perfect lead for Cam. Ex CIA operative who is also secretive with his past details as Cam is. It was so sweet watching the two of them open up to each other! And of course there was lots of swooning and giggles on my end while reading. This was such a fun read and I can’t wait for the next story! ⁣

Another great read, from an awesome author.

I am not a rom com fan. So whenever authors I love call their book a rom com, I’m extremely hesitant to read...but I always do, because I already know I’ll probably love it. This was no exception. Neither The Price of Scandal nor The Mogul and the Muscle were romcoms, IMHO. Are there some funny parts? Of course! I love Claire’s sense of humor and her heroes. She writes swoony heroes like no one else. But none of this (ok, maybe Steve...) is the over the top slapstick I find irritating in so called romcom. THIS is a beautiful love story, solidly told, with some lighthearted moments. So if you hesitate because of the rom com label, don’t. Jump into this series with both feet. You won’t be sorry.

Good thing these books released at least a month after each other, right?! LOL! Anyway, I was immediately drawn to this gorgeous cover and sexy title from the moment I saw it. And dare I say I found it absolutely adorable seeing our hunky security consultant/bodyguard, Jude Ellis, rattling on and geeking out about random security facts on a first date?! Of course, I had already been introduced to our lady boss aka Aerospace Engineer expert, Cameron Whitbury in Kinglsey's Faking Ms. Right, so I was definitely intrigued with this particular billionaire. I didn't know, however, how much I would come to love and adore her. There was a softness and vulnerability about Cameron that I wasn't expecting but felt so real. Then there's her taste in shoes! I mean, come on! Shoes!! More specifically, sexy high heels. No more explanations necessary. LOL! I loved the chemistry between Jude and Cameron, and their little verbal sparring was delightfully sexy. Actually, everything about these two was sexy and all their firsts--hug, kiss, getting naked between the sheets--were hot as hell. My favorite moments with Jude and Cameron were the intimate conversations where they were both open and vulnerable with each other. Even with Jude not being able to go into depths about his time spent in the Marines or with the CIA, and Cameron not telling Jude about the "tape," I still enjoyed them exploring a certain level of intimacy. The culprit reveal was no surprise, so that took the wind out of my sails a little bit. The idiot was not only a super douche, but a real jack@$$, so it wasn't that much of a stretch seeing the lengths that idiot would go to in order to hurt Cameron. But watching it all play out gave me the chance I was waiting for to finally see Jude utilize the skills he acquired as a Marine and a CIA agent. And as usual, Kingsley never disappoints with her epilogues.💜💜

This is the second book in the Bluewater Billionaire series and while you can read it as a stand alone, why would you when you can get 4 strong women if you read all the books. So in this book we get to know Cam or Cameron Whitbury who is a billionaire aerospace mogul. She is not just smart and nerdy she is stunning and beautiful as well. We meet Cam as someone has attempted to mug her. Or so she thinks. Enter Jude Ellis is a ex military/CIA agent who Derek and Emily have hired as a fixer and security for Cam. BUT Cam doesn't think she needs it until someone attempts to run her down on a sidewalk. More things happen and of course life is never boring when you have a strong woman and a strong man together in one place. Life gets very interesting very fast. This book has laughter, romance and yes mystery as well. We get to catch up on characters from the first book and get to know more about the characters who we will be enjoying in upcoming books. Wait until you meet some of the critters in Bluewater community. I love them.

I am enjoying this series about these good friends very much and in this book Cameron and Jude are a great couple! Jude's character is fascinating, sexy, strong, confident and just what Cameron needed. The twists and turns of the plot were suspenseful and kept you guessing..... there was plenty of good banter and humor also..... And, I liked that there was low couple angst.... For me it always enhances the enjoyment of a book when you don't have to wade through long boring chapters of angst that hold up the storyline from moving forward and staying interesting. I highly recommend this book.... It is very entertaining and enjoyable. 😁

Jude is one hot man. He’d tell you about his past but then he’d have to kill you. Rides a motorcycle. Speaks Russian. 6’5” solid wall of muscle who can quote Princess Bride. Yes I believe I’ll have all of that, that you very much. Cameron has built her world from the ground up. Smart, driven, & voted in the top ten butts in business. She can take care of herself thank you very much. These two very great foils. There were so many things I loved. Both parties are bad ass and don’t seek to change one another. There is respect for the others acumen. I love that when she catches him checking her out, she immediately finds ways to push his buttons. I love that he shows up when she needs him, no games. Sexy times were hot and the affection was so good as well. I can’t wait to see what happens with the other 2 in this series.

This is the second book in the Bluewater Billionaires series. It could be read as a standalone but is even better if you start with the first book, The Price of Scandal, from Lucy Score. Claire Kingsley fans have met Cameron Whitbury briefly a time or two before. Here we get to know the billionaire badass who is literally a rocket scientist. An incident has her friends worried about her safety so bodyguard/problem solver Jude is recommended. She doesn’t want a brick wall following her everywhere but when other incidents happen, Cameron is glad that Jude is close. So so close...

I bought the book in Kindle and was quite enjoying it. At about a third of the way through I decided to get the audio book add-on so I could continue the book while driving, running errands, etc. What a mistake. While Joe Arden's voice is a reasonable choice for the character of Jude, Desiree Ketchum's voice for Cameron is a really poor choice. Desiree's floaty tentative narration is not the least bit convincing for a such a strong, confident, independent character. I was instantly jarred by the narration of Cameron's chapters and found it very annoying. I tried to return the Audio book immediately, but because it was an add on to the kindle book, there was no way to do so. Just get the book and read it instead.

This book is so on point! Every thing about it is exquisite - great storyline, amazing characters, intelligent writing spiced with humor and a little mystery. Claire Kingsley is an absolute fabulous author. Loved this book to pieces.

The first two books in The BlueWater Billionare series have been an absolute blast! Cameron seems like such a sweet, easygoing person, not at all standoffish, and she meshes well with Judes far more closed off nature, and his need to have such a tightly controlled environment. This book is fun, funny and SO SEXY! I enjoyed the suspense not being too heavy and scary, and the times that all four lady billionares had girls nights out were hilarious. Nothing too heavy in this book, just a light hearted fun-filled romp through Miami.

Book 2 in the Bluewater Billionaires series is by Claire Kingsley and she does not disappoint. You have hired body guard Jude Ellis who is asked to help Cameron Whitbury when her friend's think an incident isn't random. They keep it professional with a few fun flirty jabs at one another until things in Cameron's life intensify and she no longer feels safe, and then the heat between these two will burn a hole in you kindle! You see all the usual suspects from book 1, even some Drag Queen Brunch with the "mysterious authors". The power struggle between the billionaire Cameron and the wall of muscle Jude is always entertaining!

I loved that Jude is tough and strong but can’t keep himself from helping people who need it. I completely loved them together! I’m looking forward to the next book in this series.

Claire Kingsley once again lives up to high expectations. She rocks this book about a strong, independent CEO, Cam, and her “muscle”, Jude which she is “forced” to hire by her sisterhood Bluewater CEO’s as a bodyguard… and a darned good thing she does as her life is in jeopardy. The book is fast paced, chock full of suspense, a twist of snark and HEAT. Thank you Claire for once again providing a great story!

I absolutely love this book, truly. HOWEVER I would love it even more, if the bonus epilogue would actually download right and not disappear shortly after I read it. I never had this problem with the other books like this. Anyway, great story, fabulous characters. Another winner, just tried of having to download a bonus epilogue, when they should just be in the book. That's just me 🤷 Read ya Later 😉

This was such a fun book. I am so jealous of Cam's shoe collection. Jude is such a hot hunky man, oh my goodness. With Cameron and Jude together we can certainly figure out where the flames are coming from. Ooooo la la the chemistry that these two have. Its enough to get a gal hot flashes. Now I'm off the Luna's story. Hope you all enjoy this book because I sure did.

I'm always well entertained with Claire Kingsley's books and this was no exception. I loved Cameron and her heels, their chemistry and the way she was both sensitive and vulnerable but at the same time really really fierce. Jude was fun and i think the whole CIA background worked. It made me smile, cry and laugh. I feel like it's the lighest of the female billionaire books so far, but very good.

Cameron and Jude are perfect for each other! I love that Cameron is tough and strong as well as brilliant. But Jude is my favorite kind of alpha hero - tough and smart yet marshmallow underneath. I read this one in one day because I couldn't put it down. The Bluewater community is beautiful, Claire writes amazing words, and I can't wait for Luna and Daisy's stories!

