We escaped the Institute, but sometimes you bring the cage with you.

I feel like I'm a shell of what I was, part of me crying out for the man I left behind, but the other is determined to live no matter what. For my child.

But living means dealing with the consequences of our escape. I thought it was going to be me and Jai against the rest of the world, but now there's Zane and all the other men I freed. They stood back in respect to our bond, but with Jai caged by his own pack, they're closing in.

But why have his own people decided to hold him in a cell rather than let him come to me? Why do they seem to think they can break our mate bond? And how can we get him free?

It's going to take all five of us to get my mate back and more besides and in doing so, I'm going to learn more about myself, Nan and my home than I ever wanted.

That's OK. They either free my mate, or I'm prepared to nail those old men to the wall.

All of the feels

The beginning of this book felt like a huge ball of pain - Shannon's suffering and depression front and center. And who could blame her really? She left the love of her life behind in order to protect her future. But Shannon doesn't just have one mate and those with her watch over her. When they finally succeed in getting her out of her cocoon it opens Shannon up to all of her possibilities. She finally starts to see the other men and starts to really develop each relationship. Zane, the angry panther, surprisingly steps up and earns Shannon's love. Then there's Caleb, who I really, really hope can work it out with Jai cause he needs Shannon and she needs him. Then there's Kaz and Nero who worked their issues and are including Shannon into the mix. Gaden, well he needs to really work things out for himself and decide what he wants but I think Shannon letting him be and not forcing anything has helped. Her offer to him I also think turned the tide in her favor. Then there's Jai, a side character in this book. Despite the crappy situation it was needed - how else would he accept Shannon's other mates, her pack? I don't think it would've been so easy if he didn't feel she needed the protection without him by her side. As per usual Sam Hall has left us with lits of questions- who is Finn? Who was that guy in the end? Will it work out with Caleb and Jai's wolves? Will the Outpost continue to be their haven? What will Gaden decide? And so many more... As a final note, I loved the incorporation of Celtic mythology. It was unexpected but I thought it brought more to the story.

I want to curse but the Zon denies me!

This is book 2 in a new series by one of the most smut-ilicious new indie (even though she’s Aussie) new authors out there. It had a intriguing plot, action to keep you gasping and the yum is off the Michelin charts yum-tasted. There is no alpha to girthy in the loins, no who-hoo too gushing, no amount of sloppy second suck ups too sucky upper...okay point is the level of skin time is amazing and written in full techno disco ball glory. The story arc is not so cliffhanger that you will need to kill Sam, the author, before the next book, but you will be in ‘NEED’ (when you read the book you’ll get that reference and smile)

Sexy shifter fun and intrigue

This book picks up right where Tail’Em left off, with Shannon reeling from the loss of her mate. What I love about Sam’s writing is that you feel everything right along with the characters. You also have no idea what to expect next and that’s what kept me turning the pages. This book was emotional, yes, but there was also plenty of action and intrigue. And steam. Holy moly is there STEAM. The ending sort of blew my mind and I have absolutely no clue where the next book is going, and that’s what makes this such an exciting story. 5 sexy, steamy shifter stars for Sam Hall and Nail ‘Em!

This book was all it promised and more!

I absolutely loved this book. It was a perfect follow-up to the first in the series. The relationship development was phenomenal and I loved getting to know everyone's personalities that much better. The plot development was fantastic as well. To see Shannon's harem stand behind her as things went wrong was amazing. I can't wait for book three!

Hot!

The sex scenes are sizzling! Ok , so the writing and characters are a bit of alright as well! This is definitely a page turning , bags under my eyes because "who needs to sleep" kind of book. Ugh and waiting for the next is gonna suck. Did I mention the hot sex scenes? Oof !

It's getting good!

I'm loving this storyline! In this book Shannon learns more about herself, her powers, and her past. She also begins to work out her mate bonds, the feelings involved and how her pack works. Looking forward to more books in this series!

Another Hit for Sam Hall

I am loving the connections that Sam has created in this series between Shannon and her guys. There bond is so strong - even with the fear of the unknown future and traumatic past. I can’t wait to see how adding Jai in the mix will change the dynamic of what Shannon and her other mates currently have. I can’t wait until book 3 is out and the next part of the journey begins.

