Poorly Written and Undedited
Even for a self-published cookbook, this is badly done. The lists of ingredients are imprecise, he fails to give instructions on prepping the ingredients prior to cooking, i.e. are the onions chopped or sliced, chunks or finely diced, he fails to give cooking times, items in the ingredient list are never mentioned again in the preparation instructions, and so on. It is clear that he needs an editor to go through the recipes with him and actually make them, taking it step by step. It's easy to read alright--it's brief to the point of uselessness. As a person who writes recipes and broadcasts them for a radio cooking show, I found this book extremely unhelpful and fundamentally useless.
Great book and easy to read
Great recipe ideas. Will buy again for a gift.
Interesting recipes - but images are needed
A little difficult to use at there are no images or photographs to help you gauge what the dish should look like. Interesting recipes though
Don't bother
This book is very vague ie in a curry recipe the ingredients state one cup of curry, there are no pictures, it is all text, very poor and not good value for money, shop around and buy a better book, wish I had.
