One Choice (Hogan Brother's Book 2)

This book is everything. It is hard to put into words, the emotional journey that KL takes you on in her books, but this one, right here, caught me by the throat from the first book. I had to know more about Levi. I can't even begin to tell you the emotions that were brought out in me in this one. The journey they go on, the discovery of themselves, each other and their friends around them is so sweet and incredible I could literally not put it down. I picked it up knowing that a KL book would take me on an adventure, after all, she is the queen of twists, turns. laughter and love through tears. It is what I expect from her, but this one has quickly become one of my all time favorites. I won't get into plot or details, mainly because I despise knowing a story ahead of time, but I will say this. This book is full of emotion. Good, bad, ugly and sad, it has it all. But.. as always, love ALWAYS finds a way and the Hero is all kinds of Alpha and hot, our h is sweet, and tormented, but he quickly shows her he is there to help her fight her demons.. notice I said, help HER fight her demons, not fight them for her. Big difference and one that KL is a master of! If you are looking for a fun read on a rainy afternoon, full of lighthearted love and laughter with no other emotions, this might not be the book for you, while it has all of that, it is soooo much more! Angst, desperation, love, laughter, tears, and heartbreak, but above all.. unconditional, unwavering love is at the heart of this sweet story that will leave you breathless. This is a story to fall for, to lose yourself in and one that will stay with you long after you finish the last page. Now, for all that is holy KL... get back to the keyboard and get to my man Loch's book already! I need to know what happens next with this crazy family!

One Choice by K.L Donn is book two in the Hogan Brother's Series. This is the story of Hayes Morrison and Levi Hogan. I have read the previous book but did feel you could make this a standalone book. Hayes was training for the Olympics when she was hit by a car but to make matters worse her brother went mission in action and assumed dead. Now in her present day her and her parents are trying to get past his death. Hayes is left with a limp and her leg never being 100 percent again. Levi has taken to underground fighting to deal with his feelings after a family loss. Levi has to keep it a secret as he doesn't want to upset his brothers or mother. Levi happens upon Hayes one day and then another day which causes them to slowly have a friendship of sorts. Between the sparks flying between the two they end up finding that each other made them feel whole. Note: Ryan's story is in the book 'Missing in Action'.

KL Donn writes such beautiful relationships, gritty but beautiful. Hayes & Levi fit together like pieces of a puzzle. They both were damaged, had personal demons and missing something from their lives, but once they found each other they were able to heal each other. I absolutely loved the interaction from so many great characters. Seeing Lorraine, Sophie and Nox again was great. Lorraine, Levi's mom, is definitely the best book mom. And I absolutely love Hayes' dad, Eric, he was a hoot and the perfect book dad. I seriously hope KL Donn takes Levi's friends Cam, Tiny, and Tank and gives them their own stories. I also think Brett and Alyssa need their stories. With Alyssa being the best friend all girls want and Brett a great guy friend, I hope to see more of her and Brett in the future. While I will be looking forward to Loch and Sage's story, I am really excited and will be waiting not so patiently for Ryder's story. If readers are looking for a heartwarming, emotional, steamy and well-developed story they will love the way KL Donn brings gritty, beautiful romances to life with true hardships and deep love. When I met Levi when he was but Nox’s brother in One Chance, to when I finally got to read his story, I was hooked. His tale, while lighter than Nox and Sophia’s, was no less striking, as, once again, KL Donn gave me a story that I could relate to. Frustration at feeling lost, not knowing where he stands in life, like there was something missing in his life. Envy at seeing others –Nox and Sophia— find their happiness. Anger at himself for being jealous of his siblings. Of thinking that he needed to prove something just to belong. Hayes herself reminded me of the "humanness" of life. Of losing a loved one, of feeling guilty for being alive, for despair when knowing that even if she was alive, she has lost herself. Two lost souls given a voice by this wonderful story. Two wonderful, broken people who saw in each other a love worth fighting for. Thank you again, KL Donn. Dear reader, don’t just read the surface of Levi and Hayes’ story, listen to them speak to your inner child. Or for that matter, go treasure-hunting for all the lovely quotes the author was generous enough to gift us with. Because love alone is worth the fight.

Will Levi’s love help her through this, or are some demons better off staying dead and in her past?

