Delicious Recipes - Easy To Follow & Family Friendly

I've been a big fan of this author for years, and was looking forward to the release of this book! Stephanie's recipes are flavor bombs and full of deep nutrition, and this new collection does not disappoint. Her blog, Instagram and Facebook page have been great resources for me, and her Project Vibrancy Meals (52 weeks of comprehensive meal plans and shopping lists) are the foundation of how I feed myself and my busy family. I am so pleased to add this gem of a cookbook to my collection of healthy-eating inspiration.

But it.

I like to read recipe books before I start using it, most of the recipes sound really good and not complicated. I currently have a spinal injury so standing and cooking for long periods of time is just not possible right now, the fact that these are 30 minute recipes is a huge help. Get the book.

Love this book!

Just as advertised.

This is now my favorite cookbook!

The recipes are super quick and easy. Its also very easy to improvise if you don't have all the ingredients. I love this book!

plenty recipes to choose from and all super fast to prep

Many of my friends are on the paleo diet, but they often complain that switching to such a diet, especially for desserts, takes longer and so often they find themselves cheating because they run out of time to prep a diet - appropriate meal. Well, this book is definitely doing away with that excuse. The author presents more than 90 recipes covering all meal types, including desserts, and they are able to be prepped in 30 minutes or less. And no, you do not have to be an expert cook. Using a clearly organized book by meal types, the reader can just pick what they are in the mood for, maybe it is breakfast or pork and the author presents a nice variety of fast dishes - all paleo qualified. Included are such treats as Thai chicken or shrimp Caesar salad as well as Indian chicken skewers. The author includes also quick overviews, such as which types of ingredients to avoid in a paleo diet. So no more guesswork. Everything is laid out for the busy person that works, and then at home wants to fix tasty meals that taste home-cooked, but are still mee4ting paleo guidelines. I received a free copy of the book from the publisher.

Some good food here

The 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook is a new collection of paleo recipes and cooking tips by Stephanie Meyer. Released 17th March 2020 by Callisto on their Rockridge Press imprint, it's 180 pages and available in paperback and ebook formats. It's worth noting that the ebook format has a handy interactive table of contents as well as interactive links. I've really become enamored of ebooks with interactive formats lately. For Kindle Unlimited subscribers this book is currently included in the KU subscription library to borrow and read for free. The book follows a logical and easy format. The first chapter covers the background of ingredient selection, what the paleo diet is, and how to streamline meal planning and prep (including a pantry staples lists of protein rich vegetables, fats, and tips) as well as a very general beginner-accessible discussion of the time-saving and streamlining techniques. The author also includes some logical pointers ingredients, and supplies. The recipe chapters are arranged thematically: breakfasts, soups and salads, vegetables, seafood, poultry, beef/pork/lamb, desserts, and staples and ingredient recipes. Nutritional information is included in the footer at the end of the recipes and includes calories, fat (incl. saturated fats), protein, carbs, fiber, and sodium. Some special dietary information is included (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy, vegetarian, etc). The recipe chapters include a surprisingly varied selection of different world cuisines: Eastern European, American, Asian, Southwestern, and more. The recipes have their ingredients listed bullet style in a sidebar. Measurements are given in US standard only. Special tools and ingredients are also listed, along with yields and cooking directions. Most of the ingredients are easily sourced at any moderately well stocked grocery store. The book also includes short author bios, and a metric conversion chart, but lacks any index or general ingredients index. My one quibble with the book is that the recipes are mostly not photographed. There are some photos, and they're clear and attractive, but they only represent about 5% of the recipes included in the book. Four stars. Disclosure: I received an ARC at no cost from the author/publisher for review purposes.

