Mochizuki Touya continues his work as grand duke of Brunhild. He's the proud inheritor of the (almost) complete Babylon Islands, the mighty master of the Frame Gear Mechs, and a slowly flowering bud of divine power, but that doesn't mean he has any room to relax! The time has come for answers! A new threat emerges within the Roadmare Union! But can Touya convince the mighty doge that his Frame Gears are the right method to deal with the oncoming danger? Just who is the enigmatic Ende, and what does he have to do with the crystal creatures that so recklessly bring the world closer to despair? Just what is the secret of Touya's divinity? Put on your thinking caps for a tale of swords, sorcery, and custom-built mechatronics!

Worth reading, the author doesn't even realize how good he is.

This book caught a lot of flak state side at least for having a very Mary Sue main character with a ridiculous harem of girls. But that's not what the book is about. The book is about a kid who was basically given everything and how he interacts with the world around him because of it. It's about the humor in the situations he finds himself in, from people tricking him into running a country to a king tricking him into taking a dowry in the form of a house. It may not sound that interesting, but the author has a way with words. The writing is fairly simple and easy to understand and the whole story progresses very quickly which makes for a good smooth read. Each book can be finished in 1 or 2 sittings without even trying despite it having the same amount of content and bulk as other books. The author has a talent for writing things in the first person in a way that is very interesting and engaging and that alone makes these books worth reading. Despite my admiration for the series I also found myself sighing and even cringing when I found out they would be adding Mecha to story, but they are actually used as a plot device to simply move the story further and keep the character from becoming complacent. Often only shown to illustrate the strength of what is to come and in some cases, to speed what would normally be very drawn out battles along as the fighting is not the main point of the story. I don't recommend this as an isakei, but as an enjoyable book in general that puts the 'light' in light novel/light reading.

Great Series so Far

Well if I made it all the way to book 9, then of course it's great. This was another good one. Another giant phrase battle, new mysteries concerning Ende, Touya's maturing divinity, and last but not least some more cute scenes with the many women in his life (his wives and Babylon sisters mainly). Cannot wait to read the next one.

it is a fun story

i watch the anime and like it, hoping for season 2 . then i found the books and read them all in about 2 days or so. it is a fun story

This is an OP charater, and that's why i love it

I am in love with this series. The writing is simple and sweet, though at times tedious (probably because of deadlines and minimum word count) The story is exactly what you want with this type of genre, a really op dude doing everything thought impossible without breaking a sweat. My only complaint is that we have to wait two months for new releases. With a book doing this good you would think they would speed up the process.

The fun continues

True to the authors statement of fun to read the series has proven true to that statement. Right now I am enjoying volumes five thru twelve, all one after another, just breaking for sleep. You can eat while reading.

A really great book

I've been following this book series for a while now and haven't been able to put it down when a new one comes out. The characters are actually cleverly done, the story is interesting and the way the main protagonist goes through day to day life is funny.

Grand

A bloody good book. Worth the wait. Now I can't wait for the next one. The story keeps getting better each time and we learn more about the characters.

Starting to find more about my self

Toyua is finding a lost lower God has help from his sister's is adding another kingdom to help and new future to help the people saved a dark elf and learns more about

A good continuing story

A well written storyline that makes an OP character likable if not enjoyable enough to keep reading about. Slightly campy but in a comfortable way. The hero doesn’t always have his way and doesn’t seem to understand how he gets out maneuvered and put in strange situations by those he cares about.

More crazy adventures

Touya continues to get into more mischief and adventure as the books go. There was a lot more light hearted adventure this time, along with Touya finally learning the truth in his abilities. Looking forward to learning what happens next.

Lots of fun

By far not one of the best series I have read. Much more suited for children, but it is fun and has an interesting story and concept to say the least.

An excellent installment

As usual, the author delivers another interesting part of the ongoing story. No spoilers, but it is well worth a read. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Still good ten books in...

The lighthearted series continues, mixing darker concerns of the encroaching Phrase with the ongoing trials and tribulations of Touya juggling his wives to be alongside world politics, trade concerns, demons, and...rapid hair growth?! Yup.

Brought to Another World With My Samsung

God I love this story. With every volume I fall further into Touya's realm and further out of my own. Truly a masterpiece and a revolutionary creation of an alternate world. Please, continue in your efforts, all behind this production, and feel pride for such a work of art to have been the result of your strenuous labors. Magnificent, truly, magnificent!

I love this series I can't wait to for the next one to come out

4 days this book lasted me for days

Another Great One!!

Was a great read though I'd have liked a bit more action. All in all woukd recommend to friends who like harems.

Outstanding!

I love this series! I can never wait to read the next volume. I ended up staying up to read it when my preorder his at midnight. Highly recommended!

So much fun to read

I have never read or desired a series as much as this one. I am so envious of the 5 other books already published in Japanese...The storytelling just puts smiles on my face so many times.

Better than the anime.

I started watching this anime as a leisure activity I really enjoyed it, when I found the light novel here, I was supprised by the depth of the character development and the story line. As an avid sci-fi fantasy reader, I expect greatness from this author in the future.

Fun read if you love the anime read the books.

Love this series. Saw the anime first, but started reading the light novel, and I already want volume 10 to come out. If anyone knows where when its going to be released please let me know.

Great read

Still going strong. I wonder whats going to happen to poor touya next. Keep up the good work. Cant wait.

Funny and Fun

This was an Excellent addition to this series as usual funny and fun story. I can’t wait for the next volume.

Five Stars

I loved It

Good story

Good long and short run for the introduction of generic enemies and allies. It shows more illustration of the mecha in this cover with well detail and I like it.

Read them all

I relly like the entire serie . The storyline is entertaning and fast paced. Likeable caracters. A quick and fun read.

Great continuation

I've loved the other books in the series, this one is no different, loved it too!
