As I read this book by Sarah Johnson, I saw myself in each of her well-crafted, intentional words. Because Sarah was not afraid to be vulnerable and share her most authentic self in the pages of this book, I was able to come away with the belief that I, too, can lead with FAITH. Sarah shares stories and examples from her own life, not only when she was a principal, but in all areas in which she was called to lead. Lead with FAITH is a practical guide with personal stories and specific how-to steps that is not only for those who actively serve in leadership roles, but for all of us. I love how Sarah weaves King David’s life throughout the pages of her book. At the end of each section she includes “Gathering Stones” to give us resources for further exploration. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to rise up, slay fear and lead well. Not only will we benefit from her wisdom but those whose lives we touch will as well.