Many Good Recipes to Try

I was given an opportunity via the publisher to read The 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook: 90+ Delicious Recipes for Busy People. I chose to review this cookbook and my opinion is freely given. The cookbook starts out with the principles of paleo and how it can relate to modern cuisine. For those needing a gluten-free or grain-free diet for a variety of reasons, this paleo diet cookbook can be very helpful. The paleo lifestyle is not for everyone and it is always best to discuss with your doctor the merits of starting a new diet. The introductory section has two pages of foods to enjoy or avoid. As the philosophy is quick and convenient paleo meals, the author employs the microwave, frozen fruits and vegetables, and other time saving ingredients. As for the recipes, I found an abundance of good dishes to try. Although I am not going to switch to a paleo diet, there are recipes that I will incorporate into my weekly menus. Breakfast: Grain-Free Porridge; Easy Breakfast Tacos; Caramelized Onion and Potato Frittata Soups and Salads: Thai Coconut Soup; Crispy Chicken and Peach Salad; Classic Broccoli Salad Vegetables: Cold Sesame Noodle Salad; Hash Brown Skillet Dinner; Spicy Curry Pancakes with Quick Slaw Seafood: Manhattan Crab Chowder; Panfried Trout with Steamed Broccoli Poultry: Turkey Burgers with Rutabaga Fries; Weeknight Chicken Chili; Chicken Fajita Salad Beef, Pork, and Lamb: Vietnamese Pork in Lettuce Wraps; Lamb Stuffed Zucchini Boats; Orange Beef and Broccoli Desserts: Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies; Blueberry Mug Cake Condiments and Staples: Rich Chicken Broth; Mayonnaise; Ginger-Scallion Sauce I do wish there were more photographs of the finished dishes, as inspiration to try something new often starts with a picture. That being said, I found dozens of recipes worth trying and feel that The 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook: 90+ Delicious Recipes for Busy People is a cookbook that many readers will enjoy.

Great collection of Paleo recipes!

I have been on again/off again Paleo for several years, following blogs and just kind of pulling it together. In all honesty, it's exhausting. I find myself making two dinners, one for my family and one for me. But, with this collection of recipes I think I might be able to meet the needs of us all. I loved the collection of lovely recipes and can't wait to try quite a few of them. I appreciated the information the the author provided including short cuts that will keep my time in the kitchen down (which is important to me at this time in my life). I am looking forward to making several of the Asian inspired recipes including Pad Thai and Lo Mein. I received a copy of this book from the publisher without expectation of a review, positive or otherwise.

Great for learning how to eat Paleo

The 30- Minute Paleo Cookbook is a great tool in learning how to eat Paleo. The author actually was diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease which pushed her to eat real foods, hence her love for Paleo. Stephanie gives a history of why it is called Paleo and, how you can lose weight eating Paleo. Stephanie explains healing aspects of the nutrients that are in the diet, and the difference between macronutrients and micronutrients. She gives recipes that take 30 minutes or less to make so that anyone can eat this diet. One of the obstacles to people trying this lifestyle is the amount of time that it will take to process all the food for the recipe. She gives tips to help make the process faster. She explains the equipment and gadgets that are helpful to making and processing the ingredients . She also gives time saving ingredients that might help you. She has a page that lists her favorite brands that she uses. Then her book gives you recipes that will take you 30 minutes or less to make. She gives hacks, swaps and suggestions throughout the recipes in case there’s something you need to change. There are recipes for breakfast, soups and salads, vegetables, seafood, poultry, beef, pork, lamb, and desserts. And example of a poultry recipe is actually chicken and dumplings which sounds wonderful and not something I would have thought could be made with Paleo ingredients, but she does it. I believe this is a great book for anyone who is learning to cook Paleo and has a lot of helpful tips and suggestions within it. I received a copy of this book from the publisher. I am not required to leave a review but have done so because I thought this was a really great book for anyone who wants to learn how to eat Paleo or just wants healthy fast recipes.

Uninspiring

I follow my own personal combination of a AIP/LowFODMAPs diet. While Paleo cookbooks allow for more foods than AIP, I find that I can usually make substitutes & even sometimes flat out omissions to Paleo recipes to make them safe for me. This cookbook is just okay. I don't find it particularly inspiring & have struggled to make any recipes that really excite me. I ordered another Paleo cookbook the same week I ordered this book (The Big Book of Paleo Cooking by Angela Blanchard) that I love. The first day it arrived, I flipped through it, & was in the kitchen preparing my first meal of the day from the book which was awesome BTW! I have since made several recipes from the Big Book of Paleo, leaving this 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook to collect dust. I plan to hold on to this book in hopes that I will eventually find some tried & true favorites, but as for now, it's just "meh". There are so many awesome Paleo (& AIP) cookbooks on the market, sadly this isn't one of them. It's not awful, just uninspiring or as amazon calls their star system, 3 stars for "it's okay."