I am truly enjoying the Bluewater Billionaires. Cameron was an island unto herself. Although she had her friends, she kept her circle small. Jude really wanted to retire but couldn't stop helping people that needed him. Cameron needed Jude and Jude found out how much he needed Cameron. Great connection and chemistry between them.

Claire Kingsley continues the Bluewater Billionaires Romance stores with this wonderful story. It's another excellent and fun story of a strong and intelligent woman who works with a strong and intelligent man to solve the issues she has at work (mysterious with elements of danger). The female friends in this series are what women hope to have in their lives.

I enjoyed this book immensely! The storyline was interesting and moved along smoothly. The main characters were Jude and Cameron. Jude’s background is “secretive” and Cameron is a sexy, rich business woman. They crackle with the electricity flowing between them. Cameron has the quirkiest circle of friends!

Jude and Cameron are an amazing couple who have been through a lot in their lives but manage to find each other during a trying time and find out what true love really is

Really didn't think the second book in the Bluewater Billionaire series could be better than the first book. Cam and Jude get you sucked into the book :) and the series. I'm waiting for the next two books!

Once you start you can't put it down I like the concept women being billionaires got a big chuckle out of the four authors that sit at the next table let me guess who they are. Great fun and wonderful romance. Love this series so far.

This was recommended to me by a friend and I wasn’t even sure I wanted to read it. What a pleasant surprise. This is a series that started with a previous book but I still had no problem with it. The story was at times laugh out loud comedy. If you like a love story with humor read this.

Great characters, witty dialogue, panty melting romance, with a little suspense thrown in. All the elements of a fantastic story. Entertaining story, I love the idea of the bluewater community and the four friends who made it. They are such a fun, quirky but very loyal group of friends. Stand-alone with hfn ( you can get an extra epilogue with hea if you sign up for the authors newsletter.) No cliffhanger.

For seven hours I was immersed in the beautiful world of Bluewater. Honest, fun, quirky characters that felt so real. The settings, the clothes , the banter, the SEXytimes!! I loved Cameron and Jude so much. Claire Kingsley has hit another one out of the park!! Brava, Claire!!

This is such a fun series! Each book keeps getting better. This story follows Cameron, an engineer and CEO of an aeronautics company. She gets attacked in a parking garage and her friends convince her to get a bodyguard. Hilarious situations ensue. I wholeheartedly recommend this book!

Cameron and Jude were adorable. This is the second book in the series and it was just as good as the first. I loved how Jude and Cameron were different with others and they worked to see each other as they went on. I cannot wait to see more of them in the next two books!!

What got me to buy the book was the blurb where the hero put a tracker in her shoes! The author did not diasapoint.

Another great, fun read. Two billionaires down, two to go. I like this series, and I have only read books by Pippa before. Getting three more rom-com authors to read is a bonus. Action, romance, snark, laughter, and a bit of mystery combined for a fun, enjoyable read.

I’m loving the Bluewater Billionaire series! Jude and Cameron were perfect together. I haven’t read very many bodyguard books and so this was an extra fun read for me. Claire always does a fantastic job at bringing her stories to life.

I loved Cameron. She is sassy and so confident and sure of herself. Jude was a perfect match for her. Together they made for a great book that was fun to read. I just finished the last in this series and it is so good.

I loved Cameron and Jude's love story! The characters came to life with vivid strokes of the author's words. There was texture and depth to their relationship. The characters are endearing and bold. This romance has witty banter, sexual tension, and a bit of suspense. The story flows with ease, emotion, and intrigue. Fantastic read!

Slow burn for me anz also felt like the story line wa sort of predictable and similar to Derek and Emily's story. Therefore a pass for me.

Spoilers below: Decent plot, steamy sex scenes even the characters were good, what wasn't was the tedious and constant attention to what everyone was wearing. The unbelievable constant descriptions just kept coming, we get it she is wealthy she can dress nice and her friends can too. The final straw on this point was when the male lead, a big ex-CIA marine tattooed guy, is in the middle of a crises trying to figure out who broke into her office when her friend shows up and his inner dialogue mentions a "lavender top" ... took me completely out of the story and I found a lavender top in my closet and took it to my husband and asked him what color and he said "purple" yeah.... men don't know lavender! That is JUST the beginning of my annoyances... when he is conducting mission rescue he disarms a russian mafia and "kicks the gun to the side" and then moves on to disarm other members of the Russian mafia and holding a bad guy hostage with an iron skillet (NOT the gun he kicked ti the side) no because going in to a dark room without a gun makes total sense and leaving a man who isn't dead just knocked out with his gun kicked to the side makes complete sense considering the bodyguard who doesn't even call police because they are too slow, is highly trained to use a weapon never uses because it doesn't "feel" like he would be needing one! The loose ends being tied up, I believe the author needed to have a resolution without making it too complicated so she could get through with it. It was completely unbelievable and absurd. You get a star for good sex scenes, and a star for good grammar, but because of reasons listed above I couldn't give anymore.

Audiobook Review Overall 4 stars Performance 4.5 stars Story 3.5-4 stars This was a great story to get lost in during this time of social distancing. It was a nice twist on the billionaire/CEO trope to have the heroine in that role. I really loved how intelligent and driven Cameron was and the strong female friendships throughout the story. Cameron's banter with Jude was so fun and I loved the build up between them. They both are slow to trust for various reasons and I really enjoyed seeing them let the other in slowly. It certainly didn't hurt that Jude was a big and protective alpha on the outside, but a teddy bear inside either. A certain scene in a storage closet was crazy hot and I might just need to read all the bodyguard romances now. ;) There is a bit of predictable suspense and action and I did feel that the ending wrapped up a little too quickly and neatly, but the epilogue left me smiling and the bonus epilogue was the cherry on top. If you have a chance to read the author's note at the end of the ebook version, I definitely recommend it too. I always find them extremely informative and insightful and wish they could be included on the audiobook. I really enjoyed the narration by Joe Arden and Desiree Ketchum and thought they did a fantastic job bringing Jude and Cameron to life. Joe Arden is one of my favorites and I love how well he can narrate male and female characters. This is my first time listening to Desiree Ketchum and I was pleasantly surprised. I liked her inflection and comedic timing, but I would have liked a little more variation between her characters. Overall, this was just the kind of fun romcom that my heart needed.

Although this book could be read as a standalone, I highly recommend starting with Lucy’s Score’s “The Price of Scandal” first. That is the first of four books in this Bluewater Billionaire series. Cameron Whitbury is a powerful billionaire CEO and whether she likes it or not, her friends insist on her hiring private security after an incident in a parking garage at work leaves her silently shaken. She honestly believes that it was a random attack and that there is no need for all the fuss of hiring security. The former CIA, now private security, and might I add….. HOT AF, Jude Ellis just wants to retire and play golf, but as a favor to his good friend, he also reluctantly takes on the job as Cameron’s bodyguard. His instincts are impeccable and strongly feels that the attack in the garage was not random. There are a lot of usual suspects but can he figure out who is behind the threats to her life before it’s too late, and also before he has the chance to tell her that he has fallen in love with her. Claire Kingsley does not disappoint in Book Two of this series. Cameron and Jude heat up the pages with power, comedy, romance and suspense. What more can you ask for? This book has it all!

I feel so blessed to have won an ARC copy of this fabulous book. Let me just say, this book was nothing short of A-mazing! I’m not one for spoilers, that being said, I just can’t even with these two! This 2nd installment to the Bluewater Billionaires series had my emotions all over the place. I am so in love with these two characters, on the one hand you have this Bold, Beautiful, Bad-Ass Billionaire Ginger, Cameron Whitbury, who holds her own, yet keeps to herself and only reveals her true self to Her girls, and then you have this Gorgeous, Straight-Laced, Down to earth Hulk of a man Jude Ellis, love the name btw, who quite frankly swept me right off my feet right along with Ms. Whitbury. The story is pretty fast paced, action packed, and has sizzling sexy times! The Ending of this book, holy hell, All the feels! I was pumping my fists in the air, smiling so big, crying tears of joy. y’all. Claire Kingsley never disappoints! Well done, Claire, this book was fantastic! I cannot wait to discuss all the things! Much love.

I am so glad I gave this author a second chance!! This book was sooo good, it had the perfect mix of intrigue and angst. I loved that Jude kept saying well I would tell you but then I would have to kill you. Jude was a really cool character, it was neat to see how he adapted to each scenario. Whether he was in a school with small children or facing an army of men he can take it all on. The author lets you in on his bodyguard side too, you get to see how he assesses a room and what strategies he would use to get out if it came down to it. I loved his sense of responsibility for Cameron on top of his feelings for her. Cameron was a kick butt character she runs a billion dollar business and has the most amazing friends. I loved that she built her own way to the top and wasn’t born into it. It was so refreshing to have scenes with her being an engineer and tinkering with stuff. She was way more closed off than Jude, even with her friends. It was so funny when she finally decided to open up and the timing of it. The comedic timing in this book was really well planned, I felt way more connected to these characters. The side characters were sweet and charming. When Jude is getting the house tour and the kitchen thing happened I almost died laughing.

