The Indian 1901-1978: The history of a classic American motorcycle

Bought it for my uncle and he couldn't put it down. Half the guys at the family christmas were talking about and thumbing through the book. Great pictures and really relays the history of Indian Motorcycles well. Great for people that like bikes, like history, like industry. Also pretty good for someone that just likes pretty pictures.

I bought this book for my husband. He has an Indian Scout and loved the book. However, he said it needs editing: there is at least one spelling or numerical error on every page. He's not an academic or even a very good speller, so if he thinks it needs editing, it really must need it. That said, he liked the format, the layout, and the overall information. This makes a good gift!

Always enjoy books on Indian motorcycles and this book is also one of the great ones, enjoyed it very much...thanks.

Beautiful Indian hardback book. Large in size with lots of information and color pictures. A must own for any Indian motorcycle lover.

I bought this book for my husband. We bought our Indian in 2017 and just love it. Now we can read all about our bike and other Indians

Very detailed book

Not much for say it reached me damaged was disappointed.

arrived quickly and in great condition. Have only thumbed through it and are looking forward to reading it proper. Looks to be lots of colour illustrations and all the technical specifications on every model as well as a couple of pages of text too. Looks like a good read and also a good reference book to have on the shelf after that.
