ALONE TOGETHER
Stunned after catching her husband with one of her friends, Kaoru loses her footing...and ends up in the hospital. When Uta goes to visit her, she sees Kaoru crying alone and knows instinctively that her wounds go a lot deeper than the eye can see. Caught in between her brother and her crush, Uta may just have to tell Kaoru the truth.

The crack widens
After her fall, Kaoru is hurt in more ways than one. But she is unable to bring herself to confront the issue as she wishes to protect Uta from the fallout. But Uta is not completely in the dark and knows that the one she loves is hurting but does not know how to get her to open up. However during a girls only trip to a spa resort, Uta may finally have the courage to reveal to Kaoru what is on her mind and heart. This story is amazing, very well paced and also you can feel the emotions going through all the main characters. And also your opinion of the husband will be confirmed and possibly justified as he tries to hold onto what he has, but in the wrong way. I am anxious to see the next part and what will happen to this family.

Ahhhhhh! It was so good! We get to see much more one on one time with kaoru and uta! A bit of a cliff hanger but I can’t wait for the next volume!

Things get serious.
This series is so good, and this volume was a must read in one sitting. The characters are are great, and the writer's ability to demonstrate emotional development of the characters is superb. The previous volume invests a bit of time in developing Uta's friend Chloe's story, and sets the stage for the flaws in Kaoru and Reiichi's relationship to be made impossible to ignore. This volume dives headfirst into everything built up in the first two volumes in a very satisfying way, it gives you pay offs and sets the stage for next part of the overall story's development. Can't wait to get the next volume.
