Tobias tells himself he's having fun. He has a great life as a beta in the Cloverleah Pack, and while danger still threatens the pack, he has his friend's wedding to look forward too, and the pleasures that come from hookups in random places. He'd like to meet his mate, just so he's not the odd one out in the inner circle, but it's not something he's expecting anytime soon. So when a hookup just before the wedding leaves Tobias with a permanent scar, he wonders where the heck his life went wrong. Especially when the man responsible for the wicked set of tooth marks, disappeared after the deed was done, to ring a man called Kurt.

Kurt and Luke have been mated for three years. As bear shifters, Kurt has known from puberty that he will two mates and once he'd claimed Luke, his mama warned him to be on the look out for a human female. So when Luke rings him and lets him know he might have accidentally on purpose bitten a wolf shifter, from some town they'd never heard of, Kurt heads to Cloverleah to sort out the mess.

Sorting out their mating is just one of the things the three men have to contend with. A magic user has stepped up his game and no where on packlands seems safe. When Tobias gets taken, Kurt and Luke are helpless to do anything about it. It's going to take the power of the pack before life will be safe again, for any of them.

Warning: Contains scenes of M/M and M/M/M sex. It also contains a special kind of bear, his grumpy mate, and a wolf that just wants to be loved. HEA and no cheating guaranteed.

While this book can be read as standalone, you will understand more about the secondary characters in the book, if you have read the others in the series.

Enjoyable addition to this shifter series - 4,5 stars

The Cloverleah pack is still expanding. The Fates seem to know what they need and send the right type mate their way. Last time it was the ruler of the vampires and now there are two bears on their way to this exceptional pack. Tobias has seen his friends meet their mates and is more than a bit envious. With his background he is more than ready to find someone who could love him. Some hurtful words from a lover sends him off on a hunt after an anonymous hook-up. And he ends up being claimed by Luke. Luke is a special man. He is already mated with Kurt and now he is a bit single-mindedly keen on telling Kurt about meeting their third. But he does not explain it to Tobias and Tobias leaves for his friends' wedding. Kurt travels to this place he has never heard about, to sort out things. He cannot believe that their third is a male shifter. He has always believed it would be a human female. This mating is not easy. It takes some work. And in addition the Alpha of this pack is wary of bears and needs some convincing to accept these two bears into the pack. And the enemies are still lurking in the background, planning and conspiring. It's a series and I think it's best to read it in order. In that way the reader will best understand the approach to the shifter idea. But of course, it is not totally necessary. I really like the way Ms Oliver writes her books, but I still wish the editing was better. Too often there is a "too" where a "to" should be and the other way around.

Do NOT miss this book!!!

OMG! This book is so amazing! If you have no read this series yet I can’t stress enough that you need to start!!! First of all I love, love, love, Luke!!! I love to see inside his head! It is a riot!!! Luke – He couldn’t watch the fireworks though because his mouth was throwing a party and it was epic Luke – Tobias wouldn’t like that … but he could shift really quickly, so that would be okay and the weather was definitely warm enough, and maybe Kurt would shirt too and they could all be make in the water together. . . . . Love the dream world through Luke’s eyes. It’s a truly an amazing place that you are privileged to see. It’s so special there! Wait until you see! I know I keep going on and on about Luke, but .. . You know when you have a ton of dialogue and you tend to skip a bit? With Luke? You can’t! You want to know everything little thing that he is saying and thinking! Tobias is an amazing man!! I had a terrible childhood and he needed to heal. The only on that could help him was Kurt in the dream world. Then? We get to see inside Kurt’s head! He is so dominant, so in charge, so in control! What exactly is he thinking inside his head? It’s awesome! Don’t miss this!!