This series is just Amazing and Levi and Hayes' s story is just that AMAZING. These two were meant to be together and KL tells their story beautifully. Levi is the middle Hogan brother that spends his night fighting in an underground fight club. Hayes is an 18 year old former Olympic running contender, that was until that horrible night that not only took away her Olympic dreams but also her brother. When Levi literally runs into Hayes he can't help but to put his foot in his mouth, several times. The beginning of their relationship is very painful, but they both can't keep the other out of their hearts and minds. When Levi finally gets his head out of his tush, he knows that he will have to prove it to Hayes that he is there for her and their age difference means nothing to him. Along the way he learns all of her dark secrets and tries to help her anyway that he can. She finally gives him that one thing that he has felt that he has been missing. Gives him a reason to stop wanting to pound someone to the ground. This book and series is definitely on my must read list. I can wait for the next book in this series!!

But he's a man with a good heart, and when he realizes his mistakes, he becomes a man with a plan, and isn't afraid to show Hayes he is the right man for her. Hayes is an amazing, sweet girl who has gone through so much in such a short time that leaves her with some insecurities. My heart broke for her. This book has some sweet times, some super hot sexy times, but it also has some heart breaking times. Loved the ending. And that's all I'll say about that, because, well, you'll just have to read it to find out. All in all, it's an amazingly hot read. Which you shouldn't expect anything less from K.L Donn.

Levi is hiding his fighting from his family. Hayes is a broken and a shell of what she used to be. Hayes brings light to his world. She is what was missing in his life. They fit together like perfect pieces to a puzzle. I really loved these two characters. K.L. Donn is new writer to me and I love her writing style. I would totally recommend her books if you like sweet and sexy romances with alpha hero's. (less)

It was beautiful, emotional, heartbreaking and love, so much love. Ms. Donn truly did an amazing job on their story. And a shout out to Kaci for planting that awesome seed. I loved that unexpected surprise! I'm so excited for Loch's story! I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book, but I loved it so much I bought a copy.

These characters pulled me in Levi with his secretive ways and Hayes with her dreams and her brother Ryder oh my goodness. The storyline was so good the conflicts and then the love scenes. Girl I needed a cold compress after reading those😂😂. Krystal just has a way with words and making me feel as if I'm right there with the characters. Ryder and Lochs stories are gonna be soooo good!!! Do yourself a favor and get this book and what the heck get all her books. You will not be disappointed!

Like many books from this author, the Hogan brothers series is a wonderfully fantastic written series of true love. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on book two after having read book one in the series. Great job to the author!

One Choice is the second book in K.L. Donn's Hogan Brother's series and it is a must read! I will admit I was a little leary about Hayes age BUT man was I wrong!! Hayes is so wise beyond her years and such strong beautiful soul. Levi, although I could shake him a few times, is exactly the person for Hayes. This couple is truly beautiful together. K.L. Donn has another winner on her hands!!! Oh and the ending......sigh....so good!!!!!

I wasn't sure if I was gonna to be able to connect with this story the was I had with other books by K.L Donn. but I was pleasantly surprised that I connected so deeply with these characters and felt their pain throughout the entire story!!

I loved the first book... but I will say am in love with this one more. Levi my sweet sexy Levi i love how possessive and protector he is and not a bully like H in books latel,and hayes was sweet and innocent with sass mixed.I love that she takes no bs from no one! And omg the ending had me in tears and shocked 😳 I can't wait for the next one

This is the second book in the Hogan brothers series, and definitely my favorite! One Choice follows Levi and Hayes! KL is one of my favorite authors. Oh how I love these HOGAN BROTHERS! This series is so well thought out and reads so easily. It has a great storyline that keeps you turning pages as fast as you can. I can't wait to read Lochlan's story in the next book! Hurry fast K.L. Donn!

This is another great book by Ms Donn and probably my favorite so far. It had the perfect beginning middle and ending. If your looking for action and romance in the same book them this is for you.

