NO.1 BESTSELLER ANT MIDDLETON SHARES HIS SECRETS ABOUT HIS POSITIVE MINDSET AND TEACHES YOU TO LIVE A LIFE WITH ZERO NEGATIVITY

There are times when life feels like it has you cornered: financial difficulties, relationship issues, work problems, all of the above. Every one of us, at one time or another, will have to face up to the challenges that come our way. And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven’t been treated fairly. Or positively, where you own the situation, learn and grow from it, and become a better person at the end of it.

Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets.

This book will not tell you who to be, where you should live, or what job you should do. That’s up to you. What this book is for, however, is to give you the tools you need to become the best possible version of yourself, to own who and what you are, and to live your life with Zero Negativity.

2 tours or 3?

About 1/2 way through the book he says 3 tours of Afghanistan, then a handful of pages later says 2 tours. Wouldn’t you remember? Skipped lightly over assaulting a female police officer He then goes on how he has left the military behind and all the jargon etc , but 'Who Dares Wins'' is (partly) based on exactly that Just one of a few things that don’t stack up But overall, there are a few things to take out of it

Insightful

I've read all 3 books and they have been evolving and delving into a way thats positive and showing by his example how he lives his life. Great read and inspirational.

Misleading title

This book is just a series of events in war zones chiefly Afghanistan and how Ant Middleton coped with his own positive thinking. Not motivating or inspiring. On one page chosen at random he used "I " 25 times and a scattering of "Me " or " Myself".It was not well written and the overuse of the "F " word unnecessary and frankly offensive. He will probably put a positive spin on these comments but I'm not aiming them at him just trying to stop people being conned into parting with their money for what is essentially a very boring uninspiring book

Not that keen!

Having read the previous two books I thought I would give this a go as well, I must admit I was disappointed, some of the things touched upon here are very much a case of ‘look at me, look at me’ Clearly the author has done some very good things in his own life and also some bad things but what he never fails to lose is his ego. He must be the worlds ‘Ardest man. Read this if you want the same ramblings as his previous book, don’t bother if you want more of the same.

Ego massage disguised as ‘help’

After reading The Fear Bubble and thinking that was great I was looking forward to more of the same from Zero Negativity. Unfortunately despite approaching it with positivity and high expectations I wasn’t really sure I was getting anything out of this and as has been noted by others it’s all very ‘me, me, me’. If you want to read about how great he is then by all means give it a read. If you think it’s something similar to The Fear Bubble that will give you some tools for certain aspects of your life then this isn’t it

DO NOT BOTHER

What a load of absolute rubbish. This mans ego knows no bounds, and he just talks about being the worlds greatest soldier. Then his wife pops up writing about how much she loves him. I’d you’re going to bother writing a book, do some research and make it worthwhile.

Scraping the Barrel really

I enjoyed the first two books, which encouraged me to buy the third. Really scraping the barrel with his one. I hope it does not morph into a fourth book. My wife and how she coped with daredevil me? His gran made this book so you never know!

A MUST BUY!!!

An amazing book by an amazing man, definitely definitely worth the read and also arrived very promptly and very well and safely packaged. The book itself was in absolute mint condition, WELL DONE ANT !!!!

Open and Honest

Probably the easiest read of the trilogy. Ant's open nature and honesty, plus his wife's account, is inspiring.

Brilliant as always

Love this man!! He talks sense and should be leading this country in everything.

Brilliant

Great book out of the 3 I think this was my favourite

Zero negativity

I love ants new book like every book before this they are so well written with a fantastic inspiration for what he as achieve throughout is career.

Not his best

I have enjoyed Ant’s previous books, however I’ve really struggled with this one. I’ve found that this book lacks substance and just spends a lot of time giving examples of when you should be ‘thinking positively’. It certainly feels this third book is nothing more than a cash grab. An addition to this book is the inclusion of small sections at the end of each chapter by Ant’s wife. These are nothing more than Emilie ‘gushing’ over how great her husband ‘Anthony’ is, how he’s done so well to manage fame and family and how horrible people have been to him. These sections add nothing to the book but I wouldn’t be surprised if she brings a book out at some point. I wish I could be positive about a book called Zero Negativity, but sadly SBS man Ant has very much missed the boat with this one.

Really not helpful

There are a few bits and bobs I was able to take away from this book. However, if you decide to buy this book, be prepared for a lot of self praise and "I'm so awesome" talk. Don't get me wrong - he's got a lot to say and I enjoyed when he talked about his experience in the military or with Mount Everest. But for someone who is preaching positivity, he is quite judgemental. If you're not as positive as he is, your life will be crap. If you let any negativity in your life, every misery that comes to you is your own fault and you deserve it. If there is a negative person in your life, cut them out. No, don't talk to them, don't work on the relationship. Turn away, it doesn't matter if it's your mother or a close friend. Cutting chords with everyone that isn't positive all the time, seems a childish and ignorant and, quite frankly, stupid approach. As much as he preaches it, life isn't just black and white. A few valuable points in this book, then others that I fundamentally disagree with. Ultimately, a lot of bad advise and self praise, that even the good parts of the book can't balance out.

