Nightmare Grayscale: A Horror Coloring Book with Terrifying Monsters, Evil Women, Dark Fantasy Creatures, and Gothic Scenes for Relaxation (Horror Coloring Books for Adults)

EDIT: Sometimes I can be less than observant, so I'm editing this with my observation. It is not an issue or me, so the review maintains the 5-star, but for others, it may be an issue. The pictures duplicate. There are 25 drawings that then duplicate. I do not find this to be an issue because if I mess up coloring or want to try a different color scheme, I'll be able to do so. ------------------------------------- Original post: - Paper quality - Not overly thick but much better than other coloring books I've purchased. I prefer colored pencils, so I cannot speak to how it would handle markers. - One-sided - this is important, to me. I prefer to not have double-sided pictures. It's a quirk. However, when using markers, I consider it to be very important. As I said, I haven't tried it in this book, yet, but from experience, when using a marker, regardless of how the marker is listed (won't bleed) it is always a risk and it annoys me. - Choices - there are plenty of pictures to choose from, so if one or two doesn't fit your style, not a problem. - Drawing - I love Halloween, so although it isn't listed as a Haloween coloring book, it falls into the category for me. I love the grayscale, which helps with the coloring itself. It allows me to use the same color in several areas with different results. This is the first Jade Summer book I've purchased and I will say it won't be the last.

Jade summer coloring books are amazing. Both simple, yet detailed enough. Greyscale is a whole different type of coloring and I've come to really enjoy it. I love horror and anything related to it, so when I saw this coloring book and the images that were shown, just on the back of it, i could not resist the urge to buy it. Wonderful pictures of creepy and ghoulish things that aren't too scary for young ones, but enough for adults to enjoy. I would definalty recommend this to anyone who loves greyscale and horror to go ahead and give this book a chance. Single sided pages with black backs just like many of jade summers books. Cant wait to start my first page. And if I can remember to add a colored picture when I finish one I will update with it so you can see what the greyscale looks like colored. Edit++added colored pages for viewing:) loving this book.

Love this coloring book. Its well made and very easy to color on with all ranges of colored pencils. I have used cheaper ones and expensive ones and they all look really good.