Both Levi and Hayes had to do a lot of growing up and growing together in this book. I liked watching Levi know what he wanted and refusing to give up on it. I also fell in love with Hayes. Her character is unbelievably strong and sassy, yet vulnerable and innocent at the same time. She has been through so much at such a young age. While it may knock her back for a time, it never completely knocks her out. K.L. Donn also did a fabulous job writing the parents in this book. Lorraine Hogan is just as feisty as ever making sure that her boys are good men and always do the right thing. Eric and Andrea Morrison are exceptional parents. They give Hayes such love and support, and trust that she can make good decisions for herself. Interactions with both sets of parents add a fantastic element to this book. It was also great to catch up with Nox and Soph as well as learn a bit more about Loch’s mystery lady. While One Choice could be read on its own, reading One Chance first is highly recommended. I know you will fall in love with Levi and Hayes like I did. 5 stars!

I do not know how to start my review. I am speechless. One Choice by K.L. Donn is one of those books that let you eating more. This books has to be read slowly because it is the way you will enjoy the most. K.L. Donn has done a fantastic work. The way she writes is quite captivating. She knows how to mix passion and love. She always writes masterpieces and Once Choice is not the exception to this rule. After reading One Chance, the first book in the series, I thought no one can be more possessive and sweet as Nox Hogan. How wrong I was. In this book you will meet Levi Hogan, the middle Hogan brother, a fighter whose emptiness can be filled with other's pain. Fighting is the only thing important to him. What he does at a boxing ring is his motor to live and he hides this part of his life from her mother and brothers because he fears to disappoint them. He feels like something is missing in his life. He needs a light that warms his heart the way the sun warms the earth. A fighter like Levi Hogan only can be handle by another fighter, a survivor: Hayes Morrison. The tiny redhead will twist his world like a shot of fresh air. She will be able to save Levi from the darkness that is consuming his soul. Hayes' life has been marked by loss and the last thing she wants is to loose more so she will be carefully about Levi. Levi and Hayes are perfect for each other, they match like puzzle pieces. He is a fighter and she is a survivor. They have many things in common and they met at the right moment. Their souls recognised each other part. They have demons to fight and together they will beat them. On my opinion, One Choice has a deep message inside every page: to keep fighting no matter how hard and dark things seem. To follow any dream you have because when you carry on, you will succeed and maybe, on the path, you will also find a sexy fighter like Levi Hogan. I really like Hayes personality. She is not the typical damsel in danger. She is a strong girl who is capable of kicking anyone. She is the right woman for a man like Levi Hogan. I highly recommend this book. It is a must read. Let Levi be your next book boyfriend. K. L. Donn always gift us possessive and sweet men, each one better than the previous one. Levi and Hayes’ story is pure passion. This book can be read as an standalone but you shall read One Chance and the next book in the series (One Call) if you do not want to miss any important thing about the characters who are part of this wonderful series.

I have just one word for the latest from K.L. Donn and this is WOW! When Levi and Hayes meet they literally run into each other as Levi tries to save her from a gopher hole. Then he opens his mouth and puts his foot into it. The beginning to these two is so rocky and filled with pain and hurtful words, thanks to not thinking, but what they end up finding has the ability to heal both of these people who are broken in their own ways. Hayes carries her scars on her body as well in her heart from the loss of her brother and is struggling to find her ambition again after the accident that put the scars on her body and her brother's loss. Levi is the middle Hogan brother and is hiding a big part of his life from his family looking for that thing to fill the void in his life, thinking it's the fighting he has embraced, until Hayes crashes into his world. Now he knows exactly what his brother Nox went through when he found Sophia. Levi and Hayes will have their struggles, with her being in the ending stretch of high school-yes she's 18-his fighting and the growing pains found in a new relationship. I am absolutely in love with this series and Levi's book was perfect. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

These Hogan brothers are what dreams are made of, they love fiercely and will fight for what they want. Levi Hogan has a secret he is keeping from his family, he doesn't know how to tell them and he doesn't even know the answers himself. Hayes, had a dream and a future all planned out and one event changed all of her plans. She feels guilty and lost. Levi and Hayes feel the electricity between them, neither wanting to feel this way. Hayes knows that if there is one person who can make her feel alive again it is Levi. Levi can't get Hayes out of his mind and hopes he hasn't missed his chance with her. This book had me laughing at moments, Hayes' mom can't cook, and crying the next. There is so much pain and loss and emotions to overcome. Read how they find their way together to find the love they both need and to heal their pasts so they can have a future. Must love a HEA, alpha male, strong girl and some amazing sexy scenes. *ARC RECEIVED IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW * 3.5 stars I was so excited to dig into this book. I loved book 1 and appreciated that the secondary characters were not manwhores. So, when Levi got his book, I was anxious to hear his story. Happy as a clam because it had- -no cheating -no ow/om drama -not overly angsty -steam- once they finally got together -great heroine- although she was young (18) she was portrayed with maturity -good secondary characters-a few potential stories were planted BUT ( you knew it was coming)- I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed in the ending. No future look ahead for the couple. The ending, while not a cliffhanger for the couple, was a tremendous set up for another story. That's all well and good (I look forward to THAT story) but I wanted to know about Levi and Hayes' future!!

