Aaron is lost.
He’s lost his parents’ approval.
He’s lost his job.
He’s lost his sense of identity.
At least he’s out as gay, but all that has brought him is more confusion. He feels like a freak who doesn’t fit in anywhere. Even his own brother doesn’t want anything to do with him.
Sexy jiu jitsu teacher Blake makes Aaron feel things he’s never felt before. Things in his body. Things in his heart. Things he didn’t even know he craved, like being cared for, having decisions made for him.
Like being a puppy.
But Blake doesn’t want a relationship, so how can he want Aaron?
No Fear is a steamy gay romance with mild puppy play elements. It’s the third book in the No Shame Series that needs to be read in order. Please note the trigger warnings in the front of the book.

Feed Your Mind, Soothe Your Soul
This series has fed my mind, hurt my heart, soothed my soul and burned up my Kindle! A+ on the cover because the model used for Blake is one of my favs! That aside, we get to know the jujitsu professor quite a bit more in this book. We also get some more insight to Aaron, Josh's brother, as he finds himself learning to be a gay man out for the first time. Blake takes Aaron in and starts training him. Their attraction simmers and grows to boiling throughout the story (and if you crave a little EXTRA with how their relationship develops, you definitely want to download the tasty bonus chapter). Aaron's dependency and need for a caregiver speak to Blake's naturally caring persona. And once they figure it out, it goes places! As has been the norm with this series, we get a HFN (Happy For Now) ending and are promised more in Book 4. Thankfully the wait for that is only a month after this drops. This book, and the others in the series, are NOT STAND ALONES. In order to get the entire story for each couple, you will need to read the first two. And their stories will continue into book 4. We also get some phenomenal story telling by Nora as we get deeper into the story of Indy, his past, and what he will need to sacrifice for his future. Noah has his own issues to deal with while Josh and Connor skirt the edges of legal to keep their foursome-ish family safe and healthy. I was very happy with the way Nora finished this book and part of Indy's story. If she had left us hanging at this point in the series, I think I would have freaked out a bit. This series, and in particular, this book, has made me recall that I love reading some high drama, action, suspense, police/fbi romances. Excited to see where that takes me too. There is a hint of more characters and stories to come. Super hyped about that, by the way.
Loved It
Aaron (Josh's brother) is arrogant, self entitled & spoiled & also pretty clueless. He was used to having everything & now has nothing. He's staying with Indy's Brazilian jiu - jitsu Professor Blake Kent. Aaron needs to get his life together and find some direction for his life & Blake offers to help. I enjoyed watching Aaron begin to find himself with the help of Blake. I loved watching their relationship develop. They are so perfect for each other. Both giving the other what they need. So sweet, loving and sexy. Aaron still struggles with some issues but is trying to overcome them. It was great to see the relationships with Indy, Noah, Josh & Connor again. Indy still dealing with the threat of his past & keeping the others safe. Each of them making sacrifices for the safety of the others. I really felt the love & the connection between all of these men. The unique relationship between them all works perfectly for them. I was kept fully engage throughout the whole story, always wanting to know what happens next. I got more engrossed and drawn in as the story progressed & I just couldn't stop. I'm glad I started this on a Friday because I didn't stop till I'd finished at 3am!! (Yay for Saturday sleep ins..) It very well written with great story progression & characters you really care about. It has a great finish but I also really look forward to reading book 4 to see how the loose ends are tied up and follow on with the story of some of the secondary characters. I highly recommend this book & the series.
No Fear
No Fear, is book 3 in the No Shame series. I don't know how the author does it, but I thought book 2, No Limits, was her best. But then I read No Fear, and wow!! I'm floored with awe! It's written so beautifully, I love the characters and their depth. And their connection to each other. However, I would loved to see more interaction between Aaron and Josh at the end...maybe it was the author's intention to write it that way... I guess, or hope, I'll get my wish in the next book! “-You have to wonder,” Blake said kindly, “-if love that has strings attached, that requires you to be a certain way, is truly love.” We met Aaron in the previous book, and it was difficult to like his character. So lazy, arrogant and spoiled. I had trouble reading the beginning of No Fear, but it was all thanks to the mysterious Blake that keept me reading. And together with Blake, we discovered the truth behind Aaron! And I feel in love!! The relationship between Aaron and Blake is one of the sweetest I have ever "seen"! "-...Forget about the labels, honey. Wear what you love and what you feel beautiful in." No Fear is about,(as all of the previous books in this series) understanding, accepting and love! And best of all, we get to know what happens to Josh, Connor, Indy and Noah! Indy decides that he is tiered from running from his past, but this will come at an price.. is Indy willing to pay that price? Connor and Josh makes their own plans to help...will it work?
