I’m a small shop owner with an e-commerce website that I update on my own. Ive read quite a few SEO books and none compared to this book.. ever!! I was able to understand what I needed to do from this workbook. I have no background in any of this things and the simple terms that Jason used within the book and explaining the what and why and how was so refreshing. Although i have more reading and learning to do... i was already able to get my website in google searches with just a few things i did. I highly recommend this book to small business owners that does not have their in home web developers/tech!!

I just started to read the book, not too long ago, on page 21...and with only one chapter I have the creative wheels turning. I never though that with only one chapter I was able to start envisioning a a plan. The information is easy to read and understand (there's just one section, so far, to which I'm not 100% how it would work or implement, to the fullest (Press Release SEO) but I know that when I reach Chapter 4.3 I'll have a better understanding of how it works... I hope. I attempted to work with SEOs a few years back and never got the grip and understanding on how SEO works or how to even begin. I know that by reading the book I'll have a better understanding of where to begin. Thank you for this workbook and easy information to follow.

I can honestly say that I am pleased and amazed by all the information provided in this book. I originally downloaded the digital copy and decided to get the paperback as well. The paperback came in great quality and was perfect for me to highlight key points and leave notes. I am a small business owner and I have struggled with understanding SEO in the past. This book was very informative, super easy to read, and up to date. I recommend this book to any business owner or blogger that is trying to rank at the top of search results. I also appreciate the video tutorial links that Jason provided throughout the book. After reading this workbook I am way more comfortable with using SEO to help grow my business.

I took one of his courses years ago and found I knew more about SEO than the webmaster who created my websites. Author's advice? Do what Google wants. Don't try to game the system. As a result, I gained first page for several important keywords. Now I always read his updates for his books and workbooks.

I am a software developer and normally I use tech books as a reference and just skim to get what I need. Jason’s books are different however and I actually enjoy reading his books word for word and they are very informative. I have even re-read chapters. In addition his statements are backed up by real world examples and tests he has performed. Not just theories he has read about like many other tech authors have a habit of doing.

I reviewed other SEO text but this text by far, out performed the others. The text is easy reading with great examples. The information is up to date. I would recommend this text to anybody that is just starting.

Jason doesn’t disappoint. Very knowledgeable and well written. An easy to understand guide to SEO. Yes!

I'm more than happy with this book. And I've read a lot of SEO/business books. It exceeded my expectations and I'm learning a lot. I love love love that it's easy to understand and Jason explains all this SEO and website jargon in a way that I can use for my business. Plus, I like how inspirational it is. That's a nice bonus because it gets me excited about doing SEO and working on my business in an area I'm not very familiar with. The blogging section is great, explaining WHY I should blog and little tips like why I should keep the blog on my own site. Seriously, this book is chock full of information. It'll keep me busy in he coming months, and it's a very handy tool going into the new year. The links to videos are wonderful too. It must have been a lot of work to put this workbook together! I look forward to seeing the benefits to my business from reading this book!

This is an excellent read for anyone who wants to brush up on there SEO skills no-one.knows it all and there always golden nuggets to be found.regardless of skill level. I have quite a bit of knowledge on the subject of Seo having run numerous websites for the past decade and I even learned some valuable tips. If your new to search engine optimization and run a business of any kind and you want to learn how to get more free organic traffic from Google pick this book up asap.

Jason McDonald’s book on SEO is incredible! I say this because I am a brand new small business owner who’s business is online so I require a website and know nothing about SEO!!! Jason’s book is written in laymen’s language so even the most novice (me) can understand and follow along without getting frustrated!!! This book provides many resources that I can use (Jason’s website, YouTube videos, interactive links, as well as worksheets and quizzes to help me learn and test my knowledge to make sure I am understanding the material presented! Honestly, this is like taking a college course but better than most I ever took and more entertaining, by far!! Thank you, Jason! I’m having a ball 😃👍
