Midoriya inherits the superpower of the world’s greatest hero, but greatness won’t come easy.

What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called “Quirks”? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? The Hero Academy of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless?

Bakugo’s abduction by the League of Villains was a carefully calculated move designed to draw out the heroes—All Might in particular—and destroy them. Midoriya and his friends set out on a rescue mission that eventually pulls in not only All Might but also several other heroes! The casualties mount, until at last the mastermind of the plot appears—All for One, the only villain powerful enough to take on All Might head-to-head and possibly win!

The End of the Age of All-Might, the Beginning of the Age of Deku

This volume has the fight so many fans of the manga (and anime) up until this point had been waiting for, the battle between All-Might and All for One. It was not a disappointment and is probably the highlight of the story in both formats. In a way, the fight makes the volume title appropriate. This is because we finally see the super-villain behind so much destruction and death for the past hundred or so years held to account. Yes, he was beaten five years ago, but he also escaped while handing All-Might a hero career-ending injury. This time he is captured and put away. We see All-Might finally use up his power in the most climactic way possible, finally ending the first and chief struggle of the bearers of One for All. And we see the realization that All-Might must retire and Izuku must quickly step up to the plate as his successor. This was perhaps the best part of the series so far as we saw the greatest parts of the story, both in terms of action and emotional depth. It also subverted a lot of expectations. I think so, at least. I think that many assumed that All-Might might die and Izuku would have to defeat All for One. But this did not happen. Instead, the Big Bad was taken out by the Big Good, and their apprentices are beginning to take their places. The only part that is somewhat chilling about this terrific part of the tale is that realization that Tomura will be a very effective bad guy. I mean, given All-Might's battle, for Izuku to still be the "greatest hero ever" something bad's gotta happen. I have no idea what, though. I don't have any actual cons about the story. No, really. I didn't like how Bakugou was pumped up when he's been such a bullying little jerk so far, but it was kinda cool to see the expected path of the baddish character becoming a villain NOT be taken. Again, though, maybe have the mangaka (who has admitted to liking Bakugou) not push his being supposedly great after all so hard, mmkay? I think that Bakugou will get better in the future, but it'll take some time, and I'd like to *see* it, not just hear it. He doesn't have to be Mr. All-Nice or something (heh, heh), but maybe actually *heroic* and not just *ambitious*. The art was was quite good. The mangaka, Kohei Horikoshi, got the story across wonderfully. Whether the darkness or triumph in the fight, or the terror of characters, or other emotional aspects (and there were some big ones, like with poor Tsuyu, who you just want to give a hug), you could really feel it and see it. This was the ending of one era, and the beginning of another, in the meta story of the manga, just as the volume title states. It's like the Ages of Heroes in this world cycling again. The age of All-Might has ended. Welcome to the age of Deku. What a ride! Rating: 5/5 Stars.

When all might finessed all for one 👌

This book was amazing with its all might fight and all for one fight. When deku and best boy todoroki came together with the rest of the team to preform a rescue mission for young bakugo i was non stop reading. When they reached the point of saving him i stopped, played 'so you say run' resumed at the begining of the rescue and cried tears of amazement and joy as they planned it out to perfection. And dont even get me started on that all might fight. That was top notch with that united states of smash it was just 👌👌👌👌👌👌 😤😫💦💦💯💯 cant wait to see what season 3 has to offer and what the series further develops too

Shonen Manga action at its best.

Ultimate good vs Ultimate evil have their final showdown in this climatic volume. Though the hero emerges victorious it comes at a steep price as the younger generation now faces an uncertain future. An amazing prelude of what’s to come.

MY FAVORITE VOLUME!

This is the first review I've ever done, I don't write them normally. However, I felt compelled to for this particular volume. I have been following the series for quite a while, both the anime and manga, and in my opinion this is by far a must buy for any fan of the series. Horikoshi's art here is simply phenomenal as well. The detail in most panels is top-tier and really adds to the reading experience. I have almost the complete collection of the series, all bought from here, and the quality is always terrific! The standard price is very fair for this volume. However, if it is available for a discounted price, I would seriously recommend taking advantage of that.

These are all the censored version

I bought the whole up-to-date collection. (1-25) Disappointed to learn that, unlike the online books, these are censored. I'm looking into returning the whole lot. If you're ok with Bakugo sounding more like Medoria, then you won't mind.

Moving on

I loved the lightheadedness of this one. After such heavy things in the last one it was nice to see them moving g in and finding happiness again. They are still growing and learning. Quicker than they want but its life.

A great read as always!!

Can't go wrong with MHA!! The story and the art work never disappoints! Love the characters; love their adventures!

Nice books

Well made. These books are lots of fun to read and made so well.

Love this Anime/Manga

Great read had to get this one for the collection an building.

Happy with purchase.

Arrived as promised. Exactly as described. My son loves it. I would buy again from this seller.

Still amazed by how good the translation and the effect are adapted on the drawings, this is one of the most awesome volumes

Awesome story! Only problem is......

Awesome story! Only problem is the random sexual innuendos, and partial nudity, which have nothing to do with the storyline. So if you're purchasing these for anyone under 18 be ready to go thru the book page by page with a black marker.

Well made. These books are lots of fun to read and made so well.

Great manga.

Great manga volume.

Perfect Condition

It came in perfect condition and I really enjoyed it, 5 stars!

Now it's your turn (To buy this amazing volume!)

My Hero Academia may improve as it goes on, but I feel that nothing has come close to the impact of All Might's crowning moment.

