I’ll never dislike a book from JR Ward, this is no different

The way she writes, the character development, the sense of impending doom and the feeling of victory are all so tangible in the stories she writes. This book is no different. Always highly recommend.

The End

Okay, the battle between good and evil is over. I wasn’t sure which way it would go at times. Jim and Devina were foes from the start. She was quite delusional about their relationship, which worked in Jim’s favor a few times. There were some small crossovers into the BDB world and I expected something more than the brief mention of someone at the end if this book. I don’t know why, but I could have sworn there had been talk of someone from the BDB meeting with Devina, but that never happened. I’m glad I read this series, because I got insight into Devina.

Great series

I loved this book. I loved this series. I loved all the characters, even Devina. The plots were unpredictable and brilliant. I am NOT a religious person in any way, to the point I think religion is the root of all the evil deeds done by mankind. So, for me to be so engrossed, touched, and excited about this series is a miracle in itself. I almost feel inspired to dispose of my "I Hate People" mug. I still think organized religion is scary wrong on so many levels, however, I was not put off in any way by the Creator talk and all that went with it because the characters and plots were written so brilliantly and real that I'm thankful that I didn't prejudge the premise of the series as something I wouldn't like. This final book was ingenious but I still haven't decided if I liked the very end. Maybe because it was "the end". I wanted some Lassiter. He was mentioned but I didn't get even a glimpse, so I'm pouting about that. Don't shy away from this series because it has Creator and Demon/Hell/saving souls talk. It's so not about religion. It's about being a good, not perfect, human being. It's about choices we make and the fact that nobody gets through life without a few skeletons hanging around in their closet, but that doesn't mean we're bad. Just humans with some flaws. It's the decisions we ultimately make on important issues that define us, not the mistakes we've made during our journey. Also not being a self righteous prude doesn't mean you're a bad person that isn't worthy of happiness and peace. It just means you're human.

Another hit to the Fallen Angel Series you won't want to miss

This is the one book in the series you don't want to miss. If you have read any of J.R. Wards other books you will enjoy this series just as much. It would be best to read them in order so you don't miss the theme of the book & learn the characters. In this book you will get some resolution to what happens to Sissy, one of the characters from the beginning that came to be well known in the third chapter of the series. I don't want to spoil this book for anyone else so I won't say much on the storyline other than its fitting to the series as a whole. Jim is a strong male character who has a tall order to fill. He has to try to win the war against evil played by a demon named Devina. If she wins then she will be able to takeover earth & heaven to torture as she sees fit. Basically if she wins then everyone will go to hell whether there good or evil. Jim has to save humanity from themselves while battling his own inner demons. There are lots of great characters in the series. Sacrifices are made by each to try & help Jim save the world. The bottom line is Jim has to win! As you read the series you will find we all can relate to & understand his constant struggle with his own humanity. The plot, the storyline, & the characters are well developed & this series is another hit by J.R. Ward that is well worth reading. Just be prepared to be up late nights & to not get much sleep because like J.R. Wards other books you won't want to put it down for much.

Best ending EVER

I've enjoyed every book that JR Ward has written, either writing as JR Ward or as Jessica Bird. She has a great eye for a plot twist and detail that keeps the reader engrossed in the story line that makes you WANT to buy the next book in the series because you HAVE to know what happens next. I've really loved the Fallen Angels story line, the fight between good and evil, with the Angels themselves being so human themselves - not perfect, 50% good, 50% evil, but with love, hate, goodwill, regrets and pulled in all directions about how they can pull off their missions and save the human race from the evil demon, Devina....who is one crazy broad. Devina, now she is an interesting character - a more interesting villain I've never met before. OCD, convinced that the hero is the love of her life and in love with her, seeing a therapist for her OCD and other mental issues, yep, never met a villain like Devina before. Some folks that are used to a story line that is linear might have a hard time getting used to following how JR Ward puts together her story line how it follows one person one chapter, jumps to another, then another...but eventually they all collide toward the end of the book. Hang in there thru all the books - - - the one big, major endorsement I will give this book, it has the best ending I have every read of any book ever. I was in tears as I read it.

... so can I say other than this is a perfect book. I just finished all of the books ...

Wh at so can I say other than this is a perfect book. I just finished all of the books and all I can say is wow. I absolutely love this author ever since I read the Black Dagger Brotherhood series I was excited to read The Fallen Angel series. I was not disappointed. When I read the Black Dagger Brotherhood series I was in morning because I had finished all the books and didn't have anything that matched what this author was able to put into each one of her characters. I just love how each character has their own personalities and that they are so well descriptive and how raw and eDgy all of them are. I definitely think that the more realistic she is with the characters the more they seem real. Everything to their individual thoughts and actions keeps you turning the page. You can definitely capture the passion she has for each one of her characters in this book as well as all of her books I love how there love interests Are so very passionate and grounding. Loved these books. .. loved loved these books. if you have not read the Black Dagger Brotherhood series you should really really start it's one of the best series I've ever read and through all the books that I read including the fallEnangels series I still to this day compare every book to the standards set. when I got done reading this one I just had to put the book down and take a deep breath I was just blown away it was amazing.

Amazing Final Battle

Immortal is the final book of J.R. Ward's Fallen Angels series. As the final battle of good and evil comes which will prevail? Devina has won 3 rounds and Jim has won 3. When the final round starts who is the soul that needs saving? Will Jim, Adrian, Eddie and Sissy be able to stop evil from taking over Heaven and Earth? The twist and turns, the evil paths, the heartache and pain, the friendships, love, goodness, sacrifices and trust abound in the last book. This series has turned into an amazing set of characters and choices. I can't wait to see hire the crossover with the BDB series turns out.

Good ending to the series

If it's JR Ward it has to be good. I had no idea this was going to be the end of this series and I am sad about that. This book is a little different from the rest of the series in that doesn't center around one couple as a romance. The romance is there between Sissy and Jim but I definitely would not recommend this as a stand alone novel. The series should be read in order. This is the culmination of Jim's obsession with Sissy that has been a thread throughout much of the series. The potential love interest between them has been a continuing theme. The war wraps up and there are some surprises at the end. Devina is my favorite villain of all time. She is hilarious. In this installment though she sort of becomes Devina-lite, becoming more sympathetic and more human. Adrian is my favorite angel and I really thought things were going to happen between him and Eddie. That is a feeling I got from prior books. It looks like they may be featured in future BDB books so who knows what will happen.