Four stars. Good recipes, well organized

Frankly, I think of the whole "paleo" concept as a bit too gimmicky for me. I'm not personally convinced that it's necessary to avoid legumes, grains (including gluten free ones) and dairy (although there are good reasons to avoid dairy based on animal treatment). I do think "industrial oils" and packaged foods and sugars/artificial sweeteners would be good to greatly reduce, if not completely avoid per Paleo. Alcohol, here, is only allowed for cooking "where the ethanol gets cooked away". Permitted foods include: meat/fish/eggs; vegetables; all fresh fruit; potato starches; nuts and seeds; maple syrup/molasses/stevia; and grain-free flours. This is all laid out in the first section, before any recipes are introduced. She encourages readers to save cooking time by microwaving, using frozen fruits and vegetables. You can see it would be possible to eat healthfully with these ingredients; we've seen them in other kinds of diets. But making them interesting is the challenge--and satisfying some cravings (grain dishes; desserts, e.g.). That's what I like about these recipes--there are many I would use without being on this specific diet. In particular, "Carmelized Onion and Potato Frittata"; "Thai Coconut Soup"; "Gazpacho with Crispy Shrimp"; "Classic Broccoli Salad (lower in sugar and includes cashews unlike most "sunshine salads"); "Roasted Cauliflower 'Couscous'"; --these could all be great meals or side dishes in general and that's only the first 60 or so pages, before even getting to the protein-centered dishes. Other than things like avocado oil and the nut flours which are now much easier to find than even several years ago, the ingredients are things that would be in any supermarket. Although there can be long lists of ingredients, they usually involve "adding and mixing" rather than following complicated directions. Quick, easy and versatile. No photos, but the colored type and "one page per recipe" style (and easy-to-read type) makes this a well organized book that is easy to follow. Good book.

Great Assortment of Recipes For Paleo Eating

We are always looking for good paleo cookbooks especially that you can make quickly. Let's take a look. WHAT IS THIS LIKE? This book is broken down into Breakfast, Soups & Salads, Vegetables, Various Meats/Seafood, Desserts, and Condiments/staples. PAGE LAYOUTS Page layout is very nice. It has pretty good layout, easy to read, but the print might be a bit small for some people. The color printing used to create contrast is great. PAGE SURFACE The pages in this are not shiny or slick. They are more paper texture. If you spill, it will stain easily. PHOTOS There are very few photos in the book. RECIPES GOOD? We have all taken turns making something from this book. The recipes are not always 1/2 hour, but they are still good. Sometimes we could even leave some things out of them if we wanted to and still be good. Our favorite so far is the Classic Tuna Dinner Salad. It is simple, delicious and fresh too. There is a LOT to choose from with all sorts of styles to them. ARE INGREDIENTS EASY TO FIND? Most of the ingredients in this book, I have, but if you don't have a lot of unusual or ethnic ingredients, you might have to get a few things here or there. THE BOTTOM LINE These might not all be 30 minutes to prepare but they are delicious and quicker than other paleo recipes I have seen. There is a lot to choose from that appeals to many tastes, and the ones we have tried so far are good. MY RATING FOUR STARS. I tend to prefer photos with each recipe, but despite that not being the case with this, I still like this book. The entire family has looked through it a lot, and usually they just flip and throw most books. This one has inspired each of us.

