Losing weight, eating delicious food, and saving money!

This third book from Brittany is by far the best! The recipes are absolutely delicious. These recipes are inclusive of all pallets - even amongst the pickiest of eaters (I have several of those in my family). The most amazing part of this book is how cost effective it is. My first week with the book I planned all my meals around the recipes from this book and ended up saving around $30-$50 from my typical grocery haul - and that’s with eating organic produce and meat. If you have to choose one of her books to get, I think THIS is the one. I have personally utilized Brittany’s recipes for about a year and a half now and have lost 90 pounds. I can hardly believe I’m saying that...90 pounds gone eating food that is ridiculously tasty. If you are ready to eat healthy, eat real food, and feel the best you ever have in your life...buy this book!

Brittany’s Best Book Yet!!

This book is so much thicker than I anticipated. In a good way. I really feel like I’m getting a lot for my money. Which is only fitting since it’s a budget book. I’ve been following Brittany for years and just when I thought her recipes couldn’t get any yummier she comes out with this one! My family loves the food and I love what it’s doing for my waistline not to mention my wallet! Brittany nailed it again. I also love how many meatless options there are. So many recipes to choose from, the meal plans are awesome, and the photos are beautiful! The publisher seems to have upped their “budget” :) as far as production. Whether you’re an old time fan or a new follower, you won’t regret this purchase. I can’t wait to make the frozen chocolate peanut butter pie!!

Brittany teaches you how to live a healthier lifestyle without counting calories or yo-yo dieting. I’ve followed her since 2017, and feel that I have learned how to teach my family to live healthier without making food the enemy or something to overindulge in. I can relate to her and she constantly inspires me to keep making positive choices for myself and my family. I love this book because the options are 100 percent within my budget. It’s refreshing to follow her and read her books. Thank you, Brittany!

Good book.

As far as the book: I think this is a lovely addition to Brittany’s books. The recipes are actually approachable, tasty, and I love the cost breakdown that’s added to each recipe. I’ve lost 10lbs since I started cooking from her other two books so I’m looking forward to more success with this addition! The actual book I received: the exterior of my book looks new, however there are several pages within that are scuffed or bent and damaged. I preordered this so I’m disappointed that I feel like it’s been used/dirty. EDITING TO ADD: She decided to share my name on social media for giving her a four star review (because of my damaged book from Amazon, not because it’s not a great book) so I changed my rating. 🙃 It’s an excellent book, but be cautious what you say on the internet.

Let me start with I own all 3 books and love them. HOWEVER, I think this newest book might just be my all time FAVORITE!! There’s so many mouth watering recipes & I can’t wait to dive in. No nutritional information in a diet book

While the book contains a lot of good/useful recipes and information, a huge opportunity was missing by not including basic nutritional information like calories, fats and carbs in each recipe. This is a “weight loss “ book. Adding that simple information could make a huge difference in someone’s diet

I’m so excited to try this out! Brittany is my favorite cookbook author. Her first two books were wonderful. This new book has a lot more plant based recipes and everything looks so yummy. It you want delicious healthy food fast and on budget definitely buy this book!

This is Brittany's best cookbook yet. I found her years ago when she did a bit on the Today show and subsequently bought her first book. They get better each time. This one though I have to say is her best. She takes the time to explain bits about the recipes, about changing your eating habits and not doing it all at once or you will break the bank. There is not one recipe in her I won't be trying, and not one recipe from her previous books or website that I haven't enjoyed. Great job!

Brittany does it AGAIN! Hitting a home-run in the world of healthy and easy meals! Even better than the first two, is being able to really see how truly cheap you can eat HEALTHY! I love that in every one of her cookbooks she starts them out with EDUCATION as well as with tips and tricks on how to be successful when cooking her recipes. My hubby is super picky and normally dislikes anything that resembles healthy food, but has already helped me pick a dozen recipes to try! As always, I enjoy the pictures and wish we could have more more more! Still holding on to the hope that I can round out my collection with a vegan cookbook *cough, cough* ;) But am over the moon to be able to have this in my arsenal!

Recipes not great but format is heavenly

This book is beautiful. Photos are well done. The estimated cost per recipe is amazing. Her menu with shop lists is a dream! But the honest truth: I’ve tried a handful of the recipes so far and I am disappointed in all of them. I’ve had to either add a lot to make it flavorful or the recipe just didn’t work at all. Her oat bread is the biggest disaster and you’ll notice she doesn’t included photos of hers. If you look through social media you’ll find she doesn’t even make it for herself and 90% who try it say it didn’t turn out. If you follow her Facebook community you’ll find that most if not all of the baked goods in this book are a total fail. Her ideas aren’t original. She should give credit to the paleo/keto bloggers or culinary genius she followed through her journey because as a heavy follower of those bloggers myself, I can tell you that these ideas aren’t new.

All excuses to eat healthy eliminated with one book! Buy it!

The book is more than a cookbook: it’s a life style guide. Brittany does an amazing job of teaching you have to live the JERF (just eat real food) life. She has knocked it out of the park with this 3rd book. If you can only buy one of her books, I recommend this book! It has wonderful meals, a 4 week meal plan, a shopping list for each week AND the average cost per meal. Brittany has basically become your personal planner in this book. Brittany keeps it real and simple. Yes the book has 2 typos but it was made by humans so there is that and she is kind enough to admit it and tell you what they are so you can fix them in your copy. All in all, get the book and start 2021 off right!

Another Great Cookbook by Brittany Williams

I received my books (one for me and one for my grown daughter) today and was not disappointed. Brittany has once again come up with healthy eating options that the whole family will love (and that's hard to do!). I love the 4 week meal plan with the grocery list included. That makes it even easier to eat on a budget! I will use the grocery list to do an online pick up order so I don't have to be tempted to buy other items I don't need at the grocery store. Brilliant!! I cannot wait to start cooking recipes from this cookbook and kickstart healthy eating after the last couple of months of off-track eating.

Great book, bush wish it had nutrition info!

This book has wonderful recipes and I'm really excited to try them! I just wish it would have calorie or nutrient information, but I guess I can do that myself or I'm not seeing that part yet. Other than that, it's really good.

This book looks great!

I have all of Brittany's books, this one seems the most approachable in my opinion. Not often do I look at the vegetable section of a cookbook and say to myself "I would make that" for every single recipe. There's a lot of variety in this book from shrimp boil to crunchy chickpea caesar salad... OMG! I can't wait to get this baby spiral bound and put it to work. I appreciate Brittany's approachability in this book and on her social media platforms. Thanks for the great book Brittany!

Even better than I expected!