Boring

This review contains minor spoilers. 2 ½ stars but I can't bring myself to round up. Immortal was hard to rate. On the one hand, I was interested in pieces of the story that wrapped things up; but on the other, for the most part I found it B.O.R.I.N.G. Most of this installment features Jim and Sissy and I found their romance incredibly underwhelming. The first time they’re intimate, Jim panics that he might…I don’t know what, physically “hurt” or shock her with his manly …intensity ….and runs away. I mean , it’s not like he was hankering for some S&M and wanted to beat her and choke her out…so I don’t know what his problem was…but I’m pretty sure, given that she was IN HELL, he can forget the shock factor. I think I was close to half was through this installment when I realized that the reason, I wasn't being introduced to the new soul on deck for this round was because Jim and Sissy ARE the final 2 souls. I wasn’t very impressed with Devina in this installment either. As a demon, she really sucks. Somewhere along the line the source of all evil, became a whiny, lovesick mean girl. I mean, I know this isn’t a realistic series by any stretch of the imagination – but the evolution of Devina’s character was ridiculous. I did like the way Immortal wraps things up in a feel good, happy ending sort of way. It was incredibly sappy, but I confess I did like it. I’m also on board with the BDB reference/spoiler. Turns out the Creator is already moving on from his little soul experiment; and is now setting his sights on the fallen angel Lassiter – and who better to task with rounding him up then Adrian and…wait for it… BIG SPOILER… Eddie.

A good ending to the battle between Devina and Jim!

I wouldn't say this is the best book so far, but it was a good way to end the final two rounds of the competition for Jim. In this book Devina and Jim go head to head and Sissy is caught between the two. Devina is convinced that she and Jim are destined to be together and that he loves her, while Jim is falling deeper and deeper in love with Sissy. Meanwhile Heaven is a mess, with Colin trying to get past Nigel's betrayal and no one overseeing things from up there. Jim takes a crazy chance by visiting Purgatory and retrieving Nigel and then asking for Eddie to be returned for the final round. Both are back and on the field for the last round, and Sissy joins the fight when she realizes who the final soul is. I won't give away too many details, you'll want to read it for yourself! There's a brief build up to the next book which will have Eddie and Adrian as the lead characters as they take on their next mission.

BEST SERIES EVER!!!!!

I listened to this entire fallen angel series. I was hooked from the first book. I spend 4 hours daily in my car commuting to work. I go through many audio books. This series was the best, so I thought. I am not listening to the black daggered brotherhood. I never thought another series could have been better. I am happy to be wrong. I am not sure what I am going to listen to when I am done with all his books. Thank goodness there are some new releases that are coming out in Jan 2018, and april 2018. If you skip over any of JR Wards books, alls that I can say is, YOUR BIG LOSS. Thank you JR Ward for the best 2 series I have ever listened to. I hope you create more falling angel books. I would like to see where they are going.

a little,hard to,get into, but...

I had a lot more trouble getting into, this book than the others in the series, not sure why. Maybe it had had been too long since reading the previous books,,it took me awhile to get the characters and back stories refreshed in my brain or the beginning just didn't sizzle like the others had to,grab me in. Once I got back into, the story, however, the story progressed quite nicely. I think, the author could, have done a better job tying the other books into, the beginning of,this story to help, the reader get up to speed quicker, and spent a little more time on Eddie, Nigel, Colin,Sissy, and Jims dilemmas.,the book seemed a bit rushed in the end, tho Ward tied everything into,a,nice bow. In general, a good read. I would recommend refreshing your memory of the precious books I n the series if u have a chance, will make this one a bit clearer and easier to,follow.

and more bad ass. I enjoyed this book

MANY SPOILER ALERTS: It was interesting to watch as Ward put Jim through the sex appeal metamorphasis that all of her leading men have. He was never particularly sexy in his previous books. But suddenly he began to be bigger, and more bad ass. I enjoyed this book. It couldn't have been easy to write, what with all of the loose ends. I recommend it because if you've already read the rest of the series, it is OK. But it was a little lame and convenient in spots. I never bought the attraction between Jim and Sissy. I saw no purpose in the Nigel/Colin tension. But most of all... Devina was developed as a sympathetic villain. What about all of the "the creator loves me too" crap? It seemed that she got a raw deal. That's it? If I understand correctly, she is left alone in hell for eternity with one shoe. By the way, did I get that right? Still, it was a complicated plot, and for the most part she did pull it together. She is still my favorite author. I expected more of her, which is easy for me to say. If I ever find myself writing a New York Times Bestseller book series, and have to tie up a complicated plot line, I'm sure these words would come back to bite me in the butt.

Resplendent!!!

JR is genius! This book was simply beautiful. What makes a great story? I think everyone can agree, an engaging plot, characters that are rich, vibrant, powerful, vulnerable. This series has is all. For me, it was never about the romance (although that was a very hot bonus) the message in Fallen Angels went much deeper. I don't want to spoil it with a summary, but I HIGHLY recommend you read the series...well worth it! If at the end you become a little curious and hungry for more...read BDB! JR, There are times when your writing speaks to the reader in the most intimate way. I laughed, I cried and in the end I sobbed, because that's what I do when I'm overwhelmed and humbled with emotion. For some, this was a good story, for me, it was beauty, grace, absolution, affirmation, and love in its purest form. JR...you got me girl...like a bullet... right here<3

Immortal rocks!

Immortal is the last book in the Fallen Angels series and if you have been following the story, then this is one book that can not be missed. We find out what happens in the war between good and evil and what happens to Jim, Adrian, Sissy and the rest of the gang. There are some parts that are pretty expected but what I like about JR Ward's characters is that no one is all good, and no one is all bad....she has a way of portraying her characters that feels so human and can be so relatable. The writing is fast paced and exciting, plus I like the steady build up to the finale. All in all, it's a worthy ending to a unique and explosive series...a true happy ever after to fans and readers alike. Kudos, Ms. Ward!

The Fallen Angels Series

A few years ago I inadvertently read Book 4 alone, and didn't really like it. BUT I have now read the series, in order, and I LOVED it!!! Jim Heron is the perfect flawed savior, Sissy is perfect for him as his mate, and Eddie and Adrian are the perfect wing men!! Don't miss this series...it's as smoking hot as it is timely!

Its a good end to an ok series

Where to begin? First, if you are new reader to JR Ward and the Fallen Angels series and you haven't read the whole series you will never understand this book. It is the final chapter in a 3 week war between slightly good and slightly evil. Honestly, the book was a good end to a ok series. I truly enjoyed reading Nigil, Colin, Adrian and Eddie's ending. The author does give you a lot to think about over the entire Fallen Angels series about Heaven and Hell. She is trying to send a message about what is truly evil and what is truly good and frankly there is a very fine line between the two. But, unlike the other reviews at no time did I feel empathy for Devina - I could NOT get over her sins to feel anything but revulsion to her. I also got tired of the acronyms and the slang in the book. It was a little over the top. The series would have been 5 times better if the Possession book just didn't happen. I really just didn't need. Frankly, I came to hate Jim (frankly I had a problem getting over his sins too) and Sissy(seriously she did come off as a child) in that book and just struggled with their rebound in this book. So frankly - I am glad its over. I do hope to see Colin, Nigil, Eddie, Ad and Dog in the BDB books.

JR Ward once again creates a world where even the bad are hard to dislike, however, your hero must win, or all is lost.