Love it
These books are so amazing and I'm so invested in all of the men in this series. In this one about Aaron we finally get to see things from his perspective and it's heart breaking. When his and Josh's parents found out that Josh was gay Aaron was far to young and afraid to stand by his brother. Then Aaron had the pressure to be the perfect son, constantly afraid that his secret would come out and when it finally did he got kicked out and has no one. What he finds with Blake is the gift of being himself and to not be ashamed of who he is or what he wants. To get other people to understand his and Blakes dynamic is a bit harder. This book has so much more than Aaron and Blakes way to a relationship. Indys past is catching up to him and affects him, Noah, Josh and Connor. I love that these four men are now secure in their relationships and don't care what others think about the 4 of them sharing a house and more. I really felt for Noah in the end of this book because he doesn't know everything and all of the sudden he's alone without Indy, Josh and Conner. At least he has Charlie ( victim of domestic abuse) and Blakes brother Brad ( who needs somewhere to stay) with him. Can't wait to find more about Charlie, Brad and the FIB agent Miles.
The big climax of the series
I was left on the edge of my seat in the last half of this. There was a new couple in this one, and naturally the sexual relationship that we know from No Filter (No Shame, #1) and No Limits (No Shame, #2), but the focus was more on tying loose ends in the plot. Since you become super invested in the characters throughout three books, it was nice to hear about all of them and not just the new couple. Aaron's progress is interesting, and his relationship with Blake seems good, but it isn't the transgressive relationship I think it was supposed to be, because all relationships in the series sorta push the borders of a vanilla, monogamous relationship. While there are still some minor loose ends for the final book in the series, the big conflict has its climax in this book.
My new favorite!
First things first, this book is not a stand alone. You will have needed to read book 1 and 2. You should read them. They are great stories. The characters from book 1 and 2 play pivotal roles in book 3 and I don't want to give too much away but it's a very satisfying part of the story. Nora did the impossible. She made me love Aaron. He was a loathsome character in book 2 but in book 3 he transforms into who he was meant to be. He had some help. Blake was just the person for Aaron. As always, there were some epically hot scenes. Nora never disappoints. I read this book so fast! I only wish book 4 was out now because I REALLY want to read that book. You'll get why when you get to the end of book 3. Nora is definitely a 1-click author for me. Read this book!
No Fear is a continuing story in the No Shame Series
This is Blake and Aaron's book (with no spoilers). Aaron was introduced in a previous book and is Josh's brother. He's not a like-able character in the beginning. Blake sees something that other people don't and offers Aaron a way to redeem himself. Even though this book explores Blake and Aaron's relationship we see more of Josh & Connor and Noah & Indy. These characters are evolving and although each couple is separate they are all intertwined and codependent on each other. The series needs to be read from the beginning for a better understanding of the story. Very pleased at where this story and these men are going.

This whole book was intriguing and kept me on the edge of my seat. I love how Blake takes in Aaron and helps Aaron find his true self and accepts him as he is. It is beautiful transformation in Aaron. Blake is patient and caring. The secondary story of the characters from the first two books was awesome. It was great to see the progression of their relationships and how it was all resolved. I highly recommend this book and whole series. Book four is due out soon and will surely be as well written and loved as the first three. Be sure to pick this up!
Phenomenal
amazing! I got sucked into the No Shame Seeies and with each book I get more and more invested in the characters, new and the original... and their story. exciting, funny, sweet and dont forget sexy. I love all the men in this story... they are all broken but beautiful. strong and protective of those they love. I definitely recommend.
gripping story
about a 3rd of the way into the book I wanted to cry and scream no because of the decisions the mcs where making. the more the more I understood why they were making the choices they were. my heart about beat out of my chest as I worried the safety of the mcs. if you like books w a lot of feelings action and heart wrenching decisions then this book is for you. note this is not a standalone book and the other 2 books need to be read before this one

Well, this was an interesting turn on the story and can I just there was kink? Thankfully the kink was mostly mild. Each book just sucks me in and this one was a roller coaster of events! What a hot mess Aaron was and brother Josh has his own demons, rightfully so. Blake was interesting and hard to like at the beginning but turned out to be the right supportive person. Mostly this book is Indy's story and omg, I can't wait for book 4. I really need it now.