Nail 'Em

Nail them she did.Shannon is a force to be reckoned with. She had to get Jai out then everything would fall in place.Someone has been watching her and who know s what will happen now.

Wow!!

So much happened in this book and yet not enough at the same time. I was frustrated at times of the snails pace at which the FMC’s relationships were developing with her mates, but I get that it gives a more natural feel to them as well. Huge cliff hanger and now I have to wait until next year! I’m sure it will be worth the wait though.

Great shifter RH!

For anyone who loves a good RH story with sexy shifters that worm their way into your heart, then don't pass this series up! Book 1 was mind blowing with the emotional rollercoaster. Book 2 gave us a bit more insite into Shannon and her mates, making for a fantastic read.

DNF

As much as I wanted to know what happened, I just couldn't finish it. The idea is good and I liked the characters but the whole thing was taking too long. I got bored in the middle and forced myself to keep going but ultimately did not finish. Sorry.

Wow!

I definitely did not see some of that coming! But holy cow if this book wasn't just as amazing as the first one! I absolutely love this series and Shannon and her kick bitt attitude

So good!

Such a great book! I love getting to know the guys better and Shannon learning more about her powers and the babies! Can’t wait for book 3!

Excellent

This sequel is as good as the first book. It blended sexual tension with recovering from trauma so well. I highly recommend.

Love it!!

Hard to put down. Love reading this book of finding inner strength and love. Amazing read I can't wait to read the next one!

An A+ read from Sam Hall... I loved the bonding and family moments here!

The group is trying to recover at Outpost while Shannon comes to terms with the separation from Jai, the idea of her newly formed pack, and her growing family. Meanwhile, the guys are trying to navigate the new dynamics. The existing relationship between Nero and Kaz continues to grow deeper outside of the Institute. At the same time, each of the guys wants to deepen their bond with Shannon while respecting Jai’s absence. With family members dropping in for levity and even more bonding moments, this became an instafavorite. Freeing Jai is the priority with the group, so their family/pack can be the unit they’ve all declared it to be. I loved the secondary characters that were introduced to help in their efforts, and they have a scene that made me laugh so hard... Anyway, Sam always has more tricks up her sleeve and this had an ending I never saw coming! Now I can’t wait for what’s next...

Loved it!

Nail 'Em is the second book in the Jailbreak series and it was filled with an emotional rawness, undeniable love, and so much steam I felt like I was in a sauna, I loved it! This book pulled me in and didn't want to let me go, I had a hard time putting this one down. I don't even know where to start, gawd it was so much. The book picks up right where the first book left off, with Shannon dealing with the emotional fallout of what happened in the Capricorn Institute and after they escaped. Shannon and the guys went through so much while captured and Shannon even more after they're freed so everyone is dealing with PTSD but it seems especially hard on Shannon. Shannon had a mostly normal life and then everything went to shit and even worse yet she is separated from Jai, her first mate, and longtime love. In the beginning, Shannon isn't the strong female she was at the end of Tail 'Em, she has lost a lot and has so many raw emotions running rapid and it's all too much on her system. She is learning to cope not only with her feelings but with all of the guys' feelings as well and by the end she has grown herself to be an even stronger, more confident person than before. It's a great way of showing that while things may happen and you may hit lows you can always build yourself back up. While this story did have some action it was primary focused on the characters. On Shannon building relationships with the guys, learning small little tidbits about them, and connecting on a whole new level. I loved getting more information about the guys, some of their families come into play and I got a whole new insight into who they are. I loved how they took their time with Shannon, they wanted to connect to her, and Zane has been the best mate Shannon could have asked for. He is caring, protective, loving, and supportive, much different from the Zane in the previous book, I loved him. I also got a much deeper looking in Kaz and he kinda broke my heart, how he is feeling deep down, all the things he went through. Ugh, my heart goes out to Kaz and I can understand Nero's protectiveness, heck I want to protect him myself. Nero surprised the heck out of me in this book, he was a little hot and cold but in the end... . I can't say anything else about the guys without giving things away but I want to see that my heart swells at the relationship everyone is forming, it was one of the best things about this book. The story was great and held my rapt attention. First, the group is dealing with Caleb's dad, and let me tell you the man is a piece of work. I couldn't stand him much like how I didn't like Jai's pack and now things are becoming so clear as to what was off about them and that little shocking plot twist was something to behold. Not to mention all the mystical information that somehow got tied seamlessly into the story, werewolf myths, shifter religion and so much more came into play and it was fascinating. The nerd in me rejoiced about all this new, cool information and I want more of it. More myths, more shifter lore, a better understanding of Moon Mother, I want all of it. I am hoping to read a little more about it in the next book. Nail 'Em was the book for a few shocking plot twists and the biggest reveal I have ever read, gawd this book kept me riveted. All the dirty secrets were coming out, the tentative allies and not quite knowing who to trust, then add in growing powers and all the relationship drama and a missing mate. With the biggest plot twist I have ever seen at the end, Nail 'Em was one heck of a ride and I can't wait to see what fresh hell is gonna happen in the next book. I am beyond ready for Jail 'Em, bring it on.