The Mogul and The Muscle is a steamy bodyguard romance. We met Cameron and Jude in Faking Ms. Right. I was so excited to get a book on them, and it did not disappoint! We do also see that Everly and Shep scene from Cameron and Jude’s POV. This is the second in the Bluewater Billionaires series. But, it is a complete standalone. There’s a good summary of the first book, and we did meet the heroines of the third and fourth book. I think this was actually my favorite part. The friendships between these girls was so fun! Cameron is smart, sweet, and thoughtful CEO. She was very easy to love. Jude is Cameron’s bodyguard, ex military and CIA, serious, intimidating yet still funny. Cameron has an attempted burglary in a parking garage and her friends meddled and sent Jude her way. He doesn’t think it was a one-time attempt, and she agrees to keep him on. There is a little bit of a mystery as we try to find out who is attacking Cameron. The attacks escalate and Cam and Jude get closer. I liked these two together. It was a fun, entertaining read and I would definitely recommend it. * I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Claire is one of my favorite authors (as well as Lucy Score) so I knew before starting this series, I would love it! Guess what? The girls proved me right, these books are amazing! I love that they took 4 smart, sexy, powerful women and made them down to earth and loveable! Cameron was always in control and on top of everything at work and at home. Until some “men” (I use that term loosely) try to knock her down. Between a sex scandal and an almost mugging, can Cameron afford to turn down a bodyguard? Can she keep herself safe? Jude was ready to retire until good friends, Derek & Emily, asked him to take on one last job. Let’s just say Cameron was not excited to find out her “friends” hired him without her consent. After many arguments, she gave in and allowed him to be her bodyguard. As things get worse, she realized he was exactly what she needed...in more ways than one. Can they keep a business relationship or will lines be crossed as they race against the clock? Holy hotness!! Can Jude be any sexier?? Again, I love that these are down to earth women who are taking over the world with their brilliance! How can you not love them? And the connections - Everly, Shepherd, and Salishan Cellars 😍

This is a great series to be reading. I have read a couple of the authors previously and enjoyed their independent books, but having them combine forces is a treat. I'm looking forward to read the rest of the series. Not just because of the authors but because of the characters. Great laughs, swoony men, strong independent women who have made it in a mans world and a crazy neighborhood. Cameron and Jude have amazing chemistry from the moment they meet. Cameron is a wealthy independent woman running an aerospace company. She is smart, sassy and loves shoes and doesn't need a man or so she thinks. Being a high powered businesswoman puts her in the spotlight, good and bad and in this case bad but she doesn't need backup, right? Her friends have other ideas and enter Jude stage right please and thank you. Yum. Jude. 🔥🔥 A man looking to retire from the spy game but getting drawn back in again. Because whether Cameron likes it or not, she needs him. This was a great book with many twists. Love the world that was created and look forward to reading the rest of the series.

The Mogul and the Muscle (A Bluewater Billionaires Novel) by Author Claire Kingsley This book is part of a series by different authors but they all contain the same characters and I LOVE what they have done with this series. In the Mogul and the Muscle we meet Cameron and Jude. Jude is former military and all he really wants to do is retire but he keeps taking on these personal security jobs and he swears that each one he does is the LAST. Cameron is a billionaire and she is the CEO of an engineering firm that is skyrocketing to the top of the industry. Now there are threats and attempts on her life so Cameron is taking her friends advice and hiring a personal body guard. But can she guard her heart? GREAT STORY. There are some amazing characters in this series and I love them all. Such a fun twist having the Women in this series be the billionaires and the bosses. I love that the women are in power at least in their businesses. In the bedrooms it seems the men still take control there. KLH

This is the second book in the Bluewater Billionaire series. Each book is a complete standalone about a different couple with interconnected characters. There are a few unique things about this series. First is that each book is written by a different author. Each takes one of the friends and gives us her story. So far each book also has a cameo from a character in one of the author’s previous books. The next unique thing is each book is about a billionaire woman…yes you heard me right. The women in this series are the rich and successful ones. They are the ones ruling the empires. Don’t get me wrong, the men are successful also, but it’s nice to finally see books where the woman are the ones who are more successful, and the men are not intimidated by it. There is also a little bit of a mystery which just adds to the story. In this book Cameron is a CEO of an aerospace company. After a little trouble her friends convince her that she needs personal security. Jude is ex-Marine and ex-CIA who’s been doing a one-man personal security/fixer. He’s looking to retire but is willing to do one last favor for a friend. Despite Cameron’s objections, Jude is determined to protect her. There is such great chemistry between these two. Jude is very sexy and swoony. I’d let him protect me anytime! Cameron is smart and successful. Together they are electric. In general enjoyed this book. The reason it didn’t get a higher rating from me is that it left me with a bunch of questions. There were holes in the story that I wish would’ve been answered. There were parts that felt rushed and incomplete. Some of this may not bother other readers, so don’t let this deter you from reading it. It is worth checking out.

Jude Ellis...former CIA, tall drink of muscle...can use his strength to break your hand or for *ahem* other fun pleasurable things...in other words he’s your go to man for ev-ery-thing. He may look like the unflappable brick wall but when it comes down...he is melt your panties hot. After what happened in her last relationship, the last thing Cameron needs is another relationship but then Jude happened. She was only supposed to be a client but Cameron penetrated those impenetrable walls and soon he was falling for her like never before. But, a danger lurking threatens everything. The Mogul and the Muscle is funny, romantic, steamy, and you fall in love a little bit more with quirky enclave of Bluewater! Another amazing book from Claire Kingsley. I’ve read just about all of Claire’s books, but I think this one may be neck in neck with the whole Miles family series. Do I dare put Cameron and Jude in the same category as Cooper? Why, yes I do! Cameron is a force to be reckoned with. She’s smart, successful, witty, caring, and real. On top of all of that, she’s a badass CEO of or Spencer Aeronautics. Jude was briefly seen in Emily and Derek’s book. He was proven to be the muscle when it was needed, but he is also a master of talking himself out of terrible situations. When Cameron is a victim of an almost mugging, Jude is “brought” out of his almost retirement to be the bodyguard that Cameron believes she doesn’t need. They’re both sarcastic and snarky towards each other after repeatedly saying that neither of them need the other. But when a twist of unexpected events continue to put Cameron’s life in danger, it is revealed that she needs Jude. I like reading reviews of how others liked certain books. So when I saw that someone mentioned Everly in this, I thought “No way!” But since it’s been a few months since I read Faking Ms. Right and it completely slipped my mind that Cameron was the one that interviewed Everly for the new foundation job, and that it was Jude that almost body slammed Shepherd when he stormed the terrace. I loved that Claire even let a little bit of Salishan slip into this book. The Bluewater Billionaires (Vagillionaires) is proving to be one of my favorite romantic comedy series of this year.

Great addition to the Bluewater Billionaires. Really nice, fun read. Well edited. Cameron's friends are concerned about her safety. Because she won't take it seriously, Emily gets Derek (See The Price of Scandal - Lucy Score) to convince his friend Jude to be a temporary bodyguard for Cam. Jude is reluctant, after all he keeps trying to retire. However, he agrees to check into things and keep Cam safe. It isn't long before the threat to Cam is shown to be real. But who is after her? And why? And, what happens when the professional boundary is crossed? Will Cam and Jude learn to trust each other? When the villain takes Cam, will Jude be in time to save her? Lots of fun, laughter, and love to be had in these pages. Also, great visits with Emily, Derek, Luna, and Daisy. Not to mention the crazy that is Bluewater. Oh, and the appearance of a certain group of authors is really quirky. Looking forward to Luna's story. Enjoy!

Loved this second book! Cameron is such a bada** woman. A genius engineer. Jude is the mysterious, ex-CIA bodyguard. The plot is a little too similar to the first book. The main character is being attacked - this time physically - by someone and the leading man comes in to save the day. Of course, these are strong women who don't need much for men and the men need them just as much. The return to Bluewater was great! It wasn't quite as funny as the first book but I think that is because it wasn't new. That the layout of the property is in the shape of the female reproductive system - for example - is hilarious, but we knew about that from the first book. It was fun to read about Cameron explaining the idiosyncrasies of their housing development to Jude for the first time was amusing. One of the funniest things about the book is the timing of when Cameron and Jude decide to share facts about themselves. I can imagine how funny that would have played out in a movie. Although, the plot isn't quite movie worthy. The world they live in is funny and improves my mood when I read these books. I read this one in one sitting and it took substantially less time for me to read than the estimated time to read given by Amazon. I read it with KU and it was a great pick me up while being in bed sick. I would have liked to have read about double dates with Emily and Derek. Maybe that will happen with books 3 and 4. Can't wait to read them.