I have been reading these series for a very long time, and I was not disappointed. You want to hate Devina, but in an offbeat sort of way you cant, yes she is a demon, but I mean anyone who loves shoes and much as this girl, well its just hard to hate someone who wants to be loved. The madness of this book, leads you from Heaven to Pergiatory, and everywhere in between. Jim seems torn between what is good and bad in the beginning, however, you see why as the story starts to roll. The midpoint I could not put it down, turning page after page, laughing in places and crying in others. This like the others is a great read, as you cheer for the good guys and cannot completely hate the bad guys (gals). Enjoy, I did.

Great fun

I am so glad I waited this long to read this series. I have read The BDB series up til now and please please don't keep us in suspense about Lassiter too much longer. ( On my knees begging here)

A satisfying ending to an intriguing series.

I can't remember the last time I cried at the end of a book. This ending gave me such a positive feeling that I couldn't hold back the tears. I had to be coaxed into this series, having been obsessed with the BDB series and thought there was no way any other series could snare me. But this did.. slowly, inexorably, until I was so hooked I counted the days until this was released. I've re-read almost all of Ms. Ward's books 2-3 times. She captures me on page 1 and holds me in a trance until the end. Thank you, Ms. Ward for this amazing series and a most satisfying ending. And, now we must wait until March of next year for The Shadows. It's going to be a long 5 1/2 months.

One the best books so far in this series

One the best books so far in this series. It gives closure between Jim and Devina. Also closure between Jim and Sissy, It gives hope that things can work out it you keep trying. Jim and Devina have been playing a cat and mouse game from the beginning of the story to get the most souls. if Jim could get the most then Earth would not be controlled by evil and Devina. But if Devina life as we know it will cease to exist. Thru their dance you see all the things that they will do to win. Even if Jim is a good guy he can also be bad. And the torture of Sissy brings out the worst in the man.

Outstanding series finale!

After waiting a year for the final installment in the FA series, JR Ward did not disappoint. What a wonderful finish. The storyline is well written and the characters all have so much depth. The ending made me laugh, tear up, then smile again at the thought of more fun adventures Ms. Ward will be bringing our way in the not too distant future. Get ready, Brotherhood fans. Unless a new series is in the works, you will enjoy a nice surprise at the conclusion of Immortal with a direct tie in to that series. I highly recommend all of the Fallen Angels series novels, and especially Immortal. They should be read in order, though, for the full storyline and wonderful quirkiness of the characters to be enjoyed to the fullest.

GO GET IT!

what an awesome series. this was the last book in the series and j.r. ward couldn't have ended it better. the characters never got boring and the twists and turns just kept on coming. never thought that jim would be the last soul fought for. I read just to escape life sometimes and her books never fail to take me where I want to go. PLEASE GO OUT AND GET THIS SERIES! you won't be disappointed. And don't forget to try her other series: the black dagger brotherhood. the only thing that makes me upset about her books is that I have to wait so long for the next one and then I have to start from the beginning book all over again; which excites me!

Phenomenal and extraordinary story

J R Ward is such a brilliant author. She covers every emotion imaginable whether it be male or female, or God or a demon, this story had me continuously engrossed and can't even put into words how much I enjoyed it. Thank you J R!

Loved it

So worth reading and hope this is where we all end up. Although I have to say, my heart did go out some to Davina. Loneliness make anyone to strange things. Maybe she should get a dog?

Great series

I enjoyed the fallen angle books tremendously. The plots were tight, well written and moved quickly. The characters are very well built. Each a complete creation unto themselves. The faults, the feelings, needs, trials and tribulations are heartfelt, deeply thought through and can make you think about your own life if you get caught up into the story deeply enough. It’s inspiring to read a writer with such amazing descriptive abilities. A writer that can create entire worlds, move those worlds through battles and bring conclusions as we hope. Fantastic hero’s!

I don't like paranormal - angels

This review is an overall on this book, as well as the series. FAN-EFFING-TASTIC!! I don't like paranormal - angels, demons, vampires, but dammit, JR Ward has me ADDICTED! I seriously read her other series (Black Dagger Brotherhood) in 4 weeks (13 books!!) and then this series. I applaud an author/writer, who "ends" a series. So the fact that this is the conclusion, I respected her for it, let alone the stories on each book. I didn't see it coming, until, duh, she wanted you to see it coming. (Think Six Sense when everyone figures out Bruce Willis is dead).. I can't wait for anything else she publishes, she's contemporary, fun, sexy, and overall, you get into these books!

Best Series Ever!

This is the best series that I have ever read! I could not wait for it to be released but once I had my hands on it, just could not help myself by taking my time and reading over and over each paragraph and hanging on to every word becuase I did not want it to end. It makes you laugh, puts you at the edge of your seat at times but I actually cried happy tears as the end came too soon. The whole series definately rates 51/2 stars in my opinion and would recommend it to all paranormal readers out there. JR does not dissapoint. You are the best author ever! Cannot wait for your next series!

Incredible

This book and mysterious has you on the edge of your seat you get so wrapped up into it sometimes you got to put the book down so you can get off the emotional roller coaster but I wouldn't have it any other way

It's all about love

Well, the war comes to its conclusion in this book. Just two more souls to win or lose. Jim goes to purgatory to try and retrieve Nigel with no guarantee he'll be able to get back. Does this mean the war will be over with Devina the winner? Surprises are in store all around before this book reaches it conclusion. Well worth the read.

Great Ending

Satisfying end to the series. JR Ward has a magical way with dialogue and characterization, which makes me a fan of anything she writes. She makes me want to peer inside her creative brain! The only thing I had a hard time digesting was the romance between 19 year-old Sissy and somewhere-in-his-30's Jim. But I guess age doesn't matter in the world of the dead, and yes, I understand her sojourn in hell may have ground out the little girl, leaving behind the woman. Still... Love the bromance and satisfying reunification between Eddy and Adrian, and there's something enticing about gay archangels. Looking forward to Ward's next creative endeavor!

A Fantastic Finish to Fallen Angels... but is it really the end???

Awesome finale to a wonderful series - I hate to see it end. I will miss Jim, Devina, Sissy, Adrian and the entire cast of characters - Nigel, Colin - Bert and Ernie - all of them! Thanks JR for leaving a little bread crumb to lead us to the next Fallen Angel adventure - I can't wait to see what you have in mind for Adrian & Eddie!!! I laughed and I cried - but the end was pure perfection! My one critique.... the acronyms... FFS - what that heck, man? I say this with a smile - but some of us old farts need the translations at times.

Excellent series!

I love a good series and from start to finish the Fallen Angel series does not disappoint. Lots of action and great characters. I loved to hate Devina. Jim was the perfect protagonist

The Best Ending that I could of asked for.....

I still haven't stopped crying. Thank you for such a Beautiful Happy Ever After. Wow through out the whole story, you had me going in & out of so many emotions. Some I didn't even know existed , until my Kids came running to me so worried about me thinking the Worst Happened. Just to get into the same room I was in & Laugh their Bottoms off. To realize that their very Over Exaggerated Emotionally Lost Mom was just Reading. I can't tell you enough how Grateful I am to you JR Ward ,for giving all of your Fans Happily Ever After for the Finale of your Fallen Angeles Series.

