Really enjoyed their love story
I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. I have read the first couple of books in the Willow Creek series but this is my favorite so far. I thought it was well written and the characters had great chemistry together. Oliver is determined to convince Sophia that she is the one for him. She is cautious from being hurt before. This was sweet, humorous and full of emotion. I enjoyed their love story I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Oliver and Sophia were just so cute together
Alright now I can say I got Jordon's style of story telling down. Well I wanted to say that after finishing my third book in the Willow Creek Series. But, Jordon did it again, she was able to surprise me yet again. Sophia was a female character that I couldn't help but love. After what she was put through, how could I not love her. I mean I connected to her on a personal level when it came to the cheating ex-husband part. I couldn't help but want her to find her happy. And then to add in the arrival of a baby, now that was something that I was on board with seeing how her story was going to play out. Oliver, now he was someone that I was wanting to get his chance at finding his other half. Ever since his character was introduced in the first book in this series he was one that stayed with me. He was someone that had his issues when it came to people, so of course that would be an issue in itself for him. But, I just knew that once he meet that one person there was going to be a shift in him. And what a shift it was. The one thing I loved about this book is how Sophia and Oliver basically spoke directly to the reader. It was like having a conversation with the characters. This was something a little different from the first two books in this series, and I think that's why I may have enjoyed this book a little more than the first two. I mean I liked the them, its just that I liked Oliver and Sophia a little more. And the fact this book had a little more humor in it was something that I also enjoyed. Now the wait for Pillow Talk begins.
Talk is Cheap
Talk is Cheap by Honey Jordon. Tons of drama going on in this book, at first I had a hard time connecting with the characters but as story progressed, they grew on me and once I was invested- I needed to see how it all plays out. Oliver and Sophia have quite a tale to tell filled with plenty of drama, personal conflicts, emotional struggles, and heated passion. I would recommend this book and author to others.