4 Stars ~ Series Is great!

This is book 8 in Lisa Oliver's Cloverleah Pack Series and in this one we get to continue our plot from the previous seven books and meet some new characters, overall a fun paranormal gay romance. If you have not been to the Cloverleah Packlands before then you might only expect to find wolf shifters upon arrival to this world. You would be wrong! Ms. Oliver has created a paranormal delight in this one-of-a-kind pack which includes: more than one alpha, in-fact more than 75% of the Cloverleah pack is made of Alpha Males (yummy testosterone), then we have A Panther Shifter who is royalty from his area, a shifter guardian (sorta like a boss of all shifters), an Omega wolf (unheard of anymore in this world), Fae-shifter mix (who is Regent of Fae's), Two Fae Princes (because Fae mate in three, ménage yummy), an old as hell and powerful Vampire, and we have beta wolves, one of which, Tobias, who is now mated with bears shifters now. Two bear Shifters in-fact are added to this unique Motley Crüe of a pack and they are fierce and protective of their mate whom they meet during a romp at a truck stop. Tobias, beta-wolf/wolf enforcer is fierce so it makes sense that is mates would be fierce as well!! Kurt and Luke they have been mated for three years now, both bear shifters from a sleuth that always has people mated in threes or polyamory - Kurt and Luke know they are going to have a third - they just always assumed it would be a female (human) who could bare their cubs. So imagine Kurt's surprise when Luke phones him stating he has found their third, in a truck stop, in a little out of nowhere town and oh yeah he may have gotten so excited he claimed him! Him, not a her. Oh and he is a wolf! Kurt doesn't question whether Luke could have made a mistake however he knows his little bear mate would not mess this up (well not intentionally, because Luke doesn't have a mean bone in his body) now it's up to Kurt to help Luke find their wayward mate before their little wolf gets sick - wolves don't do well without their mates once claimed. Tobias can't believe that big guy bit him! After he is zapped out of the truck stop thanks to his packs shifter guardians easy travel style, Tobias vows to put that experience behind him. Best way to get over one is to get under another.... Only problem is, a part of his body won't cooperate now. WTF! He has never had issues with performance. Ever since that guy bit him! How will this happy meeting end? How is Tobias going to like the fact that he was claimed and didn't even know it? What about the fact that he was claimed by a mated bear? The Cloverleah pack has had bad experiences with bears in the past, will they accept Tobias's mates? On top of all this someone is still attacking the pack and now they are using magic that even the Fae can't understand.. How will they ever survive this installment - intact as one of the strongest packs around? You are going to have to read this book and find out! Lisa Oliver continues to be creative in her ways of adding new characters, ramping up the action, keeping the story lines going on well-known characters, and mixing it all together to create a well-planned, fast-paced, action packed, unique and fun story!! If you haven't read this series you really should start at book one and give them a chance to grow on you... They are so worth it! 4 stars for Book 8 in The Cloverleah Pack Series ❥❥**'¨) ¸.•'¸.•*'¨) ¸.•*¨) (¸.•' (¸.•`*Book Purchased and reviewed by Jaime from Alpha Book Club

Tangling With Bears

I was thrilled when this Cloverleah book came out. Eight books now and still going strong -- This is the story of Tobias, a valued wolf shifter for the pack. He is getting antsy for a mate. A chance meeting at the local truck stop changes his life. Luke was the lucky bear that found Tobias, marked him, then went to find his other mate, Kurt. Talk about misunderstanding and the power of bleach! The story focuses on the pack there in Cloverleah and yes there are more threats and at first the pack treats Kurt and Luke as threats. The situation with Tobias, Luke, and Kurt was well done and their relationship was interesting and fun. I enjoyed Luke, how he thought, his talents, and how he became a valuable member to the pack. His mates were wonderful with him and I loved how they grew as a triad, supported and encouraged each other. We don't get as much background on Kurt, as most of the mating was about Luke. He really stole the show. The mystery threat affecting the pack takes on a life of it's own. Because of that the guys are off in meetings, fighting, or patrolling as well as learning how to interact with the pack. There's a lot going on and barely any time for their triad. We barely scratched on what Tobias's mates can do and we didn't see if Tobias is more alpha after sleepwalking. Yes. I was curious. While I read all the books in this series and re-read everything before the 7th book. .. . I was lost when reading this one because every single character got ample page space. It wasn't quite an info dump but I was bogged down for awhile trying to place everyone and ending up blank. May I suggest a glossary to refresh our memories? - Dan's Wife

This triad wonderful

I loved this book and the triad of the wolf Tobias from the Cloverleah pack and his bear mates Kurt and Luke. This mating is just perfect and you can't help falling in love with Luke the bear, he's just the biggest sweetheart and just so innocent and pure. The pack is in trouble as usual, but they also keep adding more members to the pack and are getting stronger and stronger. And it's going to get more interesting with the mate that's coming in the next book.

What a Sweet Story!!!

