Ordinary, but acceptable.
The non-recipe section of this book is very brief, and it should really include sources for Dr. Sebi's claims, but at least it is well-written and arranged--easy to read, with few grammatical errors or typos, if any. The recipe section is a decent size and the recipes seem to be of good quality, complete with beautiful photographs, although they do rely a lot on grain and chickpea flour, and some contain some rather odd ingredients, like sea moss gel and 'soft-jelly coconut milk'. I will probably not be eating most of these recipes, as I generally avoid grain and flours (except coconut flour), but I would certainly recommend this cookbook for anyone trying to get into healthier cooking.
Disappointed
Opened up & it looks like a cheaply made book.. faint printed writing & faint black & white pictures.. I feel cheated.. this book needs coloured photos.
Poor Quality
Print on demand book, not colour and badly laid out, looks like a copy and paste job with zero effort. Not an official Dr Sebi book.
No colours
Weirdest thing ever is a gorgeous book cover regarding an amazing doctor. The book is about healthy vibrant foods and it’s in black in white ???? Why would they cheap out n print the inside completely in black ink alone ?? Dr Sebi likely is rolling over in his grave
Great book. A must buy
Great book. Lots of recipes
