Hush Tarot

A truly lovely deck. The Major Arcana are gorgeously rendered, and the minors are beautifully illustrated, which I find helpful. I'm not a fan of decks with only numerals on the pip cards, and this is awesomely not one of those decks. There is so much imagery and subtext and symbolism on every card that it truly is a joy to look at, and there's so much for your intuition to key into and play off of. I haven't had it long, but I can imagine many deep and layered readings with this deck.

This deck uses animals to represent humans. It is an amazing piece of artwork as the creator is an artist and curator of a gallery in PA. The pictures, for the most part are very intuitive, but I would recommend learning on another deck. As a professional tarot reader, I found them to be a totally different way of reading then even I am used to. I love the quality of this deck and the cards do draw me in. I believe these will be a collector's item shortly. Here is some information I found about the cards and creator which I found amazing. This has to have been an incredible amount of work. No illustration style here, every image is dense and detailed. I probably wouldn't choose it as a very first tarot deck, as a lot of the symbology is kind of opaque. And this isn't a light, friendly deck. It's not antagonistic in the way that I've found some other decks to be; it doesn't "feel" mean or anything like that, but it also doesn't "feel" particularly inclined to baby the reader or take them by the hand to a conclusion. You're not going to have to fight this one, but you aren't going to be spoonfed either. I don't really approve of the concept of "shadow work" or the like; you are a complete person and whole unto yourself, and I think that if you get into the mindset of considering yourself to have a "dark half" and a "light half," what you're actually going to have is massive vulnerability and cracks that unsavory sorts can get their fingers in. but this is definitely not a lighthearted deck, and if you get it you should probably expect to have a warming-up period with it.

Illustrations are seemingly Dark but like other commenters noted they are full of hopeful imagery. I think the artwork is beautiful and balances a delicate floral aesthetic with a dark earthy intrigue. Ethereal with a touch of grunge. Perfect for me. Perhaps not for everybody. Cards are sturdy, but have enough bend to Shuffle comfortably. Looks and Feels like quality. They are not any standard size I know of but not huge nor tiny. Slightly Larger than regular tarot dimensions. They don’t fit in the box I intended to keep them in which now still holds my other regular sized deck but luckily the package includes a good box that doubles as safe keeping. The symbol for the wands suite could be a con as it resembles three swords suite symbol and vice versa so much so I kept getting them confused for a few readings before I remembered to make sure which one I was looking at. The illustrations are a bit more obscure and the symbols at the top of the cards are small so this is probably not a good beginner deck. That being said I’m an amateur and I had to have this deck anyway because I love it that much. Will take a bit more practice to get used to tho for sure.

Cute but I didn't see what the inside looked like since it was a gift to my friend. The package did come like a week late though :)

I can't even say how much I love these cards, they are absolutely beautiful. Great materials, the printing is very pretty. It comes in a very lovely box and well packaged. I would recommend this to anyone who either collects artwork or is into tarot. Again absolutely beautiful artwork.

I had a classical, minimalist style tarot deck prior to this, and didn't connect with the images very well and was struggling to learn the card meanings. I decided to find another deck to practice intuitive readings, based on my personal feelings regarding the imagery. This deck was the perfect solution! I was immediately drawn to the stunning, dark, artsy and woodsy style, and it did not disappoint! I love that the artwork contains a host of familiar animals that I could (and do) see in my own back yard, which has made it a great tool for learning more about their symbology too. I tend to pull a card each morning and intuitively come up with a shadow work prompt to reflect on, then reference the guidebook afterwards and use that message to guide my day. Though the guidebook isn't very in-depth, it often has a helpful message - though some days I supplement other resources to help deepen my understanding of the card. I think these images lend themselves well to our shadow aspects, and my readings have been quite insightful and accurate!

I'm an intermediate reader and I find this deck pretty easy to read. I think intuitive readers particularly will enjoy this deck, and new readers will do well with it too. I thought (and later heard another reader say the same) that this deck is a bit feisty in the way Froud's Faerie Oracle and Heart of Faerie decks are. It breaks the rules and says things you maybe weren't asking to hear at all. For example, I've had it tell me to put it, as in... the deck, away, and go pay attention to someone that needed my attention.😂 I deeply dislike complainers who whine a deck is too white or male (it's the maker's art so it's not up for discussion, imo..go make your own if you don't like it), so I won't complain but just say there are only one, maybe two, human men in this deck. If I could say anything negative I guess it'd be that. Otherwise it's a great deck. Cardstock is great and the guidebook suffices too.

