Little Miss My Complete Collection Box

I found a few Mr. Men books in Poland and I remembered loving them as a child. As a kindergartener I would ponder the meaning of these quirky little stories (they aren't preachy, but they DO make you think...) Turns out my 3-year-old daughter loved them, too. I've never heard so many "Why?"s come out of her mouth in a single story. So, I purchased the entire Little Miss collection for her 4th birthday. We read all the books in two weeks and will keep them in our rotation! My kiddo connects with these stories so much that after one read, she can remember who's who by looking at the cover (I have to read the names to remember, and she can only read a few words right now). Worth every penny in content, and also a great value from the "if purchased separately" perspective (36 x $5= $180.) I also like that the books are numbered and create text when in the correct order. Every kid needs to learn how to put things in order!! Only one minor complain from me (which may be a plus for you): I think there are some wording differences between the American and British editions, and I would've preferred the American ones, even though the British ones are the originals.

This is what the 36 book collection looked like when it arrived. Not sure where the other 35 are or indeed the box. #not as described, avoid seller at all costs! (UPDATE - The Seller has also still not refunded me either for this item despite numerous requests).

Quality of the books is fine. My child loves them and they are her favourite books. BUT adults beware...the Mr Men and Little Miss Books are awful to read. They all have essentially the same story involving eating breakfast. They use too many unnecessary words and adverbs. Most involve a morality lesson that boils down to "do as you're told or I'll punish you. Ho ho ho". I hate them. The kid loves them. But I'm the one who has to read them.

A great book set of 36 books, well packaged and better value than buying the books individually, all I will say is shop around with different sellers on Amazon I got this for £13 a bargain! The books are of a good quality too and the box is sturdier than I thought it would be, great product.

Love the Mr and Miss books! I actually learned a lot of English with this books when I arrived in this country 10 years ago as an au pair. And I already have this collection but got it for friend of mine. They came for a visit and their daughter loves them. So it will be her Christmas present.

Delightful, the Easter Bunny bought these for my little boy and he just loves them. They get taken all over the house and car and garden etc etc and they never lose pages. He loves the stories and weike that they broaden his vocab, words like 'extraordinary' and 'splendid' aren't used much in the more annoying child oriented things like paw patrol etc.

My son owns the Mr Men collection so we just HAD to buy the Little Miss books for our daughter. I grew up with them and they're the perfect stories for any time of the day as they are quick and easy to read (despite some of the language being quite old-fashioned). The pictures are engaging with bright colours and there is a subtle message in each book which is always good for children to learn.

This was a gift I’m assuming they were liked and only encourage good behaviours in little girls but there are possibly some difficult characters in these books. Te he

I found a few Mr. Men books in Poland and I remembered loving them as a child. As a kindergartener I would ponder the meaning of these quirky little stories (they aren't preachy, but they DO make you think...) Turns out my 3-year-old daughter loved them, too. I've never heard so many "Why?"s come out of her mouth in a single story. So, I purchased the entire Little Miss collection for her 4th birthday. We read all the books in two weeks and will keep them in our rotation! My kiddo connects with these stories so much that after one read, she can remember who's who by looking at the cover (I have to read the names to remember, and she can only read a few words right now). Worth every penny in content, and also a great value from the "if purchased separately" perspective (36 x $5= $180.) I also like that the books are numbered and create text when in the correct order. Every kid needs to learn how to put things in order!! Only one minor complain from me (which may be a plus for you): I think there are some wording differences between the American and British editions, and I would've preferred the American ones, even though the British ones are the originals.

We had first Mr Men collection and my son enjoyed them a lot and helped him lear to read in English (English is not our native language). After finishing Mr Men collection we bought Little Miss but we were bit disappointed because the stories are not as funny as Mr Men' s stories and the story line is a bit different. In Mr Man every carecter was helped in the end to integrtae or solve their issue but Little Miss this did not happened. Overall I recommend to buy the books because are a fun and easy read. You can take them in vacation, in the plain and have your kid entertained for a few minutes while reading.

Love this series. i purchased both the little miss and Mr. men for my kids. they love them as much as i did growing up. A great investment for a growing family to share together. It arrived fast and in great shape with good packaging.