A step too far? Disappointing

Sorry to be “negative”. Love Ant. His first 2 books changed things in my life and were inspirational. I’m 100 pages into this and I still can’t tell you what it’s about. No story no structure just random chapters and then comments from his wife. Not for me

Excellent advice

I saw myself in this author as I was at a younger age. Having become a widow two and a half years ago, then COVID, I found myself in a really bad state of mind. Reading this book has given me a sharp reminder that I have never given up in the past so I need to get that frame of mind back. I’m still restricted to a degree because of being on high risk catergory re COVID but I’m now thinking about possibly looking for a part time job once the situation allows in order to get back mixing with other people again. Thank you.

Not a positive thinking book

I love self help, self improvement, positive thinking books and in my pursuit of something new to read I decided to search positive thinking and this was the first book to come up. I'd never heard of Ant Middleton but decided to give the book a go due to the positive reviews. This book was poorly written and edited and is definitely NOT a positive thinking book. The style of writing- it’s like it was written for primary school children. It’s more like an autobiography and not even an interesting one at that. He constantly contradicts himself and it is quite easy to tell this whole positive front is a facade. Genuinely positive and happy people don’t say the things he does or act like him. In one chapter he is insulting and swearing at his colleagues from the army and in the next saying how he doesn't have the energy to insult someone and if he doesn't like someone he just moves on. He seems like an insecure man who doesn't really know who he his. He says some really strange things in the book. I finished the book without any new insights, motivation or any new found wisdom. It did not improve my mindset or thinking at all. He somehow manages to talk a lot without really saying anything at all. If you are looking for self help and positive thinking books I would recommend the power of positive thinking, the power of now, the alchemist, the untethered soul and 101 essays that will change the way you think.

Suprisingly good read

Ok, why did I say suprisingly when it sounds judgemental even and the book being about positive positioning? Its just not normally the type of book I'd read. But I'd enjoyed this guys TV stuff and again I wouldn't normally read a book just because of a TV series. It just was the right book on the right shelf at the right time. One book later (reading) went for the job I always made excuses for and smashed it. Applied for uni, and grasping life again. I best read the other two now!

War story not a mental heath book

I have read this book cover to cover. I feel no more positive than when I turned the first page. Despite it’s high reviews it isn’t a self help book and it rambles on a lot. Can’t distinguish between what points are being made in each chapter because they are all exactly the same with the same war examples. Every chapter seemed to say exactly the same thing. No doubt this author has had interesting experiences in life as well as some advice regarding his outlook on life. But I feel like 350 pages is a overreach when it could of been told in 30.

Self-aggrandisement with woeful writing.

I enjoyed the first two books. This is terrible. You're better off re-reading the first two. It's cringeworthingly self-aggrandising with passages from his wife saying how great he is. Self-serving mindfuck. The writing is poor.

He does it again!

Third book in the series from ant and I cannot recommend the three enough. Good reads with great insights and mindsets to follow, with all three teaching you different methods. Intresting to have his wife's input on this one aswell and goes to show that it's not all for the book, the man completely lives by what he writes. Highly recommended. Finished this in 3 days! But would recommend digesting each chapter if buying as a self help book!

In need of a well formed positivity boost? then you can be nose deep in worse books or content.

I wouldn’t have called myself a massive fan of Ant before reading this book, and would I call myself one after hmmm not sure, but respected where it’s due.....What’s refreshing is Ants ability to keep it simple when being challenged with complex situations and seeing his life though multiple lenses without getting too bogged down in the minutia. The book reads easily and does deliver insight. If you need a brief well formed reality check or positivity boost to kick start 2021 then you can be nose deep in worse books or content trust me.

It wasn’t for me

Ant is someone who’s achieved a lot in life, after not the best start, so I was hoping for something really inspiring. But, to me this book just felt like an exercise in Ant’s ego, from him dissing his ex work colleagues in the first chapter (zero negativity..?) to his wife bigging him up at the end of the chapters. If you’re interested in Ant and hearing more about his life, you might really like this.. but I didn’t unfortunately.

Read it!

I’ve read the others and this man always delivers! Fantastic, probably the best book Out there for rebuilding your confidence!

Ant is pretty unique, I like his writing.

It was Pretty good, He has to talk about himself as it's about his life but it's almost big headedness at times,But being a big admirer of Ant and his ways of working this was an interesting read that was pure and honest, I have bought the trilogy, my favourite book was First man in, it was brilliant- Fresh and raw. Ant Keep it going but try not to big yourself up, other people will do that for you! Stay pure, I can relate to a lot of the way you think as I am pretty similar in that sense. I've taken some advice on board from the book and it highlighted what I'd already thought. Paul.

3rd best of the 3

Like others. Ive read first 2 books . Both i thought were superb . Couldnt put them down . But this one whilst being a decent read isnt upto the standards set in first two books. Certainly dosnt flow like others. Bit of a disappointment for me

Fantastic

What a Great read , can relate to a lot of what is written in this book. Good and bad😀

That’s all folks

Love him or hate him, Ant is his own man. He offers a very particular perspective on life and could teach most of us a thing or two. He breaks things down to the basics, making his ideas understandable and relatable, even if it’s sometimes difficult to agree with his mindset. Thank you Ant. I have learned some useful ways of looking at situations, but you’ve had your say now and I’m not sure there’s anything more for You to say. I hope your next project is a success for you.