Holy Shift!

This was so great. It picked up where book one left off and I was immediately thrown back into the story. The heartbreak Shan feels for leaving Jai is almost overwhelming. Her pack is torn between keeping her safe and watching her suffer wanting to free Jai. I am so upset at the restraint Caleb shows, not wanting to do anything without having Jai back first. It’s driving me insane. I really need more Gaden. Shannon mentions being able to help him deal with the loss of his mate and I really hope that happens. This book seemed to read more like a prologue but I loved every second of it and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next one. I definitely recommend you read this!

Another great book in this series!

I loved everything about this book. There is so much action and steam. The character and world building is great. I love getting to know all the guys better and how thoughtful Shannon is about taking mates. Her emotional turmoil over Jai is heartbreaking but with the help of her guys she is able to get through. Zane is so sweet, everything that he did for Shannon made me love him instantly. Caleb too, what he is willing to do/wait for. This whole world is amazing. One of my favorites and I did not want to leave it. Everything with the stone and what it does blew my mind. I am so happy with the end. So many more questions that i can't wait to find out the answer to.

Second installment in a hot shifter reverse harem series!

This is the second book in the Jailbreak series and picks up exactly where book 1 left off. So, if you haven't read Book 1, you should stop reading this review! Shannon has escaped from the facility with Jai, Zane, Kazimir, Caleb, and Gaden, but is forced to leave her first love, Jai, behind. Through the course of this book, Shannon builds relationships with all the rest of the men, even a tentative one with Gaden. I enjoyed this book a lot. The story is engaging and there is enough steam to satisfy the thirstiest reader. I would say that this is a medium to fast burn paranormal reverse harem. I like all of Sam Hall's books, but I really love this series.

Layers upon layers of intrigue!

You know what I have figured out about Sam Hall series? Each and every one starts with characters struggling thru something (of course they do) but then you get to see all of the layers to that struggle. You feel the characters emotions. You take the journey with them. Then when you think you have plummed all the depths of the story and its characters, she hits you with a few new layers of intrigue and leaves you with your mouth hanging open salivating for more! You know how in some books you can see all the plot lines and foreshadowing and it frustrates you a bit? You won't have that problem here. This book was soooo incredibly good. The FMC is heartbroken but trying to work thru her heartache for those she cares about. Though she is relatively safe, she knows in her heart she is not. She spends so much time being criticized or having her character called into question. I found that a bit hard to read. There were times I wanted to shake her and other times I wanted to high five her. There were times I felt like she didn't deserve all of the love and consideration she was getting from her men. Ultimately, she fines her core of strength and does what she needs to for herself and her men. All I can say is read it. Read it and then you too will know the pain of the wait for the next one hahaha. Better yet, go and read the first one again before reading the second one. That's what I did and I am glad I did. Trust me. Do it.

I loooooove this series!

