Reintroducing characters
Can the series and here? Everyone is decently safe and many haven't died yet. It seems like a good place to end it. I'm kidding but I may choose to pick this as the ending depending on what happens in the other volumes Anyway this was a great continuation of the story. Many characters were brought back and further developed. I like that The Will has an angel to the devil on his shoulder. I was hoping that someone would knock some sense into him. The reunion between two very important characters was fantastic. I think the second reunion was kind of just glazed of which obviously their separation wasn't as long it would have been nice to see a hug at least. I also will definitely continue to recommend this series to people that like a mix of sci-fi and fantasy in their reading adventures.
I ordered volumes 5, 6, and 7 - ALL had messed up corner creases!
Love this series but seriously disappointed. I ordered three volumes (5,6, and 7) and ALL of them had bent corners -see pictures in reviews. The box they shipped in wasn't dented or bent which means they were all already in this condition when shipped to me.
A Saga To Go Gaga For. (That was dumb, sorry)
I really enjoy Saga. I just got Vol6 in anticipation of Vol 7 coming out, and decided to read the entire series again from the beginning, as it had been a while since I last read it. I enjoyed it as much this time as before, maybe more since I was able to pick up on things I missed. This is one of the best, most unique sci-fi romance/action stories I've read in a while. The art and the writing are great.
I am still interested...
As others have said, Fiona Staples art has outstripped the writing of Briank K Vaughan, and it shows in how I get kind of tired of Hazel's pseudo-wisdom. Precocious child narrators reflecting back have always been a narrative danger, although they are rarely used in comics like they are here. It's a pretty common trope in literary fiction, and Vaughan is beginning to tire me with it. Having Alana and Marko back to together helps as well as introduction of a teacher character who is winning and making the Robot Prince both more sympathetic and hilarious, but The Will's plot line seems to be plotting on and his PTSD(?) does really seem to help. Also the grand plot line doesn't seem to be living up to its importance yet as it built in the first two story arcs. I am still interested, but I am not sure I am convinced I see the same brilliance so many others do here.
Fiona Staples is one of the greatest comic book artists ever!
Warning these books are certainly NSFW! The story telling is perfect for the art style. I picked these up because of the art style and will forever read anything drawn by Fiona Staples (Including the new Archie series!). My all time fav comic books.
Great story keeps getting better
Saga is easily in the list of top three stories that I will remember forever. I have two more volumes before I am caught with the series, and I almost don't want to be caught up because of how long it takes these books to come out. Volume six has a bit of a hiccup in the writing, in my opinion, but the hiccup is hardly noticeable and the last issue ends really well!
Saga will change your views on comics
Saga is an amazing series and volume six goes right along with that. I have been a Saga fan since the beginning and the way the story is going, I will be a fan forever. I recommend this series to everyone who likes science fiction love stories about star crossed lovers who will do anything to protect their daughter and loved ones. Volume Six is action packed with twists and turns on every page. Similar to the other volumes it ends with a cliff hanger and big news that makes you want more, but of course you will have to wait for the next one in a few months. The book itself came on time and in perfect condition. I recommend to all comic lovers. 10/10
Love it!
I love graphic novels, and I came onto this one by chance. I really loved the "star crossed lover" scenario, and the other stories intertwined. Although there were a lot of characters and side stories, it was easy to follow, and I felt each side story just as interesting. (The reporter and camera man not as much-but I understand they were integral.) Suffice to say, I enjoyed this story immensely. And I hope to enjoy more of it!
Great Storytelling
Another home run! It was really interesting to see the time jump from the previous novel. How the characters had changed, especially Hazel, the return of others whom we hadn't seen in awhile, and the questionable fate of some we have yet to see. The surprise at the end is one of the best. Great series! Can't wait to read the next volume.
Keeps getting better
Amazing art and colors, characters have lots of personality and diverse goals. Could be a GREAT TV show series 📺