My Review
I'm not one to follow stories with multiple books envoled but OMG can Nora Phoenix write a story to make you do so ? Yes , yes she can !!! This story is intense & I was dragged in from the get go with no regrets . Man this woman can write !!! Love love love Indy's story 🤓 On to book 4 & the finale . Thank You Nora ❤
Intensity and hotness - whew...
Oh my goodness, what an intense book! This third segment of the story had me on the edge of my seat for almost the last two-thirds of the book. And, as with the previous two, it ends with info about the fourth which is what I'm going to go to right now so I can get the conclusion. Kinda short review but the suspense is something awful.
Truly gripping
This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster. Ten tension was palpable and the love these guys have for each other crystal clear. This series has been so enjoyable, I cannot wait to read the final instalment.
A must read series!!!
Intense, edgy, suspenseful, heartbreaking, and oh so very sexy. Nora surely knows how to weave a story that has you on edge right through to the end. I loved it and was very glad I waited to read it until book 4 came out, so I could just keep going. And don't forget the bonus scene book 3.5 free on instafreebie...
This book was so good. The whole series is amazing
This book was so good. The whole series is amazing. I have to admit the puppy play is kind of weird and I don’t get how it’s a turn on but to each his own. I’m gonna be sad when this series ends but I can’t wait to see what comes next from this author
Wild ride
A fragile man in need of reassurance, guidance, and love brings another aspect top this unconventional family unit. As always the story continues on its wild ride but gaining more characters to love. Another A+ from Nora Phoenix!!
Dammit!!
Ugh, Nora Phoenix, you are killing me! I am very impatiently waiting for the next book! If you have not read the first two, please do before you read this book. Well worth it!!
It gets better and better
I can’t wait for the next book. It is so riveting, so hard to put down. I love the characters and I feel for each and every one of them for all they went through and the aftermath their still going through.
Truly amazing
I love not only this book but the whole series.. it is so touching and wonderful the love all of the characters have for each other. They truly love and accept everything about each other without fail.
Fantastic

I think this is my favorite of the series
I loved this! What a unique series. I'm so glad I gave this series a chance.
Good reads
Haven't finished this audio yet. Will get back to you on a review.
Four Stars
Great suspense, not usually found in the genre
So very good, can't believe I have to wait a month.
This was just as expected from Nora. Action packed, sexy and perfect. I don't want to wait another month for more of these boys.
this series just became addictive
Since the central external conflict of this series regarding Indy’s history and safety had not yet been resolved, I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about leaving that behind to focus on a new romantic pairing. However, Phoenix does an excellent job of intertwining all the relevant stories, especially since the “new” characters are connected with our original foursome (Indy’s new BJJ teacher Blake and Josh’s younger brother Aaron). On the relationship side, the numerous dynamics at play for these characters are far from stagnant. What starts as Blake agreeing to mentor Aaron as he develops the knowledge and life skills needed to be an out gay man and a functional adult slowly turns into something much more. Blake has plenty of reasons to hesitate over his growing feelings for Aaron. Trouble from another corner forces the men to admit their feelings for each other and defend them to other loved ones. The angst is intense in this book as the fantastic foursome from the first two books in this series is split in four directions. However, this separation allows each man to better understand their roles in each other’s lives. This is not an MMMM book in which all four men are “together,” but instead a lovely look at the intricacies and potential of a unique polyamorous relationship when all parties focus on communication and honesty. Overall, the many stories in this book should not quite have worked together—Aaron and Blake growing closer while Blake helps Aaron explore his newfound identity, Noah and Indy dealing with a forced separation while Indy is in witness protection, and Connor and Josh manipulating events behind the scenes to free Indy once and for all. Except, ultimately, the stories are all connected, and Phoenix does a lovely job of balancing dark and light moments and the pacing of the book to create an engaging novel. In fact, so engaging that I threw my usual rules out the window and ended up binge-reading the rest of this series in one go rather than spreading them out between other books.
Another Frustrating Chapter
This is supposed to be the story of Blake and Aaron but you get sidetracked by the ever frustrating story of Indy, Noah, Josh and Connor. I wanted to read more about Aaron and his tribulations. However Josh is Aaron’s older brother, Josh hates him because when Josh came out Aaron who was just a child had to turn his back on his brother or face his parents wrath, seriously. As if Josh couldn’t get anymore annoying. Also I feel like all the characters in the story kept forgetting that Aaron is in his early twenties, socially inept, just came out and has no idea how to be and yet the characters are constantly short tempered with him, Blake in the beginning would yell at Aaron if he asked a question when Blake gave him an order, is it wrong to ask Why I need to clean one thing first before cleaning it another way? I felt the author was trying to get you to dislike the character so you’d see why Josh didn’t like him. With all the characters against him and Aaron crying at the drop of a hat when he asked the wrong question, I mean geez, lay off of the kid, is no one afforded a second chance anymore? As I read more into the series, I’ve become to dislike Noah, Josh and Connor. Indy is still the only good person in that ridiculous harem of Josh and Noah. You also get to see th end to Indy’s situation, also Connor’s plan, really? That was just too much, but I guess it was the only way for Indy’s freedom. And yeah Noah and Josh, gross. Seriously can’t keep it in your pants when the loves of your lives are gone for a bit, show some Restraint! Overall a good read but only saved by Aaron, Blake and Indy.