Excellent final book to the FA series.

After reading the final book in the BDB series I was afraid this final book in the FA series would be as disappointing. I was wrong. This book redeemed JR Ward for me. The FA series was pretty darn good as a whole. I found only one of them to be less than readable. This final book was excellent & a compelling read. I enjoyed the Jim & Sissy connection, the Ad & Eddie story & even evil Devina. JR tied up loose ends & gave a few surprises (maybe I'm the only one who was surprised though). I didn't want the book to end!!!

Best in series!

Best book of the series and a wonderful way to end. I was unaware this was the last in this series and had fully expected it to be dragged out to another one (with a draw on a round or something). I was surprised on my ereader when the soul in play was sorted and I was only 60% though the book. It was a good call. I love Black Dagger Brotherhood and in the begining felt this series was a lesser one. However this did not deter me from reading on. Now having completed the lot it was time well spent. Another winner from JR WARD.

Satisfactory finale.

I really loved this series and I am sad that it ended, but also glad it ended while the going was good instead of dragging on and on like another series I know. Ward did well blurring the lines of good and bad and even had the reader sympathizing with the bad guy. So happy that Jim had his happy ending - I was getting concerned for a moment there.

Great ending to the series....I will miss Jim.

I have followed this series from the first book (which is my all time favorite, I had to re-read it again after this one). I was a little disappointed in some of the stories but all in all a good strong series. I loved how Ms. Ward gave us some great endings on Eddie and Adarin. This completed the series with a bang and Jim finally going "home".......loved it. Also a great way to show us that Eddie and Adarin will be back!!!! Cannot wait.....

Immortal

This is a great book and a very interesting story. Couldn't wait to get it finished. Looking to read more from this author. I have enjoyed reading everything from this author. The black dagger brotherhood is a great series too.

Pulled in!

As I read this novel I got pulled in. Each chapter just a little bit more of me was taken by the power J.R. Ward has and the pen she uses ( key board) to capture her thoughts and words. Immortal brings all of the Fallen Angel novels together and if I hadn't heard Lassiters name at the end I would have thought this was the last. But I feel there is another one too come, I hope any ways. You'll be very l leased south this novel and any you read by J.R. Ward.

Immortal (A Novel of the Fallen Angels Book 6)

This, the final book of the Fallen Angels series, was great. I got so involved I finished it in a day. The whole series was great. JR Ward is one of my favorite authors and has been for years. If she writes a book you can bet it is a winner.

Amazing ending to series

Wow what a fantastic but sad ending to this fantastic series. If you have read all the previous books you will not be disappointed by this last installment. I will dearly miss Jim, Eddie, Nigel, Collin, Adrian and Dog...not Devina lol; I hope to maybe read more about Lassiter some day and perhaps have the vampires mingle with the Angels.

Fabulous

This was so good and for awhile I truly believed that the tie between the Angels series and BDB was gonna be Jim. I would have thrown away the books. Ward has been a favored author of mine and I have come to expect lots of twists and turns in her storylines but ending this series with no HEA for the main characters would have destroyed years I have spent reading and loving the books. So thank you Me. Ward for giving me the closure, look forward to Ad and Eddies adventures.

Great Ending to the series

I just love happy endings and this one was a long time coming. Throughout the whole series I just kept hoping it was all going to work out in the end. Jim finally got with the program and told sis that he loved her and someone finally came to their senses and brought Eddie back and even Ad is whole again. But the best part that nasty demon Devina which I'm still not sure I'm pronouncing her name right but who cares she f'ing lost! Hahaha!!! Bring on Eddie and Ad's story and btw I like Lassiter

JR Ward has been one of my favorite writers of all time but I think this series ...

JR Ward has been one of my favorite writers of all time but I think this series ended a little on the :( side! I was so disappointed with the famous line at the end where the author writes "And that's how Jim saves the world." I knew I was reading fiction but did she think I wanted to be told it was a fairy tale? Did she loose interest in her characters?

Worth the wait!

I loved the ending of this book, it could not have been better! I was so tense at some moments during the story that it was a test of wills not to jump ahead and make sure everything and everyone ended up okay. I cannot say enough about how good this particular story is and if you have not read this series yet I highly recommend that you start ASAP! I am now off to start reading The Shadows which I'm also enamored with....can't get enough of the Black Dagger Brotherhood😊

Surprising

Not that I had any idea how this series would end, I was still surprised at the anticlimactic ending. Yes, I suppose there could be more books, and I guess I hope there will be, because this was a most unsatisfactory ending. As always well written, great characters, lessons taught, etc. I guess the characters got what they wanted, but the reader doesn't.

I do love JR Ward book's but the Blachdagger Brotherhood is the best . The Fallen Angels was good . I would recommend to friends, but my true love is the Black

I would recommend to all my friends, but my true love is the Blachdagger Brotherhood , All those beautiful Vampires. Love JR Ward I have everything she has written.

Awesome!

This is the finale book of the Fallen Angels series. It had me teary eyed a few times. It is a fitting ending to the series! Loved it! I highly recommend it!!!

and some great outcomes for some of our heroes

Its a satisfying final installment... Devina had to go, and Jim and the Angels had to be victorious for all of us to have hope. Sufficient action, and some great outcomes for some of our heroes, namely Nigel and Eddie. Nigel's suicide really bothered me ...and apparently it bothered Jim and Ad as well. Way to go, "Team Angels".. it's a good read for a rainy day or evening.

Sugary sweet

This was my first Fallen Angel book. I don't know if it's the hokey narration on the audio book or the premise itself but, I think I got a cavity from the gooey, sugary, content. I think il stick to the Black Dagger Brotherhood.

Just so good.

I sure do hope that in some way we get to revisit these characters again. I loved them all. Great series! So glad I took the time to read it. Explains a lot. But that ending!! Wow!!!

FINE ENDING TO A SOMETIMES UNEVEN SERIES.

Looooved Devina and Sissy and enjoyed the sudden return of a missing friend. Jim is a warrior who I enjoyed being the Savior. Ms. ward finally got it all right in this final book in the series. I think maybe i could go back to her books if she starts to write them again like this one.

Continually excellent writing

I've made such bad Kindle purchases lately. Some little gems here and there but mostly sad attempts that bore me halfway through. And then JR Ward brings out a book and I'm all "ohhh THIS is what good writing looks like" Her stories always feel focussed and planned, not rambling with loose ends. It's a pleasure to read well-edited books. With regards to the story, it gripped me as most of her books do. It's tough and raw but there's definitely a beauty there.

Just WOW

So bittersweet, the last book in this series, the fate of the World decided, and true to the end, full of everything that makes a good story a truly GREAT book. If you are following the escapades of Jim and his helpers and their contests against Devina you have to read it.. If you're window shopping BUY THE SERIES. I couldn't put it down. I didn't want to put it down, and now I've finished it I wish it was longer, or there was another!

Great - Great stories !!! Wonderful ending !