I am so connected to this tarot deck. I encountered it a few months ago while online shopping, and for some reason I could not get it off my mind. I gave it time and could not shake it after a few months, so I finally bit the bullet and decided to purchase it. I just got this deck in and I’m already very bonded with it. The artistry is simply gorgeous and the readings I have gotten are already very spot on. Usually it takes me a good month to fully warm up to a deck, but for me I had an instantaneous bond with this deck from the moment I got my hands on it. If you feel the need to have this deck in your collection, please do yourself a favor and go ahead and make the purchase. It genuinely is a great addition to any collection.

I love the artwork and all the feelings that go with this deck! They did a great job! The book that comes with is super small. I wish it was slightly bigger and the sections had just a little bit more to them. It is very to the point which is not a bad thing again just wish it had a little more description. It does have “keywords”which is great! I’m really excited to work with this deck!

I love the images. Is it a traditional Rider-Waite deck? Hmmm probably not - but after getting to know the deck I've drawn a ton of insight from the images alone.

I love the artwork but for some reason, I can't read these cards! That has more to do with me than with the cards themselves and I'm perfectly happy to hang on to them for the magnificence of the artwork alone. Don't let my personal reaction to them and my inability to read them affect your choice....they are lovely cards for my collection. And they are NOT the only deck I have that I have been unable to connect with!

I've had these over a year and I absolutely love them. If you want something nature-y and not too derivative of the Rider-Waite deck, these are perfect. I also have small hands and this size is great for me. The page of pentacles and the fool are my favorites because they're on a solid black background. I wish the artist would release a whole deck like that, I would 100% cough up the money for a special edition all black set 🖤

The Hush Tarot is a beautiful deck with inspiring imagery that enhances and promotes intuitive hits during readings, and which is very reminiscent to me of the Arthur Rackham Tarot, as well as other works featuring the art of Arthur Rackham, due to the Hush Tarot style of art being so similar. It is a slightly wider deck than standard Tarot, but still a sufficient deck for shuffling and handling the cards easily. The readings themselves have been accurate and resonating while also adding a unique value that you would not necessary receive from other Tarots. I am pleased with this purchase and very glad to own this collectible deck.

I received my cards within two days. The deck is beautiful, made with thick card stock. I’m very impressed with the detail on each card. Actually, each card is a piece of art! The guide book is small, but it explains every card, even in reverse. Also, the box is well made and thick. I’ll definitely, keep my eyes open, for any future tarot decks from this artist!

I absolutely love the artistry in the cards as well as the size. Very thick and durable cards. They don't bend easily when shuffled. Love it!

The art was not designed for a tarot deck. Lots of cards the art was off for the meaning of the card. I returned them due to this. Nice art just doesn't work as a tarot for me. I'm just not into curated decks.

I was drawn to this deck because the artwork reminds me of old, dark fairy tales, and I also like how animals are incorporated into the cards. It does mean that the symbolism is quite different from the standard Rider-Waite so as a beginning user, it is going to take me a while to learn them. But that's okay, I welcome the different interpretations that the animals suggest. Cardstock is really nice and feels durable, and the box is rigid to keep everything safe. I wish the book was a little more detailed, it just feels like the generic R-W book, but that's about the only negative.

My first deck, but I have a book that shows traditional Rider-Waite art to compare. Beautiful, ethereal art. I bought it because of the redbirds, but the symbolism of each card resonates with me. Love to see what I get when I turn them over.

I adore this deck. Not only is it stunningly lovely...as muted in it's colors as it is intense in it's depictions....it is also perfect for those like myself with smaller hands--cards are about 3"wide by 4.5" tall...very easy to hold/work with. Definitely a deck for intuitive readers--if you are someone who needs more guided images these are not for you. I absolutely adore this deck and it has officially taken the role of my go-to deck.