I really loved the first book, I mean really loved it. So of course I was going to give the next book a shot, especially since it would once again open me up to a new to me author. Truth be told Cameron was already set up for me to like her, she’s the CEO of an aerospace firm, my dad is an aerospace engineer and my childhood was full of test flights, plane design, and cool jumpsuits with parachutes attached. But the overwhelming truth is that field doesn’t have enough women (frankly most STEM fields don’t), so I was super excited about Cameron. She’s passionate about the stuff my childhood was made up of and she a boss and super smart, my kind of chick. It does take a while to get to know her, she’s not exactly an open book, but I feel like that was intentional, and kind of always left you wanting to know more. Jude comes into her life as a bodyguard after a failed mugging, which of course was way more than a failed mugging. I liked the two of them together, they worked well together. Jude was hilarious with his continuous I was to retire and play golf even though he sucks at it. I thought the two of them had really good chemistry, and the build up was just right. As a couple, I really enjoyed them. This book did kind of remind me of the first book in that there was a mystery at who was behind the bad stuff that was happening at work/home. I felt like the mystery part of them wasn’t maybe quite as fleshed out, there was a lot of build up and then a wrap up that was just a tad to dramatic to be quashed so quick. It worked, it was fine, I think I just wanted a little more out of it. But honestly that’s my only real note, I really liked this book, and I’m very much looking forward to the third.

The Mogul And The Muscle flips the narrative, so it's a billionaire woman and a regular guy. This book is second in a series of four books about four bff/billionaire women(aptly nicknamed the vagillionaires lol). These women are relatable and tough. Here is the story of Cameron and Jude. Cameron is a ceo who is mugged in her parking garage. Her friends insist she needs protection, and they hire Jude. He is former CIA badass and all that, and it's a job he's more than qualified for. Cameron doesn't feel like he's needed. She is independent, intelligent and self reliant with a dash of sassy. She don't need no man! Or does she? Jude is smoking hot, tough on the outside and intuitive. His protective attitude and attention might be just what Cameron needs after all. These two are electric, and I love the dialogue and banter between them. Jude feels that there is more to this seemingly random attack on Cameron. Once he truly develops feelings for her, he is even more dedicated to keeping Cameron safe. Is Jude correct, and someone is after Cameron? This story is fun to read because there are numerous secondary characters and hilarious hijinks that add a whole new level to the already engaging plot. I enjoyed everything about this story, and I definitely want to read about the three other fierce vagillionaires. The Mogul And The Muscle is swoony, relatable, dramatic, steamy and overall, just a delicious delightful treat. It's girl power, and that's awesome!

When I saw the opportunity to read the ARC for a review, I jumped so high, I swear I thought I was Michael Jordan going for a slam dunk! The Bluewater Billionaires are back with another installment, this time focusing on the beautiful and classy Cameron! She is my GIRL CRUSH Y’ALL! Seriously, ALL THE FEELS FOR HER! Being a red head myself, I felt an instant connection to her and I was so excited for her story! Add in the muscle bound bodyguard who knows just the right things to say, and fireworks are guaranteed to happen! Jude is probably one of my favorite hero’s that Claire has written, and that is saying a lot because I happen to LOVE LOVE LOVE the Miles Family (check out her Miles Family series if you haven’t, it’s AMAZING!) When Cameron gets almost mugged, her friends pester and pester her to hire a bodyguard. Enter Jude. He’s everything Cameron refuses to want. She is strong, fierce and knows she can handle herself. My kindle was set on fire, I had to take a breather and I seriously had to get a nice cold drink of water. IT WAS HOT! If you haven’t read the series, I suggest starting with The Price of Scandal by Lucy Score, as it’s the first book in the series. These four books are sure to tickle your fancy, make you swoon and have you laughing out loud! I am honestly super excited for the next installment, written by Kathryn Nolan coming out soon! I am loving this world/series collab! I am so enamored with the Bluewater Billionaire ladies and I am already looking forward to the next one! As for this one, HOLY SMOKE SHOW! It's so good! This book really has everything, it's hot and suspenseful, but also has substance and humor. It's a great "easy" lighthearted read, but has some serious tones sprinkled in to really get you in the feels. I love that this series has lady billionaires, I am LIVING for this twist on the trope. I love Cameron and how strong and smart she is. And Jude... ::swoon:: I'll leave this spoiler free, but man... I want to get me a Jude. Do yourself a favor and read this one. It's so good. I know when I first read the description of this story that I was intrigued big time, but what I didn't see coming was how AWESOME The Mogul and the Muscle would be! There's nothing better than to not see a story coming, which knocks my socks off, but Claire Kingsley definitely pulled it off in big ways. This is the story of Cameron Whitbury, a billionaire aerospace mogul, so obviously, a genius, who had something quite suspicious happen to her. Some dude tried to mug her in her parking garage of her workplace, but luckily enough, she has an EPIC shoe collection which helped her out in big ways. Her friends believe it's something more than just a random mugging, so they hire Jude Ellis behind her back. He's tough, ex-CIA, and even quoted Liam Neeson from Taken (which I totally LOVED by the way), who is trying to actually retire. However, he's talked into taking this last job temporarily, and little did he know it would change both of their lives. This book had it all, hilarious interactions, super sexy times whether it be Cameron or her chef/trainer, twists coming from everywhere allowing the f-bombs to drop, and a cast of secondaries who make up her good friends. Jude & Cameron were perfect for each other, and the majority of their interactions had me rolling in laughter. I mean a 3 legged alligator named Steve, that people took turns feeding in Bluewater?! And Frank the foul mouthed parrot?! These are just a couple of instances, but trust me, there's so many more! This is definitely a story that I feel like EVERYONE who reads should experience, so one click this most amazing story! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

When Cameron in attacked in the office parking garage her friends decide she needs bodyguard/fixer. Enter 6'5" Jude, a friend of Derek, Emily's husband. As Cameron and Jude spend their days together, the coincidental accidents keep happening and soon he is having to protect her 24/7. This series of romance books is hilarious. The four highly successful women designed the enclave where the built their homes and they only sell lots to people they like, so it is a very entertaining place to live. Neighbors include Steve, the three legged alligator who eats roasted chicken, the free range Saint Bernard who wanders from house to house, and the foul mouthed bird who escaped from animal control. Funny, a bit intense at times, romantic, and sexy, it's a great read.

First of all I will keep this short & sweet to keep from gushing my ever-obsessed nerdy book girl brain out but I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE Not only was I one of the first people to start & review the bluewater series - because BRILLIANCE can be spotted from a million miles away when a group of incredible life-altering novelists such as this group of authors come together to co-create a mind-blowing & equally (if not even greater terms I’ve yet to hear of) life-altering series together- but this book includes it all & then some. From a previous book of Claire’s “Faking Ma.Right” epic scene tie in (If you have yet to read it I suggest highly that you do & while you’re at it read all her books as well as the other amazing women authors of the series that’s only just begun, with this- Claire’s- being the 2nd ever book in the women billionaire bluewater series) but the fact that they have turned a predominately female written yet male billionaire hero dominated romance genre into a generation altering, especially during the time of a beautiful & inspiring “Me Too” era movement, series of female CEOs & billionaire hero’s with equally incredible friendships & sexy male counterparts swoon worthy as ever all I can wonder is “Why was this not in my life sooner?” & “More please?” Because YES I am HOOKED & proud of it!

While I highly recommend reading "The Price of Scandal" first, it's not 100% necessary to enjoy this book. They have very different tones since they were written by different authors, but are set in the same world. If you've read Bootleg Springs, you'd probably recognize this story's tone as very similar to Gibson Bodine's tale. With some "The Bodyguard" a la Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner thrown in. With better shoes. I once again appreciated the focus on smart, driven, and successful women. Especially women that work with other women, but don't blindly bow down to "sisterhood". Women can still be nasty, as can men. This story had a slower building love story, because both characters were much more guarded than Emily and Derek. The author did a good job of balancing the lightness of a romance with the seriousness of an ex-CIA bodyguard. Yes, there some down and dirty scenes that will have you fanning yourself...and reading again. Jude is a man of few words, but he uses them with great impact. There is a mystery to this book, more so than the first one. The author lays her clues with some subtlety, which is part of why this book got 5 full stars. I was so absorbed in the characters and their development that I enjoyed the villain reveal. I'm once again anxious to read the next "vagillionaire" novel. But this time I'm happy to bide my time with "Faking Ms. Right", for the brief tie in at the start of this book.

