While Kent's books are not light reading, they are chock full of indisputable evidence. I have quite a few books in my library related to vaccines, but none fill the niche that he has with his extremely deep and thorough investigation. If you want to know more about the whistleblower Dr. Thompson, the vaccine court, or the government's willful ignorance related to autism, this is your book. Lots of transcripts, phone calls, conversations, and government documents. I am so glad to have received this book for Christmas. Another prize to add to my vaccine literature shelf.

What an amazing book! A must read! So much detail covering years of advocating for children with autism. The story of Brandy Vaughn, former sales person for big Pharm Merck is unbelievable taking place in the US. The people who have been murdered who conflict with Big Pharmaceutical Companies and the amount of $ Big Pharm companies pay members of congress to sway votes as re mind sweeping! The book is not anti-vaccine - it is let’s have safe vaccines.

I have just finished reading 'Inoculated' and I was so impressed that I want to add my name to the list of Five Star Reviews. Kent has done in book form what 'VAXXED' has been doing in movie form. We need to get the word out about Dr. William Thompson and get him and his cohorts before the House Oversight Committee. The whole country has been waiting more than two years for their subpoenas and testimony. Sadly the majority of our representatives are puppets of the drug companies, which is why there has been so much foot dragging. We now have a glimmer of hope with the election of Donald Trump as he was the one and only candidate who was willing to tell the truth about vaccine injury. Anyone who has watched 'VAXXED' and their subsequent bus tour across the country, has seen the endless parade of vaccine injured families all telling very similar stories. Another child is diagnosed with autism every seven minutes, 205 times a day and over 75,000 every year for the last 15 years which makes over one million since the fraud was committed in the 2001-2004 Autism Study. The 'Vaccine Court' has paid out well over three billion dollars in vaccine injury claims and yet California has now mandated that their children be vaccinated with vaccines that our own Supreme Court has said are 'unavoidably unsafe'. Kent covers the whole story from Dr. Thompson's call to Brian Hooker, through their phone conversations, four of which were recorded and were a part of the movie 'VAXXED'. Kent touches all the bases with Wakefield, De Niro, Tribeca and even Donald Trump. The CDC which should more aptly be named 'The Centers for Deception, Corruption, Collusion and Cover-up', has a 100 year history of dirty deeds going back to Tuskegee Alabama. Robert Kennedy Jr reminds us in his speeches that there have been four long-term studies of the CDC all of which have concluded that the vaccine division is 'a cesspool of corruption'. This is a great book for every American who needs to know the truth about the vaccine injury and autism epidemic, which mainstream media is hiding from the public as they too are bought by the drug companies.

This is an extremely important book. Everyone should read it. This is a topic that is terribly misunderstood by the majority of people and so leaves them extremely vulnerable. I would have like to have encountered more about what to actually do about our situation. For this reason I actually preferred James LaFerla's book "Conscious Neuroplastic Mediation: The Next Step in the Evolution of Human Consciousness."

Read detailed accounts of the mercury / thimerosal research and what happened at Simpsonwood. His explanation and details about the various studies used by the CDC to declare vaccines as safe and not linked to autism (Verstaeten - Pediatrics 2003, Hviid Study, Mardsen Study, Stehr-Green Study, and Miller et al,) oulines the shameful conflicts of interest and poor study design flaws. Chapter 7 - The Legal View, gives the best insight into the unfortunate National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, passed in 1986, often referred to as "vaccine court" that has resulted in complete immunity from liability for vaccine manufactureres and doctors who give them, while essentially making it near impossible for vaccine injured children and their families to get any compensation. Next we get the best details I've seen to date of what happened with the William Thompson's whistle blower data and Dr Brian Hookers article with the real CDC data that had been left out. There is a hidden gem near the end: Dr Naviaux's research on the cell danger response. I've heard him speak recently and he is onto something. Interestingly, he uses a mouse model for autism that he creates through "maternal immune activation" meaning "the mother is given an infection, or some sort of adjuvant to stimulate an immune response". !!!!! This book is amazing, and a beautiful blend of a personal story and an historical perspective on the subject of vaccine evolution. MUST READ! Kent is a brilliant writer and speaks from a loving (and subjective) view as he lays the facts before us in the most compelling and objective ways. Thanks, Kent. Best I've seen in a long time.

Powerful account of the coverup by the CDC of the data that showed an increased risk of autism in African American boys who got the MMR vaccine "on time." Also includes transcripts from the soon to be infamous Simpsonwood meeting where the CDC and vaccine manufacturers colluded to cover up the link between thimerosal and developmental delays. Inoculated is one great book! It is easy to read and presents the problems with vaccines in a concise message. This is one of the best books that I have read on this subject. Even though I knew most of the history behind the problems with vaccines, I could not stop reading them again in Inoculated. Every physician, parent, and Congressperson should read this book.