My boys are back! This book is the next in Lisa Oliver's Cloverleaf Pack series. And this story lived up to the rest of the Cloverleah books. Loved Luke, Kurt and Toby! Lisa's books have great MC and always HEA. And I also get to find out what the characters from her other books in the series are doing because they are included. As an avid reader, I have have always enjoyed reading Lisa Oliver's books. The characters are interesting and the story always gets me invested quickly. I eagerly wait for her next book and buy it as soon as I can. From the very first book I ever read of hers to this one, I can't get enough. A truly enjoyable book!!!!

One of her best ever!

There are times when an author can take a series too far and continue to write about characters that we no longer care about. This is NOT one of those times. If this is your first time reaching for a Lisa Oliver book, you have been missing out on a great series and this book is no exception. The main characters, Tobias, Luke and Kurt all have past issues and hurts that they have to work on before they are able to have their HEA. This story incorporates the idea that even someone with a perceived "defective or simple" mind can still have talents that make them a valuable member of society or a pack. I truly loved this book and it will definitely be on my re-read pile. Just buy the book and step into the world of the Cloverleah pack. I dare you. :-)

Another amazing story!

Shawn is all for pack diversity and although Kane struggles a bit with all the different types paranormals, he is now the Alpha of the most divers pack in history with two bears added to the mix. This is another great Cloverleah pack story . It's the story about two bears finding their mate while the pack is once again threatened by outsiders. I just love the differences between Kurt and Luke and how they are both needed by Tobias.

I'm speechless and overwhelmed and happy and teary-eyed and exhausted

I'm speechless and overwhelmed and happy and teary-eyed and exhausted...and babbling. Whew. I feel like I've been run through a wringer. Where her characters are concerned, Lisa Oliver is a meanie and makes Kurt, Luke and Tobias work their tails off for their HEA. Luke, sweet, wonderful Luke, was shunned by his family and clan for being "defective", Tobias was abused and neglected by his family and shunned by his pack, and Kurt, stalwart, quiet, standoffish Kurt is a real surprise. Yes, that's a tease; I'm not gonna post spoilers. Lisa Oliver is on my auto-buy list. I have all of her books and I treasure each and every one. This book is simply astounding. Kudos, Ms. Oliver.

Book 8 and still going strong

4 stars I enjoyed this addition to the series. This one introduces the two bear shifters Kurt and Luke. They are both great mates for Tobias. Before this book the two fae were my favourite characters, providing comic relief with their antics and Jax's total inability to control them but after this book Luke is by far my favourite character of this series. Luke's character is handled with care, he came alive on the page and was a pleasure to read. My only wish is that we could have spent some more time with the three guys on their own without the other characters but the plot didn't really allow it. Looking forward to the next instalment

Still my favorite

This is my third time reading this series and although I rate everything Ms. Oliver writes with 5 stars, this story had my all time favorite character... Luke. I just want to hug him and tell him he's perfect just the way he is. Thank you for all your stories and thank you for sharing your talent with all your fans.

Awesome Addition to the Series

The plot and characters of this story are great. I really liked the twist with the bears and the fact that the problems with the pack were overcome. Can’t wait to read the next book in the series. I would recommend this book to a friend

Fantastic!!

This series gets better and better. Each story weaving it's way through, and this one was no exception. I'm happy Tobias got his mates and his happy ending. The mystery deepens as some questions have been answered, but there are many more left open. Engaging, well paced and amazing writing, Lisa has kept this series intriguing and I cannot wait for the next one!!! Brilliant and Well done!!!

Another great story.

I have liked Tobias since he was introduced. He made me laugh in Josh's story. Luke such a sweet bear. Lisa is only the second author I have read that put a aspie ( what people with asperger's call themselves in the group I support) as a main character in a romance. I felt she showed his differences well without making him seem less than other "normal" people. My son is an aspie and these kind of stories help me believe that others see him as lovable too. Kurt such a strong, protective bear. Although I wanted to slap him upside the head when he screwed up.

OMGOSH!!

If it isn't from outside forces it comes from the freaking Shifter Council! UGH they seriously need to be wiped out!! A TRIAD drool worthy of Ms. Lisa's Cloverleah Pack. Tobias is a Beta wolf, who looks for acceptance in the wrong place...or is it. In the shower of the gas station just outside of town, Tobias is really enjoying a hot shower, when, unbeknownst to him, his mate helps him in the under that steamy water...just gotta read the WHOLE series to understand all that is happening...

A lovely tale

True love overcoming obstacles both within and outside of a triad of lovers this story uncovers balancing past trauma, mental health, and pride with love, vulnerability, and acceptance. The impact of a deep spiritual experience and hot sex scenes are and added bonus.