I honestly think I loved this book more than the first! This is the second book in the series, I won’t put too many spoilers, but the relationship between Shannon and her guys is built up beautifully. I was so proud of Zane for stepping up and being the rock that Shannon so desperately needed. He wasn’t my favorite in the first book, like I couldn’t imagine him for someone for me (don’t lie to yourself, we all do this) and I’m honestly so happy with his character development. Kaz and Nero’s relationship with Shannon is something I’ve never seen before in the RH book outside of her works, but I love the dynamic and how they worked out something that works for them and explores their pasts. And Gaden. Oh Gaden. I love him and I love the way he doesn’t want to betray his first mate. Also Jai. Jai is still mine  I didn’t find anything too triggering with this book like I did the first so if you’re on the fence from the first one, read this one! It’s like the happy ending we all want, but it’s not the ending!

An amazing continuance to an awesome series!!

First of all I love a good fat read... this was one of those! Secondly, this exceeded anything I could have imagined for the continuance of this series. Lots of character growth, relationship growth and even increased action in all forms. This book continues to build an amazing world, and story while still setting the ending up for more adventure and mystery to come. While there was a lot of action in this story I think the key highlight that I loved was the amount of time spent building up the characters and their relationships. Sam Hall made these characters real with real problems and fears and it made it so much easier to connect with the characters and so much easier to love them more. That ending was a fantastic mission that really brought this story together and tied up a ton of loose ends while still building on what we can expect to see next. To me this technically fell within the cliff hanger ending, so readers beware it’ll leave you with a book hangover!

Definitely a must read!!

Wow wow wow.... can’t specify enough on how awesome this book was, the first one Tail Em was also great but as she progresses with the storyline it’s amazing. Lovely way to build the characters even more and building up the fmc without making it obvious or dull. Swept through this read and left me absurdly wanting. There should be a WAP warning for sure as there are steamy scenes in this book that don’t really let up and really I can’t imagine anyone wanting it any differently. If you loved the first book I can only say this one definitely topped the first; I recommend freshening up by reviewing the first book Tail Em as Nail Em picks up rather quickly from the first book. But definitely recommend this to any Paranormal Romance fans as you will be sucked in the storyline quickly and like me be left wanting. Looking forward to Jail Em #3 of the Jail Break series💗💗💗

Hot, Loving, Exciting and so much MORE!

This book was as good as I knew it was going to be. I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen to Shannon and her mates. At first I wasn't sure about Nero but he slowly grew on me. Zane has stepped up and I love him to death. Kaz is a doll and is great but he was before. And Gaden, I CAN'T wait to see where this goes. He had such a heartbreak that you feel for him so hope it all works out (I love them all but but my something always draws me to a same soul, and I think thats why I like Gaiden so much). The Characters from the Outpost that Sam Hall gave us have great character depth and growth (I was excited to meet Mongrel and his crew). From Warren to Blaze. The meeting of some os Shannon's mates family. Nail ‘Em finds Shannon coming into her powers with the help of her men & growing the connections with them to take down the bad guys and take back Jai who they had imprisoned. Along the way, she learns there is so much more to her than what she was told by her grandmother. And who is Finn? Her father? What are his plans for the future of shifter kind? This series is a must read and I can't wait for book 3!!!

Amazing second book in this series!

Well this series just keeps getting better. Things are seriously starting to get interesting and even more intense in this book. I’m so happy this book picked up right where the previous one left off with the way the previous book ended. I needed to know what would happen next and this book delivered but now I desperately need the next book. I felt all of Shannon’s pain and emotions. The author does a fantastic job bringing the emotions to life for these characters and stories. Shannon learned even more about herself and her powers in this second book. I’m fascinated with the plot development and character development. Also the steam in this story was intense seriously hot hot hot! This series does not disappoint and I can’t wait to see what else is in store with this series.