I've held out a long time on deciding which tarot deck I wanted and felt most connected with. I live in Asheville, NC and Hush has done art for many past local music shows which is something I am passionate about. When I seen he created this deck I immediately knew it was the one I wanted. The art is truly amazing and beautifully detailed! Absolutely stunning! He has put so such thought and time into each card. I love the nature and animal aspects and I don't think I could have found a deck more perfect.

The Art is great! The meanings of each card differ than those of a traditional tarot deck, but is overall set up in a traditional manner. This deck is definitely more about the art and as a collector, thats ok with me. Card stock is good quality and the size of the cards are slightly on the larger side, which I also prefer. Overall its a great deck, im glad to be adding to my collection.

I love the art! There's a calmness to this deck for me. They are a bit large for my hands but they're average tarot size, so I was kind of expecting that. Lovely & aesthetic :•)

I honestly love these cards. As soon as I saw them, I couldn't take my eyes off them! It's the only deck I've used for the better part of two months. I love the book that comes with it as well. It explains the reversed and upright meanings. I bought this specifically for shadow work, but I've been using it casually for now so I can get the hang of it. Highly recommended!

I wasn't so sure before purchase due to some images were little too dark for me, but the deck in person has such a great energy. not like some dark image the deck alone has very positive and great energy. Also the couple reading with this card is great so far. easy to shuffle and spread. I have to study more on this deck but i am sure it will give me great intuitive reading.

This deck has a lot going for it. The hard sides box, card size, and stock are first rate. The art is absolutely beautiful, and there's a lot going on in each card to ponder and source ideas from. I wouldn't recommend this for beginners, because it's not always easy to find the traditional 'meaning' for cards. But for a deck that looks and feels great and provides lots of fodder for consideration, at a mass market price, it's a must have.

This is an absolutely fantastic deck! The illustrations are gorgeous, the labeling is clear, legible, and blends perfectly with the rest of the card, and both the cards and box are excellent quality. The guidebook that’s included is concise and accurate. As for readings, I’ve done a few test readings with it so far and the results are straightforward and bent on self improvement; this deck is no-nonsense! It’s already become my go-to deck for everyday readings.

I was instantly pulled toward Jeremy Hush's deck, Hush Tarot. His artwork is truly in a league of its own and the guidebook is beautifully detailed with upright and reversal meanings. My clients love them too and the imagery hits deeper with them. 5 stars hands down!

The artwork is AMAZINGLY-breath taking. Going through the deck, getting the feel of each card- sparked lots of emotion. Definitely for the more intuitive reader. I am in LOVE with this deck❤️ Thank you❤️

This tarot deck is beautiful and smooth to the touch. It feels luxurious, and the art is so dark and lovely.

This deck is very much jumping into the modern witch trend of our generation. I have been a fan of Jeremy Hush for many years, and because of a review on this page I was excited to receive this deck and pair it into to my weekly live readings...but...when going through the cards I was disappointed to see that some of the art selected does not rhyme and almost feels like “well this kind of goes” If you are a collector of decks, his art is lovely & great quality per the price point. If you are a completest and must own every deck, get into it! If you are wanting to learn or traditionally read tarot this deck is probably not the best.

I absolutely love this deck. The images on these cards are individual works of art. So intricately detailed. I love the muted colors and vintage look of the backgrounds. I even love the design on the backs of the cards!

This deck is just stunning. The artwork is exquisite and extremely detailed. The card stock is nice and the deck shuffles well. It is definitely more for the intuitive reader and trails quite away from the traditional RW. That being said I can just stare t the cards for hours and always see something new.

I don’t know where this guy came from, but his deck is absolutely beautiful and it actually reads! I hope he continues creating more decks, because I swear this deck is magical!

When I first went through this deck I felt it was very dark. The second time around as I studied the cards and their meanings I realized how very much I needed this deck! In every card there was a message to keep moving forward, in a gentle but very firm way. Can't wait to start working with them!

