keto crockpot
If you are following Keto and have a crockpot, get this cookbook. This book explains what keto is, the pros and cons of keto, tips and tricks on using a crockpot and then it provides 250 wonderful recipes. I like how the book is laid out (breakfast, lunch, dinner, beef recipes, vegetarian, etc) and I like that it provides the nutrition information. In my eyes that is always a plus. I cannot wait to make the lobster dinner, the stuffed taco peppers and the French omelet – just to name a few.
Great Healthy Keto Recipes
Crockpot cooking is super healthy on its own. No frying involved. Combine low carb Keto recipes and now it's a winning combo. Stay away from processed foods and you will get healthy and fit. Everything just tastes do good and delicious. Something as simple as an Egg Casserole with cheese and subdried. tomatoes is so tasty. Love this cookbook.
Keto and a Crockpot

This is a great guide for making keto recipes in the crockpot. It’s truly a set it and forget it appliance that you don’t hear about much anymore. The intro to making the keto recipes is very complete. And I like that the author recommends exercise.