A complete sensual trance!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this book. Would it be okay if I just said that I loved it and left it at that? Then I wouldn’t be doing this absolute masterpiece of a book justice. So, bear with me, because Sam Hall continues to blow my mind. In a style that is uniquely Sam Hall, Nail ‘Em picks up where we left Shannon and her makeshift harem. Where is that exactly? Geographically, Jai is still back in Australia, while the rest have made their way to the U.S. and Caleb’s father’s pack. Physically, they are battered, bruised, exhausted, tired, hormonal, antsy, anxious, and turned on. Emotionally, they are a bit paranoid, beaten down, scared, worried, lonely, angry, jealous, frustrated, confused, sad, curious, aroused, enamored, hopeful and in need. We get to know Caleb and Zane’s backgrounds a little more, see where they come from, what’s shaped them and made them into the men they’ve become. We get to see the harem solidifying their bonds with Shannon and with one another. We get to see Shannon coming into her own, discovering her power, owning that power, and claiming her loves. There is action and adventure, emotion and angst, love and steam. This story is missing nothing. I mean, it’s almost overwhelming with the emotions of Shannon and her pack. They are so real and they just waft off the page. Love, want, lust, need, heartbreak, and grief reign supreme. This book was almost poetic! I got lost in the words, the imagery, and the feelings that they created as if my thoughts were invaded and colored and all of my senses filled to the brim. It’s like being in the ocean and the feeling of being surrounded by water; how it slows your movements and you can’t help but be overcome by the waves, being pulled under, and finding yourself gasping for air once you’ve breached the surface and you’re just waiting for the next wave you just know is coming. Scene by scene, you just drown in this story and it’s such a delicious feeling to be so completely pulled into a story that its reality threatens your own. And the steam…OMG! Every scene was absolutely incredible and essential. There was this one quote that I read: “He was much slower, sweeter in his kisses now, ones that almost lulled me into a sensual trance.” And I said, yes that’s what this book is doing to me. It’s lulling me into a sensual trance. And it’s so much more than just about the sex. This book is deep with the emotions. That trance is a mind, body, and soul engulfing trance. I am so excited for the next part of this story!

Amazing must read

I can not express how much I loved this book! There is so much caring and understanding that happens in this. The guys truly step up and show the care for Shan and try to help as she’s trying to figure out one how to function after everything went down in the Institute and then how to get Jai back. I love the Zanes family gets a bit of a highlight in this book also as he women in his family sweep in and do what family does best lol. His ma came in guns a blazing and did want moms do best supporting caring and feeding. I can not wait to see what I going to happen next as their enemy starts to show his hand cause he has no idk what he truly faces!

Love it!

This is the 2nd book in the series and you are in for an emotional ride! Sam Hall is an amazing author and you can't go wrong with her books. This follows Shannon and the guys once they have been rescued from the Institute. They are trying to find out what has happened to Jai, how Shannons powers work and how this affects her pregnancy. I love how all of her mates are trying to take care of her and help her find Jai. There are some tough moments that they go through but it is balanced out with how amazing Shannon and the guys are. Also, can I say I love Zanes mom! I can't wait to read more!!

Buckle up!

Wow what a ride that was! If you liked the first book you will love the second. It picks up right where the last book left off and Shannon has a lot of processing to do. With the help of her guys she turns inward to unlock more of her powers and in doing so she begins to heal and find herself. There’s a lot of action in this book... seriously it could be brought to life in some sort of military ops action movie staring Tom Cruise. The steamy scenes were hot but they are not the focus of the book. Buckle up and enjoy the ride! I am looking forward to book #3!

Soooo good....

I was so excited for this book to come out and wow, was it worth the wait! I got so engrossed in the growth of the story and the character building that I had to be reminded to stop and eat. Each one of Shannon's guys has a place in my heart but it's Gaden I feel the most for and I can't wait to see what happens there. Sam's ability to write sexy, intense love scenes just keeps getting better and better - not too long, not too short, not too many and gives you just the right amount of tingles. Then there's the frustrating, anger-inducing and jaw-dropping cliffhanger...

Must read!

Nail'Em is going down as one of my all time favorite books! So many twists that come up and so much character building that my head was spinning. This book had so much heat as Shannon got to know her mates while planning and coming to terms with finding and rescuing Jai. I'm seriously in love with Nero, Kaz, Zane, Gaden, Caleb and Jai. I can't wait to see what develops with Gaden in the next book. This book is so full emotion that you're guaranteed to laugh and cry with these characters. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for book three. Well done Sam Hall!!

Need book 3 ASAP

We pick up right where the first book ended and takes us through the development of Shan’s relationships with the other guys and her missing Jai. Meanwhile poor Jai is alone except for the occasional time Shan can reach out to him via their connection. We learn more about her pregnancy and she officially takes on more of the guys as mates. With she finally gets to Jai he’s accepting of the other guys, him and Shan being a pack to protect the babies and all be together. I loved this book somehow even more then the first and with that cliffhanger I’m dying for book 3! 5 ⭐️s for Nail ‘Em 🐺

Fantastic book!