Blake for the win.
In this book we get the continuation of Josh/Connor & Indy/ Noah as well as the addition of Aaron (Josh's brother) and Blake (Indy's BJJ coach). I really like the unfolding relationship between Josh and Aaron and how they progress in their relationship as brothers. They have a not great past they have to work through and it gets easier to understand the more we get to know Aaron. I felt like Aaron was a likable and relatable character. His flaws seemed genuine and I didn't get the impression that he was doing it just to be a brat, but rather he really didn't know what he was doing. He needed Blake to guide him and help him discover himself. Their relationship is so sweet and I loved the way Blake "handled" Aaron and helped him grow up but also feel comfortable being his authentic self. Blake was the star of this book for me! As always, the continuing story line from previous books was fantastic!
Stunning and unique love story
What can I say about this book other than that I loved it, absolutely loved it. But be warned. If you start reading this story, you won’t be able to stop. It grabbed me by the throat and had me sitting on the edge of my seat. This sweet, hot romance combined with a suspenseful story full of twists and turns, had me captivated from the start. Nora Phoenix just keeps getting better and better. This is not your cookie cutter MM romance. This author brings in so much more. She writes about different forms of love and sexuality with an openness and honesty that is astounding and eye-opening. Nothing is too weird. Everything is completely natural and realistic. Aaron is drowning, lost after losing everything: his parents, his house, his job. He finds a new home with Blake, who teaches him everything there is to know what it means to be gay and to embrace your inner self. I loved how Aaron asked all those questions, with a heartwarming naivety and eagerness. It was funny and adorably sweet, and then, oh my goodness, so hot. The way Blake helps Aaron find his way to come into his own, to find his identity, to be who he really is, is absolutely wonderful. This story is not only about Blake and Aaron. It is just as much about Indy, Noah, Josh, and Connor. All four men are connected with each other, in the past and in the present. Every decision they make affects the other three profoundly, but they do what they have to do. Their dynamics and interactions are uniquely theirs and loaded with emotions. From laughing, to tearing up, to laughing again, this story provokes every reaction. At times, I literally had shivers crawling down my spine. This book is the third installment in the fabulous No Shame series and cannot be read as a stand-alone. Although the books have their own MC’s, they have a continuing story line. Really, don’t read this book without having read the other two.
An entertaining story
I wound up liking Aaron more than I thought I would and felt sorry for him. I enjoyed him coming into himself even as he struggles with what he needs and how others perceive him. I'm enjoying these books, but there are times when this series gets frustrating. There is, again, a lot going on and it jumps around between the couples. I have skimmed some sex scenes - these guys are like machines going at it and coming again and again, back to back. Overall it's an entertaining story and things moved along regarding Indy's past coming back to haunt him. I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out with Connor's crazy plan and seeing Charlie get some happiness. I'm also hoping to see Josh and Aaron's relationship strengthen.
This series started off a little shaky for me and although I still think that this is not the best take your breath away novels
This is the author's debut series so to speak and this being the third book in the series, Nora Phoenix is really starting to find her footing. This series started off a little shaky for me and although I still think that this is not the best take your breath away novels, they certainly have gotten under my skin. This book continues off from the second so these definitely need to be read in order. This one follows Blake and Aaron but still has continuation from the other couples. Blake and Aaron were a great couple. I loved that we get to see Aaron start to flourish and explore his sexuality and express himself. And Blake being the big hearted guy that he is guides and supports him through his journey. I think they really were good for each other and the author did a good job with the character development. Not too much emotion but I enjoyed the sexual chemistry. I'm not really a big fan on the delivery of the story. I get that it continues from book to book but at times it just comes across a little too chaotic and for me I just think I would have enjoyed it more just focusing on one couple at a time. I'm invested in the story and I did actually enjoy it and I like the characters and their personalities and loyalty to one another. It get more and more interesting and I can't wait to see how the author wraps everything up.
The best yet, keeps getting better!