I have been following Brittany for a few years now and I am happy to report that this is the second one of her cookbooks that I pre-ordered, but I own all three! I got it today and I only had a few minutes to look it over before my fifteen year old daughter took it from me and immediately made Brittany's California burgers from the cookbook for dinner! They were so yummy! This is significant for a few reasons. When looking through the book, we found quite a few recipes that we already had the ingredients in stock. And, did I mention that my 15 year old daughter cooked? She was as excited as I was about this new book! She is a wrestler and is very mindful of her weight and health. While other kids are doing dangerous things like skipping meals and sweating off the pounds, she is focused on JERF and treating her body well in the first place to maintain a healthy weight. I have been talking to my husband and kids (all 6 of them) for a while now about what Brittany teaches in her books and social media, but this book hit the home run for our family! The book is beautiful and has a lot of great information in addition to all of the new recipes! I can't wait to try them all! Thank you for another spectacular cookbook, Brittany! Ohhhhh! And I forgot to mention that my daughter works for a popular local burger place that she said "had the best hamburgers in the world until we got this cookbook, mom." ❤️💪

So amazing!!! Own all 3 Books!!

Seriously super excited!!! I have all 3 books, not only does she have amazing recipes, she also puts in her personal life story! I’ve had the pleasure of messaging with Brittany personally, and asking questions. I love her books, and her for being sooo real.. I personally don’t know her. I was recommended her book about a year ago on a journey to change my house holds eating! I never knew how to cook growing up, but step by step her meals taste like your the top chef that has it down!! My friends are always in aww over the yummy dishes I post!! Definitely recommend!!

I am so excited about this book! I have loved all of Brittany’s books and recipes but this one is my favorite so far. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness in her recipes really shines through- she wants you to succeed in making affordable, healthy lifestyle changes. Whenever I eat exclusively from her books, my weight lowers but I also just *feel* so much better. The Panda Express edits I am so excited about- I love that I have healthy dupes for unhealthy foods that I love now!

Home run book!

Brittany and her recipes are always home runs. We cannot wait to give these recipes a shot! This book is amazing and I haven’t even gotten past the first 30 pages. Way. To. Go!

Another fantastic cookbook!!! Brittany is 3 for 3!!

I have all 3 of Brittany's cookbooks and once again, she has done an amazing job!! The 'typo' people are complaining about is minor and insignificant. I mean, seriously...if you can't figure out that Week 3 should be Week 2 then you have other issues. Also, to those rating the book lower because it came slightly scuffed; this is a SHIPPING error not a BOOK error. Grow up. I have gotten many books from Amazon and other online stores where the cover was bent or there was a smudge. That has nothing to do with the actual book. If you are looking at reviews to decide whether or not to buy this book, let me help you. BUY IT. Brittany uses REAL ingredients, REAL food. Her recipes are gluten free, dairy free and white sugar/fake sugar free. Even if you're not gluten/dairy free, you can swap out those ingredients for ones you use. Her recipes are fantastic. You will not be sorry.

So many recipes that look amazing!!

I was so excited to get this book!! After I looked through it and wrote down a long list of recipes to make. I am encouraged to make my own milk as well as yogurt from the book. I make many of her recipes from the previous 2 books as well as the blog and they’re always delicious. My tip to anyone who uses these books constantly like me, take it down to your local office store and have it spiral bound. The picture posted is my book I had spiral bound, yes it cut the cover a little bit, but the inside pages are not effected. Additionally, there are a couple typos in the book that have been addressed. This happens in every book. It does not reflect the book as a whole and overall I am very excited over this purchase. In fact I have told everyone I know about it who have also made their own purchase. Happy cooking!!

Amazing! Even for those who do not have food intolerances!

What I love about Brittany’s cookbooks is they are always easy, simple ingredients and taste like heaven! I am able to eat dairy and wheat and have no food in tolerances I still love each of her cookbooks. This one Hass to be my fave so far though! My husband and children love all the food I’ve made from her cookbooks as well. The flavor combinations and the thought that went into this cookbook is evident! Thank you for working so hard to share your recipes with so many people and change their lives! It’s a relief to be able to make home-cooked food that is healthy and nutrient for my entire family so that we can save money, eat well and have great health to beat disease, sickness and live a long life. I recommend these books to so many people! So far we have tried the lemon-tuneric tea (which will be a weekly, quick recipe), vegetable broth, breakfast hash, Greek lemon-chicken soup, lemon-pepper chicken w/ asparagus, no queso-queso (AMAZING!), jalapeño poppers, citrus carrots, cilantro lime chicken, potatoes (can’t remember exact name), plantain pancakes w/ caramel sauce (heaven!) It all has been delicious! I’ve never cooked so many recipes from a cookbook before! And all are so simple! And since most things are in the instant pot my children can cook the meals easily with my supervision. The last thing I want to mention is the layout of the budget on each page how much she will spend in the weekly menus it are put together for us. I haven’t send the weekly menus yet but it’s broken down so perfectly with grocery list and everything. I also love that the beginning talks about how to swap certain ingredients and things that you might not have or if you don’t have an allergy to but you can swap for something else....for example some of the flours. I will update as I try more recipes and try to remember to take pics. I keep forgetting. Thanks again for another amazing book... my only question would be when do you start working on book 4? : )

Not as good as her first two books....

I have tried several recipes from this cook book and they are just not as good as the ones from Brittany Williams first and second book. My family has loved her recipes from the first and second book, none of us have fallen in love with anything from this cookbook. I love the idea of this book: eat healthy on a budget. However, I feel like the focus on the budget part took away from the quality of taste. I appreciate Brittany’s advice and success but this book is not dazzled me like her first two. We love her cookbooks for the fact they are dairy free and gluten free.

Instant Loss on a Budget by Brittany Williams is a must-buy for anyone who struggles with eating gluten-free or dairy-free. I've followed InstantLoss for about a year and have her first two cookbooks. This new cookbook breaks down the cost of each recipe so it doesn't break your wallet. Brittany Williams explains how she buys things in bulk and stores them to increase their shelf-life. I've already made several of the recipes in the new book! Amazing recipes!!

I have been a Brittany follower since the printed recipes on her blog and I have loved all of her cookbooks. This is by far the best one yet!! So excited to start making some of these delicious recipes in the book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

One of the three best recipe books you can buy!

This is the only diet that’s ever worked for me because it’s not a diet. I had a chocolate donut for breakfast and I’m still losing weight. I had pizza for dinner. The salad is amazing, everything is amazing. I have all three of her books and every single recipe I’ve tried has been not only me approved, but husband and kid approved too. We all feel better, we’re losing weight, and we are not sacrificing our taste buds to do it. I always recommend to start with book 1 but you can start anywhere. But most of all, I recommend you start. Be it for weight loss or overall general health, this is the best series of books I have ever come across. This one in particular is nice too because you get a grocery list and an idea of about what it should cost to make.