Great salmon burgers (cakes)

Of the 90 plus recipes in this book, 21 have caught my eye. We haven’t tried all of those yet, but so far we are quite happy with how they have turned out. We eat a lot of salmon cakes in this house, and our favorite are the salmon burgers (cakes) in this cookbook. My biggest complaint is that although there is nutrition info, it is given for the whole suggested meal. For example, those delicious salmon cakes are on the page labeled “Salmon Burgers in Lettuce with Smoky Roasted Potatoes”. The nutrition information is for the salmon and the potatoes together, so I would have to calculate the nutrition information for the salmon cakes myself. To me, that’s a major drawback. It would have been easy for the book to include the information for each dish separately. But that’s JustMe. (I received this product in exchange for an honest review, and that is what I have offered here.)

Great paleo

I love love love being approved for cookbooks.... so many delightful recipes. Do you ever struggle with keto because of milk and cheese? Paleo has some caveman recipes that will turn heads and make you love eating again. What did I think? I struggle with food sensitivities.... like hard. Paleo takes us back to foraging for food days. Our stomachs rested much easier and they weren’t riddled with junk food. I hate dairy.... like it makes me bloated and in pain. I also suffer from gluten issues, and too full feeling after most meals of barely any ingredients. Paleo might work for you if you have such sensitivities. Would I buy or recommend? Yes, people with food issues should pick up a copy of this fun and healthy cookbook. Great recipes for people just looking for delicious and healthy meals. Five star soups! Thoughts for the author? Thanks so much to the publishers for a peek at such a wonderful cookbook! The recipes have serving size and nutrition info in case you want to make extra or have leftovers. A great shelf recipe book of nutritious food.

Where are the pictures?

The good: the book has a large number of recipes (over 90) so it's easy to find several recipes to interest you, no matter who you are. The beginning of the book explains the Paleo diet; this book is good for beginners or experimenter s, as well as those already doing Paleo The not so good: the pages feel cheap. Not a huge deal but don't expect a fancy looking book for your coffee table. Also, there only a handful of recipes pictures; they're all at the beginning of the recipe sections. Overall I would recommend giving this book a try, but I tend to be somewhat biased in favor of cookbooks with beautiful, glossy pictures. Pictures help with knowing how the meal is supposed to look in the end, plus they make me want to cook more in general.

Not a good fit for us

I came to this cookbook wanting to know more about what the Paleo diet was all about, and figured I would get some generally healthy recipes. The author does a good job of explaining the Paleo diet, and describing some of the ingredients with which those new to Paleo might be unfamiliar. I am about healthy meals made with nutritious, fresh ingredients. So admittedly many of these recipes are going to be more appealing to those seriously following a Paleo diet. I read over each of the 91 recipes and found 24 that I thought our family would eat and that I could readily find the ingredients available in our small town without having to order online. With the frequent long list of ingredients, I am not sure about the 'For Busy People' portion of the book's subtitle. I am grateful to have received a copy of this cookbook from RockRidge Press in exchange for my honest opinion. I was under no obligation to provide a positive review, and received no monetary compensation.

Nice selection of recipes

I got this for one of my daughters who is trying to learn to cook more. She likes to cook, but is challenged with more involved recipes. Since she is trying to do more keto and paleo-type cooking, I thought this was a good cookbook for her. The recipes are interesting, varied, and yet seem to have some comfort food-type recipes, which she is drawn to. I am looking forward to her trying the Chicken and Dumplings and the Orange Beef. Well, and several others. Just an overall nice selection of recipes with a goodly number of photos, always a nice addition. Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! Fast and Simple Recipes - Great Book for People Just Starting Paleo

The 30-Minutes Paleo Cookbook is a good book for beginning cooks who are just getting into the Paleo Diet. The book is full of easy to follow recipes that are quick to cook and doesn’t involve a large number of hard to find ingredients or complicated steps. Each recipe includes nutrition facts, active and total times to cook, quick info on whether the recipe is low carb/nut free/vegetarian/one pan, and recommendations on brands of Paleo friendly products to use. The recipes weren’t super exciting, but I found they perfect as quick “go to” meals. As a individual who is new to the Paleo Diet, I found the information in the beginning of the book to be very clear and helpful. The author laid out very clearly what is/is not acceptable in a Paleo diet, sources on where to get Paleo friendly ingredients, and a “pantry staples” list to help revamp my cabinet. Overall, if you’re new to Paleo and want quick meals to make, this is good book to consider checking out.