Wow, this is the best yet in the series. At this rate, I fully expect the next one to blow my mind. All the different plot threads are starting to come together, and even though I absolutely love some hot sex, there is much more story and development to this one. Aaron and Blake might be my favorite couple. I loved how we got plenty of their romantic development and Aaron’s discovery process, without overwhelming the story with sex. Them being just a bit kinky upped it even further for me. Super excited to get more movement on the story line for Indy’s ex, and can’t wait to find out how that all concludes. Honestly, this whole series is a bit of a surprise for me. Lots of elements that are normally not my thing, and I would usually pass on, but somehow it works. So I recommend trying the series even if you’re a little hesitant, it might surprise you too. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader’s copy.
so this is a book that is best read in series order
Ok....so this is a book that is best read in series order. It's not a stand alone, so don't think of it as one. There are character's from book one and two txt are heavily mentioned throughout the story. And...so, book 3 in the No Fear series brings us Aaron, brother to Josh and Blake, jiujitsu teacher to Indy. I was not a fan of Josh's reaction to his brother in book 2. I felt that Josh could have been more understanding and found his reaction somewhat childish. Aaron....while a literal adult, has adhered to his parent's rules for a long time. When he finally decides to rebel, to come out...he is disowned. And Josh tosses him aside as well. This really made me dislike Josh. Blake is a man who doesn't do relationships, but something about Aaron draws him into one. He wants to mentor him, help him, and love him, protect him. At first, he's somewhat pit off my Aaron, but the more time they spend together the quicker he falls. So, while their story is developing, Indy, Noah, Josh and Connor are still dealing with Indy's past and what they need to do to secure their future. All in all, a decent continuation in this series with solid character development.
A new kink with deep emotion
I love this series!! Something that is important to me as a reader is consistency. Each of the books in this series is consistent- each is excellent, every couple is unique and interesting. There are no cardboard cutouts here. She fleshes the umbrella story out through the three books (soon to be four) so be aware that they are not standalones. However each couple gets their book to shine. In No Fear, Aaron is lost and foundering. Blake becomes his anchor and center. This book definitely introduced me to a new kink that I found appealing and really fit the characters. Phoenix always handles kink and the steamy scenes so well. She explains the unfamilar in ways that makes it so intriguing without it becoming a 101 lesson. We also get a glimpse of what life was like for Josh by understanding the hell that Aaron went through. It's a journey of self-discovery for Aaron as well as an awakening for Blake. Full of emotion, depth of character and complex relationships, it is a must read. Phoenix's books are always perfectly edited and smart- her writing style is very engaging. Her stories are addictive. I usually read them in one sitting and stay up way too late! Nora Phoenix has become a must read author for me.
Incredibly hot, romantic and suspenseful
Hot, hot, hot! Blake and Aaron burned up the pages. Blake hadn’t even been on my radar in the previous books in this series, but boy did he stand out here. So wonderfully sexy, smart, sweet, protective and romantic, he and Aaron were perfect together. Then there was also the continuing story of the other four men from the first two books. The suspense has built and built, but this ends with a cliffhanger so I can’t wait to read the next book to see how it all plays out.
This book is chocked full of love, sex and danger like you will not believe ...
This story cannot be read alone it is the third book of an on going situation that has far reaching effect, it is also the story of Aaron and Blake and their new found interest in each other. Who would have thought that BDSM could be so interesting? Indy, Josh, Noah, Connor, Aaron and Blake are strongly featured in each of these books. This book is chocked full of love, sex and danger like you will not believe until you see how everything comes down to the final chapters of this riveting story!! The amazing thing is that it really doesn't end here, there is one more book due out January 26th, No Shame, so you might want to preorder your copy now because I sure the heck am doing that!!!!! This series is a sure winner that will keep you on your toes. From the first book No Filter where the danger first begins then into No Limit where the danger escalates and No Fear where the danger is "Handled" in the most amazing way!
Engrossing, Get-Lost-In-It series
Perfect series for addictive binge reading. Connor’s plan is in motion, and while we don’t get the details (since it’s not a caper series, but it would be a great one) you get to see how it all works out. Indy is doing his best surviving under the FBI’s protection, while Noah copes without Josh, Indy or Connor. Meanwhile, Aaron, Josh’s estranged younger brother is finding his true self with Blake (the jiu-jitsu instructor). There’s so much going on! I admit I had a bit of a hard time accepting who Aaron turned out to be, but so did everyone else except Blake - and, of course, NP makes it all believable.