LOVING this cookbook!!

My family and I have LOVED the recipes we have tried so far. Instructions are easy to follow, and the cost breakdown is GENIUS. I look forward to making the rest of the recipes in this book. (PS her other 2 cook books are just as amazing)

Brittany continues to win!

Brittany Williams is like that person you know that is just unbelievably kind, compassionate, and transparent all the time....you know that person who you wish you could be more like, but at least you get to know them and you hope their goodness rubs off on you by association. She continues to share her life with the world and in two previous cookbooks as well as this one she shares her secrets to success and the hurdles along the way while emphasizing health is a constant journey. This cookbook, like Instant Loss, and Instant Loss eat real, lose weight, is full of great gluten and dairy free recipes that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy. It has a generous amount of photos as well as a focus on being budget aware and really showing us how healthy food choices don't have to break the bank. With this book you're bound to at inherent at least a little of her goodness, so buy it and thank me by sharing it with a friend.

Favorite cookbook author!!! Love this 3rd book the most!!!

Everything in this book is so, so approachable, and seeing a dollar amount (or in some cases, a CENT amount) next to these recipes is really eye opening. Other than literally not having time to cook, there really isn't an excuse not to if you're GF, DF, etc. I love recipes for staple items, like bread, condiments, etc. But seeing plant milks, oat milk yogurt, and IP dump meals more in this book is exciting. Most of these recipes can be made with what you have on hand, and things can be subbed, swapped out, or left out in a lot of recipes. I love that most baked items can be thrown in the blender, so I don't have to hand mix. Lazy of me, but hey!. Thank you, Brittany! Recommend buying her other books too!

Brittany saves the world!

Guys I HATE cooking. It stresses me out like you wouldn’t believe. I also know we need to eat real food but get stuck on what to make. (Don’t get me wrong I LOVE eating.) I stumbled upon Brittany’s second cookbook at Barnes and noble 6 months ago. I was trying to eat healthier and am obsessed with my instant pot so I thought what the heck I’ll try it. Welp. Life changing. It’s SO EASY to eat healthy! Brittany!! I love you!!! And now this book on a budget means eating healthy quickly at home and still making my husband happy (he eats like a toddler. These recipes he goes “wow babe dinner was good tonight” every time I make something.) I don’t think I’ll make any other recipes ever again. I’m also saving for a third instant pot 😂. I can’t say enough good things. The meal plans shopping lists and price breakdowns of this book make it worth far more than she’s charging for it. She’s going to save the world with this cookbook. Stop reading my review already and order it!!!!

Another great cookbook!

Another great Instant Loss cookbook! There are so many recipes I look forward to trying. Love that everything is so budget friendly. It makes it so easy to have everything broken down and even meal plans!

My favorite of her 3 cookbooks

Such a wonderful cookbook. I have all 3 of Brittany’s cookbooks. I’ve followed her since she had meal plans on her website for purchase (she does not offer those anymore). Her recipes are so easy to follow. The best thing about this cookbook compared to her others is that it is a great starter for people who want to ease into clean eating. Most of the ingredients in this cookbook are readily available at any grocery store. The other books are great too, but be prepared to buy a few alternative flours and things that can be hard to find in the grocery store. If baking isn’t your thing, then you should be good to go for all of the recipes in this book as long as you have an instant pot. There are also air fryer recipes, but they have oven alternatives. There is a learning curve to cooking (really for baking) with all dairy and gluten free ingredients. Give it a shot and keep trying if you struggle through some recipes. There is a Facebook group for those who use these cookbooks. I recommend joining the group for lots of tips, tricks, and ideas.

This isn’t just your average cookbook!

I’ve followed Brittany for years on Facebook & had been apart of her InstantLoss group. I loved how honest she was. I could relate to someone for the first time on emotional eating. I didn’t even realize what I was doing, until Brittany shared her story. I was sexually abused a child and that started my battle with food, among other issues. Couldn't be happier! 100% recommended.

I have been a long time owner of the Instant Loss collection. This book does not disappoint! It was highly anticipated and with all the pressure of today's world it makes me happy to see Brittany's soul shine through this book. I love how it breaks down everything from making your own dairy free milks, a list of plant based proteins and their grams per cup, basic pressure cooker times and setting per foods, and breaking down the meanings of different food group "types"(cage free vs free ranges, grass fed vs grass finished and so on). The recipes are fun, budget and family friendly! We are so excited to be fully absorbed by this book as we have been with all the others. Over all I am 100% satisfied with this book "stretch marks" and all!

Orthorexic cookbook

The author is shockingly orthorexic. Unfortunately common. There is misinformation in the beginning. The author claims that organic foods do not have synthetic pesticides... this is false. She also states that GMOs can cause caner and infertility... this is false. Scare tactics and lies. Someone that bases their beliefs on a disgraced and retracted study from like 8 years ago is a person that lives in a fantasy world of their own bias. Plus the recipes are full of weird ingredients. Still I tried a few... they're ok for what they are but they are sad and weird and generally not good.

Instant Loss Book 3 is another winner!

Received it today and could not be happier! Brittany’s last two books were fantastic, and so far from what I’ve read since tearing the package open like it was a Christmas gift, this one is just as amazing, if not more so because it’ll save me some money. Brittany’s recipes are delish and she’s so real and relatable that it’s a win win buying any of her books. Highly recommend all 3! Just eat real food! It’s simple, but can be overwhelming, yet Brittany makes it that much more doable. Thanks, Brittany and team!

Brittany has done it again!

I love Brittany’s recipes, and I’ve been using them for a few years now. I was so excited to get my hands on this new cookbook and let me tell you, it’s phenomenal! I’ve made multiple things already and tonight’s dinner got rave reviews from my family. This book is especially helpful if you are trying to eat “real food” but have issues with nuts. Do yourself a favor and buy this. You will be shocked how easy and delicious real food can be.

Fabulous and Informative!

I’ve only been following Brittany and her recipes for less than a year, but every single recipe I’ve tried has been simply wonderful. I had never used an instant pot prior to these cookbooks and I have found the instructions very easy to follow to get great results! I received this book today, so I have yet to make any of the recipes but after looking through it I can tell this book is full of fantastic new recipes. I also love the explanation of common food industry “buzz words” and instant pot cooking times chart that are included! So excited for Instant Loss on a Budget!

Winner winner, give me all the dinner!