This deck is great! If you're artist or even new, this is a must have. The art is wonderful, dark and light... Like life. For beginners, it has great interpretations. It may not be for some. Just review his art and if it talks to you, don't hesitate to buy. =)

I really wanted to like this deck. I waited in anticipation for it. But the first thing I noticed when I opened the packaging was how terribly blurry the images on the cards are. More importantly, another reviewer correctly pointed out that many of the images of females appear to be very young, and most of them are naked and bound by vines or some sort of barbed wire. This deck has a very dark, morbid, twisted energy to it. I already threw away the wrapping so I can't return it, but I won't be reading with these. They're quite disturbing. I know of a local occult shop that takes in donation tarot decks so that's probably where they'll end up, but they really do belong in the "burn it" pile.

Pictures do NOT do this deck, by Jeremy Hush; justice. They are perfect weight, size and the artwork is stunning. I can’t put them down.

wish I would have seen the pictures. Lot JHush does not like Cats or Wolves..Ido not think he likes women. He does not like witches. His women ...many are naked and pubscent. Or seem bound in some way. The only woman of color appears dead.

These cards bow in the middle. They won’t lay flat...I’m so disappointed as I love the imagery...I thought this was going to be my new favorite deck. Sending it back for an exchange, hoping this deck was just a fluke. Fingers crossed.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this deck. Does an amazing job at fitting my aesthetic perfectly. I showed it to my fiance who bought it for me. Each time I do a reading, I have to stop and look at each card individually. The card interpretations in the book are more accurate than any other interpretation books it the other decks I have. I have shuffled it multiple times without doing a reading and slept with it multiple times. I gave it time to mix appropriately before asking of anything from it. I also charged in the full Blue Halloween moon and I now have nothing but accurate readings- even self readings! I didn't begin other readings until I had done the spread provided in the back of the book on multiple times- until it became accurate. Once it became accurate, I tried other readings and they were accurate as well. I was requested to find the Death card, for deck comparisons, and split the deck directly to the Death card! It attuned to me very easily and very well. It is my favorite deck and I don't even touch my other decks anymore. I love to show it off, every time I have it's received nothing but absolute adoration. If I could give it only 5 stars, I would give it 10.

Jeremy Hush has turned the natural world into an exotic place. The creatures are familiar but their demeanor is exotically unfamiliar. Many of them make eye contact with the reader, seeming to speak from the cards without words. The human figures, when included, play supporting roles, and manmade objects are sometimes set decoration, sometimes talismans. This is a decidedly different journey through the tarot deck — and that was Hush’s intention. He is asking readers to change their perspective in order to gain insight and new understanding. The illustrations are created (believe it or not) with a ball point pen. The coloring is added using whatever Hush can find on hand. Subtle textures and shading are added using his fingers. This deck becomes more powerful as you use it. There is always something new to find in the cards. It’s a perfect deck for either meditating or divining. (Anna received a review copy of this deck.)

Not a standard depiction of tarot, although the cards match up. The artwork will take time to absorb fully - there is a mix of beautifully simple executions, and complex images that I expect I will still find new details in a year from now. Delighted with the deck.

This is the most beautiful art I've ever seen in a terot deck. This was love at first sight and it has instantly became my favorite! There's not a single negative thing about these cards. I love love love the symbolism and perspective the artist took with these. I hope the artist makes an oracle deck so that I can pair it with these.

I was disappointed at the quality of the card stock. flimsier than a deck of playing cards. first shuffle and a corner bent. If it hadn't come with the booklet I would of thought maybe a counterfeit deck. Will have to handle this deck with kid gloves.

Every single card in this deck is gorgeous. Stunning, really. Many of the cards have amazing detail, clear meaning, and tons of symbolism, too. The art of many of the cards doesn't seem to make much sense to the meaning of that card, though. For instance, the four of cups is a woman with a cloak on that includes a hood with bunny ears. She is holding onto some kind of vine that has a fuzzy flower (like a dandelion) on both ends. This is said to stand for apathy and doubt in the guide book (which is very small and brief). What? How would one get that from looking at the card? All in all, I really like this deck, but it's definitely going to take some getting used to.

The art in this deck is beautiful! The cards usually present right away what they're representing, though sometimes that isn't the case and the picture doesn't immediately show what it stands for. For artistry this good, this is a very affordable deck! The card stock seems thin, but is actually very sturdy. I shuffled using the "casino dealer" method and the cards shuffled easily and evenly and did not bend at all. One thing I didn't like was how slick the cards are. They slide around too easily. I like how easy it is to shuffle them, but they lost a bit from me with how much they want to slip around everywhere.