Puppy love
I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single book in this series is better than the last. You'd think it would get overwhelming following several couples, but Nora gets you so invested in every single character that you can't wait to learn more about all their lives and loves. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the puppy play aspect, but as with everything Nora Phoenix has written, I found myself sucked into it and totally on board with the characters reasons for their sometimes unconventional needs. I absolutely love this series and this book is no exception. Absolutely captivating and one you won't be able to put down.
Action, suspense, intrigue, romance, kink and very steamy!! A must read series!
Action, suspense, intrigue, romance, kink and very steamy!! No Fear is book 3 of this amazing series. I am absolutely hooked and must say that that you must read each book in the series to truly understand and appreciate the awesome story. The feature couple of this book is Aaron and Blake and they are just kinda perfect for each other. They brought out a love and caring that i didn't expect and found very special. i really enjoyed watch Aaron and Blake find each other! The other couples are key to this story as the plot becomes more complicated and the action even more intense. I loved seeing Indy and Noah and Conner and Josh, it was really wonderful to see them develop and grow in their relationships. Such strong and amazing men. This is an amazing series and worth every minute of the time you spend reading this romantic adventure.
Aaron and Blake
These books just get better and better!!! Aaron is Josh's brother and is messed up. His parents did a number on him, his brother hates him, he has no confidence, a virgin, and just came out. He is just trying to live day to day. Blake is a jujitsu instructor, who takes Aaron in, because he is a fixer. Josh, Indy, Noah, and Connor return as Indy is on the run again. Just when you think you know how the story is going to go, another twist happens. I loved Aaron, with his femme self. My favorite thing is his list of 5 things he wants to be and 5 things he doesn't. You see his maturity so much! I did voluntarily read an advanced reading copy of this book!
Tissues required...
This series is so good. It needs to be read in order. This is book 3 with Noah, Indy, Josh and Connor as important secondary characters. The romance centers around Aaron and Blake. Aaron is newly out and has lost everything and everyone. Blake is a natural caretaker but is not interested in nor looking for a relationship. Fortunately, fate puts them together and they find exactly what they need in each other. The author does a brilliant job of continuity in the main story of Indy and the crew. I cried tears of sadness and joy...loved this book!
WOW, WOW, WOW!!!
WOW!! Spectacular continuation of this brilliant series. Packed with drama, action, suspense, emotion, and lots of loving. Aaron is like a lost puppy and Blake is just perfect for him, Blake sees the real Aaron and helps bring him forward. They are a wonderful couple and their chemistry and connection are off the charts. We also get to see Josh, Connor, Indy and Noah and their evolving story as Indy's past catches up with all of them and puts them all in danger. I'm now on pins and needles waiting for the next book!! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I enjoyed the first two books
I felt really connected to this book compared to the first two books. I enjoyed the first two books, but the relationship dynamics were hard for me to really piece together and understand. This book gave me that final shove I needed to understand and appreciate all of the love between Indy, Noah, Josh and Conner. Also, I love Blake and Aaron. It was nice seeing Aarons character development and his coming into himself. Again, I really like getting the POVs of multiple characters in the book. The author is a great writer and the way she intertwines the Indy/Fitzpatrick storyline throughout the books is intriguing and awesome! I am super excited to read the last book!
Jam packed action
Book 3 brings it! I’m loving how the author continues the storyline of the original three men and brings other major characters in. Each character plays off each other and the newest members bring a fresh story to the ensemble. Book 3 had more crime action than the previous two books. The author sets up each new dilemma with pin point accuracy, delving into the mindset of the characters.
This series is one of the best I have ever read
This series is one of the best I have ever read. These books don't play by the rules and that is why I love them so much. I would encourage anyone to read the first two books before delving into this one. Every single character pulls at my heart strings for a different reason. I wanted to dislike Aaron in the last book but he wouldn't let me amd Blake wasn't on my good side from the first book. Together they won my heart. I think I need to buy stock in Kleenex tissues after all the crying I do during these books.
Loved it!
Wow they just keep getting better. I really enjoyed Blake and Aaron's story. This book hit all the things I enjoy. Erotica, suspense, emotions, it had real substance to it. I love a book that has a lot of sex to it, but it makes it all the better when we have a real story with it also. It did have a little kink to it with the puppy play, I thought it worked for them. I am so excited to read the next book in series, to see how the series wraps up. Thanks to the author for my copy of this book.
No Fear
Loved it. This book picks right up where No Limits left off. It is full of action and moves the story arc way forward. Lots of stuff happening. My only slight suggestion is I would have liked more of Blake and Aaron but it was such a full book and when you get so much interaction with all the characters I can see where some things need to be cut back. Get love story on many levels.