Love the new characters introduced in this book

These books are in better really love the story in this book and the new characters have a way of introducing future characters

Cleverness pack five stars

Well this is book eight and it is great.if you want a super book series to read then follow this one. I have been hooked since book one. I just love the bear angle and Luke who is just a sweetheart that you want to protect him. Like I said a must read series and you won't put them down you will reread them over again like I have.

Loved this book

Loved this book! Continued on with the series adding 2 new mates into the mix making the Cloverleah pack even stronger and more diverse. I love Tobias' 2 new bear mates. They both are wonderful characters and the way Lisa Oliver writes their story and breathes life into this whole pack is phenomenal. Totally recommend this book and this series. You'll fall in love with this pack.

Eight is Great!

Lisa Oliver has done it again. The Cloverleah series continues and it just keeps getting better. Come read how Tobias gets his HEA with his mates Luke and Kurt... Can a couple of Grizzly bears find love and acceptance in a wolf pack? Hey this is Cloverleah, what do you think? Come read a great series, you won't regret it!

Absolutely amazing!!!

OMG!!! This book was soooo good!!! Lisa Oliver has done it again with this series..I LOVED Luke!!!! One of the most loveable characters of the series...so damn sweet and a child like innocence that was adorable...Kurt and Tobis was perfect in their handling of him as was the rest of the pack...the plot was very engaging as always....can't wait for the next book!!!!

The best characters!!!

I love this series!!! This author brings great characters to life. In this book I found my now favorite character, Luke. He is just so precious!!! I loved his inter-monologue!!! It was hilarious!!! He made this book!!! I can't wait for the next book!! That is what this series does leaves you wanting more. I highly recommend this book and series!!!

Must read for any fan of the Cloverleah Pack

Tobias finally meets hus mates. I must that I love Luke. The Cloverleah Pack can't seem to get a break, trouble keeps coming their way. The only good thing us the new mates. If you have been reading this series, you won't be disappointed with this latest offering.

Things keep getting hotter

This is the best book in the series by far in my opinion. Aside from the hot steamy sex and dreamy men, this book Brings the whole pack very closely together with the new threats coming in, and very nicely draws you right in. Couldn't put this one down!

A great story

One of my favorite stories in the series. I love reading it over and over again. If you liked the others you will enjoy this one.

You will fall in love with this trio!

Super sexy Tobias + Tall, dark , strong but silent Kurt + Adorable, cute, sexy Luke = fun time with bears. Add some danger because it's Cloverleah and that's par. These guys are so just awwwwwww

Tangling with Bears

In this book Tobias meets his two mates who happen to been bear shifters. Luke, Kurt, and Tobias go through many test but in the end all fall in love with each other and can't wait too be out their lives together. The next book is Adair's turn to meet his mate.

enjoyable

loved all about the book

So good

I just love this series and it just seems to get better and better all the time. The different mate's and different problems and how the story just keeps going. Can't wait already for the next one.

Great story and continuing the series

I really love the way author writes and how details she give to each one of her books and in this one it show what love can over come and the feelings are so intense that you wish it was you in the story. I like that it's two bears and a wolf that mated together and show strong they love grows for each other.

Great Edition

This is anther Greta story to add to the series. The twists and turns are many but the story never losses its substance. Always something bad coming into the Cloverleah Pack but they always seem to come out stronger. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Perfect

I love this series so much. Each book is unique and amazing in its own way. I love all of the characters. I feel so many emotions while reading that I couldn't be happier. I can't wait until the next book!!

OMG Lisa!

You keep getting better and better! I just finished Tangling With Bears and I absolutely LOVED it. And I can't wait for the next one. Thank You Lisa!

Wonderful author.

Great characters it's very easy to get lost in their world.

Jackpot Mates!

I never know where this series is, going to take me. But with each and ever book, in this series I fall more in love with it. Lisa really gave us the sweetest person of all, with Luke I loved how sweet he is. His love for his mates is so special and sweet, I loved that now he has someone to take care of, even if Tobias don't think he needs taken care of. Between Tobias's family and Luke's I didn't what family to hate the most. I do know that the Cloverleah Pack is a force of nature and no one should, take them for granted.

Love this series

I absolutely fell in love with Luke. Can't wait for Adair's story. I would also like to see Claude get his HEA.

Tobias, Luke and Kurt..oh my!