The Mogul and Muscle is book two of the Bluewater Billionaires series and if you didn't already know, the wealthy moguls featured in these books are LADY BILLIONAIRES. GIRL POWER! This reads just fine as a stand-alone, but if you haven't read book one, The Price of Scandal (Derek and Emily's book,) you should get on that. This book tells the story of Cameron Whitbury and Jude Ellis. Cameron is a millionaire aerospace mogul and Jude is former CIA (and other secret things) who is trying to retire but keeps being pulled back into security by various people--the latest being his good friend Derek. Cameron's friends (aka, the vagillionaires) are concerned for Cameron's safety after an attempted mugging in her parking garage and Jude is hired as her bodyguard. This book grabbed me from the beginning! There were sparks flying from the moment Jude and Cameron met. I loved watching their relationship progress as they learned to trust each other. There is so much to love about this book--the back and forth pull between Jude and Cameron, the vagillionaires and their loving dedication to each other, witty banter, the quirky Bluewater residents, and an 80's night (complete with parachute pants) at the Bluewater Disco that had me pulling up videos to some favorite songs of the past. Add to that some great suspense, a few fun Easter Eggs from other books, and Drag Queen Brunch (with a cameo from our favorite author) and this is one book I could not put down. I can't wait to read more about this amazing group of women! Up next is Luna da Rosa in Kathryn Nolan's Wild Open Hearts!

I loved this story! The characters, the plot, the dialogue, the cameos!! All of it combined to make a scorching hot romantic mystery comedy, because it’s Claire Kingsley and this boss lady can do whatever she wants! Jude is my very favorite type of Hero. A former spy with an alpha personality, rippling muscles AND he drives a motorcycle, yes please!! But he’s also highly intelligent, low key funny, ultra protective and just the right amount of dirty in the bedroom. Cameron is the ultimate mix of class and down to earth. She knows how to carry herself in public as the face of a multi billion dollar company but also how to let loose with her girlfriends while rocking leg warmers or kicka** stilettos! She was kind and giving but never a pushover which I adored. Jude and Cameron had excellent chemistry but like true professionals they tried to keep their relationship strictly business, you can guess how well that worked out! Although it is a slow buildup to them finally giving in I was never bored and enjoyed watching them build trust and friendship first. I wish I could live in the Bluewater Community!! The bond between Cameron and the other three lady billionaires is truly special. In a world where it can be common for successful woman to be enemies they prove just how much farther you can get in life with the right support system at your back. Plus their concern for her safety ultimately lead her to Jude, so yay for best friends!!

I loved this book! Just like the first book in this series, this is my favorite book so far from this author. Claire Kingsley wrote such a beautiful love story, with heat, vulnerability, intrigue and some hilarity. Cameron is another powerful billionaire who hires Jude to keep her safe because someone is trying to hurt her or kill her. Even though she loves her career and has fabulous friends, she is lonely and does not trust men thanks to her jerk of an ex-boyfriend. Again, like in Lucy Score's 1st book in this series, we get to watch a strong but vulnerable hero fall head over heels for his lady. Jude tries to keep things platonic, but the heat between him and Cameron is sizzling! They want and need each other and I only wanted to smack him upside the head for like two seconds when he drove away on his motorcycle... Kingsley and Score are such a great team of writers! I cannot wait for the next two books in this series by their fellow romance writing godesses.

Another terrific read from author Claire Kingsley. This time she gives us a twist on the billionaire story - here the billionaire is female. Cameron and Jude are wonderful characters. They have good chemistry and their story fits them perfectly. The story is fun and flirty, sweet and sexy, romantic and steamy, with humor and intrigue. I have never met a Claire Kingsley book that did not give me a couple of hours of pure entertainment. This book is part of a series of four books with each book written by a different author. Each book is a stand-alone, but Claire introduces us to Cameron's three billionaire female friends, each one is perfect in her own right, and they all complement each other in a fabulous friendship. I voluntarily read a digital ARC provided to me by the author.

I really enjoyed the second book in the Bluewater Billionaires series. This one, by Claire Kingsley, features gorgeous red-head Cameron - the head of an aviation company and anonymous benefactor of a local STEM program. When Cameron successfully fights off an attempt at purse snatching by putting a classy stiletto through the would-be mugger's foot, her friends decide she needs a bodyguard. Enter Jude Ellis, retired CIA operative and wanna-be-retired "problem solver" - except people keep being referred to him requiring his unique skill-set. I kept picturing Jude as a much taller version of Jason Statham - muscular, quick-witted, able to both blend in and stand out at the same time, and a man of unexpected talents. He not only speaks Russian but can effortlessly join in an 80's dance party with full costume pulled from his own closet! (I still want to know why Jude happened to have both a mesh crop top and parachute pants in his closet!!!) But, I digress. While the threats against Cameron escalate, so does their attraction to one another. And, when an unlikely villain finally comes to the surface, Jude's many talents come into play to save Cameron's life. I also enjoyed the side story of Cameron's husband and wife team of live-in chef and trainer. I highly recommend reading this book! I received an ARC of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Cameron was brilliant, feisty, independent, and at the top of her game professionally. As a vagillionaire, she had everything she wanted and her life was perfect...well, almost. There was the fact that she was single, yet she longed to share her life with a partner. Oh, and did I mention she had a pesky, possibly deadly stalker? Cue the dreamy 6'5" bodyguard. Jude's protectiveness was a clear asset for her safety, but his alpha-male dominance was something Cameron never knew she wanted or needed until she experienced it. He also had a swoony, squishy-soft center that was covered by his amazing six-pack, making him one heck of a great hero. This book had so many tender moments, along with the scorching hot scenes, that were pure Claire Kingsley magic. I can't wait to read the rest of this series! *ARC received for an honest and unbiased review.*

The Mogul & The Muscle is the second book in the Bluewater Billionaires collection. Here we get Cameron & Jude’s story. Cameron has been getting weird instances of some going after her. Balancing that with a potential sex scandal her fellow vagillionaires and besties (Emily, Daisy, & Luna) hire her a bodyguard. Cue in Jude Ellis, former Marine and CIA operative. As soon as Cam sees Jude there is instant chemistry and connection but with Cam in potential danger, things need to stay professional. Cameron & June have amazing banter and chemistry between the two gets hotter as the danger increases. I love seeing easter eggs from Claire’s other books (Everly from Faking Ms. Right & Salishan Cellars from the Miles Family series).

The second installment in the Bluewater Billionaires series keeps things just as hot as the first one. Not entirely due to being set in Miami but because of the Lady Billionaires and their super hot men. This book follows Cameron, billionaire CEO of an aerospace company. She's a bit bent because her Billionaire Besties think she needs security after someone tried to mug her in her parking garage. She doesn't agree but gives in because she's tired of them bugging her about it. They hire Jude Ellis, private referral only, security hottie. He's former CIA and other things he can't talk about unless he kills you. He's convinced that the mugging wasn't random and starts digging. Especially once he starts falling for Cameron and knows he has to figure this out to keep her safe. Crazy smart lady billionaire, super hot security guru, how could this possibly not be super swoony? It's hot and steamy with a side of sweet and funny. I couldn't put it down once I started and you won't be able to either. More appearances from other characters we've met, along with some of the quirky residents of the Bluewater Estates make this even more fun. Add more drag queen Brunches and I'm ready to move to Bluewater.

The second book of this smashing series and while I first thought that this was not the usual CK’s story, I later had to change my mind because I surely recognized her author’s perfect touch. About the characters; Jude a hunky one man show, is hired as security for Cameron, for a seemingly innocuous episode of mugging that later turns out to be a major threat for her life. Jude is a mystery but he knows his way around and dealing with a witty and a cocky redhead like Cameron makes his blood boil. They are so unfit for one another but what can I say opposites attract and during a delicate situation in which Cameron is saved by Jude, there is no stopping them from getting what they have wanted from the start…..if the reader knows what I mean! A refreshing and passionate story and I must admit while reading the book the song “Hey Jude” by the Beatles kept popping into my mind, even if the song’s theme is not at all related. More than five stars rating for me; a book which can be read as a stand-alone but I would like to recommend this series from the start and savor each one like a delicious box of chocolates. I’m voluntarily leaving a review after receiving a courtesy copy of the book.