Loved It!
I’m not sure I can put into words how much I love not only this book, but the entire series. The author has weaved a tale that is at times heartbreaking, pulls on your heartstrings, and full of love and friendship. The characters are complex, complicated beings you can’t help fall in love with and want to see happy. There is a hint of what is to come and can’t wait to read what happens. I received a copy of this book from the author, my review has been voluntarily submitted.
Heartwarming
First off if you've not read the first two books in this series, ya need to do so.....that way you'll have the whole picture. I have to say that Aaron and Blake are my favorite couple so far, despite the fact that I totally disliked Aaron in book two. Their relationship is a complex thing, and you can feel everything they're going through. I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.
Lots of intrigue, 5 stars!
The author is a bit of a master, mixing up various characters and still keeping the plot lines running smoothly. She has intrigue, lots of sex, lots of action, what's not to like about her books. This is a continuous story, so the previous books in the series have to be read in order. It amazes me, how new characters are added with each book and them become part of the story so easily. Start from the first one and continue on, you'll be glad you did.
perfection
so much of this story was spent on the edge of my seat going no no no no no no and nope.. lol several of the spots i was going.. why... why is this happening.. why is this going on.. why are they even together.. but then... something amazing happens and it all makes total sense.. it all comes together and is wonderful.. i loved this so much.. i love the other characters still involved... i love seeing them all figuring things out slowly.. everything was wonderful.. i am so glad i read this one and i cannot wait for the next one
Best new M\M author of 2017!
Love love love the no shame series by Nora Phoenix. From the 1st book about Indy and Noah, I have been hooked. Stories are well written, well researched and she has outstanding side characters. This is the story of Aaron, brother of Josh. But you still have the ongoing mystery of Indy and lots of romance from Josh, Indy, Connor and Noah. This series is fantastic and I can't wait to read book 4
Another great book
Nora has done it again, had me hooked from beginning to end. I've fallen in love with all of her characters in this particular series, especially Indy. Aaron is my new favorite, he is so sweet, naive and vulnerable. Enter Blake, he is just what/who Aaron needs to guide him, to help him become who truly is.
Loved It💖
This series just keeps getting better and better. Each one builds off of the one before, bringing forth characters from the periphery of the previous books and placing them center stage so that they finally come into their own. Engaging characters and great storylines keep me hungry for more. *I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book*
Excellent
Wow, very well done. I'm so impressed with this latest installment. True to the previous build, this one continues with the expected characters as well as a couple of new ones you're going to want to root for too. This is a fully realized series instead of the typical separate romances just set in the same world with loose connections to previous characters. Very, very well done!
Oh my!
The things in this book that I didn't see coming are too much to count!! I mean, wow!! I'm enjoying this series so much h and have become attached to Indy, I'll be sad to not be reading about him and Noah an Josh and Connor. I can't wait to read what comes next!
No Shame series
No Shame series I really enjoyed reading this book, actually I really enjoyed reading the series the story truly unfolds over the entire series. Granted it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I love the relationships through out the series.
Make new friends but keep the old.
I am so glad I found this series. One more book left. I wonder what Nora has in store for us. She has surprised me through every so glad story so far. The characters are so vivid that you can't help but fall in love with them. Each character and plot is so unique you just can't help but fall in love over and over again. It's more than puppy love it full blown love that last a lifetime.
WOW!
This story was unbelievable and the best one out of the series! I loved how all the previous characters are in this and some new ones. Blake and Aaron’s story was not what I expected and a bit short considering the later end of the book was mostly about Indy. Needless to say I loved it!
Noooooo!
It can't end like this. We've (yes I include myself in the struggle because I've been there every step of the way) fought so hard to get here and we need closure! I'm so glad there is a book 4! This is a fantastic series and each new character brings their own set of strengths and weaknesses to an amazing group of men and more issues that need to be addressed.
Free at last
Indy is in hiding, Josh is in the mental hospital, Noah is in his dark space, Connor left for Boston, Blake and Aaron find themselves. This book was a nail bitter, left me mad emotional dark and wanting them all to fight for what they had but all so well written. Now on to the last to see where they end up.
Another excellent story
This was another excellent story in this series. It pulled me in and made it difficult to put the book down for any reason. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next story
Awesome
Book 3 in the No Shame series is awesome. Let me start with Aaron and Blake. I loved the dynamic of their relationship. Blake was instrumental in helping Aaron be himself and to love himself. I'm glad we got some resolution in the Indy situation. He and Noah belong together. Great book, great writing. I can't wait for book 4.
