The Adventures of Decky and Charlie

I wonder why I have not previously read this series, my big mistake. It was exceptional captivating right from the beginning. I've laughed and I cried. Happened so much, each chapter was fascinating. The green eel was one of the many highlights. The sentence "if you say my name every day, my spirit will never leave you" is etched in my memory forever. The description of the Panhandle was beautifully done. If I close my eyes I can see and smell it. I loved the story of the indians and the story of Pin and Ahpu. This was quite impressive and then the family reunion! What an event! You would like to be there as one of the guests. A nice bonus was that Molly Kincaid played a role in this story. I just loved everything of this book. Both books I will definitely reread. R.E. Bradshaw is a great author and I hope to be able to read a lot more of her.

I must say I am not a professional reviewer or critic. I just know what I enjoy. I always look forward to anything written by R.E. Bradshaw, because without a doubt, I know I will be entertained by this talented author's characters. It has been a joy to follow Decky and Charlie as they navigate their life together.Being a native Oklahoman, this story was a special treat for me.The only thing I have left to say is that I can't wait for the next installment by Ms. Bradshaw.

Loved their romance. Renewed ones faith in true love . Always a pleasure to read another novella by this author. I have yet to be disappointed by the characters or the passion they have for each other. I would recommend this short but sweet interlude.

I loved the characters. Reliving the lives of the ancestors with Native Indian blood, combined with their culture, created an incredible story full of love, acceptance, and a lot of history. Highly recommend.

I really did like both books but I must say that the second one was really the best. Ms. Bradshaw is a very good writer and I have enjoyed everything I have read by her so far. I guess you sometimes pick the right book at the right time and the Merdy and Grace sub plot in Out On The Panhandle was very touching during this point in my life as my best friend is leaving this earth due to illness. I do love affirmimg that love last forever.

Wonderful! You will fall in love with these characters. The imagery created in Out On The Panhandle was stunning. Well developed main characters with wit and banter that will keep you wanting more! Well done!

Ms. Bradshaw does a good job of grabbing and keeping your attention. She does a great job of describing the locations that her characters call home. It makes me want to visit those states to see it for myself. I have now read all of her books. I recommend her romance as well as her Rainy Bell series. Good stuff!

This is a fantastic love story. I was hooked with the first chapter and it held my attention throughout the story. I look forward to reading more by RE Bradshaw. I will definitely going to recommend this book to others.

For my first time read with this author I found I was pleasantly surprised with both stories.. I found myself laughing and crying threw out both books. I can't wait to read more books by this author.

Great story, told with Decky's normal whit and humor. Loved it from the start but the flash backs to Charlie's ancestors was poignant and very real and believable! Would recommend it to anyone.

I just love R. E. Bradshaw!! I can't wait to see some of her stories come to the big or small screen... Decky and Charlie are so sweet together but Rainey Bell is my hero! :-) So, if you get the chance read all of R. E. Bradshaw's writings!

A lot of fun, very well developed caracters, touching romantic story from the distant past and supporting today story about getting over dificulties which are well-known to any gay person

I enjoyed both these books and hope for more adventures. Of Deckyand Charlie. I have quoted these books in my everyday. Life.

I really enjoyed the two book series and especially enjoyed Ms. Bradshaw's Rainey series.

Well written. Interesting and engaging stories that touch the heart, and are brimming with real characters, places and situations. Richly detailed.

I can't wait until the next adventure.