OMG their love story is beautiful. This book is packed with so many emotions, it make your heart hurt for them yet root for them at the same time. I really enjoyed all the characters introduced in this book and loved how Levi and Hayes progressed with their love. There was some drama along the w ay and angst but their love kept them strong and that HEA was due for them…The ending though...WOW!!! You most definately need to read this book! For this to be a novella, the words, characters an storyline packed a punch and I found myself wishing that the book was longer just so I can enjoy it more and more. Levi is a underground fighter who does it because he get to unleash something inside of him that makes him feel free. He never thought he was missing anything until his big brother falls in love and realizes that maybe what might complete him is a woman by his side. Out running one day Hayes runs into a man who gives her a different outlook on life and what it can be if she lets herself go. See Hayes was in an accident on the same night that some stuff went down with her brother who was in the military and she never quite forgave herself for it. Levi is hooked from their first encounter and realizes that he is the man to gives Hayes everything she needs if only she would let him. Of course with every relationship mistakes happen. Will their love be strong enough to survive it you know you want to know so pick this book up, Just an FYI the ending will BLOW YOU AWAY!!!

I loved Levi and Hayes story! We finally learn how Levi is getting all his bruises. I really felt for him and everything he was feeling. I would definitely say that Levi is a little rough around the edges and Hayes completely throws him off his game. Hayes' story broke my heart, she went through so much in her short life. I completely understood where she was coming from the entire story. She had trouble trusting Levi and his intentions and I really felt for her. I love how Levi never gave up on Hayes. Once he made up his mind that she was his he was all in and he fought for her whenever she pulled away or he screwed up. This book was the perfect length. It was sexy, sweet, heartbreaking and uplifting. The two have both faced great loss and heartache but find the strength in each other to move on. The ending floored me! I am looking forward to Lochlan's story but now I want to know what happens after that ending. While it is not a cliffhanger it is a "I need to know what happened now," ending! Can't wait for more!

I had the chance to win this book and so glad I read it. This book is amazing just like the first one in the series. The way KL told Levi and Hayes’s story was beautiful and made you feel like you were right there with them through it all. I loved how Levi and Hayes first literally ran into each other and him putting his foot in his mouth the moment they meet. My heart broke for what Hayes went through losing her dream in one horrible night. I loved how they were both damaged, had their own personal demons but still were meant for each other in every way. I loved all the secondary characters and loved seeing Sophie and Nox again. Levi’s mother is the best book mother EVER!!! KL is definitely a must read author!! I can’t wait for Loch and Ryder’s books to come out!!