I absolutely loved this book. I loved this series. Tobias, Luke and Kurt are my new favorite couple in this series. And Luke is my new favorite character in this series. Luke and Kurt are mated bear shifters, who are actively looking for their third. Luke out working, stops at a rest stop and meets their third. Some stuff happens..Luke leaves..Tobias dissappears. And the story begins..

This series has just totally captured my heart. I have read each of the books in it so far and I am now impatiently waiting for the next book to come out so I can see what it goin to happen next. It seems that with each new mating that happens, it happens right when the pack needs it the most. These men in this pack have a calling and that calling is bringing everyone together to a group of men that not only have the strength to protect their pack but also innocents. They have a destiny and even if they do not know what that destiny is just yet, they do they can only accomplish it together. Danger and evil keeps seeking this pack out and instead of the stress of it caring a wedge between the mates or pack members it does the opposite and brings them all closer together. And once again in this book, fate has stepped in just in time and brought together three mates (Tobias, Kurt, and Luke) just when their bond was needed the most for not only the pack but for them. Lisa Oliver is just truly an amazing aunt to be able to come up with a long standing series and make each book more exciting then the last. Luke, Kurt and Tobias - wonderful love story!

This was so much fun to read! I loved the MMM pairing this time. Luke was such a sweet bear I couldn't help but love him. Kurt was the protector and had to learn how to ease up since Tobias was their third and more than happy to be there for both of them. The story was fast paced with well thought out villains, likable characters and all kinds of awesome paranormals able to live and work together to defeat the threat to their pack. Another good addition to the series.

Oh my Bears are now in Cloverleah love it

book 8. Tobias a beta wolf for Cloverleah and his two mates who are bear shifters, Kurt and Luke. All the characters are lovable especially Luke. Great read the ongoing storyline of previous books continues to weave through the cloverleah storyline books. Enjoyable and Entertaining.

Loved Luke

Luke was absolutely adorable with two sexy mates. I would suggest reading the series in order.

Fab

Another fantastic addition to the series, luke was so sweet I fell in love with him, the pack remain under threat and danger abounds but as usual Lisa Oliver weaves a love story with the action, sweet Luke, fierce Kurt and the hot wolf Tobias fitted so well together. A great story if you haven't read this series go get it now you will love it.

The best!

Lisa I love all your books especially the Cloverleah Pack series - but this one is the best. From the first page - getting to know Tobias I couldn't wait for him to meet his mates. He so deserved to find love. And as for Luke, OMG he is totally adorable! Fantastic characterization & beautifully written. I really hope to see MORE of Luke in your next book - especially his interaction & developing friendship with Vadim. I just want to see more that. Can't wait for the next book. Pls be quick Lisa.

Good read

If you like shifter books this is a good read, though it could seriously do with a bit more editing. There are interesting characters and storyline with occasional glimpses of humour. I will put this book in my favourites and enjoy reading it again..

Yowzers!

I love this series, the overlapping ongoing story and the distinctive individual stories. This introduced my all time favourite Lisa character, Luke a bear so absolutely delightful that he can bring you to tears, cause his heart is so big amd gentle!

5Star read and more

I have loved reading about this special Pack since I first read the Reluctant Wolf and have fallen more in love with them with each book. This book is very well written and Lisa Oliver has a brilliant ability to keep your attention from page one. I won't say anything about what happens, just that if you even liked the other books then u will LOVE this one. One character is a little different and I loved him more because of it. I really am so looking forward to reading more.

Cloverleah Pack 8

Tobias has his work cut out for him when he is claimed by his first bear shifter partner not understanding that he also has another one

Absolutely marvellous!

This latest instalment was well worth the wait. Luke is adorable and it's great that Tobias got his HEA. I'm looking forward to book 9 in the summer to read Adair's story. It's a shame she doesn't write at same speed I can read her work! Thank you Lisa and keep them coming.

5 stars

I've got a bit of a problem with the Cloverleah books come to think about it I've got a problem with most of Lisa's books. Then why give it 5 stars you ask ?? My problem is Lisa's books become a part of your life, a part of your family, and the boys become your best friends then it's over far to soon and now what do I do yeah I know we have to hope it's not to long before the next book is out. Love loved it.

Wonderful

This series goes from strength to strength - love Luke, how brave , loving and kind he is. Perfect for Tobias and Kurt. Great plot as ever. A must have series if you love paranormal m/m.

Loved it!!!

This was another brilliant addition to the Cloverleah Pack series. Luke is one of my favourite Lisa Oliver characters. I loved this book.