I love the Bluewater Billionaire Series so I couldn’t wait to read this second installment. This book is about Cameron who is a CEO of an aerospace company. She is attacked in her parking garage and her besties decide she needs a bodyguard. Enter Jude Ellis, hot security expert. Jude and Cameron have loads of chemistry and it jumps off the page. They try to keep their relationship professional, but we all know that lines will be crossed. It has a slow build and I couldn’t wait for them to give in. They also develop a friendship that was fun to watch develop. This book was steamy, funny, and heartfelt. It was another excellent book in this fantastic series!!!

Book two of the Bluewater Billionaires books was even more fantabulous than I imagined it would be! First off, Claire Kingsley as the author means it's going to be absolutely scrumptious! Second, this series is just absoflippinglutely perfection!!! In book two, we find that there was an attempted mugging on Cameron. Her friends encourage her to hire someone to help with the situation, so in stumbles Jude into her life. Cameron begrudgingly agreed to let him help her, until the attempted mugging becomes something far more serious. Cameron and Jude made the screen of my Kindle sizzle! They have such an amazing chemistry and connection. The twist of who was after Cameron and why was excellent! Oh! And bonus points for the Princess Bride quotes in the book. 🤣 I cannot wait for book three to come out! Each book is a standalone, but do yourself a favor and read all of them! They are so worth it!!! Side note: If you are a fan of Claire Kingsley's books, you'll love the connection to some of her other books throughout this story!

Omg I get it. It took me two books to see it! *******SPOILER***** I love how this group of authors put themselves in the books! I kept wondering if there was going to be a spinoff series with these crazy authors that sit next to the group and then I realized, they are the authors in of each of book. Duhhhhh [smacks forhead]. Just makes me love this series even more. Also, great story. So funny. Crazy snark girls with crazy lives take on the world and win! Great fast read that makes you want to belong to their little group or at least live in their "fallopian tube" shaped community with the three legged alligator, cussing parrot, and wacky resident!

They look so mis-matched. Cameron is smart, strong and sexy-beautiful who is used to managing her business without help, especially from any man. Jude is a towering hunk of Ex-Special Ops who knows there are many ways to solve a difficult problem besides a crack to the jaw. (Notice how he handled the Stalker with a simple indirect threat.) He doesn't need another client and Cameron knows she can handle whoever is threatening her. But try as they might they can't fight their feelings towards each other. I really enjoyed the climax and its resolution and the end of the story was really funny. Take some time, kick back and enjoy the tale.

I was thinking that The first book in this series by Lucy Score was going to be my favorite, no matter what. Now after reading this one, I am just as smitten! Wow! Double Wow! Love everything about this. H/H are perfectly written. Love the continuting Bluewater community thread that runs through this series. So much fun. The timing is perfect for their relationship development. Many times the hooking up feels rushed and I just skim over the gory details. This story, along with 1st book was spot on. Hated to see this end. Loved loved the bonus epilogue 10 years on. Definitely don't miss that! Thank you so much Claire for this superbly written story. I read it straight through and hated to see it end. Loved the romance writers twist in this one. So cool. So funny and different. Excellent job with writing it. I can't wait for next one in series by Katherine Nolan. Huge shoes to fill. Please consider keeping this series going somehow. I hate to think only 2 more books left for Bluewater.

Witty banter, suspense and hot chemistry all combine into a fun and flirty story that draws you in and has you invested in Cameron and Jude’s happy ever after. As a new resident of Bluewater, I'm still trying to adapt. I just arrived so there legged alligator, cursing parrot, and odd neighbors are still a bit overwhelming. I'm sure I will get used to it with time and exposure but what I won't get used to is all the eye candy! Who knew this place was a prime spot for the happily ever after circuit. Looks like things are going to go my way!😆 I had fun reading this book. It wasn't too emotional and had plenty of attitude. I love feisty, sexy, and of course...I like it hot. The Mogul and the Muscle is all that and more. With a fun group of wildly entertaining chicas , I have a feeling nothing in Bluewater is ever boring!

This was okay. It wasn't as great as the first one but still readable good. To be honest, I wanted to like this book. The characters were great though the paced of the story was really slow. My problem with this book was the connection between the MCs. I didn't really felt their connection. Yes, the sexual tension was there but the love part was unfortunately lacking. It was probably because Jude and Cameron didn't share a lot of things to each other until towards the end of the book. Also, for the most part, I really thought this would be an action type romance since Jude was security/bodyguard. I was hoping for the badassery stints but didn't really got it until the last part. Regardless, still enjoyed some parts of this book. I still recommend checking this series out.

This book (and series) is so much fun. This isn't just about the romance (although that is great too- Jude is amazing and Cameron is a strong, fun characters) but also, this is about friendship. The never wavering, loyalty inspiring kind of friendship. I love going through these books- only 2 so far but the flavor of the book makes me so excited to read the other ones. And then the romance- Jude is a bodyguard and as a favor, he's watching over Cameron until they fall for each other. But they need to figure out who is trying to hurt Cameron. So this book has romance and mystery perfectly mixed together. When you add in the friends, the neighbors, the wacky animals and the beautifully described landscape, this book gives readers a few hours of total enjoyment. Although second in the series, it really isn't necessary to read the first book but that said, that book, The Price of Scandal, was so good, that it is a must read as well.

This is the first book I have read in this series. I would give it 3.5 stars. I liked the premise of the book. I was expecting a bit more suspense, intrigue, or mystery. This was a pretty lighthearted romantic suspense. The person causing Cam all of the issues was pretty obvious. There was a twist at a certain point that had me wondering if it tied into something that happened when Cam and Jude were out one day. But, there was nothing ever mentioned about a connection. I liked both Jude and Cam. I liked that Cam was a billionaire and Jude had no insecurities about it. I enjoyed their banter and appreciated Cam not having a superior attitude because she was rich. It was a sweet romance, light on the suspense yet still an entertaining read.

I enjoyed the overall premise of this book. Claire has worked her butt off to become the CEO of a multi-billion dollar aerospace company. When she starts getting random threats, she's forced to hire hulking bodyguard of Jude Ellis. I get a serious lady boner for bodyguards, since they're always scoping a room, know the exit strategies and are one step ahead. As much as Jude tried to keep it professional, there was that slow simmer between them that blurred the lines until they finally gave in. I appreciated the "who done it" factor but ironically my favorite part was when Jude and Novakoff met.

The Mogul & The Muscle is such a fun book! I love that Cameron is a lady billionaire, and the bond she has with her group of girls is totally #friendgoals. Jude is the perfect hulky, hunky, intimidating bodyguard. (The Hulk was a great description, as that's exactly how I pictured him!) But when he meets Cameron and starts to fall for her, he turns into a puddle of sweetness, a gentle giant. There is an element of suspense to this story as the attacks on Cameron grow bolder, and it all leads up to a kidnapping with the perfect romantic rescue by Jude. If you read Faking Ms. Right, Jude and Cameron made a bit of an appearance in tht book. It was fun to see the flip side of that scene, from Cam's perspective. Claire Kingsley is one of my go-to authors, and she never disappoints. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

Book 2 of the Bluewater Billionaires brings us Cam and Jude’s story. First off, I must say, Cam’s personality is so reminiscent of my sister in law, an engineer, that my mind was just blown. The shed where she took things apart and altered them, the overall tech, and right down to Cam driving a Tesla (my sis in law loves hers), I thought Cam WAS my sis in law! Lol. Cam has a scary event and Emily insists on Cam having personal security. Enter Jude; strong stealthy, spy-ish, ex marine, ex CIA. He just wants to retire but agrees to help Cam by providing personal security because his friend, Derick Price, asked him to. Well, my dear reader...sparks fly with these two. The storyline is good, the love stuff 😏 is off the charts and we have EASTER EGGS...which is beyond joyful! Anyway, grab yourself a copy and pray for the next few weeks to go fast so we can read Wild Open Hearts tout suite!

Cameron and her besties Emily, Luna and Daisy, their very quirky Bluewater community and community pets return, but this time with the added bonus of Jude. Jude was pretty awesome! I love a good romcom where a bodyguard falls hard for the person he was hired to protect. It didn't take long for Cameron and Jude to be tempted with crossing those professional boundaries, these 2 had bucket loads of chemistry. Looking forward to Luna and Daisy now.

Throw a beautiful and sexy female CEO billionaire together with a retired CIA agent turned body guard and you get one funny, intense, action packed story. I was locked in from the opening pages and with each and every chapter the story got better and better. Cam might think the random acts of violence will not harm her but Jude seems to know that she needs protecting. Will he figure out the who and why to make sure she stays alive? Can you really fall in love while you are trying to stay alive? Claire Kingsley has once again created characters and storyline that will not disappoint.