Oh Levi....sooo hawt. So I read the first book in this series, and loved it, did not think it could get any better than Nox and Sophie....yeah, I was soooo wrong....Levi and Hayes - OMG, OMG, OMG. I love, love, love Levi. Underground MMA fighter who has a soft spot for his woman. WOOSH - super fine that Levi is. Hayes, I enjoyed her, she was sassy, but hurt, and sad. The chemistry off the charts. I was worried at first with the issue Levi had with her age and being in school, no ick factor she is 18, all good. No creepy element with the age difference. So Levi and Hayes meet several times before the "boom chic a bow wow" scene in the locker room shower..good god does KL write hot shower scenes. Levi Hogan is a dreamy, hot, dirty, fighting man. He fights in the MMA underground cause he has a "darkness" in him that makes him want to beat people up. Why is that so hot? Cause KL writes them that way. He meets Hayes while out running, Hayes was a runner who was involved in a hit and run which ruined her chances at the Olympics. She had waited to go to trials until her Navy Seal brother Ryder got out of the military....*tears* he was killed by ISIS and the family was notified the same day Hayes was hit by the drunk frat boys while out running. KL you made me cry....Anyway, Levi and Hayes have several more run-ins then the fight Hayes attends with her besty and 2 guys leads to the shower scene...that is when the douchebag, I mean boy that likes Hayes drops the bombshell that Hayes is still in school..well Levi does not react well, but who wouldn't.... He mends the fences, meets the family, and they fall in love. Had a moment of pissyness when Levi's mom makes some comments and Hayes leaves Levi's house all sad. I was like uhm what? You are to be the good mom, I liked you in the first book, I want a book mom divorce. She of course realizes that this is not some slu* her son brought home...ok, you can be the mom again, I like you again. You get some of Nox and Sophie, Lochlan and his love interest - I NEED HIS BOOK, you better be writing it KL, seriously, you better be writing.. AND THE ENDING....OMG THE ENDING....can't leave any comments, no spoilers but holy crap on a cracker...wth was that? . I devoured this book, would not stop reading until it was over, then said...OMG, I need the next book NOW, NOW, NOW (oh yes temper tantrum of epic proportion) but that is nothing new with KL's books, some authors leaving you "wanting" more, KL, leaves you "NEEDING" more..... So in conclusion - buy this book, read it, you will definitely NOT be disappointed....I mean it is KL Donn people, she is the bestest!!!

KL has done it again. I’m always amazed at how intense her writing gets. It draws me in and puts me right there with the characters. One Choice was no different. It starts out simple enough, boy meets girl, wants her, gets her, but there’s so much more to it than that. The journey from their first meeting to the end is filled with such emotional highs and lows. Gosh, I loved Levi, he was such a sweet character, even though he was drawn into illegal fights. But when he meets Hayes something starts to change in him, I loved watching him grow and mature with Hayes’s help, even though she was the younger of the two, she had a wisdom far beyond her years. Can’t wait to see what KL has in store for Loch.

Where do I started it is truly hard to put it all in words. The ups and downs the roller coaster ride KL puts you on. You truly don't want to stop reading. I fell in love with her first book in this series. And now I am in love with this and truly can't wait for more!! Who will be next Tiny Tank.. I enjoyed catching up with some characters from the first book. To falling in love with new ones. Levi and Hayes there journey is full of tears laughs and oh yes moments that take your breath. Her plots are amazing start to finish!! If you are looking for a wonderful all around series then this is the one for you!!

Levi has a huge secret he's keeping from his family. He's fighting in a underground MMA ring. Hayes wanted to be a Olympian but one tragic accident changed that. Can these two damaged souls heal each other or will they tear themselves up even more? Can they open up thier hearts and let love in? KL Donn one again takes the reader on the journey of two damaged characters. You can't help but feel for Hayes and get frustrated with Levi's stubbornness. Yet when Levi gets his head out of his butt you can't help but love him. There's plenty of angst, heartache, love and healing that happens in the next installment of the Hogan Brother's series. There are some great new characters that are introduced which I'm hoping to see in future books. Looking forward to what's next.

Levi and Hayes are each battling their own demons in their own way but the demons are owning them. When these two lives crash into each other, literally, something breaks through the grief haze . Levi doesn't waste time and works to get Hayes as his. Their chemistry is off the charts and honestly nothing beats having someone who you feel safe with and can light up the dark. That's what these two bring to each other. Their story is somewhat fast paced but with an undeniable connection, it is t hard to understand why Levi doesn't want to let Hayes go for anything. You don't wanna miss this intense alpha fighter love story because it will lock you into the ring and you won't want to leave. There are shocks along the way so even when you think you got the picture, there is a whole new section that will be revealed!

I really enjoyed reading about Levi and Hayes' story. This is the 2nd book in the Series with the Hogan Brothers. It's a quick read. Levi is a cocky man who puts his foot in his mouth when he should keep it shut. Hayes is a sweet and innocent girl. It also has some steamy scenes. This book has soo many emotions that run through you. You wanna scream at Levi but then cry cuz you feel for Hayes. Not sure which book is my fave cuz I love each one for my own reasons. Believe me this series is one that you're going to want to read. I loved this series and can't wait to see what KL does next. Great

Hayes is 18 and she had dreams and plans for the future until the traumatic night when everything changed and things will never be the same again. Their first meeting did not go well and harsh words were spoken however for the first time in a long time they both felt something rather than just going through the motions of life. A few more chance meetings and Levi realized that Hayes was his and he would move heaven and earth to make sure they were together. K.L. Donn has a way of creating such compelling characters! In each other they both something in the other that they were looking for without even knowing what it was. I loved catching up with Nox and Sophia from Book 1 and can’t wait to see what is in store for Loch. I voluntarily reviewed a Reader Copy of this book.

