This is ALMOST the complete story of NASCAR. The book goes deep into the story behind the history of NASCAR. This book has each years results and stories of the drivers and teams. Unfortunately the content is heavily based on only three races and their tracks. Daytona, Darlington and Talladega stories dominate the reading. There is only a minor mention of all of the other races in the NASCAR circuit. This book would be a much more comprehensive and enjoyable read if the content was equally about all of NASCAR'S races and tracks and their stories. There is much more to the story of NASCAR than just three race tracks !

WOW! What an amazing book! This is for my grandson for Christmas, who, at 11, is a total NASCAR nut. He is going to flip out! It is very thick and heavy, top quality, tons of pictures, stories, stats, etc. if you have a NASCAR fan in your family, or a friend that is, this would make the perfect gift for them.

I purchased this for my grandson who is a NASCAR fanatic. He loves that it shows the configuration of all of the tracks, and gives insight into the history and untold stories. Very enjoyable book for the whole family

Sooooo nice! Got this for my little 12 year old NASCAR freak. Didn’t expect such a quality-looking book! Nice as a coffee table book. And the book is divided by decade and tells a lot of side stories - things you won’t find on Google unless you dig deep and have the time to research. It really gives a nice, full history of how the sport came about and how it became what it is today. Whether a gift or for yourself, I think most people would be really pleased with it.

I love this book! It is a large, heavy book with a beautiful cover filled with a comprehensive history of NASCAR. Anyone that loves racing would love this book. It is filled not only with great information but also with a ton of pictures.

Holy cow! This book is over 600 pages, hardback (leatherbound I think) and loaded with everything you could ever want to know about NASCAR. Bought it for my son's birthday (he's a huge fan & he's very much a facts/figures kid) - I couldn't have made a better selection. Well worth much more than I paid for it.

I bought this as a gift, but I look through it before I gave it. I loved it and my friend loved it. Heavy duty book with a nice solid cover. Definitely worth the price.

The item arrived with a few small scratches on the cover & binding; which was disappointing. But ultimately the intended recipient loved the book. Definitely a good coffee table book for NASCAR fans.

I bought this book as a gift for a person who has everything and wants nothing. It was perfect!! He hasn’t put it down since he received it. Lots of history and details about all NASCAR tracks, drivers and cars.

What a wonderful surprise. This tome is much larger and heftier than I thought it would be. Filled with colorful pictures and information, I know my son will go crazy for this book. Honestly, I’m not sure how it’s priced this low. It feels like an item that should cost 3-4 times as much. Highly recommended!

My father is the biggest NASCAR fan and the book itself is a beautiful gift with tons of info. The leather cover came with a long scratch on it but I didn’t have time to make a fuss over it bc I needed to give the gift. Well received regardless of the scratch

This edition of "NASCAR: The Complete History" contains all of the information up to and including the 2016 NASCAR Nextel Cup season, jam-packed with all kinds of historical information and tons of classic images of all the important events from the beginnings of NASCAR in 1948 through the present day (2016 season).

This book is incredible! At first, I was astounded at the sheer size and production quality of the book. It has a hardcover that has a leather-like feel/look to it, and a big plastic piece on the front with the NASCAR logo, and it is huge. 600+ pages. But the depth of information within the book has started 100 conversations in our home. Photos, stats, history, profiles -- year by year, race by race, driver by driver. This is THE NASCAR book to own.

Great book but it didn’t have anything about the Gander Outdoor truck series but the rest of the book is great.

My father LOVES IT! he is a huge NASCAR fan and loves this book. He says the words are a little small though for his vision! But the images are great and the cover is awesome. It is a hefty book and well worth the price. Wish it was shipped more carefully as it was a little banged up.

Sehr viele Bilder von der Geschichte der NASCAR und Streckenbeschreibungen, Rennaufnahmen, Fahrerportraits von den NASCAR Siegern von der 1940ern bis in die 2000er Jahre. Texte sind aber alle in Englisch. Das Buch ist etwas für NASCAR Fans und die die es werden wollen. Dank PayTV kann man ja nun die Rennen der NASCAR auch in Europa besser verfolgen

This book is solid. Very well constructed with the leatheresque cover, and though I’m admittedly not a NASCAR buff, there’s so much information in here that I remember seeing some of it occur while my Dad watched the events when I was growing up. Hes going to love opening this on Father’s Day.
