Excellent Content but Error in QA/Printing [SPOILER ALERT in image!]
Like many people, I have been reading the manga after I got hooked into the recently finished first season of the anime. I fully caught up to the currently available volume available in English and it has been a blast to read to re-discover the past season and look ahead. Volume 9 continues Emma's journey and this set of chapters are filled with tense moments and revelations about the past and potentially the future. It has been an excellent read (this and previous volumes) and is highly recommended if you are a fan of the series or if you are wondering if you should start your journey with the manga to fill the void after the completion of the anime's first season. However, if you are reading this as of April 2019, please beware of one thing. It appears that there is a printing error after page 96. There are several pages of another manga (Demon Slayer) inserted so I do not currently know if this will be corrected in a future revision or left as is. There are a total of 8 pages of Demon Slayer inserted but after those pages, the Promised Neverland Vol. 9 resumes. I THINK there's no missing pages because if I start before the printing error (on page 96) and resume counting where the regular manga picks back up after the error (we'll call this "page 97") it does in fact line up with the numbering scheme to the next numbered point in the chapter at page 107, so all seems to be counted correctly after the error. I hope that makes sense. I was re-assured by Viz customer service that nothing was cut out as a result of the misprint. If you recently received your copy and are reading through without knowing this, you might be confused and surprised. I do not know if Viz will correct this but this is something that should be addressed either way. It's a minor anomaly that does not hinder the enjoyment of the volume, but just be prepared to flip through the extra pages if your volume is affected. I hope that this has helped those decide on the book and for those that may be concerned with a possible error with their copy as of April 2019! Thanks for reading!
Avoid this volume until there is a corrected edition.
Another volume. Another major misprint. Viz included eight pages of some ninja Manga in this. This is the second time they've done this for this series. Slow down and double check your work Viz.
Why you complaining???
I honestly dont know why everyone is complaining about the misprint, just seems like an opportunity for a bit of free manga. It dosent skip any pages and picks right back up where it left off and dosent start up again. Quite honestly, this mistake was the reason I purchased all of the Demon Slayer manga. It got me interested and I found that I really enjoyed reading it, best misprint ever.
Great volume
I love getting more of the story. Can't believe Minerva is dead. So I'm wondering will Emma go back to Grace field to get through the door to the human world? Will they escape? I love emma. She is becoming less niave and more independent. Strong. Fearless. Can't wait to see Norman again.
Frustrated.
Without a doubt a great book but.... my first copy had demon slayer in it. My second copies had several ripped pages!!!!
Great book good price
This book series is a wonderful series that any serious manga reader should give a check it's hard to put down once you pick it up itll leave you begging for more ontop of the series being great, amazon has amazing prices for the series, that's a must have.
came indented and looks used, but can be overlooked
ordered two days ago and just arrived as expected, doesn’t seem to have the misprint in it from pages 97-104 like others had so i’m guessing newer batches were fixed within the year. book came with an indent as if it’s used/someone was reading it. The top spine also looks to be a tad worn, a bit irritating as the other volumes came perfect and this one is warped and won’t close on its own but other than that 👍🏽
The game of cat and mouse is not what you think it to be.
Food is gone, water is low, someone keeps knocking on the door, I can hear a voice, but I need to finish the series. Why won't they leave me alone?
Very Happy
Great condition and I finished it in less than an hour lol. Love this manga.

Printing Error??
There was a random volume of demon slayer in my copy of the manga, I saw some other people have the same problem, IDK if it’s an advertisement or an error.

POW! The BEST volume yet! You won't be disappointed...
A Peter Pan retelling like you've NEVER seen before!! Emma, Norman and Ray are the brightest kids at the Grace Field House orphanage. And under the care of the woman they refer to as “Mom,” all the kids have enjoyed a comfortable life. Good food, clean clothes and the perfect environment to learn—what more could an orphan ask for? One day, though, Emma and Norman uncover the dark truth of the outside world they are forbidden from seeing. The Premise The Promised Neverland vol 9 introduces a new character and POW! The best thing that has happened to him since he arrived at the settlement is Emma showing up... because he needs something only she has. I loved learning more about Geezer and why this location is so touchy for him. We've known it has to do with his own group but we truly didn't understand why he was so emotionally invested in getting rid of these kids in his life... until now. And finally we get battles! YES, BATTLES! It's pretty exciting and an extension of the intelligent strategy that Emma, Norman and Ray have always utilized but this time we learn why escaped farm kids are so great! The Buzz Honestly we have been building to this day... and I'm so glad that Kaiu Shirai held off so long for a demon vs. human face-off. I'm not exaggerating to say that I have been awaiting this day with bated breathe and its huge! It makes The Promised Neverland vol 9 one of the best manga volumes I've read this year. It's perfectly contrasted to the politics we learn about behind the scenes with its incredible reveals and twists. I love how this series is written so that a middle grade reader can understand and enjoy but its so full of depth and complexity that an adult will also totally enjoy it. The Feels The twists in The Promised Neverland vol 9 with Mr. Minerva pretty much floored me. It makes sense, so its not out of the realm of believablity but to learn what we did is pretty incredible. It branches out to other reveals, one that about killed me. Always with my vagueness due to spoilers but again can't say more, but if you've been following the series you will cry. You will cry and I refuse to tell you if its in happiness or horror but cry you will. And I soooooo want to know more about Adam now! The Visuals The Promised Neverland vol 9 totally makes these battles pop! The demons are out in force and we get to see them in action. We got a taste of battle in a previous volume but they are all so individualistic that it was neat to see the differences and the similarities between the demons' fighting styles. I really appreciated how this part of the story was cut up so certain things were hidden to the right moment to give the most WOW factor. There is such a perfect merging of story and art... its incredible that two different people are responsible for this great series. The Promised Neverland vol 9 builds on the surprising and action packed previous volume to give us some answers, more questions and a new target... but first Emma and her new allies will have to beat a select group of demons known for their hunting of humans... It's dangerous out there but we are really of the intense, smart, shocking action that is Emma's hallmark!
Pivotal Point In The Story
With volume 9, we get a second pivotal book in the series. The first milestone was the children escaping from the orphanage. This book is a big reveal about William Minerva and sets a new arc up in the near future. As well, there is a huge surprise at the end that while not unexpected, is definitely welcome. Story: Lucas and Emma have made it to the door they were directed to find by William Minerva. When the pen unlocks it, they learn so much more about the resistance to the demons and their own place in the world. Meanwhile, the survivors of the Goldy Pond hunts decide it is time to stand up to the hunters and take out the duke once and for all. How many will survive? There is a lot of action in this volume since we have quite a few interesting fights as the children go after the demons one by one. They've done their homework, they know the weaknesses of each of the hunters, and they also know that it will be one tough battle, especially when they go after the mastermind of the whole 'game.' There are additions of several new characters including a new nemesis. In all, the story is rolling out nicely and expanding in an organic and unexpected direction that should continue to provide great storylines. Reviewed from an advance reader copy provided by the publisher.

Read the entire magna, it’s incredible.
I’ve been obsessed with these books. The characters, the storyline and the illustrations are incredible. I’m utterly obsessed. It’s a must read
Good
Very good book
Magnifique
Great!
A thrilling battle of wits and strength. Every character has their own goals and feels like a real person. I love how the story keeps evolving and drawing me in unexpected directions while keeping me interested.
Nueva información a raudales.

Read the entire magna, it’s incredible.
I’ve been obsessed with these books. The characters, the storyline and the illustrations are incredible. I’m utterly obsessed. It’s a must read
Déchirure
Une petite déchirure sur le coté de la boite, mais heureusement rien de grave.