So I wasn't too sure what to expect of Levi's story after I had read One Chance (Nox's story)... I had a hard time imagining where KL was going to take him! However I will say that I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the book and I loved it! (Maybe even more than One Chance...!) I enjoyed the emotional journey that both Levi and Hayes were on and I loved how their burgeoning relationship helped each deal with their issues. I also loved how protective and considerate Levi was of Hayes' disabilities. Super intrigued now to find out about Lochlan and his girl and how her situation will play into things... Can't wait! Highly recommend this book - although it can be read as a standalone I think you would enjoy the story more if you read One Chance first. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Holy Sh*t!!! I already loved this book and then the Epilogue happened and I fell in love all over again with the biggest smile on my face! Levi & Hayes loved story is filled with electric chemistry! He loves to fight and has the muscles to prove it, she is sweet as sugar and learning how to live again after a devastating accident. Their relationship was rocky at first but when you realize it's love you fight for what feels right and never give up! This book has it all Family, Protectiveness, Love, Passion, Strength and a beautiful surprise. Once again K.L. Donn's writing is impeccable and the storyline was amazing. Although this story is part of the Hogan Brother series the focus is on Levi & Hayes and isn't overshadowed by other characters.

All I have to say is that KL Donn is amazing!! This book was absolutely amazing!! The characters are absolutely amazing!!! Levi is keeping a secret!! A dark one!! He loves pain!! He loves fighting and causing pain!!! He is broken!! Hayes had a dream, a plan until she didn't!!! She is lost!! The chemistry between Levi and Hayes is insane!! They both don't want to feel this!! Both are battling demons!! Both have ups and downs that they go through!! But together they are phenomenal!! They heal each other!! An amazing story by an amazing author!! You need to read this book!!!

A great emotional read. Levi is dealing with his issues the only way he knows how fighting He is part of a underground MMA fights. But watching his brother fall in love has made him think he may want that too. Funny how a gopher hole can bring him to Hayes, a girl who peaks his interest but his attitude just rubs her wrong. He can see something in her but he can also see that she's in pain dealing with her own issues. Hayes's Olympic dreams are destroyed and family tragedy all happen in one night. They both have to come to terms with their issues and learn to open their hearts and live again.

Heartackingly beautiful!! Levi fights to fill a void he doesn't know why he has , Hayes runs...still after her world was ripped to shreds And dreams taken in a flash...both a little broken , can they take a chance? Will they listen to others and let little things stay in their way? Will Levi learn to think before speaking and can she just chose to take a chance in love?!?! Get ready to laugh,cry,cringe a little and then just enjoy the ride!!! Love this group the Hogans are great and we get to see a different side of momma Hogan, whether for better u decide ;) huge twist which makes u want another story asap for more then one character!!! Dang I like these Hogan men! Levi Hogan is no different. Filled with a rage that he cannot understand, he uses his fists in underground fights to curb the beast. Then, he meets Hayes. Each time he sees her, he's drawn to her. But there's one tiny little thing keeping him from full-on pursuit. She's still in high school. This book made me laugh. Made me cry. Made me cheer a few times as well. I love how we see the other characters from the first book (Lennox and his Sophia), and how the youngest brother, Lochlan, is tongue-tied by a sweet little thing who comes to their shop frequently. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series, but definitely recommend this one to ALL K.L. Donn fans!

This was another hit for K.L. Donn! This was a fast-paced book where you see more of the second Logan brother. It did have an age-gap, so if that bothers you then this is not for you. However, all the characters were 18 or above throughout the whole book, except for the prologue, where the author shows you how the h's life turned bad. But that was shown as a flash back, so yes it was safe. There was some pushing from the Hero, but it didn't last long. This was a safe book with absolutely NO cheating and a HEA!