Great stories, the whole series. The end of this book was a wonderful culmination of all. Love really does triumph over evil. A lot is to be said for the soul and its innate goodness. The twists and turns were wonderful. I even felt for Davina ! Who would have thought that... Are we going to read about Lassiter ? Thank you for your books ! Cynthia. P.S. I picture heaven in my minds eye as in your book, I got all misty eyed ! Thanks.

End all, be all. Always the best.

Not much time these days to do proper reviews like I used to - that whole writing thing and all. BUT-- I love this series, not to mention anything JR Ward writes, but that's beside the point. This is the final book in the Fallen Angels series and it did not disappoint. I'm sad to see the series come to an end, but I was very satisfied with the ending. Jim and Sissy... <3 <3 <3 And the tie in to the Brothers? Yep... True.

If matters check for book size.

A bit disappointed that not same size of paperback as the rest of the set (those I already have and the 2 others to series received with this book). Probably my mistake for not checking to see if it said anything about size, since I just wanted to get the rest of the series.

Awesome

Great book. Wonderful ending to the series that I enjoyed so much! I would recommend this series and all J R Ward's books. She has an uncanny way of drawing the reader into the story so you don't want to put the book down.

Perfect ending

This is definitely one of the best books in ending a series. The story was not rushed, great excitement as well as plenty of heartache. But in the end everything came together as it should have. (Who would have thought that I could actually feel bad for Devina at one point?) I love knowing we will see some of the characters spill over to the BDB series and this was not truly the end for everyone. Awesome ending to an awesome series.

Nice Finale!

I loved this series!!!! J.R. Ward did it again---totally captivated me with her characters. Jim Heron was an imperfect angel and true hero. Devina was pure evil, but her OCD, love for Jim, and therapy sessions helped you empathize with her rightful place in the cosmos. Adrian, Eddie, and Dog were awesome characters as well.

Great ending to Good Series

Spoilers Ward has ended this series wrapped up in a big red bow for her fans. The hero gets the girl, saves the world and our bad boys continue on with their next adventure. We had heard The Boys in Calwell were gonna meet and we BLACK DAGGER BROTHERHOOD FANS will still have more adventures with Eddy and Adrian. What more could we ask for? I loved this series and say bravo to the author!

A nice closure

I was happy to see some many threads tied together. I enjoyed the series and the cross roads that each had to choose.

Great finale to an amazing series!

If you love The Warden, then you'll love this book. Yes, it's the end of the series, so that's sad, but, it's a great ending! Great characters and the writing flows so well that it's like a movie in your head! My only warning; start with the first book in the series. There's so much information in all of the other books that are needed for this finale that the story won't pack quite the same punch without starting at the beginning.

Worth it.

Great read, Loved it, but the end comes up on ya quick and leaves you wishing for just a little bit more. I felt like it was a bit abrupt. As usual, I tore thru the series, ever involved and loving every bit of the whats-next.

NOT A JR WARD MASTERPIECE

Not up to JR Ward's normal standard in my opinion. The book came across as a series of scattered, impulsive, out of control actions, with frustrated protagonists, and frustrated reader(s)! Too haphazard and uncool. The ending was neat and tidy and sentimental. Unfortunately the feelings between Sissy and Jim came across as obsessive rather than deepening affection/love. I suppose a genius is allowed a less than sterling production at times!

want more

Love this book! I hope it's not the end of the series,I hope there is more to come. Love divina, she deserved to lose, but I have to know what happens to her and I want more on Jim, he can't be in heaven and that's it. I want to see more of him.

Once again Ward does a fantastic job of bringing out the struggle of one's inner ...

It's a 2 for one deal. 2 souls, one book. Once again Ward does a fantastic job of bringing out the struggle of one's inner self under much stress and pressure. Expected the final soul to be a bit more tense and drawn out but it worked out.

Great!

Excellent! Can't wait to read next one! Very good read and couldn't put it down. So looking forward to the next one!

Good book

It was good.

I did like the entire series

I did like the entire series, each book made sense as it continued forward each building off of the last one. It wasn't totally predictable, but interesting enough that I finished the last two books in 3 days. An unexpected tear jerker, itd definatley worth the read, but should be read in order.

The biggest game ever

Such a fast paced epic story with all the extras! This will give you hours of enjoyment. The devil and Angel's story with a whole new twist.

Great wrap up!

I could not have been more pleased with the ending. Although, I'm a romantic and hope Devina finds her twisted soul mate some day.

Great Series :)

I'm really enjoying the series. I highly recommend reading the series books in order as I don't think they'd make much sense taken out of order. I also purchased the "audible" on this book, and recommend it. It's narrated by a man, and his voice is clear and soothing in its delivery.

Awesome

Another awesome novel, thanks for another great reason . I can't wait to read more . I'm glad jim made it to heaven to be reunited with his mother

Perfect ending to the series (even though I didn't want it to end!!!)

Fantastic book!! Had to try and read it slow - didn't want it to end!! JR Ward has struck gold again.....an absolute must read!! To be able to wrap the series up as she did was nothing less than genius....not knowing how it was going to end - and who the last souls were was awesome - had me on the edge of my seat!!! And absolutely LOVE Colin and Nigel!!!

favorite

This was definitely my favorite in the series. I think seeing Jim this way... Sissy showing him who he really is... Just having closure to it all. Tough road in this one. devina is her usual self.... Just when you think all is lost, the book takes another turn., thank u ms ward for your writing.... Taking us on this adventure with these amazing men... Jim was def my fav angel. .

Angels: New Look

The Fallen Series takes on a whole new meaning. This is a very interesting take on how angels are our guardians. Riveting!! Although the ending was predictable, it was still exciting to see Jim come to his senses and save the day. The ending seemed to infer another fallen angels story line. If so, I totally am looking forward to it.

Excellent as usual

Ms Ward is a wonderful story teller. I was not sure I was going to like this series when I read the first book. But as in her other stories she drew me into this one as well. I found myself falling in love with Jim and Ad and also sweet Eddie. She even had me feeling a little sorry for Devina. I only wish I had her gift for telling a story.

A great end to a good series

I loved the conclusion to this series. I loved how all the players were lined up and no storyline was left undone. Sissy was a good, strong woman. I worried about her at first because she's so young but she held her own in the final round of the war. Adrian is my favorite Angel. Even above Jim and Jim is pretty spectacular. Thank you Ms Ward. Now write more and write faster!

... herself and her other pen name she is an amazing writer! My favorite of course of all time ...

I have read everything JR Ward has written both as herself and her other pen name she is an amazing writer! My favorite of course of all time is Black Dagger Brotherhood. However the Fallen Angel series was wonderful I hope that someday she will give us a little look into Jim Herons life now that he has saved us!! I also can't wait to see what happens with Eddie and Adrian

Immortal... much?

Oh wow! Oh wow! I loved this series and for it to end? Was sad, but so rewarding! The angst. The hate. The love.... What an amazing, astounding series. Wonderful. Maybe I am on a high, but do yourself a favour and read the whole series! Thank you JR Ward for creating this.. And the teaser? Lassiter? Uhm.. Yeah. That will be interesting... Angels and the Brothers? Wow... Can't wait for that!