I have never before ordered something that has exceeded my expectations. These cards have. Every single one is a work of art, they are simply a joy to behold. I’m absolutely delighted with them.

The cards where damaged pretty bad on the edge when they showed up. Looks like they got caught on something going into the box. I wasn't sure if I'd have them replaced or sent back since I wasn't connecting with the deck right off the bat so I asked the cards to give me a reason to keep them. They gave me several. The card stock is thick, and we'll made. It's a really professional feeling set made for good showmanship. I wasn't sure if I liked this feel at first but after some getting used to I'm enjoying them quite a bit. The card layouts are beautiful, I love how the cards interact with each other. Imagry is hauntingly beautifle and the card layout in the book is surprisingly uniqe with it's perspective. The cards are so well made and more like slates than playing cards, hard to shuffle but easy when you find your method. They don't seem effected much by the damage and I've already bonded with them so I'll keep them as they are. Told me not to be judgmental right off the bat, I'm listening. I'm leaving it at full stats because I didn't try to send them back, damage happens and it's not fare to take a star off if I'm not willing to fix it.

The deck came in a perfect condition, sealed. The art is stunningly, original and meaningful. Though, the Lover card is described in guidebook to be Shiva and Parvati, but They are Radha and Krishna! The flute, peacock feather, Srimati Radharani’s attire and etc… I think, probably, there were different people for painting and writing the guidebook, or the author misunderstood this part himself. Still, I’m very happy to see Sri Radha and Sri Krsna present in the deck. HOWEVER! Kindly keep in mind: this deck is a very serious one, it’s meant to go really DEEP. So don’t expect it to have light meaning or pretty pictures. It can seem dark sometimes at the first glance. It’s for psychological, deep shadow work. If you are interested in that, the deck is for you! If no… you can always take the ‘Wheel of the Year’ and etc. I am personally completely satisfied with what I’ve got. It’s my treasure now. 😌

These cards are magnificent! The artwork is astoundingly beautiful and reflective. Leaning on the darker side, but still giving a neutral/positive way out in regard to the art and description. The card stock is excellent. Nice and thick, but also easy to shuffle. The matte surface definitely coordinates with the imagery. The cards are very easy to intuitively read. I connected immediately with this deck. There are many levels to the images. The guidebook is short, sweet, and very much to the point. It has both upright and reverse descriptions of the cards which are very easy to glean meaning from. I would highly recommend this deck and I will be looking for more from this author. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this deck. Readings are to the point and clear cut, but also lead you down a path of enlightenment through your inner shadow self.

Absolutely LOVE this deck and felt connected immediately. It gives so much new perspective while building on the themes of the standard rider-wAite deck. It illustrates the deep psychological state, motives and circumstances, hidden meanings, and obscure clues. I would recommend this for an experienced reader who needs fresh perspective and who reads intuitively rather than relying on the traditional symbols of the raider-waite cards.

And to think I almost didn't buy these. Of the over 100+ tarot & oracle cards I own, these are the most intuitive tarot cards I own. The infusion of Spirit, Nature & man deeply resonates to the shaman in me. The artwork is exquisite; a wonderful combination of realism and etherealism with meanings that offer both a conventional & unconventional approach. Excellent stock quality with satin finish. Colors are vibrant; images are crisp. If you plan to use them a lot, you might want to buy a second deck!

El produncto es de buena calidad, las tarjetas tienen un grosor adecuado. Lo único que no me gusto es que ya habia solicitado la cancelación del producto al vendedor por que se tardo meses en enviarlo y no me contestó, incluso Amazon me notificó que ya habia pasado mucho sin que el vendedor contestara, pasaron como 3 meses y de repente veo que fue enviado.... No se si fue por la pandemia, pero como sea se me hizo un mal detalle, no la demora sino la falta de comunicación del vendedor. Pero el producto es muy bueno.