This book is perfect for a family trying to budget! I used to buy into the “healthy eating is expensive” until I found Brittany!! It is Gluten free, dairy free, and had plenty of meatless recipes, if that’s your thing. She may as well be in your kitchen cooking for all of the content she provides! From grocery list, meal plans, price points, gorgeous photos and inspirational stories, It is all there, easy peasy! I am in love with the southwest chicken fajita soup, and banana coffee cake. Cannot wait to try more, her other two books do NOT disappoint either!!

Amazing!! Highly recommend. Best yet.

I think this is her best cookbook yet. Love how healthy the recipes are and so far I’ve had everything on hand in my pantry/freezer to easily throw together for dinner!! We’ve been watching our budget closely with having a baby recently and I love how there’s a meal plan and shopping list. So far I’ve tried the focaccia bread, magic bars, white bean and spinach soup, Mediterranean egg salad and Salisbury steak and they are all 5 stars!! I’m amazed at the flavor!! Inspired to make more recipes !

Best Cookbook Ever!

This is the 3rd cookbook by Brittany that I have and I don't have enough amazing words for this book! She really breaks everything down for you. I appreciate the real life experiences she shares in her journey, she makes everything relatable. I started my lifestyle change in July 2020 and to date have lost about 50 pounds - something I never would have thought imaginable in a million years - and all because I started incorporating her recipes daily and just following the JERF way. Highly recommend this cookbook (and to be honest, all of them)!

Another fantastic book!

I own and love all of Brittany’s books and I think this one is one of the best yet. The recipes are super simple to throw together and this book is filled with recipes my family will actually want to eat. Another great addition to my cookbook collection with this book!

Definitely should try it.

Absolutely love her books. She’s an amazing cook. The book is well organized. The first sections of her books always have a nice bit of information included for the reader. The section explains kitchen tools you may need. Ingredients that you may not know too much about. And she also gives a very nice meal plan. Overall, very informational and inspiring. Most, if not all her recipes are made for busy people. The recipes are mostly gluten free and dairy free. Which doesn’t bother me because after trying a couple, they were amazing. My book did arrive with a small rip to the spine of the book, but nothing too drastic to kill my excitement to try the new book.

Best book so far

I’ve been following Brittany for a couple of years and she has changed my life, by changing the way I look at what I eat and the way it makes me feel after I eat it. No more bloating or stomach aches, all gone by switching to her J.E.R.F style of eating and cooking. This book does not disappoint and it’s quickly becoming my favorite. She makes once complicated recipes, simple and unbelievably tasty. I’ve only done two recipes from this book so far, but, can’t wait to try more. I’ve gifted her books to friends before, and I plan to do it absolutely again. This book isn’t just about helping you lose weight, it’s about changing your life, by teaching you how to use simple, accesible and affordable ingredients to make really delicious and healthy recipes that your whole family will enjoy. Love this book! It includes tips and tricks for budgeting better that are easy and realistic! Delicious healthy easy recipes! I love that it has 4 week long meal plans with shopping lists included! I love that it has an instant pot cheat sheet with time and water ratios for so many foods! I love all the instant loss books but this may be my new favorite! My children and husband love the recipes as well!

This book has meal plans! Easy to follow, grocery lists with budget friendly ingredients. This book removes all brain power it takes to cooking and meal planning. The meals are 100% healthy and even my kids eat them. Most ingredients I have on hand. You can buy fresh or freeze items to make them last longer. It’s even taught me how to eat out and make healthier whole food choices. I’m obsessed!!

Fabulous cookbook!

I am new to Brittany Williams' recipes and stumbled onto her FB community a few months ago. I like cooking in my pressure cooker and with her rave reviews I ordered all her books. So far I've made at least a dozen recipes from this one. I have not followed the meal plans but have enjoyed incorporating her recipes in our dinner rotation and have even tried some of the baked goods and breakfast recipes. All have been excellent and approved by my spouse and children (ages 7, 8 and 11). The kids are always excited when they see I am cooking out of Brittany's books. I am learning about better ingredients and I hope at some point to use her principles to adapt some family favorite recipes to be healthier versions. I've always liked cookbooks but I like Brittany's at a whole new level!

Lots of things you'll actually make

BUY this cookbook. You won't regret it. You won't feel robbed. I've been GF/DF for a good while now and was so tired of the same ol things I was making. I've got my sister, my Mom, my hairdresser all hooked just from 1 look at this book. They even ordered on spot. My son who allergic to so many things can even eat most of these recipes. So worth it. Thanks for pouring your heart and soul into these cookbooks, Brittany. I appreciate it!

Easy to follow recipes

I have all of the Instant Loss cookbooks and love them! The recipes are easy to follow and have all been delicious! I appreciate the bright and colorful pitures throughout the book too. The meal plans and shopping lists are an added bonus!! Everyone in our family enjoys it! Thankful to have come across Brittney on Facebook to learn how to cook healthy meals and treats without sacrificing taste! I have recommended to many people and given as gifts and will continue to do so!

Another hit InstantLoss cookbook!

I can't tell you how much money I have wasted on cookbooks with recipes that just don't appeal to me or my picky family. I have all 3 of the InstantLoss cookbooks and her recipes are our weekly staples. One thing I love is that once you switch out your pantry staples, she uses those ingredients over and over in her recipes so you don't feel like your wasting a lot of money buying ridiculous ingredients for one recipe. The nutrition education she gives in each book is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend all 3 cookbooks!

I LOVE this cookbook so much! I have all 3 of Brittany's books and this one is my favorite. I love that the recipes are so family friendly, versatile, easy to make and affordable. She even included the cost of each recipe. I love that these recipes are gluten free, dairy free and Folic Acid free, but are seriously delicious! I am so grateful for Brittany's hard work and sharing of her recipes. I can actually eat good food that is good for my health and my kids's health needs. Amazing! So.... Run don't walk and get yourself a copy of this book! You will not regret it!

Merry Christmas to me, the recipes look amazing!

I cannot wait to cook my way through this book. The recipes look amazing and approachable. The photos in the book are great and it’s well organized, with lots of helpful tips at the beginning. The ingredients are used throughout the recipes, so purchasing new ingredients won’t be just purchasing them for one use. There are healthy versions of some favorites including a spinach and artichoke dip and jalepeno poppers, both of which I will likely make for New Year’s Eve. The soups all look amazing, and I can’t wait to make my husband the creamy banana pudding, that’s a favorite of his. We have friends who are vegan and there are some great meatless options for dinner with them. I have to say I’m excited to try almost every recipe.