Good Healthy Weeknight Recipes

This 30 Minute Paleo cookbook contains more than 90 recipes. I’ll cut to the chase, the 30 minutes is achieved buy cooking meat cut into smaller pieces because it cooks faster. The chicken parts used are wings or chicken thighs because they can cook in under 30 minutes. There recipes using ground chicken, ground salmon, and ground turkey. There are soups, stews, chilis, and chowders here. There are also tacos, and salads with meat on top. The recipes range from typical American, Tex Mex, Chinese and Thai. There is a chapter on sauces and broths which can be made on the weekend and used as needed. The bottom line is I appreciate and like these quick recipes which can be cooked quickly on a weeknight after work from scratch. This cookbook only has a few photographs. I appreciate that the text is a decent size to read and there’s minimal white space on the page. Rating 4 stars = Like it

a great resource

the biggest issue i ever have with trying/implementing a new eating plan is how long it takes to get started. all the research of what is and isn't allowed, all the hours spent searching pinterest for suitable recipes. plus you've got to rework your kitchen to accomdate different ingredients and/or cooking methods. it can be worth it when we feel the full effects of such a plan, but until then it can be frustrating. this book helped me break it down into easy, manageable meals. i can understand the "rules" of paleo AND i can get it done in a reasonable amount of time. every recipe we tried we have like (even my kids, though they are not paleo strict).

Good Recipes!

To be honest i don't do any specific type of eating. But i needed some new ideas to cook. And besides i love cook books! This is a medium size book. Soft pages and big enough letters, easy to read. It has the different types of foods (breakfast, soups, vegetables, meats....) in separate chapters. Easy to find them. It even has a chapter for sauces..delicious!! The only downside (for me) is that i like photos with the recipes, and this book only has pictures on the start of each chapter. But it's ok. Not going to take a star for that. Overall, it has delicious recipes, some of them easy to make with normal ingredients, and other recipes with ingredients that i never heard of them before. But it gives you plenty of new ideas to cook! Like it!

Thorough Book

I received a copy of this book through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review. This book was around 3.5 stars for me. There's a lot of information about eating Paleo. The author even shares specific brands to look for and tools to use. The focus of the book is to cook paleo meals that don't take more than half an hour. The author explains what you can and can't eat on a paleo diet. There's a variety of recipes from fish to squash to desserts. I'm not sure I would enjoy chocolate avocado pudding, but there's a recipe for it. I would have liked to see pictures of each recipe.

A good starter book

This book is good for those brand new to the concept of the Paleo diet. It offers quick recipes that have all the benefits of using Paleo approved ingredients. I do recommend that if you are interested in Paleo, be ready to try a few new things and be ready for ingredient substitutions. It will take some time to get used to changing your cooking style. Having said that, several of the recipes look great and you won't feel like you are using a "diet" cookbook. There are very few photos, so keep that in mind if that is an important factor for you. I'm excited to make the chicken lettuce wraps and the peach cobbler skillet.

I Wouldn't Say These Recipes Can Be Done in 30-Minutes - at Least Not By Me

The book has a quick overview of the paleo diet and over 90 recipes. My first impression was that some of the ingredients aren't readily available in many areas, I also doubt that it will take 30-minutes to put some of these meals together - unless you are a chef or someone that has a lot of experience in the kitchen. I also missed having pictures to see what the final meal should look like. I think this book is more for a person that know is experienced in the kitchen and can "move quickly" It has some good recipes that I will try, but most of them have ingredients that may be difficult to find.

Delicious, healthy, and easy.

Okay, I’ve only made one thing in this book, but it was lickable! The Greek Meatza with Yogurt Sauce is absolutely fabulous!!!!! My only commentary on the recipe itself is that she tells you to make the sauce in a blender til it’s smooth. If you’ve got a high speed blender, it’ll liquefy not. Not a problem, you’ll just drizzle it instead of spreading it. If you want it to stay thick, just chop small and hand mix. Totally recommend. I’ll update this as I play in the book more, and I’ll add photos as soon as Amazon starts allowing them back in. *I received a copy to explore and share my thoughts.