Nail em is the second book so do read book 1 before you start this beauty. Book 2 picks up where book 1 ended. The emotions here are real and raw and nearly made me cry. It also brings you heat levels that you want in a book and Sam does it expertly. I love that so much. Shannon is getting her footing juggling with mates and being pregnant at the same time. Love that Shannon isn't afraid to fight for her loved ones and she is a excellent leading lady. Not the dainty kind and I enjoy that. She can fight and she does it!

Hot Hot Hot. Book 2 is amazing.

Hot hot hot. Book 2 in Sam Hall's latest cliffhanger series: I loved this book. Great follow through on the plot line from book 1. Lots of steamy naughty bits. Lots of emotional flow with each mate as the relationships develop. It is so hard to give a review on this book without spoilers arg!!! I am chomping at the bit for Book 3

Even better than book 1!

Sam Hall seems to have an uncanny ability to make me feel. Nail'em hit me so hard in the feels and I am so invested in these characters that I'm left craving more. Nail'em is even better than book one with a slew of emotional connections, intense steamy scenes, and enough going on that you can't help but root for Shannon and her guys!

Dibs on Zane

With Shannon and the other shifters escaping the institute you would think we are in for a HEA, yet not so fast... With Jai being detained and imprisoned by his own people, in an attempt to break his mate bond with Shan, it will be up to her to find out why, understand her own powers, and gain support from her newly formed pack and friends to break him free. But things aren't as always uncomplicated and straightforward as they first seem... let the adventures continue in book 2 of Sam Hall's Jailbreak series.

Second just as good if not better than the first

This book took off right where the first one left off. So good, intriguing, and definitely recommend! The characters development, the genuine feelings and struggles they face with the reality of the past events and what their future holds. The world keeps building and is so much broader than the original setting. New characters are introduced, foreshadowing of bigger, monumental events to come, and finally getting to see the group dynamics at play out and how they will work together, for each other, and for their common goals.

Better & Better

I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book series keeps getting better! This book picked up exactly where the last one finished. I could not wait to see what was in store for Shannon and her harem. Nail ‘Em places Shannon coming into her own powers & growing the bond with her pack in order to take down the bad guys and bring back her first mate Jai. During her journey, she learns there is much more to her than what she has been told all her life. There was so much action-packed fun throughout the entire book that held my attention from the start. There was a great relationship build between all the characters that made everything seem more genuine. This series is a must read and I can’t wait for book 3!!

Queen of the Wolfes and other shifters

What a great story! The second book in the JailBreak series is so intense, Shannon starts seeing what She is and that things aren't always as we think. Her power is so cool and her mates leave all goey! The Snow leopard and the Wolfes... Now that is something that is Worth waiting for and I'm super curious about it! And that guy who says is her father? Soo suspicios. I loved it! Can't wait for the next One.

Absolutely Amazing!

This series keeps getting better and better. I’m aware that I have said this before, but the author’s ability to build these amazing worlds, is mind-blowing. I was worried that this book would not have the “reunion” take place, but I was very happy once getting to the end. Hopefully, Caleb will get his spotlight in the 3rd book. LOVE THIS SERIES along with others from Sam Hall! For any who have not had the pleasure of reading any of her work, HIGHLY recommend you do so!

Growly shifter’s and heat. A must read!

Wow. Sam Hall has done it again. What a perfect continuation of her cliff-hanger Jailbreak series. Nail ‘Em picks up with Shannon and her men trying to put themselves back together after their shared traumatic experience and mourning the separation from one of their pack members. As they strengthen their bonds, Shannon finds her powers intensifying and she knows what she has to do-NAIL ‘EM!! Sam Hall brings all the growly shifter heat with some fun nubs and prongs along the way (If you know, you know 😉). There’s also the terrific world building and character development we’ve all come to know and love from this phenomenal author. A must read!!!

Sooo good

Another great read and start to a new series for Sam. At the end of book 1 we had a heart broken as Shannon had to make a difficult situation. In book two she is paying the consequences of that decision and it has some hard consequences. While Shannon does have a rough go of it she also discovers a power that she has but never knew how to access. She has men surrounding her and oh what men they are. Each of these men I started to love more and more as we found out who they were. There are things at play that no one expected and I can't wait to see how this all plays out.