A New Love for Cooking

A couple years ago I was gifted an Instant Pot, not long after that my husband was diagnosed with cancer. Desperate for ways to conquer the almighty Instant Pot and searching for healthier cooking options, a friend recommended following Brittany Williams. While I was slow to warm up, I purchased the first couple books and finally dove head first into her recipes and suggestions this past summer. Fast forward to this new book....we are in love! Her recipes are great, easy to follow and taste delicious! My husband (who is currently cancer free) and I love meal planning and cooking together! The most important result....we feel better! If you haven't yet....we suggest buying all three of her books. Honestly, these are the first cookbooks that I have owned that I actually read and have tried multiple recipes in all three books!

Life changing!

I have been cooking dinner every night for almost 2 weeks from this cookbook alone. Brittany is magic. My picky husband loves the recipes, and we both feel healthier. I bought her first 2 books about a year ago—I honestly recommend buying all 3 if you can. The only cookbooks I’ve ever read cover to cover. So thankful to Brittany for all the work she’s put into these recipes.

Best cookbooks around

I discovered the Instant loss books back in March and was eagerly awaiting this one, it did not disappoint. If you’re looking for life changing recipes that are easy and delicious I cannot recommend Instant Loss enough!!! From this book I can tell you the minestrone soup alone is worth the price! Oh and the Mexican street corn...amazing!!! I have tried about 6 other recipes so far and they’ve all been winners. Getting my family on board in eating healthy has been easy because of the quality of the meals I am able to make thanks to these books and I am forever grateful for learning the right way to feed my body and feel better. Pictures is the easy weeknight chicken and potatoes..so good, flavorful and easy!

Family friendly, quick meals

I have purchased all of Brittanys books! The first two i cook out of at least 4 times a week! Very family friendly meals that come together quickly! Love that the recipes are gluten free, dairy optional! This book is beautiful and the I cannot wait to dive into all the recipes 😍

Another Great Instant Loss Cookbook!

I preordered this book because my entire family LOVES our Instant Loss cookbooks and this one definitely didn’t disappoint! The pictures are gorgeous, the recipes look amazing, and the fact that they’re budget-friendly is even more of bonus. Will definitely be using frequently to add new ideas into our weekly meal plans!

A MUST HAVE KITCHEN STAPLE !!!

Can't wait to start cooking out of this latest edition to a string of hits that Brittany Williams has put out! Just looking at the time that must've gone into planning and organizing these meal plans along with potential pricing for meals; its just unreal. I'm sure pricing varies but take it as an average. It's practical, kid friendly, mom friendly and hubby friendly! I know he can't wait to see what yummy recipes he has in store after a long hard day of firefighting. Many recipes are allergy friendly which helps alot as my daughter has FPIES and I have a gluten intolerance. I'm looking forward to putting some of these in my weekday rotation. Thanks Brittany 😊

Worth every penny

If I could give Brittany 10 stars I would! This is her 3rd cookbook and my favorite one so far. I've lost almost 30 pounds following her recipes. This new book has tons of amazingly delicious sounding recipes. I think I marked most of the book as recipes I want to try. My favorite part so far is that most of the recipes, I already have the majority of the ingredients, making this book an affordable way to eat healthier and lose weight.

Love this cook book! I strongly recommend it!

I have only had this book for a couple days and I have made a 1/2 dozen recipes already! They have all tasted good and were easy to make. I love that Brittany uses real ingredients to make her recipes. It is easy to sub ingredients if you don’t have exact items. For example if you make the veggie quiche and you don’t have the broccoli you can use spinach or kale. I own all 3 of her books and this is the best yet!!!!

Great for dairy free quick meals on a budget

I'm so excited to have a Instant Loss book that considers my budget. I already have the first 2 books, so my first recipe didn't cost the $2.85-$4 per serving since I had everything on hand. But I love that you can see how much each recipe will cost! Can't wait to make everything. Being dairy free, I really appreciate delicious, easy & safe recipes.

Eating Real Food Tastes Great AND Makes You Feel Good!

I loved Brittany’s first two books and so I didn’t hesitate to buy this one. And boy was I excited to receive this today. I have sat and read through and have already planned our meals for the next two weeks. The book is written in Brittany’s easygoing, and easy to understand voice. If you follow her on social media you can hear her voice shining through. Besides the book’s easy to understand instructions, very accessible (code: not weird) ingredients that taste great, what I love most about Brittany’s recipes is that my body just FEELS well when I’ve eaten any of her recipes. I love that her approach isn’t about eating this or not eating that but taking a balanced approach to food.

Budget & Allergy friendly lifestyle book

Not only budget friendly but more allergy friendly than most cookbooks. I have an allergy to all tree nuts (including coconut), beef, and some fruits (bananas, tomatoes, & pineapple). This cookbook still works for me with all my oddities! The recipes are creative, yet pass the kid test, and Brittany provides alternatives and substitutions. One note: this isn’t just a cookbook, it’s a lifestyle book.

If you deal with food intolerances/allergies or just want to eat better to lose weight, these books are for you! There are lots of tips and tricks to help you get started from suggested kitchen equipment lists, pantry staples and a few weekly meal plans! So easy to eat real!

I freaking loathe cooking, and I know I need to be better about veering away from the uber eats app, and eating real food, not the garbage I get delivered to my door. This is the second Brittany cookbook I have bought because I loved eat real lose weight so much I absolutely had to have this one!! She makes cooking real food so accessible with the right tools! I highly suggest the Easy Steak bites and peppers to try first!!!! Yum 😋

Healthy, Delicious, Affordable meals!

Looking for easy, delicious meals that are actually cost effective? Then this cookbook is worth purchasing. I purchased one of this authors cookbooks after I bought my first Instant Pot. Her instant pot recipes are delicious. You know it’s a hit when everyone in the family liked the meal! So I immediately purchased her other cookbooks. This one has not disappointed. I’ve made 2 of the recipes so far and am excited to try the others.

This is the greatest cookbook ever!

I have enjoyed this cookbook more than any other that I have ever used. It is easy to use, gives clear directions, provides a great variety of foods, and is wonderful for people who have food sensitivities. This book provides a month's worth of weekly meal menus, along with a well organized shopping list that makes meal planning and shopping so easy. Best of all, every meal has been excellent! My family looks forward to our meals now because they are so different, exciting and delicious!

Brittany does it again!!!

Brittany is wonderful and it’s reflected in her books. Even though my journey does not include losing 100 lbs, I have struggled a bit with weight and developing a food lifestyle that is healthy and sustainable. So this book, like her others, is a very real and helpful “autobiography” of her story that will resonate with anyone who wants to change their ways. Brittany offers practical advice without sounding judge-y or acting like she has everything figured out or that any of the journey is easy. She will, however, cheer you every step of the way which is why buying the books isn’t enough. I highly recommend buying all three books (as the first two are excellent), then follow her on Instagram so you can get to know her and appreciate all that she is!! She is not only a gifted recipe developer but she is also generous with sharing her ups and downs, her beautiful family, her singing, her exercising, her trips to Costco and other day-to-day adventures and reflections. She’s refreshingly authentic, sometimes a little wacky and so much fun! She’s always a bright spot in my day whether I’m on social media or deciding which of her recipes to make as I flip thru her books!

