And some of them are downright hilarious. I bought this used and it arrived like brand new. I recommend this little book for all feline fans. Good job!

Ergo I bought the book. Though I do try to hide it on our coffee table under other more diverse literature. They really do think they own the house and the dog and I are their subjects. I'll even bet my cat has had some of those thoughts briefly in his kitty mind, given how he acts. My daughter was complaining to me about how she was washing her bedding for the 3rd time in a two week period because of her cat. When I saw this title I knew it was a plea for forgiveness. It worked. She has said she reads a couple of the "Kitty letters" when she needs to and goes to a better place with her sassy cat.

Any cat lover will appreciate this sweet book. It's just precious in the way it presents the cat's point of view. Ithe book is small with 29 or 30 little stories told by cats. Some work better than others, but overall it's cute. The author, Jeremy Greenberg, is a stand-up comedian, joke writer, and blogger. My favorite story is from the black cat who thinks the prejudice against black cats and associating them with witches is based in racism.

... their comments would be very, very close to what Jeremy Greenberg wrote accompanying each photo. Of course, at first I thought, what cat would ever say 'Sorry I barfed on your bed?!' But reading, what this cat actually meant by meowing those words, it became so much clearer and real! I laughed, grinned and chuckled all the way through this book (and it's dog companion 'Sorry I Pooped in Your Shoe' as well. Jeremy Greenberg knows - really knows - cats. As much as anyone can really KNOW cats. I will get both of his books for several friends as presents. In this serious world, you have to spread the laughter!

This is such a funny and true to life little book, with hilarious and relatable letters written with whimsical charm and humor by the author from the cats perspective. I love the way the letters seem to tell what is really going on in each kitties thoughts, and they give a fun perspective on the often strange and mysterious workings of the quirky feline mind!! The photos that accompany each letter are a joy in themselves!! It is the perfect size to take with you on a a long car ride, or just to take out when you need a smile put on your face. The title alone is enough to get a laugh out of even the most serious person!! It is also the perfect companion book to Jeremy's other equally awesome book "Sorry I Pooped In Your Shoe". I have them both, and after even the worst day I can just look through them and instantly get cheered up!! I know now what I will be buying everyone as gifts this year!! And yes...my cat has actually barfed on my bed before,but she is also gracious enough to allow me to continue sleeping on it!! I highly recommend this book!!

There were a couple of good 'stories' that hit the mark. But I found most of them wordy and trying too hard. Never would have bought it if I had seen the whole book.

A gift for a cat lover who did a lot of errands for me. The pictures are cute. I was surprised how small the book was, but that was my fault for not checking the size before ordering. However, the book is really entertaining.

I would give this 3.5 stars as a nicely amusing cat comedy book. Fun, and worth checking out. Good pictures and fair variety of ideas. Maybe not be a thigh-slapping riot, but certainly smile and chuckle worthy. Pleasant and silly. Reading it on the kindle iPad app isn't the best as it presents text and pictures unevenly, often making page breaks before or after the intended one.

OK, Cat who wrote this book. I'm starting to get it now. My daughter has 2 cats and I am going to have this sent to her. She loves them, but I think it is time you explained a few things to her. Such as the lazer pointer and the catnip. Very, Very Good. I needed these lessons. But you shouldn't really believe everything the dog says.

This was so much fun to read because everything was so familiar. Great pics too. A good escape from all that's happening in the world today.

The spaghetti on the floor was my favorite and I cannot share it without laughing so hard I can barely speak! All the little stories are great and help to explain cat behaviors, oh what they must think of their cat guardians! Wish it was a little longer since I enjoyed it so much.

My 9 year old little sister loves this book but not as much as the dog book "Sorry I Pooped in Your Shoe." She likes the cover and stories in the dog one more. But she says the cat one is funny and "weird."

You'll be rolling on the floor. Jeremy Greenberg sounds just like an aggrieved cat (and most of them are aggrieved all the time). I found several instances where Jeremy could have been voicing some of my cats' pet peeves re. food, access to entertainment, and humans in general.

Very sweet--every cat owner can relate. Only of course we all know our cats, while probably regretful of barfing on the bed, feel that we are lucky to have them and should just go about the task of cleaning up after them without complaint.

Enough to make any animal lover laugh & remember when these cute pics & descriptions applied to them most probably @ some point in their "adoptive" lives. I liked the kindle book. If you love & have a furry pal, you will remember "those times" as these things most likely happened in your life too.

Book is light and funny. Sometimes I wonder what the cats are thinking (A friend insists they don't think.) and the letters are very much what I imagine. The laser was good as I know that my cats know that the light is coming from whatever I have in my hand. But they humor me and chase it anyways. And what cat owner has never heard the hacking sound of the hairball in the middle of the night and you know the cat is on the bed. And I think my friend is wrong. Cats do think.