Bought this after watching episode 10 season 3

It's allot easier to read and the translation doesn't seem off like the free sites and the pages look cleaner too, and I just have to support this amazing series

Love the mange/anime

Love the mange/anime. Cant be waiting for the anime, so i have to keep up with the manga, every chapter/saga is great. Can't wait for the next one!

Amazing!

Biggest battle scene to date!

Another great volume

if your reading the series buy it now and if your watching it go back to volume one and start reading.

5/5 and it's good for the price I paid.

I Have already read this chapter but I just wanted it for the collection. 5/5 just waiting for V.13 to see a curtain fight and I only had to pay 5 dollars to get this book preorder to my house.

Noice

Wow!

Still Spectacular!

Loving the manga! I was worried about All Might, but of course he pulled through. I was really sad he had to retire. But the scene at the beach when he tells Deku he's still gonna try and raise him made me tear up a bit. Yes I'm emotional, deal with it. I was really really excited when I saw they were gonna live in dorms together. I thought it was really cute when they did the king if rooms. It's gonna be interesting to see them live together, I can tell you that! Can't wait to see everyone's ultimate moves! (though doesn't Deku already have one? Full Cowling he calls it?) But we all know my waifu's (Todoroki) ultimate moves are gonna be the best.

Looks like water damage

Looks like water damage. I'm sending it back.looks like it was just to tossed around. It's for my collection I just can't have these.

More great action and story

The rescue mission continues as the heroes face off against the League of Villains, including an epic battle between All Might and the villains' boss All for One. The students watch from the edge of the battle since they've been ordered not to fight. Midoriya hatches a plan to save the kidnapped Bakugo that won't involve fighting or getting in trouble. The mission goes well though All Might has to make a big sacrifice to win his part of the mission. After the battle, the school staff faces the problem of public trust. The students have been attacked three times in very public ways. Parents are starting to question their kids' safety. Who can blame them? This issue is another fine step forward for the story. Various relationships grow and interesting changes happen for the characters, some very significant. Recommended.

Perfect mix of angst and fluff

I borrowed this from the library, like I borrowed all the other volunes. Would most definitely buy all of them if given the chance. I don't know what to say other than that I knew all of this would happen but I'm still shocked that it happened. I'm going to miss Hero All Might and I'm so mad that Endeavour is now #1 but I understand why it had to be this way. We get to see the parents in this volume! And we get to see the kids having fun for once and it not ending in bloodshed and I'm really happy because they deserve this time to be teens again.

Good

Really love the show and this was my first time reading any of the manga and it was quite enjoyable.

Bent Corner

Not related to the content of the book, one of the corners was bent .

Plus Ultra!

This is one of my favorite Manga series and this is so far one of my favorite parts if the series. Thats is why i bought it to support the company and Kohei Horikoshi with his artistic endeavor. Gotta show this industry our support otherwise we wouldnt be getting the great content we do now.

All Mights' final fight?

A lot of emotion like usual, followed by the aftermath. Continues to be fun and exciting, with big changes implied to come. Can't wait for the next volume.

You will know what happens in My Hero Academia story line before the anime version comes out; of course that is to be expected.

Good book.

Four Stars

like it.

Intense

Very intense and instills a whole nre mood layer to the stories and characters here on out

Five Stars

Arrived on time and as described.

Nephew loved it

Bought it for my nephew he has read almost the whole series!

Another Epic Fight

Good Quality and great story.

On the edge of your seat story telling and incredible ...

On the edge of your seat story telling and incredible art. One for all vs all for one comes to its epic conclusion.

Amazing volume. Art is spectacular as always. Definitely a climatic point in the series but it seems like this is only the beginning. Gosh I love All Might.

Amazing Series!

Incredible series, Started reading from volume 1 this past week (currently on volume 2) but I started from the anime, got really into the manga after season 3 episode 21 couldn't wait for more content. Please support this series.

Five Stars

Will forever love this series, what a great volume

Perfect

There have been reviews of My Hero Academia books being printed badly however that was not the case for me. I could not have asked for better quality than what I have received, Thank you!

love my hero academia.

love my hero academia.

Plus ULTRA!!

Steadily becoming my favourite series! The characters are so strong and there’s just so many to develop that I can see this continuing for a long time 😊

Issues with the book cover

It's an amazing series but when I got the book the back corner had been bent really badly leaving a prominent mark and making ruining the quality of the book it's self

Good

Bought for my son

Beautiful

Amazing volume once again! And beautiful artwork

As expected

Solid book great story would recommend

Gotta to read this helpful review

I mean if u read the manga online then why are you reading reviews on this product. It's just a book.

great

comes as is expected

Awesome

Item delivered fast and with no damage

Mangá 10/10

O produto chegou bem rápido e nenhum rasgo ou amassado. 10/10.

Melhor manga

Sinceramente depois de ler one punch man, agora estou amando a história. All might vs all for one foi muito épico! e ainda tem brinde da JBC. vale muito a pena!!!!

Entrega e qualidade.

Produto excelente e chegou antes do prazo

All Might encara seu arqui-inimigo e o resultado do embate decide o fim da lenda desse grande herói. Bnh continua excelente.

boi

this was the most hyped battle of all of mha (my hero academia) or if you want to call it bnha ( boku no hero academia). the only thing i didnt like was the dorm system and the ultimate moves were cut short. a little bit more of that this volume would of been perfect.

All Might x All for one

Excelente Manga. Essa edição conta sobre a última luta do All Might. Luta épica ! Estória empolgante. Ótimas ilustrações. Vale a pena!

Great series!! A definite must read for girls & boys!

My son needed this issue for his collection!! Great for any My Hero fan. Brand new. Great gift. Thank you.

Perfeito

ALL MIGHT!!!

A obra é simplesmente fantástica.

No, really.
