How about this book to learn more about the ketogenic diet and how it affects women over 50. I have been hearing a lot about keto lately. One of my aunts has just started the keto diet and I want to be able to understand and create meals for her so that when she visits it won't be a problem with what she can eat. This book is great because it gives me quick and easy recipes that requires 20 minutes or less of preparation. It gives guidance on how to combine fast and proteins to improve your body's function, a weight loss plan that combines keto and intermittent fasting for the best results, essential habits that will allow you to achieve your ideal weight and health. This turned out to be a balanced and enjoyable plan that will work for my aunt's busy life. When the metabolism slows down from menopause setting in your body completely changes. This book can help her and give a lot of information for me for me because I will be 50 day and getting great diet advice now is important.

This book is perfect because it explains the different keto recipes you need as, when we turn 50, our metabolism slows down which increases our waistlines and puts fat on our abdomens so, this book helps us eat right, while still enjoying what we eat. I am definitely going to continue my keto lifestyle change into my 50’s with the help of this book.

As I have just started helping my mum go keto, I had to go through a lot of keto books for research, but none of them have the detailed explanation as this book. From start to finish, the author has explained the basics of keto, from the type of food to avoid and to have, to whether alcohol is good for consumption while on keto, to the easy and simple recipes! I would have given this a 5 star if only they included pictures of each recipe.

This book has tons of information on the keto diet and getting started. There are so many great sounding recipes, that include, breakfast, dinner, fat bomb, snack and dessert recipes. This book also discusses intermittent fasting. I have been fasting for awhile , so I have no problems with that .I will giving keto a try.
