Well after the events of Xenos and the meeting of Labrys, Bell and his familia have cleared their names and also grew as a family. But with new levels comes a new responsibility, a multi familia expedition to the lower dungeons as well as a request from Fels "Go to the final level and face your destiny, Bell". While they are excited to enter new territory, they take it seriously gathering supplies, intel, and allies to go with them. But little do they know that there is a terror lurking on the 25th floor, one that has taken the lives of many experienced adventurers and has learned to adapt to the situation. What will happen when this fledgling alliance meets with the unexpected and can they survive the coming onslaught of the hunter? We see Bell as his growth expands once again and he begins to come into his own, not just as a fighter but as a person as well. While he still has his moments, he shows why he is still an enjoyable character. And the rest of the group also have grown showing how they have gone from a low level family to one that has earned its place. I love the series and cant wait for the next one.

I enjoyed this book in the series primarily because Bell is maturing. Not just his power level and strength as an adventurer, though that's there too, but as a young man growing up and learning of the world. The MC who can't handle women when he's surrounded by a harem gets old after awhile. Not saying he dives in here, but he's not flustered as much as he used to be. He's more serious now but still has his nice guy charm and i hope it continues this way, maybe even becoming more adult like in the content 😉

A great start for this new arc, simple story but action pack from the beginning to the end. Once again the author writes a story taking care of the characters and making them grow in this book. Each character is unique and well describe, this is one of the strongest points in this serie and one that makes it unique. No doubt I’ll be reading the next book as soon as I can.

Is good, great form of maintaining the story, and providing an interesting, this volume is one of my favorites of my collection!

This was the best volume so far. We finally get back to adventuring in the dungeon and there are many unexpected surprises. We get to see character growth from Mikoto and Lilli. One aspect that I enjoyed was seeing the negative effect of Bell's rapid growth on the rest of his familia. This is a must read!

Nothing but unadulterated dungeon exploring, going back to the root of this series. Seeing Bell's growth along side his familia just gave me a feeling of how far into the story we've gone into. I can confidently say that this is my favorite book series, I can't wait for the next volume!

I watched the Anime when it came out on Crunchyroll here in the U.S. and enjoyed it so much, I watched it 3 times more after it's initial release. Now I'm reading the Light novels to keep up on Bell and his friend's adventure's and can't wait to see what happens next.

The MC still has a long way to go but his current development is not so bad. All of his familia is growing with him and some of their bad childish traits were being shed. All in all the volume contained a long awaited character development for 3 familia alliance.

The book has a rough start and gets insanely boring at times but after the halfway point the story really picks up and becomes the danmachi I've come to love.

This book is dark, it is the very first time of the series where the dungeon has shown it's potential for terror and horror....and I love it! Can't wait soon enough for the further adventures of the Hestia Familia and the fascinating world of Orario!

A return to the adventure! This was a good story of a real adventure in what seemed a long stretch of emotional baggage. The last book did a great job of building up to this, and I'm glad I get to read the next right after. Forward to the dungeon!

It is all about dungeon story, it is all about picking girl in the dungeon. Really, it is long lived the book title. The story in this book will be about how all the characters grow up together and showing their own skills which never been told before.

I really like the progression of the characters, and the growth of Bell and his friends. However, I read books at about a page every 30 seconds so these light novels are killing me!

I love this series. I should say though that this book is slower than some of the others as its setting up for future plot

In this book we are back to dungeon crawling, but after the events that occurred in volume 10 and 11 some of the members of Hestia Familia experienced some character grow, especially Bell. And that change made the adventure in this volume one of the best yet, and that's saying something considering how the last two volumes were one of my favorites.

Back to the Dungeon this time and imo it is one of the best volumes so far. This is a new adventure.

Every time I start another one of these novels I’m instantly captivated by the world presented to me in the form of writing. I was a fan of the anime and decided I couldn’t wait for more and started reading. I recommend reading it.

Loved how the characters are all growing with the main character and not just being lefted behind. Upset I couldn't see any status updates at the end. I did not want this one to end. Really good read.

Ah yes, another one for the books haha, this was a refreshing dive back into the dungeon that sets the scale for whats to come!

As Bell grows in strength and skill, so does the size of his harem. God I love this series!

I always like the creativity of this story because it's going to be many volumes. The only thing that i don't like are some conversation that are to slow

The was a great addition to the series and universe as a whole. Bell and the others are growing and it really shows in this volume! Add in an amazing dungeon adventure in the form of an expedition, and you've got gold!

I love this book was to short but was definitely satisfied

It was nice to see character development.

This is definitely one of the few light novels that I feel is getting better and better as it moves along. While others tend to follow the same patterns over and over again, the author delights in changing things up in the most unexpected of ways. Truly a delight.

Taking a bit of a break from the main plot, this volume goes back to the basics of dungeon crawling. Bell and company explore a new floor of the dungeon, encounter a perilous foe, and have adventures. The big function this volume serves in the larger narrative is that provides a chance to show off how the characters have grown. Bell, Lilly, Mikoto, Haruhime, etc., all get opportunities to display the growth they've earned throughout the story.

A deliberately softer paced novel following from the previous dramatic volume. That’s okay though as there’s still plenty of adventure and we get back to the basics of dungeon crawling and the terror the dungeon can produce. Loving this series as always!

After the previous arc I was flagging a bit onthis series but this volume reminded me why I love it. The writing was great, the plot was great and that sense of adventure and something larger than the characters was back. Roll on 13!

Sou fã da série. Acompanho desde os primeiros volumes, e digo com propriedade que temos um marco aqui. Ao longo de todo o volume a história deixa claro como Bell mudou na concepção dos outros personagens, e ao fim da história vemos como ele mesmo percebeu essa mudança. A exploração da Dungeon voltou, finalmente! Novos monstros surgem, novas paisagens e novas informações sobre o universo. Se a ideia era demonstrar os novos poderes do protagonista, então o objetivo foi atingido. Não temos aquele sentimento de "urgência e tensão" do volume anterior, até porque era o clímax de uma saga longa, e este volume é apenas um "marco". Há momentos de grande tensão e tudo mais, mas a história acaba ficando previsível, porque toda a luta contra o antagonista é feita de modo que, quando o protagonista chegar, tudo se resolve. No mais, nenhuma consideração. A história continua a mesma, com uma narrativa leve e bem humorada. Se gostou dos volumes anteriores, também apreciará este.

Após me decepcionar com o fato de o anime da série nunca ter tiro mais de uma temporada, descobri que ele era baseado num livro, logo decidi lê-lo. Essa série me fez ler 11 volumes em 1 semana e me deixou extremamente ansioso pelo ( até então não traduzida ) 12 volume. Esse volume traz uma tangente na narrativa da história, há enfase no crescimento do protagonista Bell e como este vem mudando de uma mentalidade ingênua para uma mais calma e desenvolvida. O episódio trás um dos conceitos fundamentais do livro e a destaca: a dungeon não é pouca coisa. Dentro do mundo dos monstros existem exceções aos padrões, e logo uma exceção dá grande dor de cabeça à trupe do protagonista, um monstro que não somente luta com seu instinto, mas que faz uso da arma mais poderosa do homem: a inteligência. Mal posso esperar para os próximos volumes, o conceito de monstros que possuem intelecto me faz crer que há algo maior acontecendo na dungeon, e só descobriremos o que isso é no futuro.