This novel is amazing. After following this saga with wonders of how ...

All I can say is WOW!!! This novel is amazing. After following this saga with wonders of how it would end J.r. has done a superb job on this one. The story unfolds nicely keeping you glue to it to the end. Even though there is parts I didn't like nevertheless it was great. A very great ending and the best is knowing she has something under her sleeve coming up.

All about Ad, Eddie, and the Savior!

Ad and Eddie <3 finally. Also, Sissy finds her strength. Not that she was ever week. And eff Davina for realz.

Great series finale - read this book

JR Ward does it again. Great book, and great end to the series. I didn't realize it was the last book of the series until half way in with a terrific plot twist, one of many. If you have read any books in this series, then this is a must read. Great character depth, great plot with unexpected twists and turns.

JR Ward is my favorite writer! The Fallen Angel series was extraordinary and is a great addition to her continuing story lines in Caldwell New York. I am hoping she decides to bring about other characters that can continue the battle of good over evil!!

LOVE IT

All I can say for this book is .......... O.M.G! I was in total anticipation throughout this book. Right on the edge of my seat. This book answered so many questions, but raises so many new ones that can only be answered in other books. LOVE IT! Wonderful way to end this series, you will laugh, cry and screech in frustration, but keep going back for more, trust me.

One of the best writers EVER!

Loved it! JR Ward in my opinion is one of the most unique and talented writers I've ever had the pleasure of reading! Her choices of words and descriptions are unlike others...I cannot say it enough..if you haven't had the pleasure of reading this series or her Black Dagger Brotherhood series, do not hesitate!! Great ending to this series, I couldn't put it down!!! Thank you JR!!! :)

Good Finale

The finale of the the Fallen Angels. Make sure you read the other books first. So much of the character development occurs during the preceding books. Although the ending wasn't a surprise, how it happened was. The author could have taken so many directions that the end, when it came was somewhat of a surprise. Enjoyed it and hope to see a new series coming out soon.

Falling fo Fallen Angels

I know this sounds trite, man no one writes a story like Ward. The entire series is arresting and pulls you from book to book all the way to the end, loved it.

Fell flat

Loved the series as a whole, enjoy other of the author's books but this one just fell flat for me. Whole story just felt off , like an end to the series was required so let's just make this like so, and have this character do that and then we can say this happened. The end. Was invested before but if I started with this book I never would have read the rest of the series. Just an opinion, not like I can sit down and write a story,

An amazing end to a phenomenal series

JR Ward has taken us on a wild ride in the battle for humanity with the most unlikely savior. Immortal is the final book in the series and does not disappoint. Jim and the gang take on Devina in the final two rounds for the most surprising souls of the series. Loved this story, I cried at the ending. Fabulous!

I love the series and I love her style of writing

I love the series and I love her style of writing. Same with the black dagger brotherhood Ariel I seriously do not understand how she can keep all those character straight and put you in it just like you're there with them. Excellent read.

... in the Fallen Angels series and it did not disappoint JR Ward is an amazing author who has you ...

This is the last book in the Fallen Angels series and it did not disappoint JR Ward is an amazing author who has you laughing and crying at the same time if you live in upstate NY you will recognize many of the places in her books. I can't wait for her new series andlook forward to seeing these characters show up in th BDB.

Perfect way to close the series!

It isn't very often that a story ends perfectly but this one did. I have enjoyed this series but it was hard to see how it could end well but it was entirely satisfying! No loose ends and nothing teased but never answered. After the last book in this series I was worried but the author definitely delivered with this book.

Amazing Series!

The more I read of this series the more I liked it. Interesting story line, interesting characters, suspense and drama, plus a HEA. I highly recommend this series.

i am glad that this particular series is done

i am glad that this particular series is done, i didn't think you could do much more with it. having said that, i am glad that eddie and his side kick are still alive and can maybe continue in some of the other books that she writes. just as lassiter has in the brotherhood books with thor.

Fun i you don't think too much.

The book is okay if you don't pay too much attention to continuity. As with her Black Dagger Brotherhood Series the characters contradict themselves and previous things set up in the series. One of the things that first attracted me to these two series was that the plot was good and it was not just a mindless romance novel (which I don't read or like). The ending is satisfactory and Adrian interesting as always and some of them are going into her Brotherhood Novel.

Absolutely love this series and i am a huge JR Ward fan now

The author writes in a way that brings out all range of emotions while reading the story. I laughed, I frowned, I even teared up!

... say honestly that JR Ward is probably my second favorite Author of all time

I would say honestly that JR Ward is probably my second favorite Author of all time. Her books educate me on the world today that I don't get to see now days. I love her characters which are well written and draw you to them like magnets

I'm ok with Immortal

Underwhelmed with the ending. After such a great weaving together and build up in Possession I felt cheated out of a well developed HEA for the gang. Ward wanted to be done with this series and it showed. Things were wrapped up quickly between Devina and Jim, Sissy and Jim, even Ad. I don't want to spoil the ending, especially for those like me who stuck with the series, so I'll leave you to it. 3*

Good read found this last book somewhat predictable. Loved the series. Last novel was all ends well happily ever after. Recomme

Listened to audiobook which adds to the characters. Thought the ending was too soft compared to the previous books in the series

I love anything and everything by J

I love anything and everything by J.R. Ward. She is a great story teller. My only complaint in the story is that the out come was a little predictable. But of course, who doesn't love a happy ending?

Ward is an amazing writer, content builder when it comes to Fantasy

J.R. Ward is an amazing writer, content builder when it comes to Fantasy, Supernatural genres. Her Series Black Dagger Brotherhood and Fallen Angels series are my absolute favorites right now and for years. I would recommend either of these series to readers of fantasy, supernatural and vampire lore.

Love and forgiveness is the main character

Love and forgiveness is the main character, although no so much Devina. Do not except much of the carnal passion this is about closure. So is if you are one of the faithful readers of the all series, you will happy to get here.

Exciting but sad

Wished the saga could continue, loved the whole series! Can't wait for the next adventure to begin and know it will be good!

Awesome ending!! Absolutely beautiful!!!

This was a good end to the series, and I liked how everything came together. I was on edge the whole time wondering how this was going to play out. A lot of surprises happen in this book.My honest reaction to this is that I didn't want to say goodbye, especially to Jim. I highly recommend this series.Read it!!!

Great ending to an awesome series

Good vs evil. Jim, is he for the good side or himself? Will he make a deal with Devina? This is the conclusion to the series but not the end of all the characters. We learn a little more about Lasiter from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I completely enjoyed this book/series and would highly recommend.

hashtag 'awesome'

That line made me laugh right out loud. Just about perfect. As much as I enjoy the Brothers - and I do love those guys - this series has a deeper tone. Absolutely loved the devil as an OCD, sociopathic fashionista in therapy! Probably need to go back and revisit the series from the beginning.

absolutely beautiful!

