Longfellow School is having a school fair! They will have bouncy castles, bean bag games, painted faces, and delicious treats. And there's also a contest for best class spirit. Of course Mrs. Brisbane's class decides Humphrey and Og are the biggest reasons their class is so special and they make costumes and signs to show everyone why. At first it seems as though Humphrey and Og won't get to go to the fair, but luckily Aldo figures out a way to get them there safely. The fair is as wonderful as Humphrey imagined and he even ends up being the surprise star of the day.
Just-right for readers transitioning from easy-to-reads to chapter books, Humphrey's Tiny Tales simply make kids HAPPY-HAPPY-HAPPY.

A Fair Review
I pre-ordered this in the fall with great anticipation and received it appropriately in January. We thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the series. We were introduced to Humphrey through the One a School One Book program with Friendship. We read all of the older series before I found this younger series. My younger child is excited to have her own series on her level. I like the positive messages in these books and creative thinking. If you followed the older series, you know there's two years of students. So far the Tiny Tales all deal with the first set of students. It's fun to revisit the students we started with.

My grandson was introduced to the Humphrey books by his kindergarten teacher. I started purchasing the books for him last Christmas and will be completing the series this Christmas. Every time he goes to Barnes and Noble, he looks to see if they have any new Humphrey books. He will be excited to get more for Christmas!
