Keeping fit

This book is probably not for huge gym or exercise enthusiasts. It is, however, excellent for those who simply want to keep flexible and work on their general fitness. The program has a chart that is age adjusted so it can be started and performed by all age levels. It also is only a 12 minute a day fitness regiment done daily.

Best Strength Training Book I Own!

This book is so well organized that it is easy to go directly to in-depth information on the muscle groups you want to strengthen. The illustrations are very detailed and the videos, accessible via QR codes in the appendix (Kindle versión) guide you easily through proper exercise techniques. Well-written and helpful!

Best Book ever!

This book has been an incredible surprise. Easy to read, complete exercises and very well explained. Now with the covid 19 it is a great opportunity to exercise at home and be able to do the exercises correctly. The best, the alternatives it offers for each exercise

Bad format

It can barely be read and is double on the screen. Not properly formatted.

Waste.

I downloaded this email and it says it comes with videos. Inside it tells you to click icon to view video but nothing happens.

Definitely buy this product.

Bought this just thinking I would get some help with some new exercises. Much more than I thought it would be.

Book poorly bound

Book was fine but poorly bound? Have had less than 2 weeks and pages coming out of it.