Health food, it's not.

This author and product line are new to me. I bought this cookbook based on reviews. I was pretty shocked to see inclusions like bacon grease, bacon, baby back ribs, shrimp, pork sausage, chicken wings, white-flour pasta, and full-fat coconut milk. It might be a great cookbook for someone NOT focused on eating lean meals of high nutritional content. I'll be donating my copy to the local library.

Not really a budget recipe book

I was surprisingly a little bummed! I have all of her other books and loved them. I was excited for one “on a budget” only to find out it still requires all of the same expensive ingredients from the first two books.

My Go-To Instant Pot Cookbook

I had joined a random FB group for Instant Pot recipes and noticed everyone was raving about this author's healthy IP recipes. Three cookbooks later I am hooked as well. These are the only IP recipes that I've found that don't come out bland and don't have to be modified to taste good. They are packed with flavor, delicious AND good for you. I love the first two books as well, but this book is my favorite out of the three.

Love the budget friendly aspect

Cookbook came in in perfect condition no damages during shipping. The typo is a minor issue and has no reflection to the amazing recipes inside. If you are on the fence about any of Brittany’s books don’t hesitate. I have all 3 and use them frequently. You will not be disappointed. Her way of eating is a lifestyle change not a diet so it’s super simple to follow!

Happy with it

So far, we love all the recipes we have tried in this book! We own all three and this one is probably my favorite. Living in Louisiana, the jambalaya recipe is a staple at our house. My only complaint, is that the recipe costs have not been accurate for us this far. For example, the smoky baby back ribs estimated it’d cost from $5.50-$7.00 and the ribs alone cost us $16. So that’s a little disappointing, but besides the budget aspect of the book, we are happy with it! I recommend!

Amazing addition to the Instantloss series

Love it!! I own the other two books and this will be a great addition. There are weekly meal plans with shopping lists. So many great recipes! And thank you for putting a table of contents it helps me quickly find the recipe I want.

I thought this was a weight loss cookbook?

If you're a huge meat eater, you will like her recipes. Am I missing something? I thought this cookbook was geared towards weight loss. I returned the book, I didn't like her recipe selection at all.

Long-Time Fan Loves Newest Budget-Friendly Book

I have been following Brittany Williams since the beginning - when she first created Instant Loss in response to a Facebook post about her transformation that got a TON of overwhelming response, to her weekly meal plans, to her website recipes, and now to her three cookbooks. I love her approach to eating healthy, whole foods, cutting out the processed junk, and not giving yourself a hard time or quitting when you feel the need to indulge once in a while. I am so excited to cut my teeth on her newest book!

Eating healthy on a budget

I love this book! I have the first two and it was obvious that I would add this to my cooking collection. This one in particular focuses on budget meals which I really appreciated. There are still some weird ingredients that will cost you a bit on the front end but once you have them you can use them for so many other recipes from her books. I highly recommend.

Disappointed

I don't want a book full of recipes where I have to buy all new ingredients for everything I make. Some of these ingredients have to be bought on line because I could not locate them in the store.

Amazing cookbook as always!!! I own all 3 books now and have never cooked a bad meal! You did it again Brittany! I seriously can not pick my favorite recipes! :) It’s hard to decide what to make next every night! And I saw a few comments/reviews about not listing nutritional information for the recipes. Brittany has explained that she doesn’t keep track of calories and etc. Also, if you use a different product brand or substitute an ingredient, the nutritional informational would be incorrect. I just input and save my recipes into my MyFitnessPal to figure out calories and etc. Hope this helps! Again, you can’t go wrong with this cookbook or any of her books!

Crushing 2021 Budget and Food Goals with this cookbook!

I love this cookbook! The recipes are amazing! And I love having the meal plans with shopping lists! I have all 3 cookbooks and cook several of Brittany’s recipes every week! Having this cookbook to manage both my budget and the food choices for my family makes a huge difference. Brittany does an amazing job of taking familiar comfort foods and turning them into healthy JERF alternatives! Can’t wait to use it to reach my 2021 goals!

Another great addition to your healthy eating/ Jerf collection. I love brittanys other two books so much I bought copies to keep at our condo and I will have to do the same with this new book! I'm so happy to see another take on GF pancakes that I'm not going to give away here ..and all of these recipes are totally not going to bust your budget! Thanks for another great book and some more recipes to shake things up a little for the new year!

Great, easy recipes

We love Brittney's cookbooks! This one is very accessible and I love that she is conscious about how much recipes cost. So many "clean" recipes call for so many expensive ingredients that they can be a little daunting for someone that doesn't have a stocked pantry with all of the specialty items.

Baked goods fail

I was so excited for this book. Her other books were fantastic. But this book really misses the mark. The baked good recipes, or any of the recipes that use alternative flours are terrible, and if you don’t have experience with alternative flours, it’s really difficult to “fix” the recipes so they turn out good. I have no health reason to eat gluten free, so I’ll stick to my homemade bread recipes. Otherwise, many of the recipes I’ve tried so far have been good.

So excited to delve deeper into this book. Everything looks amazing, healthy, and most importantly tasty. Brittany's recipes are always amazing, and I'm super stoked to get my Costco on with these recipes!!

Fantastic cookbook!

This is a fabulous book! I can’t wait to start trying these new recipes! I love the way that Brittany included a months worth of menus, along with the shopping lists for each menu set. I’ve loved her previous books, and I love this one the most! Definitely worth buying.

Meh. I’ve made 4 recipes so far and they are completely “meh” and the cost comparison is grossly inaccurate.

Exceeded my expectations

This book exceeded my expectations with another selection of excellent, budget-friendly, healthy recipes. I appreciate the quality and layout of this book, especially the four-weekly menu plans paired with their shopping list. The detailed table of contents and index make it easy to find each recipe and almost every recipe includes a photo. This series is my favorite set of cookbooks!

Excellent cookbook!!!

Great cookbook!! I’ve loved everything I have tried so far...Banana Pudding, Casameinto, Minestrone, Spinach and White Bean Soup, Caprese Frittata, Migas, Chicken Tinga Tacos...all delicious and loved by my whole family (including a two year old)! I follow the purple plan with Weight Watchers and most of the recipes fit or are easily adapted to fit. Also lots of helpful tips on how to reduce your food budget while also reducing the amount of processed food and ingredients in your diet! Can’t say enough good things!!