After seeing a glimpse of Cameron and Jude in Faking Ms. Right, I was so excited to get their story! Cameron’s was such an independent, strong woman who found herself in a very vulnerable position. Jude was the definition of a alpha male hired to help her - even though she thought she didn’t need help. These two along with all the amazingly quirky side characters had me wanting more and more. The Bluewater community is another unique world created by these incredibly talented authors!! If you love strong billionaire heroines, swoony alpha males who allow them to be themselves, nosey neighbors, laugh out loud circumstances, and the random dog or three legged alligator- this is the book for you!!! The Mogul and the Muscle is the 2nd book in the interconnecting standalone Bluewater Billionaires Series featuring Lucy Score, Claire Kingsley, Pippa Grant, and Kathryn Nolan.

I really don't have to write a long review, just know book is awesome. Snappy dialogue with excellent MCs. Both were smart and well written. I loved reading it. It actually had a plot, surprising with the trash out today. They actually restrained themselves and didn't jump into bed at first lust. When they finally did it was hot and sweet. I could feel the connection between the characters. Hats off to the author. I absolutely recommend this book. I borrowed this book from kindle unlimited but will definitely be purchasing it.

An aerospace CEO, Cameron Whitbury needs a bodyguard. A former spy Jude Ellis, isdoing one last job as a favor for a friend. The friend has wound up being the one doing a favor for Jude. The chemistry between Cameron and Jude is undeniable. She lives in a mansion on a private island and Jude lives in a loft. How the two come together is a sweet story of truth, trust and love. While the book is a fun sweet romance, it also has intrigue and spy type action. I enjoyed the book and have read other books in the series.

Meticulously written, with heat, humor, danger, and intrigue. All along I thought I knew who was messing with Cameron, but Claire brilliantly laid out misdirecting breadcrumbs that kept me guessing till the end, which I loved. My favorite moment was that I’d been reading all along, falling in love with Jude and Cameron as they fell in love, then it’s like “I don’t even know you”. Hit them and me right out of left field & the solution to that was hilarity at its finest, like an action movie sequence! Loved this one so much!! ❤️

I don't know what kind of sorcery Claire Kingsley writes with, but good god I cannot get enough of it. I've been waiting for Cam and Jude's story since we briefly met them in Faking Ms. Right... and they were definitely worth the wait! This is the 2nd book in the Bluewater Billionaires series, but can be read as a standalone. This story is everything you would expect if you're a Claire fan--sexy, swoony, funny, and a little drama thrown in the mix. Cam and Jude are both such strong people and their lonely hearts are just longing for something more. Sparks fly when they are thrown together by their worried friends, and it doesn't take long before things start overheating. The lady "vagillionaires" are an amazing group of friends and I loved getting to know them more and I can't wait for the next books.

Bluewater is the best! Book 2 in the standalone romantic comedies and I am completely hooked! Cameron is a strong, independent woman, recovering from an awful breakup. When her safety is threatened, her friends insist on security for her well-being. Enter Jude. Their story will make you laugh, cry, feel happy and excited! By the end of the book, you will be completely mesmerized with this couple! This book has all the feels, while being set in a town I am completely in love with. Claire Kingsley never disappoints and this book is no exception!

This is my first book by this author and definitely not my last! I've already put 2 of her series on my wishlist! Cameron was a part of the first book, but as a friend, so we didn't learn much until this book and even then it was the information vomit near the end where we learn a lot about her. Jude is great. I love big guys who look like they're giant bears on the outside but have that soft gooey center for their woman. And the key line that sounds amazing!

I absolutely love the Bluewater Vagillionaires Series and Cam and Jude’s story is just another hit for the foursome authors. The characters at Bluewater are quirky and lovable and will kill to know where the inspirations for Mosdacai’s Bistro came from, I have to go there. Cam and Jude are perfectly imperfect for each other and the search is on for who is trying to get to Cam. Read on and be enthralled like with the other books in this series.

Claire Kingsley continuously amazes me with the writing ability. She takes strong independent woman and pairs them up with men who can handle them.. Her writing is always spot on with a Roller coaster of emotions that leave you hanging on. She creates a world that you can relate to and envision yourself and the chat after together. This story is a strong, independent woman who is forced to hire a bodyguard. Sparks fly when they meet and you can feel the chemistry through the pages. As you read their story, you become emotionally involved. It is one you need to read for yourself. Highly recommend!!

Cameron and Jude’s story has it all. Intrigue, suspense, a touch of angst and a whole lot of simmer and steam. Cameron is sassy and spunky and doesn’t even realize how much in need she is of Jude’s protective and intense feelings. He so reluctant for the love that he grows for her. I also love the friendship between the lady billionaires and their PAs. It amazes me how different authors can write about characters from another authors books and you can’t tell they weren’t all created by one person. This is such a fun joint series. I can’t wait for the rest! I received an advanced copy of this manuscript and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

I absolutely love the strong female characters in these books. Cameron was such a bada**. The chemistry between Jude and Cameron was off the charts. The sexual tension was so strong I needed a cold shower. The storyline was perfect for these characters and kept you engaged. The only thing I didn't care for in both books was the mention of sort of meeting the authors in the books. It was cute and funny and I'm sure thrown in for the fans but it just took away from the seriousness of the story for me. If it was a flat out romcom maybe but it wasn't. I'm not a fan when authors do that in books it's just a little cheesy to me.

Great story. I loved Cameron and her badass billionaire girlfriends. Jude, the brooding, but very professional and capable bodyguard, has been assigned to guard Cameron. She's had some run-ins that her friends don't think is just bad luck. Turns out, someone's out to harm Cameron. Lots of heat between Jude and Cameron. Her girlfriends are hilarious. Some fast-paced action. And a beautifully drawn out love story.

Can be read as a standalone but it’s nice if you’ve read The Price of a Scandal (Emily and Derek’s book) for a little background. Written in dual first person POV. Decent amount of sexy times (but I always want more). Good amount of humor and some suspense. No real angst. Once again, I enjoyed all of the primary and secondary characters. Even the briefly mentioned minor inhabitants of Bluewater are fun. 4.5 stars rounded up.

I have been excited for Cameron and Jude's book since meeting them in Faking Ms. Right and I was not disappointed! Cameron is a brilliant, independent lady boss that can take care of herself and Jude is a former CIA one man security detail who just wants to retire after this last job. The chemistry between Cam and Jude is amazing. Pair that with some humor, witty banter, a few Easter eggs, a little bit of suspense and you have a great story! I love the Bluewater Billionaires!

This group of women writing this series is amazing. I love how the story flows seamlessly from Lucy’s TPOS into Claire’s TMTM you wouldn’t know that different authors wrote the stories because the settings and the people got so well. For this book itself... AMAZING all the stars! I love how quirky the characters are with their one liners and hints of humor, and they have so much heart. Love love love this book! Can’t wait for the rest of the series.

This story is Epic and a must read!! The chemistry between Jude and Cameron is indescribable. The sexy scenes, between the 2 characters, are hot enough to burn the pages. I love billionaire romance stories and stories about bodyguards/security and Claire Kingsley has CONQUERED this subject brilliantly with her "vagillionaire". I didn't expect anything less! Claire always exceeds my expectations and leaves me begging for more!,

Overall I liked the book. I loved Cam and Jude and the chemistry between them. I did feel like the book lacked some depth. I was disappointed that Jude didn’t catch on to who was messing with Cam. I wish there would have been more twists since I saw who it was from a mile away. I felt like Jude didn’t get a chance to really shine and that was a little disappointing. I didn’t like how it was slow going for a good portion of the book and then it sped up and got kind of muddied. I’d still recommend it.

I really enjoyed this book. There was just enough suspense and sexual tension to keep me reading, which are my favorite books!! I'm excited to see what else she has in store. Side note: I did not like the "find out more" about their story. A simple fast forward would have sufficed. I just wanted to know **spoiler***how many redheaded babies they had!

Cameron and Jude were absolutely great together. So much chemistry. This book has so much heart and so much soul that you can't help but smile from start to finish. The suspense, mystery and action are all well done, so very well thought out. After reading this book twice I purchased it so I can forever have it in my library to read again and again. It is the perfectly written book. The characters are well developed with strong personalities. The story moves along at a decent pace so you don't want to put it down until the end and then you want more. There is romance, adventure, intrigue, great book!