Good Food Fast

The Paleo diet can be a healthier way of eating. But preparation can be daunting. This book meets the challenge of preparing tadty paleo dishes quickly. The introduction provides the badics. The recipe section is packed with appealing, doable recipes. Instructions are clear, no expensive equipment, complicated techniques or hard to find ingredients are required. It is short on photos snd the recipes don't break any creative ground. They are paleo riffs on standards. Nothing erong with that. Nicely organized it proves efficiency does not have to come at the cost of flavor.

Great fast recipes

This book has a lot of great recipes! I love the uniqueness and variety of the recipes, and all in 30 minutes or less! I also love the 'realness' - for instance, using frozen hash brown potatoes and canned tuna - because many of us knock ourselves out searing fresh tuna for Nicoise salads and grating potatoes for hash browns, cooking for hours, 3 times a day! This brings cooking back to reality, simplifying but keeping it healthy at the same time. I only wish there were more photos!!

A good resource for quick and easy paleo friendly meals, but I wish there were pictures.

The 30-Minute Paleo Cookbook is a nice resource for making quick paleo meals. The cookbooks has a short introductory chapter explaining the paleo diet and what food to eat and avoid. It also talks about equipment and pantry essentials. The recipes include prep time, total time, servings, and caloric breakdown. They are easy to follow and straightforward. There are a nice variety of dishes included. I just wish that there were images included with each recipe. All in all... a nice option for Paleo dieters.

QUICK is key!

I've been on #teamstephanie (who doesn't write about vampires) for years and this is a fab peek into her clever cooking brain. Getting food on the table FAST is usually the one thing that keeps people from cooking & eating better, and she's crossed that excuse right off the list. Next! Don't even start at the first chapter - skip right to the Condiments and get that ginger-scallion sauce in your fridge before you do anything else!! She's well-known for her condiments and that's the gateway drug. Loved this fun, zippy book. My keto boyfriend hasn't given it back yet, so I know it's going to be a go-to in our house. Yum!!

Beyond Basics, More About Flavor Combinations

I received a free copy of this cookbook from the publisher in exchange for my honest review. While we aren’t on a Paleo diet, there are certain factors that are healthy for my family. Finding new ways to make favorites keeps them building their tastes and keeps my interest in the kitchen. There are ingredients I would not have considered combining, such as cranberry salsa, and while that’s a topping for a turkey meal, I could see using it elsewhere. For the kids, I never would have looked up Rutabaga Fries, but this recipe book made a favorite (fries) based on vegetables and easy enough to manage with kids running around.

Back to Basics

This Paleo Recipe book is filled with items that are quick and easy to make. It's back to basics with lots of unprocessed ingredients that can be put together in 30 minutes or less. I also like that most of the items fit into my low carb eating plan. There's even dessert recipes like the blueberry mug cake. Did the cave men eat dessert? I guess the smart ones did. You'll find a lot to like here and I recommend this book. Only wish it had more photos.

Paleo Cookbook review

This cookbook starts with a Paleo introduction and history. The rest of the book is divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and condiments sections with numerous recipes. The one down side to this book is that is tends to use hard to find and unusual ingredients. Perhaps that's common among Paleo dishes but it was something that I wasn't used to. I found plenty of recipes that I liked in the book that aside from the ingredients were easy to make. I would recommend this book.

Good instructions

I found the desserts and condiments sections the most useful, as most of the "main dish" recipes included a handful of ingredients that I don't care for again and again (avocados, shrimp, ginger). Still, I liked how the recipes were laid out, with specific get ready/do this/finish steps, as well as time-saving tips.

Great book

You don't have to be paleo to like these recipes. This is a great book for people who like to eat well, but don't want to spend hours cooking. (And doesn't that mean all of us these days?) I really enjoyed making these and nearly all the ingredients can be found at most supermarkets. Very nice and practical.