Amazing!

Brittany did it again! Delicious, easy to follow recipes. I love the layout and added details to her latest work. I highly recommend all of her recipes. I've yet to try one I didn't like.

Great but

I really love this book and the recipes. My only issue with it is it has a LOT of nuts (peanut, walnut etc). She talks about food allergy and nuts are one of the highest food allergy. Unfortunately myself and one of my children have nut allergies so we are unable to use half of the recipes. Other than that it is well written, beautiful pictures and delicious recipes!!! The Cauliflower parm soup is so good.

Brittany you did it again!!

This is the third cookbook I’ve bought from Brittany and quite possibly my new favorite! Her recipes are simple to follow and delicious. My family (who can sometimes be picky) is always happy to eat everything I make and usually can’t believe they are eating healthy. I am looking forward to making everything in the book and using the new recipes to stay back on track after this crazy year.

Love Brittany's story, she is a true inspiration. Highly recommend this book as well as her other two books. Just love the inclusion of the meal plans as well as the cost for the recipes. Brittany truly cares about people and this book just shows how much...she wants everyone to know JERF eating is affordable and the recipes are easy to prepare. She outlines various ingredients which is also very helpful to those newer to eating real food. You will be so happy with your decision to purchase this book.

Best instant pot book ever

This book is a god sent I’ve only tried a few recipes but omg there so good. One thing I love the most in this world is sweet tea kinda dooms you when it comes to weight loss and omg Brittany made it healthier I say buy this book now and if you can buy all three eating healthy is so easy now it almost feels like nothing has changed and I’m doing something wrong keep the recipes coming

Wow! TONS of recipes!

I just got 2 of these today! My daughter is a young adult and always looking for healthy eating that is cost effective. I cannot wait to dive right in! We have loved every recipe from the previous books and I am blown away by the heft of this book! So many recipes. My BFF and I are both trying to make healthier choices now that were are in our 50s--I may just have to surprise her with a full set. Thank you, thank you, Brittany! You've made it so easy to make healthy choices!

Best cookbook series I have ever bought!

I cannot wait to make these recipes!! The book is beautiful. The recipes look amazing!! I will start cooking tomorrow! If you don't already own the first two you should invest! These are an amazing series of books that are well worth the price!

The BEST healthy cookbook

I have been DYING for this book. I lost 60 pounds using Brittany’s first book and kept it off even after a second pregnancy with her second book. I have made all of the preorder recipes and they are amazing of course. I can’t wait to try more of the recipes from the third book and I hope she’s working on a 4th! Haha 😜

Love it!

Just got this book today, and I’ve spent all afternoon pouring through the recipes. I think this may be Brittany’s best book yet! The recipes look amazing, but above all, I LOVE how she breaks down the monthly menu by week, cost, and GROCERY LIST. Seriously, can it get any easier? I’m legit ready to cook exactly from this book for a month. Love it!

Great recipes for eating healthy!

I now own all 3 books and couldn't be more excited. This one just came today but I couldn't wait to get my hands on it and start marking the recipes I'm going to try first. Great job as usual, LOVE having recipes that seem crazy indulgent but are made with real, healthy ingredients. Even better, since I already have the first 2 books, I have most of the ingredients already, so it really IS on a budget. Thanks for making me a cook Brittany!

Based off first glance, already excited to make 70-80 recipes!

Preordered and came today! Already read through it and love all the budget tips/costs listed. I have her first two books and love so many recipes from them. Based off my first read through, there are honestly 70-80 recipes that I would instantly make! And I know during my second read through, I’ll find more. Can’t wait to add these recipes into my life!

Just not for me.

I bought this book with such high hopes. And I’m honestly disappointed. I looked through it once, and most of the recipes are not that simple. Asking for things like garbanzo bean flour, and powders I’ve never even heard of. A ton of recipes also call for a pressure cooker, which I don’t have. I probably should have realized that before purchasing it. But, if you like different things, and a lot of variety then this book is definitely for you.

Good to the last drop

Being new to a healthier eating kind of lifestyle that still includes carbs, I was terrified... but I shouldn’t have been! This book has amazing recipes kids and adults will enjoy, beautiful full color photos that encourage you to try new foods and recipes that make you want to eat every bite! Brittany adds amazing information in the front to get you started and a full four week menu plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts!

Best Instant Loss Cookbook yet!

I have never paged through a recipe book and wanted to make every single thing in it! As I turned each page I found myself saying “ohhh that looks good!” over and over again. Even my 1 year old was pointing at the beautiful pictures of food and saying “mmmmm”! Brittany, thank you for yet another amazing book with wonderful, healthy recipes. Thanks to you, I’ve lost 60 pounds so far following JERF and honestly following you - I love your mindset and the way you approach weight loss! Need instapot

The title of the book really needs to include "instapot" or pressure cooking. The recipes looked ok but I wasn't going to buy a $100 machine. I liked the premise of the book but info is misleading. Returned the book.

This is my third Brittany Williams cookbook. I love this one because have just been tested and have a nut allergy and she includes several recipes that are nut free. Her recipes are easy to follow and very tasty!

Amazing!

I have enjoyed cooking from all of Brittany’s cookbooks!! Her recipes have been enjoyed by our entire family! I love all the extras she adds...from the photos that make you feel like you are sitting around her kitchen with her laughing and eating good food to all the good educational information of substitutions, cooking times, and positive mindsets. We aren’t a dairy free household but I find her recipes so easy to adjust to fit our lifestyle! I would recommend this to anyone looking for good, easy and budget friendly recipes.

Healthy-Tasty-Easy

Lost 25lbs, went GF DF with ease!

Brittanys books are a triumph. I’ve lost 25 lbs but more importantly been able to easily eliminate inflammatory foods that had bothered my joints, skin, and stomach. Going gluten free and dairy free doesn’t feel like a struggle with such easy, affordable, delicious recipes!

Easy to follow recipes, new concept on meals and inspiring information throughout the books.

This is book 3 of 3 by Brittany Williams Instant-loss cookbooks. Easy to read and follow recipes using real food. You won’t find any processed items listed. We are a family of two and have loved 95% of Brittany’s recipes. A lot of the recipes are for the instantpot but a lot of them you can also cook/bake in the oven. I highly recommend all 3 of her cookbooks if you’re wanting to change what and how you eat. I also recommend you read the beginning of each book which has information about her personal journey to losing 125 pounds. Very inspiring.

I enjoy every single one of Brittany’s recipes that I’ve tried so far! I have all three books and this one is my favorite. The cost breakdown is so helpful for planning and budgeting. I enjoy learning how eating healthy can also be budget friendly!