Unbelievable. The best book I read this year. A must for parents to read. Good review of pharmacy and events leading up to how we got here regarding vaccinations. Heartfelt. My sister is a high functioning autistic and is 58 now. Her life has never been easy. We need to shed light on the subject and this book helps to provide that needed illumination.

It probably contains a mountain of information but the print is so unusually small, it's a challenge to attempt reading. Had to return.

Anyone who doubts the validity of the information in this book is simply trying to keep the truth from speaking for itself. It amazes me how many people claim to care about children and what is going on with our health care system yet they are so closed minded to the truth. I highly recommend this book to be added to as many books as you can get your hands on. There are plenty of voices telling us the truth but the government is trying to silence them. Listen before their voice is no longer allowed to speak.

This book is very well laid out with documented research as to why we need quality safety studies that don't invite the fox into the hen house! Thank you Mr. Heckenlively for your efforts to enlighten the public- a must read for anyone who's passionate about EVERYONE being vaccinated. I had the privilege of “meeting” Kent Heckenlively when he offered to write the foreword for my book JABBED. When Kent’s book INOCULATED was published, I couldn’t wait to read it. How exciting it was to see how we covered so many of the same topics in our respective books. Perhaps the biggest impact INOCULATED has made on me personally is the way Kent writes about honor and dishonor as it relates not only to the CDC whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson, but as it relates to me personally. The evidence is indisputable: corruption, greed, fraud, slander, etc. are the norm in the vaccine industry. Once you’ve read INOCULATED, you’ll find yourself facing the same choice Thompson faced and still faces: Knowing what you know about the vaccine industry, will you remain silent, or will you sound a warning cry to prevent others from falling victim to industry lies? I highlighted so many things in your book. I truly hated for it to end. Such concise reading and so well researched. I had some many heart warming things I discovered in your book. My favorite was the meeting with Rev. Farrakhan. My saddest but so true was the paragraph about how a parent research's everything for their newborn and children, never dreaming the biggest mistake might be walking into a Doctors office.. Excellent book, every new parent needs to own this book

This book was released so soon after some of the events mentioned in it that it is almost "real time" (as of July, 2017, anyway). I think it started a bit slowly but then built momentum around important events that have occurred since William Thompson of the CDC decided to step forward as a whistleblower regarding the apparently suppressed link between MMR vaccination prior to 3 years and the development of autism. The book strikes me as important, compelling and very revealing about the state of "public health" and scientific inquiry in the US. I would recommend this book for anyone looking into the truth about vaccines and autism

Inoculated is a wonderful book. Kent Heckenlively beautifully portrays a large territory-- that of the recent history of the vaccine risk awareness movement and it's characters, including the author himself-- autism father, science teacher, attorney and activist. This work of non-fiction is based on many primary sources, but the author's personal and sensitive narrative compels the reader to forge onward through the complex maze of bought science, corrupt politics, media deception, and yes, bright spots of truth, to find out how it all really works and fits together. The author's voice rings clear throughout the narrative and it makes for a fascinating read. I had to put aside all other books and read Inoculated from cover to cover. Every person who cares about the fate of our children and grandchildren, and of our species, will want to do the same.

A thorough history of the where vaccines may be overused, and the problems he has had with his autistic daughter. He held publication till after Pres. Trump was elected, and tells of what Trump could do as President to study vaccines and the associated problems.

An effective way to come up to speed on much of the issues around the autism-vaccine link for someone new to the topic.

Must read to protect yourself and your kids..

It is so unfortunate that so many have jumped on the anti-vax bandwagon. It is crystal clear that not vaccinating spreads disease and many once eradicated diseases are now making a comeback. Please do your research. This book supports not vaccinating children based on the findings of (former doctor) Dr. Andrew Wakefield. Wakefield was later found to have altered his findings in his 1998 study. It was a deliberate attempt to connect autism and vaccinations by falsifying data. Wakefield has been stripped of his license but authors such as Hecklively continue to use the his fabricated study and those who followed Wakefield him to support their claims. As a school director, I am required to document the vaccination records of children. I have documented of hundreds of children for over 20 years. In this time, 3 of those children were at some point in their lives, diagnosed with autism. It is not vaccines.