I think reviews on Tarot decks are pretty subjective (so bear that in mind) but this one checks ALL my boxes. God. I'm in love. Mine came in perfect condition and the artwork!! Is stunning!! I really love the borders, which is the least significant thing I love about this deck, but it's worth mentioning because it's a rare thing to find on decks. I really like the card stock and it's very easy and comfortable to shuffle. It's a great size. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that there are an overwhelming majority of women depicted on the cards in comparison to men. There are men, but I would have liked to see a man on the Emperor card and the Kings, as well as The Lovers and 2 of Cups for the duality that those cards represent. That's my own personal preference, though. It's not so much of a complaint as it is a slight disappointment. But not enough to give it less than 5 stars. The artwork and card stock are honestly both outstanding. They're slightly shorter and wider than your average deck, but still very comfortable to work with, at least for me. OH - and the booklet it comes with has concise, to-the-point descriptions that are accurate and provide enough framework for beginners, in my opinion. If you're intuitively drawn to this deck, there's probably a reason! Try it out! If you have prominent Scorpio placements, you'll dig it. I personally love the combination of life and decay presented on these cards. P.S. - I've never written an Amazon review before, so the fact that I'm writing one here should tell you I really, genuinely think this deck is top notch. Super happy I decided to buy it :)

Dark vibes, eg, Queen of Swords is sitting on a drowning bird and smiling... Eep. Lots of naked teenage women, no naked men, no older women. Everyone's white in it. Super skinny queens...totally non-progressive depiction of women. Typical old school male illustrator sexualising young women 🤦🤷 Returning the deck to Amazon.

Not only is this deck beyond captivating, but it jives quite quickly, I feel. The cards are the perfect size, and flow well when shuffling. Seriously glad I bought this.

I've been trying to pick a tarot deck for years, I had something very specific in mind which I found hard to describe. Through a search on the artist Jeremy Hush (after seeing his "Memento Mori" piece) I came across these cards and hit the jackpot. The artwork is incredible, the cards feel warm and comfortable in the hands. They shuffle and spread easily. You can see in the photo that the design on the back is beautiful, too. The guide is good quality, clear, and easy to use. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, highly recommended.

Stunning deck of tarot cards. There are some slight variations from the usual Rider Waite interpretations, however the artwork is beautiful and has a nice dark, gothic quality.

I bought this deck after watching a YouTube video review and was curious. The art work in places seemed stunning and mediocre in others but.. The more i looked at this deck tje more it resonated with me.It is a very natural feeling deck in the sense that the colours are muted and animals are featured on most cards. Card stock is very nice and sturdy with a matt finish.Card size is shorter and wider that the standard size which i like. I think if you are are person that has a deep connection with nature you will love this deck. My only dislike is the backs which are pretty much the opposite of natural feeling as they have "Hush Tarot" writing on which looks factory like and pointless as i know what im using so so need reminding. A simplistic pattern or symbol would be far more appropriate. I am quite fussy and also a collector but if you are a passionate Tarot reader, then these matters are important as there are simply thousands of decks out there to choose from. Overall a beautiful deck and will definitely be using it in future readings.

Going through both major and minor arcanas I've noticed that the images on most of the cards (70% mb?) don't match with the main, traditional idea. As someone in the review section have already noticed, it seems like it was sort of "well, this kind of goes" choice. Even for intuitive reading this, undoubtedly beautiful, deck might not be the best option. I had an impression that some cards (6 of cups, 4, 5 of swords, 3,4,5,7of Wands, and some more) were drawn later specifically to "fit" the empty slots of the deck and they do look like cards from The Rider–Waite tradition. To sum up, the deck is extremely beautiful, but might leave you frustrated with the random choice of the art.