Amazing series!
I love the saga series. This is such a well written story full of interesting characters and a great plot. You won't be disappointed reading this graphic novel. I can't wait for the next volumne. I read this one so quick after I got it and was not disappointed!
You're living life wrong if you're not reading this series.
BKV and Staples need to calm down there for a sec because my body can't handle the fire they're producing for much longer. Perfect volume in a perfect series. Absolutely and purely flawless. And the idea of having Staples' name before BKV's and bringing that up in the book itself is genius.
Art continues to be amazing
This was an improvement over the last volumes, which were just ok. Having said that, ok for Staples and Vaughn is still head and shoulders above most graphic novels.
Interesting, Compelling, and Fresh
As someone who very rarely sits down to read a new graphic novel, Saga has been consistently great and I will make time to read each new volume. Vaughan and Staples continually find ways to make unique and compelling characters in both personality and visual aesthetics. I eagerly await Volume 7.
This is a good continuation of the story
This is a must read for graphic novel fans...but make sure to read the first 5 volumes, or you'll be lost. This is not a story you can pick up in the middle. This is a good continuation of the story, focusing on some of the character development needed, and introducing a couple of new characters that serve the plot of the story. Overall, a worthwhile read.
Please Read It. Do It For You.
I can't overstate how much I love this series, and this volume is no exception. It's heart-wrenching, beautiful (in theme and visuals), funny, and enthralling. The story is a constant, delightful roller coaster of emotion and surprise. If you haven't read the series, please do. If you have read it and are wondering if this volume lives up to the others, it does.
I realized how awesome comics could be
After reading Y: The Last Man, also by Brian K Vaughan, I realized how awesome comics could be, and was immediately hungry for more. Saga is amazing, in many ways better than Y. The artwork is amazing and I'm always looking forward to seeing the next crazy alien or bloody fight scene, and the characters on all sides are humanized to the point where I don't know who I'm willing to see die.
Epic story
I promised myself, I won't buy another volume this month. I failed. This is one epic story and I can't wait to see what's next.

Saga is the next great novel and guaranteed it will be done as a movie or tv series. Definite recommendation for people who are tired of DC & Marvel stories. Nothing against Marvel and DC, i love them, but its always great to read a new story.
Non stop perfection
This series has been fantastic since book 1 and it just keeps getting better. The writing is sharp, witty, and relevant! The art is outstanding and imaginative. If anything has ever had the right to be called"must read" this is the book for you!!!
The Saga Continues
It's pretty much common knowledge at this point, but this is one of the finest comic publications right now and the series continues to impress. Everything about it fires on all cylinders. I found myself enjoying this particular collection more than the preceding few, but really it's just a never ending awesome journey.
Heartwarming and entertaining!
Such an amazing mix of aliens, sex, violence, and tender family relations.
Four Stars
Great story, great art. What's not to love!
Not new , poor condition
I love Saga but I bought this book new and it arrived slightly damaged and is definitely in used condition which isn't what was stated.
Vivid, beautiful graphic storytelling at its best
I NEED MORE SAGA I reread every volume before the release of the next one, and each time I am instantly grabbed into Fiona and Brian's world. They have created a world so colorful and complex, with multi dimensional characters that are so human in their emotions that each time I finish I want to start reading them all over again.
Good if you like far-future what-if tales
A dark, but well-illustrated story. Good if you like far-future what-if tales, which are my favorite. I have always been a fan of comic books and graphic novels. This series is well worth it. I can't wait for Volume 7 !!!
Plot Twist
Reporters getting nosy, freelance killers on powerful drugs, and a prison- but a nice one. A spice of royalty and craziness and we've got a great segment of this story.
Yet another winner
This volume gets even more intense into the Saga realm. We skipped a few years and there is a lot going on, but all of the stories tie together really nicely, the dialogue is humorous and heartbreaking, and Fiona's artwork is as stunning as ever.
Great, as always
Brian K Vaughan, you've done it again! I cannot wait to get my hands on the subsequent books when I'm able. Definitely a recommended purchase!
Saga
Gift
Amazing, again.
Vaughn and Staples are a match made in nerd heaven. Great art, but I'm waiting for the second hardcover to come out to truly appreciate the images on bigger pages. Vaughn's writing is truly remarkable: he blends parent/relationship drama with a great space opera setting. Of course, if you're this far into the series you know this already.
Five Stars
The saga continues what more can be said if you are already this far into the story don't stop
Always touching AND funny
Ms. Staples & Mr. Vaughan are true geniuses at tugging the heartstrings in one panel, shocking the sensibilities in another, and keeping a balance between tears & laughs throughout. They craft realistic love stories lived by believable characters that never force a groan at cheesiness or melodrama; Saga always rings true.
I LOVE this series
I LOVE this series! I'm trying not to identify too much with the heroes because I have the feeling things will not bode well, but they remind me so much of my honey and me that it's hard not to do so.
Great art and story
This was a gift for my bf and he loved it.