The perfect ending to the series. It made laugh, scream in frustration, gasp in shock and cry in happiness. I love JRWard. Her characters are so realalistic even though they're fantasies. Her paranormal is believable you almost think that this is a story about real events and people. Cannot wait for "The Shadows"

It was worth the wait. !!

This was an awesome read. I could not put the book down. The last book in the series I saw a development in all of the characters. The best part was at the end, and it is a real heart warm ending. Fyi you will need a tissue at the end. Overall it was worth the wait.

I was so surprised at the ending.

This book was great. Sissy in love with Jim. Devina in love with him. I guess demons have feelings to. Devina certainly did. Love will make you do some crazy things. Who knew evil was in everyone that went to hell, even though they had done no wrong.

Love it

I love this series it has hope and shows what love really is!!!!! Thanks to you for your book s

it's my J.R. Ward fix...that all

It was very predictable, but I liked the characters and wanted to see how they grew and where they finally settled.

Another great novel by J.R. Ward

J.R. Ward continue to keep me, and the rest of her loyal fans coming back for more of her fantastically written novels. Every one of her novels are the kind once you begin, you don't want to put it down. Great Fan of J.R. Ward, and would recommend her novels to everyone. 😆

Immortal

I am a follower of the fallen angels series and find J.R.Ward does it again with a captivating storyline. I fine that the readers need to start from the beginning of the trilogy of fallen angels to encumbered the whole ploy.

Amazing

This series of books is one of my two favorite sets that I have ever read. I have read them over and over and they never get old. It is a truly amazing series that I that I recommend to anyone:-)

Great Seies.

Love this series. Have read all the books in this series ans really liked them. Really enjoy reading J. R. Ward novels and this series does not disappoint. Hated to say goodbye to character of KinGston@ but last novelties not disappoint. Anxiously waiting if she will write resolutions to Eddie ans Adriana stories.

I was a little disappointed with how this ended

I was a little disappointed with how this ended, especially since it was the last book in the series. It seemed like she just said ---ok....now END. I loved this series though and would recommend reading it - it's a good story from the first book to this last one, I just wish it was tied up a little bit differently in the last chapter or so.

So worth the wait!

I am so glad one of my friends convinced me to read this series. I have had a blast! This is the final book in the Fallen Angels series and since I refuse to give anything away just believe me when I say, "so worth the journey!'

Awesome!!! Curious as to the next book with Eddie, Ad and Lassiter!!!

Wow..... an epic ending to a great series! No spoilers here so I won't say much more than that if you are a fan of J.R. Ward's angels then this is a MUST read. The entire series wraps up, questions are answered and I was left completely done in. What a fantastic ride!

the glorious end

What a great ride this story has been. Such a great story of losses and gains, beginnings and endings, triumph and tragedy and the frailty yet strength of human existence. Thank you so much for this collection. Sometimes life gives you just what you need Ms Ward. Amen to that!

Loved it

I absolutely loved this book and this series. I wasn't too sure in the beginning but quickly fell in love with Jim Heron, Sissy, Eddie, Adrian and even Devina. So loved the ending, I laughed and I cried. So sad to see this series end. Would highly recommend.

Not ending

OMG. This is the best series I've read so far. It's Will let you truly believe in GOD(dog) LOL. Love it!!!!

Left me in tears. Such a good read.

The two final flags had to be won. You won't believe who the souls are and what Jim and Ad have to do. love story. Action and adventure. The epitome of good verses evil. Way to go Warden. What a finish to an amazing series.

Love this book!!

I loved this whole series! This book was the best by far! I’m so glad I found JRWard’s novels! Great!

Amazing to the end...

I was so impressed with this last book in the quadrilogy! There was so much in the plot that I was intrigued and surprised intellectually and emotionally. I loved how Jim finds peace and was tickled to find out about Adrian's future too. A fulfilling and exciting read!

I love happy endings!

The best of the series! I couldn't put it down! I love the way we got to see a human Side of Devina, I almost expected to see her repent at the end when all was taken away from her and the therapist revealed. I love happy endings.

Missing Jim already!!

Now that's the way you end a series. It's bittersweet but I'm looking forward to seeing As and Eddie meet up with Lassiter!

Very satisfying.

Excellent finale! Two final souls in play. I don't think it's a spoiler to say that there's no way Devina can win. Her takedown was glorious. Everything ended as it should have, it was completely satisfying. That final chapter had me in tears. Well done!

Awesome series

JR Ward has again written a series that has captivated me. I enjoyed the subject matter and the characters were so intense!

Another great read from Ward

Hard to say what is surprising without spoiling the plot, but the last two souls, one is somewhat unexpected. Ward always does a great job with her characters. Another great read.

Awesome

Such a great series. I loved every minute of this. Was great even hearing the demon side. Very much recommend

Amazing. I wish it didn't end

Amazing. I wish it didn't end. I was blown away with the last soul! So shocking. This book was awesome start to finish. I don't want to give anything away, but the Jim and Sissy story is great. This book does not disappoint, and leaves you wanting more!!

Sorry to see it end

I love this series. I love how it played out. I felt really bad about Devina even though she was evil she still had true feelings as messed up as they were she just wanted to be loved. Never regret reading Mrs ward's books.

Love is everything

Suprise, surprise...what a gang of original and supreme fighters, lovers and minds!

Love Love Love it!

JR Ward has done it again. What an excellent book and closure to the series. I am looking forward to Eddie and Adrian searching for Lassiter. Will it be a mixing of Black Brother and Fallen Angels? I am so excited!

Loved this series

Couldn't stop reading, this series has something for everyone It's truely a good against evil battle. One like none other I've read.

Another great JR Ward book

Part of a series of books that have an interesting concept about good and evil. I liked to watch the characters work out their issues and come to grips with reality as they know it. Love all JR Ward books.

I have always liked J. RWards books

I have always liked J.RWards books. This series was really good. I liked the whole book, and especially the ending. I look forward to more of her great books. Thank you for all the enjoyment you have giving me with this book and all your others.

Immortal- don't go....

What a great series! Can't believe it ended. Jim and Sissy finally made it. Interesting ending, didn't expect things to unfold. Don't want to spoil it for readers. LASSITER, WHERE IS YOUR STORY!!!!! Will JR surprise us and incorporate in BDB series?

Awesome end

Some of it was a bit predictable but I loved this one nonetheless. Thank you for the exact ending I hoped for!

This was a great ending for the angel Jim

This was a great ending for the angel Jim, but I see that J.R.Ward can continue with the storyline with the other angels, she is a awesome fantasy writer and I really enjoy her Black Dagger Brotherhood series another fantastic genre to get hooked on...........

Wonderful Finsh to a Wonderful Series.

I was a little disappointed when I read the last book, but I have to say, JR Ward finished this series with style. I just loved the whole thing from beginning to end. Too many spoilers on the back of my lips, but Soo good.

Brought tears to my eyes!

OMG best ending ever, I couldn't stop crying. Everything worked out exactly how it had to, the suspense of all the books together were worth the ending.

