If you follow hollywood at all you knownthe sirtfood diet is all the rage. This book lays out the basics of the diet and how it works. This book is full of yummy recipes like kale omelets. I look forward to trying these recipes.

I gave this a 4 star because I liked the recipes and the great variety. I was concerned with the explanation of sirtfood and whether I would be able to recommend this to my friends. Many of them would like the recipes though. I haven’t tried this plan before so my experience in results is not good. I just see that the author explains in detail and that should help readers.
