True Blue K-9 Unit: Brooklyn Christmas

I loved this book, it was the perfect book in this series.... It finally showed the K9's are allowed to be loved, petted and cared for if they are off duty... I loved watching the mystery around everything... I loved that we got two stories in one. It was just the perfect book. It had suspense, romance, action and K9's. What a great read.... This was my favorite in this series!

I didn't see the direction this was taking, and when thought I had everything sorted out...everything went wild! Needless to say I just enjoyed another True Blue K-9 book! Thank you, Laura and Maggie!

I truly loved every single book in this series. It's wonderful learning about the K9 units and what the dogs do. It gives me a whole new respect for them and I will always pray for wisdom and safety for them. I think the authors of these stories did a great job and I enjoyed the characters immensely.

I can't get enough of these books. As soon as I finish one I'm on to next. I will continue to read them as long as the as these great authors continue to write them.

The author captures your imagination and runs with it happily to the end. The plot was well done and the future is remarkable.

My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, True Blue K-9 Unit: Brooklyn Christmas. I have so enjoyed this series and even though the basic series is over I did enjoy these two stories. They are written by two of my favorite authors. They are both well written, action packed, and full of faith. I know you are going to love this book. Holiday Stalker by Laura Scott Eden Chang is the unit's IT tech. She is on her way home when she finds she is being stalked. She hurries down to the subway when a man in a mask tries to stab her in the abdomen. Thankfully she always carries her laptop under her coat and is fine when the knife hits the computer. She calls for help and a K-9 cop steps up and helps her. Why did it have to be Max? K-9 officer Max Santelli and his partner come to rescue Eden. Eden is obviously in trouble. Max is going to keep her safe no matter what. He must ignore his attraction to the tech beauty. Gift Wrapped Danger by Maggie K. Black K-9 Officer Neolle Orton and her partner are at the mall looking for smuggled drugs. Liberty alerts and takes her to The Jolly Family Charity Christmas Giveaway. She alerts on a pair of boots a little boy is wearing. That leads her to a van for the Jolly Family Toys. She commandeers a vehicle only to find Adam Jolly. He insists on driving as they chase the van. Army Veteran Adam Jolly is home due to an injury. He is about to take after the men who injured his employee and stole his van when the beautiful cop tries to commandeer his pick up. Quentin was injured. He has his GPS so he can track him. They take off after the van.

HOLIDAY STALKER has talented tech specialist Eden Chang being stalked and attacked. Max Santelli and his K-9 officer-tracker-attacker Sam come to her rescue to save her and solve the mystery with her as to who is doing the deed. Author Laura Scott created a spellbinding novella. GIFT-WRAPPED is another venture into drug smugglers with officer Noelle Orton, her drug sniffing tracking K-9 officer Liberty, and retired vet Adam Jolly who is a single father that promotes a toy give-away Christmas Charity company. Intense and heart warming, you will love this gripping novella by Maggie K. Black. Both are Fantastic!

I thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic continuity series, and am sorry to see it end! These two authors have done a perfect job in ending the series. I just can't say enough about how all the characters and dogs made this a fantastic series for the great authors to write about for us readers. FIVE STARS

These two novella length stories involves the K-9s and officers of the Brooklyn K-9 division. The stories are good police mysteries with lots of K-9 action. There is a light romance in the background. The story has little blood, no gore, and no sex. Fun stories and fast reads.

Wholesome and exciting love story. It was very hard to put down. I highly recommend it to young and old alike.

I really enjoyed these books as well as the rest of the series. It was riveting until my enjoyment came to a screeching halt at the words "almost assuredly illegal semi-automatic". Please do your research before making misleading statements like that. Nearly every legal hand gun is semi-automatic and many legal rifles are as well. Automatic weapons are the ones that are illegal.

very good suspense story someone is after her but who , if you like suspense stories and animals you will want to read the book well written

Great book. I love the scripture and faith in the book. It made my faith grow even stronger. I met and married a man offaith49 years ago After just knowing him for 6 months. Best thing I ever did.

These follow after the books in the original continuity. The first is tech Eden Chang who is being targeted by someone trying to kill her. K-9 officer Max and his partner Sam don't want that to happen on their watch. In the second story, Noelle and her partner Liberty are tracking a drug smuggling ring that is using toys to transport the drugs. Adam is in charge of a charity that delivers toys to disadvantaged children for Christmas. Both of these happen right before Christmas after the events in books 1-8. You get to revisit many of the characters from previous books and learn more about these great previously secondary characters. The pace is breakneck and the tone is uncertain yet hopeful with a character and action oriented storyline that has no steam, but some kisses. The characters are vibrant and engaging. You don't have to read books 1-8 before these 2, but you will get much more out of them if you do. If you like Christian romances with lots of action and faith, then this series is for you. Enjoy!