Dangerous medical misinformation

I first noticed Kent Heckenlively in 2015 when I heard him and Dr. Judy Mikovits (co-authors of PLAGUE) interviewed on late-night radio. I had begun following the vaccine-autism controversy years before, and with heightened interest after hearing Dr. Andrew Wakefield interviewed in 2010. Here was a man supposedly disgraced and discredited for his research linking vaccines to autism, yet the voice I heard on the radio told a persuasive story of injustice and cover-up with soft-spoken conviction. Thus was my mind opened to the possibility of widespread vaccine injury and official stonewalling of it in the U.K. and America. When Heckenlively’s next book came out, also co-authored with Dr. Mikovits (PLAGUE OF CORRUPTION, 2020), I read it right away and watched the enormous controversy that swirled around its allegations of corruption, conflicts of interest, and cover-ups in the NIH and CDC. I viewed all the interviews of Heckenlively and Mikovits I could find on the Internet, and couldn’t help but notice the flagrant censorship that rose to the level of outright persecution. After hearing and reading Heckenlively over the years, it’s clear to me that this is not a radical or someone whose hair is on fire. Far from it, he is a middle-school science teacher, former lawyer, and caring father to an autistic daughter. To me (another former lawyer), he comes across as a kind-spirited, principled, sincere and courageous citizen who is dogged in his pursuit of the truth. Yes, Heckenlively waxes indignant about the blatant conflicts of interest among those in Big Science, Big Medicine, Big Pharma and Big Government who refuse to allow rigorous official scrutiny of vaccine risks. But he is careful not to make INOCULATED an ad hominem polemic. On the contrary, he shows compassion toward honest researchers and officials trapped in a web of lies beyond their control. This despite the heavy burdens the author has borne on behalf of his autistic daughter and his ostracism for pursuing the origins of her condition. In my view Heckenlively is in an ideal position to chronicle the history of the vaccine-autism connection. As a career science teacher and science writer, he understands the scientific method and the complex science behind viruses, vaccines and pharmaceutical testing. As a former lawyer, he also understands the legislative and regulatory process and all its promises and failings. And as someone with close ties to the autism community, he knows the heartbreak and suffering of families touched by autism and other vaccine injuries. Having covered the topic for two decades, he is also personally acquainted with many of the key figures in the vaccine-autism saga. Thus, in INOCULATED, he writes as an eyewitness to history and can tell both sides of the story. I recommend INOCULATED to anyone who seeks a succinct yet amply detailed review of the scientific evidence on the link between vaccines and neurological injuries to children, including autism. Nor does Heckenlively shrink from naming names and exposing corruption among researchers and CDC officials. For example, the CDC is responsible for vaccine safety at same time it is charged with promoting high rates of vaccination. Does anyone see the danger in that? Stripping the CDC of its authority over vaccine safety is only one of the recommendations that Heckenlively makes at the end of his book. In addition, he offers much-needed hope by describing new treatment approaches that may be able to abate or even reverse autism in the years ahead. Inoculated is one of the best books to understand how the science on vaccine safety has been corrupted. Heckenlively is an awake parent, unfortunately due to the vaccine injury of his child. We need every parent and every physician to read this book prior to making a vaccine decision. Informed consent ought to be mandatory, not vaccines.

Vaccines do not cause autism because vaccinated and unvaccinated children have the same rate of autism. Babies develop autism in the womb before the first vaccine is injected. Kent, your child did not develop autism from MMR vaccines. Avoid his pseudoscience garbage not supported by evidence-based medicine. Vaccines save millions of lives with benefits outweighing risks.

It is so refreshing to come across an author, teacher and citizen who cares so much about the truth. He writes with great integrity and principled awareness of what needs to be conveyed to keep a spotlight on what we, as a society, need to ceaselessly address and change, for our sake and for that of future generations and all of humanity.

I love the full title of this book. The author really brings everything back to that point. I was so engaged in this book, I couldn’t go to sleep. Whether you are new to this topic or have been reading for some time, I think you will take something away from this. I’m a few years into this topic and when I read books like this, I feel so grateful for all of the parents, scientists, doctors and lawyers that have been at this for much longer. I really appreciated this perspective and I learned so much.

Excellent book I wish I would have read before having children. A must read.

I asked Mr Heckenlively on my radio show as I cover many issues what would be deemed 'conspiracy" vaccines included (among other things) that mainstream shows will not. I read the book in preparation for our interview which will be on December 28th. I could not put it down. this book details so many things and does so well. we are given a pretty good look into the emails and other documents showing exactly what our "elected" officials and even our beloved Doctors have been doing to our children for 30 plus years. Covering up and skewing different studies and destroying important documents all while cashing in at the bank injecting toxins and other unseemly ingredients into our children..while many many children suffer..lets face it many have died. This is a very important book. Period. No matter what side of the fence you sit on in the vaccine debate it is important to have all the facts and this book is a good source for that. Mr Heckenlively puts forth in this book the actual data...letters..emails etc that so many are arguing over. I am thankful for this book and for having met Mr Heckenlivley.

In the book "Inoculated-How Science Lost Its Soul in Autism" the author Kent Heckenlively raises a plethora of concerns. For one thing 1 in 45 kids have now fallen victim to Autism-especially those under age 25. When the US passed laws protecting vaccine maker's from lawsuits, kids went from a few vaccines to 76 containing Aluminum, Thimerosal/mercury, formaldehyde and other Neurotoxins. This is a serious book written in a scholarly fashion.It draws together many leaders in the community. Today we have some of the greatest minds in Medicine, Science, Philosophy, Sports, the field of acting, Singers, dancers, college professors all succumbing to the same thing-having children with Autism. Fiftyfour percent of our children are now Chronically ill. So what is the point? We cannot keep the US safe or economically viable when we have become our own enemy.
