The Berenstain Bears' Storytime Collection (The Berenstain Bears)

This collection of Berenstain Bears’ stories contains 10 of the original books from when I was growing up in the 80’s and 90’s. They are the exact same as they were back then and it’s great to be able to read them to my son. The book is hardcover with gold edged pages. The pages are pretty thin, though, so small hands may tear them easily. The stories contained in the book are a nice collection of life lesson stories and able to be applied to a wide variety of families. All in all... a terrific book.

This is the collection for everyone who is tired of the 'useless dad' trope. These all seem to be written before that became popular (early 80s I think) but they arent so old as to be dated.

These are the stories I grew up with and I hope to pass this book down to my little one for her future children. The pages are a bit thinner than they used to be so be careful turning the pages for your little one at bed time readings. My three year old daughter gets quiet and loves when I read this book to her. She is captivated by the illustrations and asks many questions. I love the interaction and smile as her English improves. This is much better quality than most other flimsy children's books on the market today.

If you don't have berenstain bears books in your collection, you should. The stories and illustrations are excellent, and tend to address real-life situations and behaviors. My kids have all loved these. The compilation books like this one are the cheapest approach also!

I gave this to my Granddaughter for Christmas. She loves this book, she was so excited when she opened it, and her mom sent me a picture and video of her looking at and "reading" the book to herself, she is four years old. Her mom and dad both said they remember the stories from when they were children.

Sure, the pages aren't the highest quality printing, and the binding isn't the best, but the stories are great and the gold on the edge of the pages really class up the joint. I recommend this book to all Berenstain fans.

My children were not interested in reading this at first, but after the first story, they couldn't get enough. There are 10 great stories in this book, well chosen from the Berstain Bear series. I miss wholesome stories like these, where you don't have to look over your child's shoulder to monitor the content. The binding and paper is quality, and I expect this book to last for years to come.

Twin boys, just ordered this a few weeks ago. This is their new favorite book, they keep wanting to flip through it before bedtime picking out which story they want me to read them. Makes me so happy when they have a new favorite book!

I love this multi-story book! My toddler loves it too. I think we have read through it twice now. The B Bears are a family favorite! I especially love the gold foiling on the page edges and that it’s a hard cover. Should last us for a long time!

My daughter is a HUGE Bearenstain Bears fan and these very dated illustrations actually were frightening to her.

I love the stories that are in the book. I enjoyed reading them to my nephew. He is not a reader. However, the stories does teach you the importance of family.

Great book. Like how it's the original Berenstain Bears with it's sweet stories and morales and not the very religious new Berenstain Books. These are the classics.