Great! Even for working moms.

I just got the book and I’m so excited to start on the recipes, I already marked all my pages and went shopping. I already have her other two books. When first using them I was intimated. One because I have so many picky eaters in my household and two I’m a full time working mom of four. I don’t have time to chop celery. lol. After a few attempts and teaching myself some kitchen organization skills I’ve found that it’s not that horrible. I may or may not tell the family what’s all in the meal they are eating:)

Life changing

I own all three books and they have changed my lifestyle. It’s not a diet, it’s just eating good real food. I lost weight and kept it off. I feel so much better. My wife and I love so many of the recipes, and the kids eat the food. The website also has more free recipes.

Another great book!

This is my favorite of the 3 books. So many recipes that my family loves. Easy to make and so tasty. Love that I can make them in the Instant Pot, some in the Airfryer and some in the oven. Losing weight already and I just started this book. Well worth the money.

I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Brittany’s 3rd book and it DID NOT disappoint!! This book seems to include everything her first two didn’t. Every recipe I have made from the first two books have been delicious and I can’t wait to start cooking out of book #3!! In all honesty, this book gives me hope. Another fantastic cookbook by Brittany!

So excited! My pre-ordered cookbook arrived today. I use Brittany’s other 2 cookbooks primarily and couldn’t wait for the newest one. It seems to be about twice as thick as the other two with sooo many recipes. Tagging multiple recipes and can’t wait try them! Made the autumn beef and vegetable soup today from the bonus recipes if you pre-ordered. It was fantastic, and my husband commented on how much he liked it, too! Way to go, Brittany and family!

I love how so many of the recipes use similar ingredients so it is truly a meal prepper’s best friend! I highly recommend for anyone who needs help budgeting, transitioning to a healthy lifestyle, or needs help meal prepping! While you’re at it, go ahead and get her other books too— you will be thankful!

A delicious way to lose weight!

I just got my book tonight, so obviously have not made any recipes yet. But it was love at first sight! I curled up in my chair with a cup of tea and read it back to back! All of the recipes look delicious and sound simple to make. There is so much useful information packed into this book too! Highly recommend!!

I have followed Brittany from the beginning and own her meal plans and other two cookbooks as well. This may be the best one yet! clean eating and good recipes

I've only tried a couple of the recipes so far and the ones I tried were great. The author provide useful information in the front of the book and I like the color for recipe pictures. The book has information on eating clean and cooking fast AND gives information on keeping the expense down.

Easy, budget-friendly recipes!

Easy to follow recipes for Instant Pot (most) along with recipes for oven, air fryer. I’ve made three dishes from there since getting it 4 days ago. Easily will be my go-to recipe book!

What not to love?

Super excited about my new cook book!! First off I have a cook book addiction! But this one takes the Cake! From the grocery list to the weekly meal plans it's got everything you could need! Brittany nailed it again! I have all three of her cookbooks and none of them disappointment. This third one is loaded with tons of helpful tips on cook times for meat, beans, instructions including how to make a list of dairy free milks, and that’s all before you get to the bulk of SO MANY recipes that you’d never believe are dairy & gluten free. Brittany’s story and cookbooks have changed the way I look at food and health forever. So grateful and can’t recommend this book enough!

They don't make me feel like they are the typical healthy foods. they are tasty. My family is very picky and has found a lot of the recipes that they like.

Good healthy cookbook

Love the series of books. The recipes are fairly simple and taste good! I love that the author really interacts with her audience and even has Instagram and Facebook pages to answer questions and assist with recipes.

I brought this cooking book to help with getting back into healthy eating, I have found lots of recipes in here, that I have cooked more than twice. LOVE LOVE this book, would recommend definitely.

I can’t find enough words to say how much I love Brittany’s books. Not only is there a sense of community that comes with it, you can learn to cook realllllly delicious food with quality ingredients. I don’t abide by organic logic, but everything has a regular (quality) and lower priced substitute that I’ve found.

Great addition to healthy cooking at home

Excited to begin cooking my way through Brittany’s newest Instant Loss cookbook. Love all the veggie dishes and healthy twists on classics. Cream of mushroom soup, Salisbury steak and No Queso Queso will become staples for me.

Never a bad recipe! Really!

I am so excited to dive into making the recipes in this book! This is my 3rd Instant Loss book, and it already looks like the best one yet! Well I should say I’ve never had a bad meal using an Instant Loss recipe. SO MANY yummy, easy, and family friendly/kid friendly recipes. Such great thoughts and info. I think this one might be a game changer for me! The book and pictures inside are absolutely beautiful.

Meal plans, grocery list and MORE!

I am drooling over every recipe in this book! Not to mention she has taken out so much work by including, meal plans, grocery list and even a cheat sheet for cooking basically anything in the Instant Pot!

It really does cut your grocery bill!

Just did the shopping for week 1 at Sprouts Natural Groceries in Austin Texas - cost $105 and that included kids snacks, tortilla chips, rice cakes, trail mix and kid cereal! My normal grocery bill with processed brand named food $180+ can’t believe the savings for 24+ healthy meals

Probably the best of the three

This is probably the best of Brittany’s books. It has the cost breakdown for each meal. Plus I love that the table of contents has the actual recipes and page numbers. My kids and I have already bookmarked numerous recipes to try this next week. And we plan to try the weekly meal plans during January to get back on track after the holidays! Buy this book it is amazing!

Lots of ideas

Cookbook is great. Lots of ideas. Some of the foods are more foo fooy and don’t work with my whole family. My kids are too picky

Was so excited to sit down with this book and see so many delicious, easy, inexpensive recipes! I was going to tab the pages of recipes I wanted to try but every page would have a tab because they all look so good! I’ll be trying a couple new recipes each week. I have all 3 of the Instant Loss books now and they are all wonderful and more than worth their cost!

Brittany’s books keep getting better with each new book. Her recipes are geared towards eating healthy but without blowing your budget. Kid friendly (which means adults will eat it and enjoy it). All of the recipes are simple and not complicated. She focuses on what works for your family rather than strict rules. I can’t wait to try all of these recipes. You knocked it out of the park!

Brittany is a genius

I just got home from a 10 hour car ride and first thing I did was walk to the mail box to get this book. I have her first two and knew with out a doubt this one would be just as amazing if now better than the last. It has FAR exceeded my expectations my family and I are so excited to try all the recipes. It is beautifully written and the photographs are incredible. Brittany has changed our lives for the better.

Recipes are all for instapot

Did not disclose in description that this was an instapot cookbook..since I don’t have one this book was of no use to me.. would not have ordered if I knew ... thought it was a budget recipe cookbook that didn’t require special kitchen items.