Excellent recipes; Very 'cookable'

My philosophy has always been that If you find one good recipe from a cookbook, you got your money's mworth. You will certainly get your money's worth from this book. The recipes are clearly explained, and simple to prepare. My favorite was the 'salad nicoise';authentic to the point it uses canned tuna!

Great to have for easy, weeknight meals!

I don’t do strict paleo but this cookbook is still awesome for healthy, quick meals. I love the variety of dishes included. The ingredients aren’t fussy and a lot of them are ones I use regularly, but the combinations are new and interesting to me. I can’t wait to work my way through this book! I’ve even ordered another copy to give away as a gift. I received a copy of this cookbook from the publisher and was asked for my honest opinion. I was under no obligation to provide a positive review, and received no compensation.

easy 30 minute recipes

This cookbook has some great Paleo recipes, and I love that they are 30 minutes. So much of the healthy recipe books out there require too much prep and cooking time for every day. There's a good variety and something for everyone in this book. I wish it had more photos - I love to see photos in cookbooks.

Delicious Recipes!

I have made several recipes from this book, and they truly are 30 minutes! I find that usually when a claim is made like that it takes me much longer to actually cook, but that's not the case. These recipes are simple, but delicious. I have definitely found some new meal staples. I am excited to try all the different recipes in this book! I did receive a copy of this book from the publisher.

Love this book. Husband wondering why my cooking game is suddenly "next level."

I highly recommend this book for the beginner home cook! Or someone who just wants inspiration, tips, and guidance on how to cook healthier/cleaner food. It's NOT about some rigid trendy diet, just common sense principals on how to prep whole ingredients quickly and deliciously. I've been a fan of Stephanie A. Meyer's Instagram for a while now and am so glad she came out with this book! My husband begs me for the blueberry pancakes every weekend. Our refrigerator is now never without the homemade maple vinaigrette salad dressing.

Ehhh Leaves Me Blech

Not for us. I found very few recipes that I wanted to make from this cookbook. THe lack of photos didn't help with that either. It's just an average cookbook that you may like but I really didn't It's just okay

Interested in trying this new diet trend ? The author presents more than 90 recipes including desserts, and they are tasty and easy a to be prepped in 30 minutes or less. With great cooking tips this book needs to be added to your collection.

From Oven to Table in 30!

This cookbook has lots of great information to help you get started Paleo, including background on what it is and what kinds of foods are allowed or restricted. Recipes are broken down into categories, seem pretty simple and are fast-30 minutes! I was given a free copy of this book from Callisto Publishing Club in exchange for an unbiased review.

Nutritious and fantastically delicious!

All of the recipes I have made from this book have been absolutely delish; so full of flavor and easy to follow. Orange Beef and Broccoli, as well as the Fish Tacos with Roasted Pineapple, have been family faves and on repeat. And I love the little extras that accompany many of the recipes—cooking hacks, simple swap, serving suggestions, and smart shopping tips—all wonderful tidbits and ideas!

Very nice

Very nice quality cook book. Tons of great tips and recipes even for someone that doesn't necessarily follow the Paleo diet.

A nice cookbook

It has some great recipes in it, I have made a few and there were very good.

Easy meals, terrific condiments!

I love the quick easy meals in this book! I started with Stephanie’s Project Vibrancy meal plans a couple of years back and it transformed dinner for my family. This is a great guide for nutritious eating—with some of my favorite recipes.

Quick and easy recipes that taste amazing!

I was so excited for this cookbook to come out after following Stephanie's blog for many years, and rest assured the recipes did not disappoint! Quick, easy, and packed with the most amazing flavor. My favorite thus far is the cauliflower tacos! The chipotle crema is to die for!

Dissapointed. Recipes contain NEW POTATOES that are not part of Paleo Diet at all...

I was so excited about this book until I received it. Super dissapointed as it a lot of the recipe contain POTATOES! Sweet potatoes are acceptable but NEW POTATOES is not part of Paleo. Therefore i am returning this book.

Good quality and service

I didn’t mean to get an audio copy aswell but the book is great thanks (any chance of a refund for incorrectly ordering audio) 🤔🤗