Saga is always top notch, the wow this is new factor is gone after 6 volumes, but the story always catches you off guard
Five Stars
Keeps getting better and better. If you enjoyed the first 5 volumes, then vol 6 is a no-brainer.
Saga v 6
If you have not read the latest volume of saga you need to like right now. I don't know how they do it but they manage to one up themselves with each installment
Can't. Get. Enough.
What more can I really say at this point other than this series is incredible!! Hazel's narration is so on point lately and there are even more twists and unexpected moments... what's going to happen next?!
6 then you already know how amazing this series is
Not much to say. If your looking at buying vol.6 then you already know how amazing this series is. The book showed up on time with only minor shelf wear nothing to complain about.
MOAR PLEASE
Chapters include Hazel's new life on Landfall after being separated from Alana, Marko and Alana in search for their daughter, Upsher and Doff continue on with "exposing the truth", and the return of a certain Freelancer. I'd say more but I dare not spoil anything from this amazing comic series.
Vaughn is the best writer out there
Brian K. Vaughn is the best writer out there, period. This is another great work, full of interesting and bizarre characters in a complex and well-designed world. Can't wait to see how it ends.
... K Vaughan's writing is incredible and the art is beautiful to boot
Brian K Vaughan's writing is incredible and the art is beautiful to boot. My new favorite comic series.
Still hooked
This title had me hooked from the first issue. Staples's art is clean, strong, and expressive - every panel says what it needs to, and leaves the clutter behind. Vaughan's writing keep the story moving, with plenty of space for the characters to grow and interact. And, somehow this war-torn romance, the comings and goings of princes, assassins, a romance writer, soldiers, and a ghost, somehow it all revolves around little girl, barely more than a toddler. Yes, a story this sprawling needs some center to keep the pieces from drifting away - but the choice of a little girl as the point of reference in a world that violent surprises, and keeps surprising me as Vaughan keeps making it work. I've been with Saga from the start, and I'll stick with it as long as it stays this strong. -- wiredweord
Amazing, as always.
I love the SAGA series and Brian K Vaughn has yet to disappoint me. I hate spoilers, so I'm not going to include any, but if you enjoyed the first 5 volumes, buy this one.
One of the best series ever
Awesome, genius, engaging and a favorite of mine. Thank you to the Creators of Saga for your effects on me!
BUY IT ALREADY
Saga continues to be one of my absolute favorite series EVER. The art is gorgeous and the writing is compelling and WHY ARE YOU READING MY REVIEW GO READ THIS COMIC NOW!
Can't wait for more
I absolutely love this comic. At first it was a bit graphic, but you grow used to it and it gives it a "real world" feel to it, even though this is sci-fi.
I love keeping up with this series
I love keeping up with this series. I recommend it to everyone and now people think I'm cool because I found it first.
Great as usual
This volume is great as expected. I've loved all the books so far and am really looking forward to Vol. 7
Back on track
After Vol 5, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue with this. It’s was slow and felt disconnected from the first couple of volumes. But I really enjoyed Vol 6. It brought back together some of the story lines.
On to the next book
I,'ll see ya soon 😂🤣😚😎 !!! Sometimes it is hard to think about something when you is waiting for something else..
The pacing here was much better compared to Volume 5
The pacing here was much better compared to Volume 5. This volume was excellent and reminded me of early Saga (better Saga). Vaughan actually threw some controversial current events in there which was interesting. But, you know, with a science fiction spin. Gender identity, "racists who think every robot looks the same" kind of stuff.

Saga continues to be great. This is one of my favorite volumes so far. Its exciting to see Hazel grow up to be more of a character in the story. The ending is fantastic, great resolution that simultaneously makes me incredibly impatient for more.

