Harness Your Mindset

Ricky gives so much value in this book. If you read it over a 14 day period, as suggested, you’ll notice how throughout each day you reflect on the chapter you read. You also get a great reinforcement of that chapter with a audio lesson / meditation on Ricky’s app. I chose to listen to that at the end of the day, and I noticed how much more mindful I was becoming every day. It’s a great read, especially if you’re a person in a tough spot or not where you want to be. This book sets the foundation, if implemented, for you to actually move in the direction you seek to go. Also helped me be consistent with reading each day. It has actually formed a habit with me to read a chapter of a book in the morning and prior to sleep. I love reading now. Haha.

This book really makes me think about how to create a more balanced life. Ricky Kalmon makes it so easy and simple. All you have to do is spend 10 to 15 minutes a day and create a habit of awareness.
