This book tells you next to nothing about each state park. It tells you total length of trails but no information about any specific trail. I found the book virtually useless. There are huge blank spots at the end of pages that they could have used to list helpful information. This book just gave me a list of parks with the total miles of trails and bike paths and if there is a campground. There is a small map and I mean small of each park if you can read it. Not small, tiny. Not worth it.