Sexy shifters and steamy scenes galore—another Sam Hall hit!

If you’re a fan of Sam Hall, well developed plots that leave you wanting more, shifter stories with super sexy scenes and characters that you want to have as your own—this book is for you! Nail ‘Em (thankfully) picks up right where Tail ‘Em left us hanging—and gives us 20 times more of everything! More heat, more mayhem, more emotions and of course more sexy scenes so steamy you may have to read them twice! Let’s just say thanks to Sam, Cat shifters now have a special place in my heart. In this book Sam craftily builds amazing relationships with her characters as she takes us on a journey where Shannon bonds with the other sexy shifters in her life as they search for a way to get her back with her first love and first mate, Jai. With their support and guidance, they help her explore her powers and learn where they actually come from and what they mean for their own little group/pack. Discoveries are made about the elders of Jai’s pack and what manipulation they’ve done to not only control Shannon and Jai, but also Jai’s entire pack—leading to an amazing accumulation at the end. If book 1 left you craving more then don’t delay and grab this one now. Though friendly warning: if you thought the ending of 1 left you going crazy for book 2...you haven’t read anything yet. ;)

Awesome, delicious series!

Wow! Sam has done it again! Sometimes I have no clue where the story is going (in a good way!) but once it clicks.... This story is hard to put down! Massive cliff hangar, but it's such an amazing book! I admit it- I got angry, sad, excited, turned on, every imaginable emotion throughout the story. I'm really invested in the people and their lives. I cannot wait for #3..

Great KU find

With Shannon running from the Australian pack with the other escaped shifters she is reeling. Trying to cope with missing the love of her life and new mate Jai, learning about her second mate Zane and her feelings for the others, and figure out who and what she is. Shannon really grows in this book. The hot scenes are there but the relationships and story building will keep you reading. Lots of action and suspense and just when you think that might be the happy ending...lets say you will be anxious to read the next book. Great series available on Kindle Unlimited.

Fantastic!

This is a fantastic follow-up to Tail ‘Em! I am absolutely loving these characters and this story! One of the things that I really love is that there are different types of shifters in Shannon’s harem, it makes things even more interesting! There is so much that goes down in this book that it is damn near impossible to put down! I cannot wait for the next book!

Great 2nd Book

Nail em is the 2nd book in this series, it was a little slow in the beginning and I struggled to get through the first part of the book, just because of how sad Shannon the FMC was. But after the first few chapters it picked back up and I actually got why the author started the book the way she did. This is a fabulous addition to the seires full of fun times and lots of steam. 🔥🔥🔥

All the mates!!!

This book was phenomenal! After Tail Em ended in a cliffhanger I was on pins and needles waiting for this one. It could have been all wrapped up in tension and pain but Sam Hall balanced it so well with all the growth with the rest of the men. I get so excited every time Shan takes a new mate. Can’t wait for the next one!

Wow

The anticipation and thrill of reading this book is amazing! I've been sucked in completely, trying my best to pace myself and get sleep but failing! This was a great sequel! Honestly when I got about halfway through I was wondering if I was reading the final book because it felt as though things were being wrapped up, but then of course another twist! I'm super excited to see what happens next. Also side note, I'm gonna need a story about mongrel and his crew if there isn't one already lol

Amazing!

This book is the second book in an amazing series! Shannon has come so far, with the help of her men. I can't wait to read what Shannon and her men will do next, to bring down her former captors.

I need more!

Starts ok making me wonder what happened to Shannon because she was a sniveling whiny character out of nowhere. but after a couple chapters she was back to being the fighter from book one. Even though I love the character Caleb his family I despise. Zane's family came in and save the day made me laugh my butt off. The book left me wanting book 3!

Great continuation!

This book brought on all of the feels. I am so glad the wait is finally over for us to find out what happens. We were left with a heartbreaking choice but one that had to be made. I highly recommend this sequel and if you haven't read the first book then what are you waiting for. You will not be disappointed!

