Reyna Biddy’s poem helped me through a really hard time in 2015/16. I bought I love my love & literally learned to fall back in love with myself. I learned it’s okay to have some pain but still wear the beauty. May God Help Us Find Our Way is another beauty I’ll be able to pass down to my children. Thanks Reyna

the writing is amazing as always, Reyna is my favorite author and the woman who got me into poetry. however, i bought the paperback copy for 17 dollars, and every other page is falling out. super disappointed because i paid for this and love her writing, would hope to keep her books forever, but i’m not it’ll last when it’s falling apart on the first day.

This is my favorite Reyna Biddy book. It took me through so many emotions. It delves into faith, blackness, colorism, mental illness, injustice & more. There’s heartbreak but there’s also hope in these pages.

I have been a fan of Reyna Biddy for a few years now and I have purchased all 3 of her books. I have never been let down.