Cameron is one tough woman but danger can always bring out a little fear. Jude doesn’t want another job but one look at Cameron and he is all in. These two take us on an adventure of a lifetime. This storyline was full of danger, what if’s, and passion. Excellent writing ❤️❤️

So far this book is my favorite one in the Bluewater Billionaires series. The first one Price of Scandel was a good read but this one holy smokes I fell in love with Cam and Jude before chapter 5! I do wish I had a bit more back story on Jude in the beginning. His previous careers sound so intriguing! Overall I enjoyed this read that I finished in a day!

You can also read Faking Mrs. Right either before or after this book. It is not necessary for the story line but it is also a great book and there is a little character crossover

This book has everything that makes a good story a really great story. I have read down through a lot of the other reviews. I can not top them. I can only add that this is truly one of the best stories I've ever had the joy of reading. Thank you Claire Kingsley for spinning those characters that I gladly let spend time in my head.

I loveeee the combination of romcom suspense! Never thought i'd enjoy it but i do. Cameron and Jude's story is so enjoyable just like Emily and Derek's with a different approach. I'm so looking forward to Luna's and Daisy's story. I wish someone will write about Jane's and also how did Charlie the Chef and Ima ended up together. Moreeee please! Thank you!

Enjoyed this. The banter between characters was charming and endearing, ultimately the best part of the book. The chemistry between main characters was great. Some of the action scene/story line is a bit on the cheesy/cliche side, however even that fell into place considering the tone of the book. Overall I enjoyed it and would read this author again.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Like, I'm glad it was free kinda not great. I'd be hard pressed to pick up anything else by the author. The characterization was good, but it's hard to say how much of that was this author and how much collab between the group. Everything else was just meh, the romance and sub plots seemed rushed and poorly thought-out, and the (censored) scenes were 2 star at best. Idk. I'm disappointed because book one was pretty great.

Loving this series so far. I dig the atypical gender reversal big time. The majority of this story was about the growth of their relationship but I really stayed latched to my kindle for the mystery. Who was behind the attacks and what will they do next? Not as compelling as the first book’s mystery but it was enough to keep me reading and recommending.

Reading a Claire Kingsley book is always a treat, and this one was no exception. Cameron needed a big no nonsense man to balance out her need to control everything in her life. Jude was just the man for her. When those two clashed the sex sparks would fly. The humor was off the charts and the love scenes were flammable. I highly recommend this book.

I love the mystery throughout these books. It's more than just romance, and it keeps your turning pages faster! All of the characters are totally loveable and relatable. And everyone loves the broody, silent bodyguard who opens up to the girl. Swoon. My favorite part was the banter during and after the rescue.

Overall, I enjoyed the story but I should have read the first book first. Emily and Derek kept popping up and the only thing I knew was that Emily and Cameron were friends. The book kind of stalled out in the middle for me and I almost didn't finish it but I'm glad I did. The ending wasn't how I thought it would be which was a plus...

Another great read from this author. I did not read the first book in the series and did not feel like I missed anything. I was hooked from beginning to end with two great, complex, and not at all stereotypical characters. Throw in some suspense and it is a great mix of everything. This story had it all from suspense to incredible romance and everything in between, I loved it. The author did an amazing job of developing these characters and their romance and I think she added just the right amount of suspense throughout the story and romance to keep me turning pages. Definitely a five-star rating for this book.

From charmingly quirky neighbors to die hard best friends I am falling in love with the series! The characters are so strong and I loved reading them fall in love. Fierce female lead that couldnt have fallin for anyone other then Jude! I am impressed and enjoyed every page. I loved the little cameo and I'm going straight to Faking Mr Right after this review. I'm also on the edge on seat ready to devour the next 2 books. I hope you ladies work together again and often!

Jude and Cameron are fantastic, strong characters. I loved Jude Ellis so, so very much! He's a mysterious, sexy, and funny bodyguard with an intriguing past. I absolutely adored him. The story is interesting, funny, and throws in great plot twists. Thoroughly enjoyed this book (plus the bonus epilogue linked at the end).

I read Derek and Emily’s book and it was cute. This was a good follow up. I will probably read the other two as well! I cannot tell what order to read them in....a little frustrating as some references in this book, which I thought was book 2, suggested I had missed something from Luna or Daisy’s book.

This series really is top notch. Claire Kingsley is a new to me author, but this will not be the last I read of hers. I adored the characters, and the story was interesting. The pacing was spot-on as well. The romance was perfection, and I just adored it when they finally admitted their feelings. 5 stars!

Jude and Cameron sparkle. They are so down to Earth despite their backgrounds and while the two of them may seem to be exactly wrong for each other, that makes them exactly the right pair. From the first page, you are already ready for the amazing journey Kingsley wields. And even at the last, you are wondering what kind of wonderful adventures Jude and Cameron will embark on. A truly wonderful read.

This book is the story of Cameron and Jude. He is her bodyguard, then becomes her lover. There are a long list of things that happen in between, but as the book nears its end the situations are so bizarre that I feel it took away from the story, so I gave it 4 stars, as it still is a good book.

This was my first book from Claire Kingsley and I’m kinda pissed at myself for taking so long to read one of her books, but also super excited because I have a lot of her books in my library and I can’t wait to tear into them. This is the second time I've read this book and I absolutely adore Jude, thisbis such a sweet story with a little action, and a lot of love. It's such a sweet short read, Jude is so badass that even the bad guys won't cross him intentionally which makes this a low stakes adventure. I love this series.

Ok this series is 2 for 2 so far. Cameron and Jude were fun. Once Jude let his professional guard down they really had some great banter. The bit of mystery trying to figure out who was behind everything kept the pages turning as well. Quick easy read that I really enjoyed.

The second installment of the Bluewater Billionaires was, for lack of a better word, amazeballs. It had everything. Giant teddy bear of a hero. Sassy AF heroine. Super hot chemistry. Adorable moments. Drag queens. An assortment of animals. And intrigue. SO MUCH intrigue, that all I wanted to do was jump towards the end because I NEEDED TO KNOW. It had everything I wanted in it, and it has so been worth the wait.

I loved this book. Jude was so swoon worthy... he made the perfect match for Cameron. I loved the story line and the suspense of The Who is after Cameron. I was exited to see the little things thrown in there to from some of Claire’s other fabulous books such as the cameo of Everly Dalton! Once I picked up this book I couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait to read the next ones in the series by Grant and Nolan.

Ok so after I read Everly's story I was hoping there would be a book about her new boss and the bodyguard! It been awhile since I have read that book so it took me a minute to realize this what the book is been hoping for. It did not disappoint and an so happy to have read this! Jude was one hot piece of man meat and I couldn't get enough of his protectiveness!! This was such a great book with an amazing storyline!

I think the author did a great job with this book. You have the mystery of who is after the heroine. There is the romance story. And then there is the overall story of the four friends and their very full and quirky lives. That last includes a cursing parrot, a three-legged alligator and a wandering Savint Bernard. Very odd and very enjoyable. I definitively recommend giving this book a try.

LOVE that these authors got together to write a story about FEMALE billionaires! Even though each book in the series was written by a different author, they all flowed together beautifully, right down to the details. Loved how Cameron and Jude's relationship developed. There were some laugh out moments that had me reading through this book in a matter of days. Definitely will be reading more by Claire Kingsley!

Just like book 1, this was romance gold. Jude the hot alpha protector, Cameron, the badass CEO who's used to handling everything on her own. Jude has to keep her safe and figure out who's after her. Action packed, suspenseful and fun.

I enjoyed Cam and Jude’s story. The suspense was good although it wasn’t too hard to figure out who the bad guy was. I liked the relationship between Jude and Cameron. They quickly worked through the few issues that cropped up between them.

Lots of fun, has plenty of surprise laugh out loud moments and the billionaire storyline is not outlandish. I picture Jude as a Liam Neeson Taken mixed with Jack Reacher personality with Dwayne Johnson's body and Shaq's height. HAWT!

Cute body guard romance. I loved both Jude and Cameron. Both characters were strong and there wasn't undo angst. Light on mystery, but is pretty balanced. Unfortunately would have loved more if Judes fascinating background. Definitely recommend. Quick sweet read with super steamy scenes and an HEA.

The story of Cameron and Jude was a bodyguard, damsel in distress story that worked well. It didn’t have as much to it as the first book in the series, “The Price if Scandal” so of the quirkiness I was hoping for was missing.

Love Billionaire romances? This was a great twist where the woman was not only loaded but fully capable of taking care of herself under normal circumstances. Unfortunately for Cameron, these aren't normal circumstances and that's where Jude comes in. Great story and I can't wait to read the others in the Bluewater series.

This is my second book in the Bluewater series and I LOVED it as much as the first. This is a must read that will have you laughing out loud, OMG the character's (Bobby) included are insane! 💕