K.L. Donn is an excellent Writer that is capable of making the reader wish and want for Levi and Hayes. I like reading the words from an Author who makes me want to the best for the main characters. K.L. does that with One Choice (Hogan Brothers #2). I wanted more of an ending with a little more HEA for the Levi and Hayes. There were several amusing moments and fiery moments with sweet loving. Thank you, K.L. Donn for allowing me to ARC read this fast-paced book.

In this second book revolving around the Hogan brothers, we have the tale of Levi and Haynes. Both are searching for an elusive spark to ignite their lives, though for very different reasons. They find that in each other, but their path to happiness must overcome obstacles of misunderstandings, wariness born from trust issues and the anxieties/protectiveness, of those closest to them. A welcome addition to this family series, I look forward, with great anticipation, to the next book!!!

What can I say about this book? The characters just pull you into their story and will not let go. Levi was a man with a plan he knew what he was doing or so he thought. He was trying to find a place for himself he wanted to be his own man. Then one day he saw the sweetest thing ever and his heart was lost. Hayes was a young women with the world on her shoulder. She had just grand plans at least until that day. Now she was just trying to get by until the day her destiny slammed into her and everything was changed. Now for the better or worse??? Read and find out you will not be disappointed.

Levi! Oh how I loved Levi! Now does t get me wrong, it freaked me out that the heroine was still in high school just as much as it did for the hero, but there are special circumstances! The chemistry between these two was off the charts! The connection between these two is palpable and it forges through so many obstacles. Insecurities, well meaning parents, doubts and even the occasional douchebag. Such a great read! But be prepared for that ending though- it's like OH MY GOD!

I fell not only in love with Levi but everything about this book. I really liked the first book that had the story of the older brother Nox and Sophia but this book with Levi the middle brother and Hayes was so much more. So much emotion throughout this entire book. She gets you hooked right from the beginning grabbing you with an emotional story. Both Levi and Hayes characters are so much more then what you first think. They have so many layers and they just get that about each other. After finishing the second Hogens brother book I'm beyond excited to see what KL Donn comes out with next!!

Oh My Gosh!!!! I loved this book!!! Levi is a lost man hunting for something that is missing from his life, doing so in a sonewhat disruptive way. Hayes is an unhappy girl who believes she has nothing good left in her life due to things that have happened. Gopher holes on a baseball field show hope to two lost souls. This was so good, I wasn't ready for it to be over. I hope we will hear more of Levi and Hayes's story because I feel there is so much more of them to be heard!! I just loved them!!! And OMG that ending!!! HOLY MOLY!!!!

I absolutely loved this book! Levi and Hayes have been through so much before they meet each other and have to work through it to be together. I love how KL Donn always writes books that you can feel what the characters are feeling. I cannot wait for next book in the series. It just keeps getting better!!!

Loved this one. I think I loved it more than the first one. Levi is, simply put, badass. AND THAT EPILOGUE!!!!! MIND FREAKING BLOWN. Was not expecting that. I do wish I could have had more on that particular bit but I can understand why we didn't get more. It makes perfect sense. That's just me being greedy. 😁 On to book 3! I'm definitely excited for this one. I just wonder how Loch is going to work this out?

Hayes has had so much pain in her short life, she just wants to find peace & happiness. After a somewhat rocky start can these 2 give each other what they need? Gotta say though, that ending..... The Hell KL!!!! I need to know what comes next.

The second instalment of the Hogan Brothers is unbelievable. Congratulations on yet another amazing book KL!

Book two in this great series is another great read. Levi is an older alpha male who takes out his darkness with underground MMA fighting. Hayes is a young female, former Olympic hopeful recuperating from a career ending accident. Together they heal each other as they fall in love. Awesome suspenseful epilogue.

I absolutely loved this book. KL has you feeling every emotion that the H and h are feeling. One minute I was fanning myself and the next I am crying my eyes and then I am screaming for one or the other to stop .... It was such a wonderful journey to take. 100% safe you will adore this book!!!

One Choice is book two of the Hogan Brothers series, and it was great story. The story flowed well and it held my attention with underground MMA. I liked Levi and Hayes they had a great chemistry, and so perfect for eachother. Love the interaction with all the family members. Can't wait for the next book in the series.