Nora Phoenix hits all the feels!
No Fear left me sitting on the edge of my seat. I was so ready to read the next book in the series but having to wait a month made me antsy. I loved seeing Aaron discover himself and it's inspired me to do the same. I would love to find the ease with myself that Aaron is finding in the book. Loved it!
Great Read in an Awesome series
Great series. Great book in the series. Well written. Interesting. Characters well developed and fleshed out. Story line is well developed and flows. Read first two books before. Enjoy this one.
Another book to suck you in...
Another excellent book in the series, though the relationships and characters are getting more complicated. There are quite a few story lines here, which keeps things interesting...
Beauty in all things
I love that Blake helps Aaron realize who he truly is. It's difficult changing your views after you have been taught to hate people who are different. I loved seeing Aaron grow into an independent young man with a love of fashion and makeup.
This one contained less sex and more plot
This series has been good. Not phenomenal, but good. Sex doesn't solve every issue. The characters have depth. I would have liked more of Conner's part to have been written in this book.
Loved this!
This is my favorite so far in this series. Aaron was a difficult character to like at first, knowing all he had done to Josh, but he turned it around. His relationship with Blake is truly heartwarming.
The series gets better and better!
I was prepared to not like this book as much as the first two because I did not expect to like Aaron and in the beginning, I didn't. Which made it all the more special once he figured things out and I absolutely loved him. He was a jerk at first but he was figuring things out. He has spent most of his life being as aggressive and arrogant as possible because he believed that was the way a man was supposed to behave. Once he met Blake and learned that it was okay to be himself he absolutely bloomed. Add to that the continuing story of Josh, Indy, Connor and Noah and this book was a winner!
Great story telling
Really enjoying series. The relationships that develope between the characters are very heart warming and the exciting story lines are a great bonus!!
Loved
This is seriously such a great series. I can’t wait for more. I hear there’s a spin off series coming.
Another great book in this series.
I really enjoyed reading the third book in this series. Such great characters and world building. It feeks like watching a TV series instead of reading a book. A very talented author. On to book 4.
Awesome read!
Absolutely loved this entire series. The author is amazing at creating real, flawed characters and letting them live and grow and thrive through it all. As usual it left me wishing for just one more book.
A thoroughly engaging book from start to finish!
Just keeps getting better...thoroughly enjoyable read from beginning to end. Definitely another great book to this series but make sure you read the first two books to get the full effect.
Wowza!
This series is so interesting and full of such excitement! The plot is so good and would actually make a good movie. I didn't know there was to be another in the series, but I'm curious to see how everything works out.
Great
I really enjoyed this book . I would recommend this story . It is not a stand alone . cannot wait for the last one .
Well written
Aaron and Blake as a couple are. Awesome and the following story of Indy along with Noah, Josh and Connor as we read through the books is written so well. Love this series heaps
Omg!
I have read the first three in this series and now I’m waiting for the last book! I am so hooked
Oh my God!
I am so in love with this series and these men! Hot, sexy and perfect for each other! Read this series! Do it!
Five Stars
So good
Indy is my hero!
After everything he is being through I can’t believe he is finally going to have his happy ever after. This series is seriously the best. I love the storyline and how everything intertwined. I can’t see wait for he next book.
Well holy......
Thank goodness I am on vacation because I can’t stop reading this series! FABULOUS. I am kind of the one and done reader but wow. So good. Excuse me while l get the next book. Must read!
Five Stars
Loved this book!!!! The whole series is absolutely wonderful!!
My heart can't take this roller coaster ride
I didn't like Aaron much at first but I've read too many books where a character has been redeemed to count him out. He just needed his story to be told. I really liked the different dynamics of his relationship with Blake. I liked how pieces of Aaron were revealed in a way that made me grow to love him, right along with Blake. And though I'm normally not a fan of books that jump around between stories, I loved that Blake and Aaron's story unfolded right alongside the continuing story of Indy, Noah, Josh and Connor. I liked that we got to see more of Aaron and Josh's relationship, even though I didn't like that Josh was so harsh. There was a lot more action in this book than the prior books and I really enjoyed that but the emotion was also ramped up. These guys have put my heart through the ringer but I feel like we're right on the edge of a NEW for all these guys and I can't wait to see it play out.
A heart warming and emotional ride
What’s not to love - a new couple but all our favaourite men still there. Nora draws us into Aaron and Blake’s story while still keeping the overall adventure moving forward. A rollercoaster of highs and lows but smiles, oohs and aahs on the way.
