Bill Amend
Bill Amends treasury, Wrapped-Up FoxTrot, will leave FoxTrot fans with a lasting impression and a lot of laughs.

Now a Sunday-only strip, this anthology includes colored Sundays as well as the final dailies of the comic Entertainment Weekly said "is the most idiosyncratic one to debut since Calvin and Hobbes."

Fans get all the family angst and antics they can handle with a collection of stories and experiences that only Jason, Peter, Paige, and parents can provide. Life is always fresh, topical, and irreverent in this wacky house.

* Amend's FoxTrot won the National Cartoonists Society's prestigious Reuben Award in 2007.

Great book, wrong seller

Comic treasure!!! The content itself is awesome as this was a comic strip I followed regularly. Unfortunately, the copy I received from the seller was in BAD condition when they said it was "Good." The pages are badly written on so it's difficult to read. Going to try & purchase again

The Last of the Foxtrot Treasuries

As far as I know, this is the last of the FoxTrot Treasuries. I'm a big fan of the Foxtrot strips, and with this one, I hope I have completed my collection.

The last daily collection of a great strip

If you're a true fan of FoxTrot then this last collection is a must have for your collection. It collects the last daily strips of this classic strip and all the adventures of Jason, Peter, Paige and the rest of the family. My one wish is that they would have included some commentary or extra features (like Pearls Before Swine does), but that's never been Amend's style.

Deja vu

A common problem you see in long running cartoonists' works is the tendency to repeat old jokes redrawn in slightly different ways. I suppose its character stereotypes or the like such as "Roger burning the BBQ", "Jason at school", most of the holiday ones such as "Peter and thanksgiving", etc. I do like Foxtrot and have most of the Treasuries but the repetition gets stronger every year. If you're a true fan you're going to buy the book anyway. If you're new to Foxtrot it won't bother you but I'd suggest buying one of the early Treasuries instead. The daily strip ending is not particularly special or anything. The book is ok but not a must have.

Five Stars

Great series!

I forgot just how good this strip was.

I bought this treasury along with Jam-Packed Fox Trot as I didn't have them in my library. It's been a few years since I've looked at the books I already have and after reading these two I will now go back and revisit the rest. What a good strip this was.

Excellent humor for family!!! :)

Excellent humor ! If you love Fox Trot, you will love this book! :)

Hooray for Foxtrot!

This has always been one of my favorite strips, and all my kids love it too. This is a great book with some of the best. We read them over and over again and seldom get tired of them. Really miss having new strips from Bill Amend.

Another great FoxTrot book

I really enjoy a great comic strip, and this, sir, is a great comic strip. I enjoyed a lazy Sunday on the couch wandering through these comics, and it was a day well spent.

Five Stars

I enjoyed the book.

I Hated That It Was Ending, But Love This Book

Bill Amend is a comic strip genius. I think he made me laugh out loud more often than any other comic strip writer. I must have read this book three or four times so far, with many more to come. I felt sad as I reached the end of the book, much as I did when I read them in the Boston Globe. This book is a great reminder of a wonderful comic strip. It reminds me also of how much I miss my daily Foxtrot!!

Only bad thing is this is the final days of daily!

There is not a single Fox Trot book that I do not like, this still is and always has been one of my favorite comics, wish he wrote more than just Sundays still!

Five Stars

Really funny.

good book

Bought this for my just turned 9 years old son. He has read it so many times. Foxtrot is always popular in the elementary school aged kids.

Five Stars

One of my favorite comics. Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent!

This books is great. Still the same humor as when I was little and that's what I love. Must get for Fox-Trot fans!

Continued awesomeness

With this purchase, I now own every FoxTrot book. This one is no different than any of the others...simply fantastic. If you are a FoxTrot fan, do not pass this up!

The last of the good stuff in one package. Very sorry to see Amend go to Sundays only. It made a fine gift.