Exceeds All Expectations

This book exceeded all expectations. Sam Hall conveys her character’s feelings. This book is heavy with feelings because of the fall out from Tail ‘Em. Shannon is going through so much that you can’t help but share her feelings. This was a great read and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Amazaballs continuation of series

You need to read book 1 so this will make more sense to you. The growth in the group dynamic is amazing. I love the closeness and understanding they all show for eachother. The revelations are mind blowing. The reveal at the end.... this author knows how to hook her readers....I need book 3 ASAP

Emotions & intrigue abound!

This has a heavy emotional start but the mystery surrounding what's behind it all will keep you enthralled until the very last word! I don't do spoilers so just know- this was an amazing sequel that had me grinning so wide my face hurt, to wanting to cry with the next paragraph unfolding. & Sam is the Queen of Steam! Highly recommend!

🔥Hot

This series has everything you could possibly want. You get to know the guys better and how they learn to be together. Poor Jai. Shannon had her ups and downs but is finding herself. I can not wait for book 3. Once again Sam Hall did a magnificent job

Love, Love!!!

This is the second book in the jailbreak series and it was amazing! Loving the storyline with all the action and all the steamy scenes. Shannon and her guys navigating this new relationship, has my feelings all over the place in a good way. Can’t wait to see what happens in book 3.

Wow what a series!

I'm in love with this series. I can't wait until the next one. You can't go wrong with a sexy fated mates reverse harem. Sam Hall is a amazing writer who knows exactly how to write a amazing book. Can't wait for the next. Highly recommend.

Fantastic book 2!

I fall more and more in love with this series with every book! Shannon, Zane and the rest of the guys are off to save Jai, while also keeping Shannon's unborn twins safe... Exciting, hot as heck, and so packed full of action!

Amazing

Wow, so much happens in this book. We learn so much and still not enough. This book series has some great world building. The characters are awesome. The ending is a WTF moment. I can’t wait for book three. Well done.

Great second in the series

Perfect addition to this series... so much drama and development with everyone, and even some new characters making themselves known... plenty of steamy scenes as well... looking forward to more! Well done!

2.5 stars

Still a bit of a mess. Not gonna lie, felt like skimming through, but with as tough as it is to follow the storyline I decided against it. Which meant I had to endure a lot of asinine steam for the sake of taking up pages for no reason. This book uses sexy times for the answers to just about everything... bleh. Done. Won't continue on with the series.

Smoking hot

Wow! I am absolutely in love with this series!it has such great character development and a riveting storyline. You seriously need this in your life if you like tough but vulnerable heroines.

Woohoo!

So excited to download this book! Was great to continue on Shannon's journey with her and the guys. Lots of questions answered but even more spring up. Can't wait to continue in the next book!

Intense

This book pick up after the first one ended. There was a lot going on and the writing was done so that you felt the different emotions of the main characters. I couldn’t put it down.

Fantastic

This follow up to Tail 'Em was so well written. It had incredible detail and gave the reader a more indepth understanding of the characters. A very sexy and intense adventure

Lions, tigers, and wolves, yes please!

I finished this hours ago and can’t stop thinking about it. As always with Sam Hall, this book is beautifully written and engaging. I’m really curious where book 3 will take us!

Loved it!

Well done Sam!! Enjoyed the characters layers and growth toward her and each other. Hot guys hot sex. You can’t beat it. Just read this series already!!

Nail 'Em

Shannon and shifters from the mixture escaped, but at what cost? Is Jai lost to Shannon forever? You'll have to read on to find out!

Edge of my seat!

This is one the few times that I enjoy sec quite as much as I think I shouldn't. The way and reasons woven into this story are phenomenal! I love this series. PTSD is a serious illness and I don't take it lightly, Ms Hall does a great job if recognizing it and confronting it.

Fantastic!

What an excellent story. I love the unique perspective of a pregnant character. As with all your books the suspense keeps me turning the pages until, I realize it's 1 am and I have to work in a few hours. Anxiously awaiting book 3!

Don’t miss this one! Definitely recommend!

Another great read in an interesting series by Sam Hall, she doesn’t disappoint! Character development, story progression, different shifters and 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Wowzas

Such an amazing continuation of an incredible story!!!! Intense depth of feeling was definitely elicited