Immortal: fallen angels novel

Wow, I am sad that this is over. Although the ending was nice. Every once in a while you find a series of books that doesn't leave you just because you put the book down. Hopefully the next series isn't too far away.

How can you not love this series

How can you not love this series. When she first spoke of a new book I was..."no Brotherhood?" But this series more than matched. I just loved it and cried when it was finished. If you love Black Dagger you will love this...Thankyou JR

amaze balls!

Enough said peeps! 17 words is severely over rated...like I said completely captivating, a true performance, not one to disappoint this book is a must read regardless if you've read priors (even though that enhances the ambience) you will be enraptured in this series!

Loved this book

Loved this book....it was a great story and a great finale to the Fallen Angel series. Love J R Ward and all her books. I would recommend her to be added to everyone's TBR list.

What a way to end a series!

Miss Ward picks up right where she left off with the war. Pulse pounding action and heart melting romance. I hope this isn't the last we hear from Eddie and Adrian. It would be a crime to end their shenanigans here. Great book! Great Ending!

Excellent

What a great way to close one chapter of this series and leading another. I have been hoping for a larger cross over into BDB and it appears as though my wish is coming true. WARD IS TRUELY ONE OF A KIND !!!!!

Nice conclusion to the series

I wasn't sure the series could be wrapped up in one more book but as always, Ward did not disappoint. I was happy to see lots of folks get their HEA. I can't wait to see what The Warden has in store for us next!

Great series!

Loved every book

Great ending to wonderful series

I enjoyed the unpredictable twists and turns. I like that people remained true to their characters. A wonderful series I will reread and relisten to many times.

JR Ward's Books are always good to excellent

This book is the last in the "Angel" series. It is a wonderful story. The characters are, even the the Devil, really clear like I could pick them out of a crowd.

OMG!!!

I utterly, totally,& completely loved this book and this series!! I love how J R Ward brings it all together and puts a ill bit of knowledge about other characters, people, places, and other things from her other series the black dagger brotherhood!

Great book

Loved the series. It ended better than I expected. I love how the books flow together and make connections all the way through.

Best Ending!

This is the J.R. Ward I come to Love! She saved the VERY BEST for last! This book is profoundly one of my top 5 favorite of all times! Bring out the tissues my co fans and get ready for an AMAZING ADVENTURE!!!

Absolutely breathtaking!

I have been a fan for years and I am just thrilled with every new book. Ms. Ward never disappoints. These are my binge books that I reread over and again til the next new. This one raises the bar again.

Great job

This was such a good way to finish up some of the characters stories. It truly was a fun read.

Brilliantly written

The climax to this series is brilliant! A must read for everyone as long as you can tolerate the "f" bomb. Ms. Ward is my favorite author. Intelligently written books for intelligent people who really want to be entertained!

Worth a read

I enjoyed the story and the whole series. Character development is good and the good vs. evil theme is well developed.

A real cliffhanger

Absolutely amazing. This was the best book of the series. Didn't know which way it was going to go.. Loved the ending.

Loved the series...but...

...But, the last book in the series seemed a little anticlimactic, seeing how the 2 opposing characters were so huge throughout the series, I was expecting an explosive spectacular end to close out the series....Bummer...

The ending in Immortals made me sad (Jim and what's her name)--that said

The ending in Immortals made me sad (Jim and what's her name)--that said, it's a really good series that balances out in the end. I loved Ad's reaction--his joy. And I even felt sorry for Devina.

A good read, although not what I have come to expect having read some of her other work. I am interested to see where this series goes from here.

Superb

An excellent ending to a great mini series. Once again JR Ward does not disappoint. We all have a little evil inside...

Loved it!

The characters are well written and the story just pulls you in and won't let go. What a great perspective on the fight between good and evil and the relationship between the Creator and his creation.

I love this author, anything she writes I read.

I loved this series it was wonderful

Perfect

what a beautiful ending to this series. the ending made me cry tears of joy. the whole series is great. I love that Eddie and Adrian are back! they need their own series! love this book!

Great end to the series

This is a great end to a wonderful series. As always, J.R. Ward writes in her usual irreverent, hip, and sensory overload style, that we all cherish and love. Thanks for the great read.

I loved how it all came together in the final battle

Although I am sorry to see this series end, I loved how it all came together in the final battle. J.R. you never fail to capture me into your stories. Thank you for being amazing!

yay!!!

This book was fantastic, my favorite in the Fallen Angels series. I recommend this book to anyone who love edgy and sometimes erotic writing style!! The dialogue between characters is so realistic

I loved this series right from the start

I loved this series right from the start! She makes her angels out to be regular guys with some very bad history.

a new twist on Angels

Not your typical JR Ward novel. Entertaining, and makes you really wonder about the possibility of angels among us, and what their objectives might be.

Perfect finish to the series!

Perfect finish to the series. Loved this one - it brought everything home for me. I really enjoyed this entire series and felt she wrapped everything up perfectly in this story.

best HEA ever (spoiler)

I am so glad Jim got his HEA. My heart dropped for Ad and Eddie...but I can't lie. I am selfish enough that I am glad I will see more of them!

Couldn't finish

The 40-year-old Jim, popping the cherry of a 19-year-old girl named Sissy, ruined the entire series for me. I couldn't finish the novel. What a huge disappointment.

Omg it's over!!!

What a fitting end to this awesome saga. Loved every page! can't wait to hear Lassetor's story, spoiler: The creator hinted to Devina there might be someone else for her. Lasseter???

Sorry to see the series end but it was a great read. Great series I know at least part of the next BDB book will continue where this one ended. Hint! Hint!

Fast and entertaining

Very interesting concept and well presented. Characters were human enough to relate to and yet had just enough spirituality to be seen as angelic.

The best

This was by far my favorite I loved it. I couldn't have asked for a better ending. Be sure to have Kleenex by your side.

Perfect ending

I loved the whole series but this book brought it all to a perfect ending. It was shorter than the others but that kept the suspense from boiling over

Speechless!!

Ms. Ward you NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!! This was the perfect ending to this series. I'm going to have the bigger book hangover but it's so with it!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Perfect ending!

Perfect ending to the Fallen Angel's series! All is good! Hmmm...wondering at the end when they mentioned Lassiter if that means we'll see Eddie & Adrian in the BDB series??? Interesting?

The savior is at peace!!

Very good read. Great series and ending...these angels even flawed were beautiful. Loved the series and hope to see the boys with the brotherhood.

Perfect end to a great series!!!!!

Final book really brought the whole series together answering all the things I had wondered about that was left unanswered from other books. It was a perfect ending Ward did it again.

Great finale

This was worth waiting for. Great finale. The entire series was fun to read and I look forward to learning more about the fate of Lassiter in B D B ?

so sad to come to an end!

I suppose this is the end of the journey? I thoroughly enjoyed the journey with these characters and glad to read a "happily ever after" ending again.

So worth it!

Never a disappointment ! So many different angles all coming together in this story and couldn't wait to turn the page to find the outcome. Truly exciting and intriguing!

This was a wonderful end to an absolutely great series