They are bending the rules for graphic novels. There are so few truly original stories out there, and this is unique among them. The art is stunning. It seems a shame to put this on a shelf. They cannot write these fast enough!

It's fine
Can't stop reading it but there was a character who had a lot of import placed on him, the kidnapper robot, who has an unsatisfying ending. Feels like 5-6 were a bit of a lull.

Great seller
Love this story!!
An excellent story that sounds trite if summarized
The storyline, if summarized, would sound trite and preachy. However, the execution is very good so reading it does not feel like either. The author does a good job with the bizarre cast of alien characters and plot twists to keep you invested in what is going on, even though the over-arching themes and plot are just 'war is bad' and 'families come through for each other'. But let me emphasize how delightfully bizarre the characters you encounter and follow are, and how clever (if explicit and violent) the individual storylines are.
5 star quality - As usual from this series
It's so good. If you're up to this point you know what I'm talking about. Do yourself a favor and get it. Easy decision.

Excellence
A fun look at life and all its ups and downs. Ridiculously optimistic at times, but it makes you consider your values regarding serious subjects like war, xenophobia, family, etc. Vaughan has created a truly human adventure an a world full of people that are anything and everything but, making you consider the intrinsic value of all creatures while thoroughly entertaining you 😄 The diverse cast and lack of censorship are the icing atop a riveting cosmopolitan tale that draws striking parallels to our contemporary struggles with globalization. All in all a fantastic read!!

I just started reading it cause the art was pretty but if story wasn't going to be good then I wouldn't have kept buying each volume. So now I am hooked at volume 6 and let me tell u something i accidentally read one of the volumes in restaurant and full on waitress saw when i flipped to next page this sex scene. I'm like oh man kids around this family friendly restaurant and im here reading this out in open...that waitress didn't deserve to see that...or maybe she did. I don't know now i read this in private.
Five Stars
Great lecture, One of the best comic books I ever read. I highly recommend it.
Unlike Anything Else, Staples Is Prolific!
This volume contains some of the most vulgar chapters yet. Somehow, Staples and Vaughn keep it so tasteful even when there is such stark nakedness and bloody death. I love the pace of this series and the art is unlike anything else being done right now by any comic publisher. I love Image for supporting such an amazing team and I am so very excited for chapter 37 this August. It's incredible how quickly the art moves from death and sex to adorable fuzzy seals and a big friendly walrus named Friendo.

Those expecting another of BKV's "intriguing set-up, ambiguous/unresolved pay-off" bait-and-switches (see Y: The Last Man and Ex Machina, plus his involvement with LOST) can breathe a sigh of relief, because Saga is pure story and action from start to finish. I have no idea where it's going but I'm enjoying the journey too much to care.

Lot of nudity but the plot is so amazing and ever evolving I love this series! Can't wait to read what's next.

Love this Series!!
Love this Series!!
Still good
Great addition. Seems to be trying to shock with more nudity, but keeps showing how normal the parents are in an otherwise very not normal situation

Great writing with phenomenal art...what else is there to say...buy it now!
Worth reading
I'm still enjoying this story. I'm glad it's not jumping around chronologically, but with all the different characters it can get annoying to remember what they are all doing. Especially when I read it every six months or so when they come out with a new TPB.
Love love love
I cannot get enough of this series. The art, dialog and all around story are out of this world. This is the best thing I've accidentally come across ever and I can already tell you I will cry when the series ends. Hopefully that won't be for quite a while!
Another great read from the master
Another great read from the master, Charles Stross. This one was a bit predictable, but it still offered plenty to keep the reader engaged. Stross is such an excellent writer. Once this book got going, it carried me along for a great ride.
Still the greatest
I love how these people, no matter how crazy their situations are, feel real and genuine. I can't wait for more.
Each volume so far has been at least as good, or better
Another incredible installment in this series. Each volume so far has been at least as good, or better, than the previous. This one doesn't break the trend.
Always good surprises
I think that I enjoy this series so much, because of its twists and turns. I also appreciate the little slices of everyday life, though it happens on other planets and in prisons. Can't wait for the next one. I'll have to get a subscription.
Good Series
Not my favorite of the books but still love the story.