Inspirational

This is my second book from Ant Middleton and its a beautifully crafted book with his own experiences good and bad and inspirational ideas to stay positive in all that life can throw at you, From the heart It helped my so so much.

Rambling with the occasional entertaining snippet

Found it pretty boring to be honest. The stories/recollections were quite good but i found the rest a bit rambling.

great book.

My daughter got me this book for xmas and i liked it so much i bought 1 for my gf and 1 for my mom. Very easy read and a little catch up of what you read at end of the chapter.

Ant Middleton book

Bought zero negativity by Ant Middleton as a Xmas gift. It came through very speedily, posted in the letterbox with good packaging. It looks like it was bought straight from the shop and has been handled with care. 5 star service, no issues.

Inspirational.

Great book. very helpful and inspiring.

Worth a read

Love the book, love Ant Middleton i pre ordered this as i enjoyed his other books. A great read and useful tips and exercises init to boost mindset

Not his best work.

Not his best work, in fact a lot of this book was pretty boring. Bit disappointing considering the previous books were of quite a high standard.

A guide to opening your mind

Ant once again manages to balance good stories with positive messages in an easy to read book. There are no lectures but just sharing of his experiences - I hope to learn from them.

the book speaks for itself ,a must for anyone.J.G

Brilliant read by an individual with a huge heart, the book is helping me with viewpoints on mindset &how to change what was problematic into a heap of solutions, thankyou Ant,top stuff,.i would recommend book for anyone.,J.Grist

exellent condition my sons favourite to his books so he was very pleased to receive it for his birthday thankyou

Excellent price with fast delivery 😊

Fast delivery, great service and an fantastic price. Can’t wait for my friend to get and read this for Christmas.

Really good book - could be life changing

I was massively impressed with this book - to the extent that I bought Ant's other books immediately when I'd finished it!

Well worth an inspirational read

Both gifts for my sons, however I'm going to treat myself to a copy as I find Ant Middleton very inspirational

Inspiring

Great to step into Ants mindset and learn how to handle life’s challenges and opportunities with positivity plus a fascinating insight into his career and values.

Difficult Read

I’ve found this book difficult to get through. Although he is very inspiring and has some really good methods to life. The book is little bit too “I’m so great”. I thought his wife writing in each chapter would be great but unfortunately she too repeatedly describes how great he is. We all know he is great but not sure this book is written in the right way.

Tools for life

As with Ant's previous books, this one is full of tips and strategies to help you become the best version of yourself, and overcome all obstacles life throws at you. There is something for everyone in this book.

Helped me when in a dark place

I'm only 6 chapters in to this book so far but the format keeps you wanting to read more. It gives the interesting life of ant Middleton and then gives simple life lessons that are so powerful in having a positive outlook on life. Would recommend to anyone, whether struggling with mental health or just looking to change your outlook on life in general

A must read.

This is a great book, not been able to put it down. Makes you question your own thinking and ways to improve your out look. Highly recommend.

Damaged

Based upon the ripped front cover when it arrived. Bought for a crimbo present - but annoying

Great read

You always worry about picking up a self help book as they normally are long winded, but I’ve really enjoyed this book and in these difficult time for everyone has made me think of things differently which has helped, ant is honest and I really enjoy the little end section written by his wife on how she sees him. 🥰

Bought as present

Good condition, book partner wants so will make brilliant stocking filler. Quick delivery good service.

10/10

I love Ant's books. He says like it is and gives great advice in this book.

Great book

Loved the book! Some inspiring words which leaves you with room for thought. Definitely recommend this book along with the first two.

Amazing read to get you thinking in a more positive mindset. Highly recommend!

Amazing book that I really enjoyed reading. Would highly recommend to anyone as it really makes you think about positivity and how you can adopt a more positive approach to many situations you encounter in life!

Ant's Zero Negativity...

Thank you. I have received it, although I haven't started reading it yet. Lots of things going on. I have however finished his other book The fear bubble which I enjoyed so will like this one.

A must read book! Inspirational.

This book is simply a must read. I don’t like reading but this book has hooked me.

Great read.

A great read so far and hoping for some inspiration.

Great read but lots of swearing!

Bought this for my sister for Christmas. She said it’s very good but there’s a lot of swearing in it, a lot she says is unnecessary. So if that sort of thing offends you - this isn’t the book for you!

Zero negativity: The power of positive thinking

So thought provoking it really does make total sense what Ant tree talks about and so simplistic too. This is not another self indulgent proficy by someone who thinks he knows everything it is very personal but we'll thought out and will inspire any one that reads this book

Great present

Bought all books from Ant as a present and always great read.

Life changing read.

I usually don't write reviews but this book I have to as it is completely life changing. I have learn't so much from this book and will implement those positive things into my life. Thank you Ant.

Fantastic read

Second of Ants books I have read ,and just as good as the first one . I love his mindset and am trying to think more like Ant . Well done and anyone who wants to see the world in a different light should read this book .