Kommt in einer stabilen wunderschönen Box mit kleinem Guidebook. Vielfach erwähnte tolle Artwork muss man nicht mehr betonen. Der Hush Tarot ist erfrischend anders, kein gewöhnlicher RWS Klon, nein hier spricht der Künstler mit uns und wir machen eine etwas andere Reise, die mich als Tarot Liebhaber begeistert. Er führt uns durch eine Welt mit Tieren und Menschen, zeigt uns Verbindungen zwischen uns auf, die ich so noch niemals gedacht habe, man muss sich öffnen um zu Verstehen... Man muss sich mit dieser Kunst beschäftigen, das Büchlein, englische Sprache, durcharbeiten, dann wird man reich beschenkt. Wie alles im Leben ist auch der Tarot von Jeremy Hush Geschmackssache, er ist kein bunter heile Welt Tarot. Nach dem Studieren des Büchleins ist er mir ans Herz gewachsen und mit dem Verstehen kam der Rest. Wer allerdings kein Interesse an großer Beschäftigung mit einem etwas anderen Tarot hat, für den ist das Deck sicher nicht so gut geeignet. Für die Forscher unter uns jedoch und auch für die Sammler.... Daumen hoch und danke an Jeremy Hush für die wundervolle Reise mit Bienen, Eulen, Ameisen und Co. 💗

Sicuramente non consiglio questo mazzo di tarocchi per chi si approccia per la prima volta a questo "arte divinatoria". I disegni non sono di facile comprensione, soprattutto se si studia su manualistica di RW, ma artisticamente è un piccolo capolavoro. Bella la scatola cofanetto in cartone spesso, abbastanza buona la qualità del cartoncino per ogni lama, ovvio poi dipende sempre dall'uso continuo o meno. Discreto il manualetto di istruzioni, solo in inglese, con circa una 60 di pagine o poco più e istruzioni sulla carta diritta e invertita. Per me, il disegno di ogni singola lama, annulla ogni nota piccola nota stonata di questo mazzo se mai ve ne fosse. Le consiglio sì per collezionisti, un mazzo davvero da possedere.

This was an impulse buy for me, however I do not regret it one bit! I was expecting so and so art, a bit on the gothic side, but figured that even if I like only half of it, it would be nice. Turns out - the whole deck feels amazing :) Art is beautiful, backs are nicely decorated, the card stock is great, I love the box it comes in. The book could've been more detailed, but it is a RWS deck, so you can use it if you're not a complete beginner. The only card I don't like so far is the QoP - she's a bride. Such a different palette of colours from the rest of the deck, a totally different vibe! The card itself is pretty, but I don't feel it.

I love the Queen of swords and the Magician from this deck, beautiful deck and altough the accompanied book is small, i like that the imaged is explained and not the Rider Waite classic one

Die Karten sind wirklich wunderschön! Sie werden in einer stabilen Pappbox geliefert und such die Karten haben eine angenehme Größe und Qualität. Die Zeichnungen sind wirklich toll. Sie sehen in Echt noch besser aus als auf den Produktbildern. Das kleine Büchlein mit den Erklärungen zu den Karten und dem Legesystem ist auf Englisch, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf.

Mazzo interessante, adatto a chi conosca bene i significati “standard”. I colori non sono brillanti come nelle foto ma la qualità è buona. Non comunicano niente di strepitoso o molto diverso, ma vanno di certo bene per gli appassionati, i collezionisti ed i “fissati” come me :D

I looked at as many images as I could before purchasing these but felt disappointed when I saw the full deck. The artwork is beautiful and the card stock is good quality - but the actual cards didn’t resonate with me at all as there is a distinct lack of male presence in the deck. The kings are animals but the queens are human ladies and some of the major arcana are very basic. I wouldn’t have bought the deck had I known about the kings so I thought it was worth writing a review!

Tarot decks are a deeply personal thing, and sometimes you'll buy one based on one or two images that, when you see the whole deck, don't feel representative. That is far from the case here. Themes and styles are glorious and constant throughout the deck, and the artwork is stunning. A fantastic impulse buy!

La stampa ha colori un poco tutti uniformi, molto spenti. Ma forse è lo stile. Il cofanetto è molto ben fatto, ma l'abbinamento carte-disegni sembra fatto davvero a casaccio, almeno per il 70% degli arcani. Si evince da subito, appena visti i primi arcani maggiori. Poi, ma è una mia percezione, i disegni sono permeati da un senso di putrefazione, di morboso disfacimento. Non è il mio genere, ma credo che possa piacere ad alcuni. A me no. Inoltre, il retro delle carte, con i teschi, mi infastidisce, è un pò modaiolo e adolescenziale. I commenti sono interessanti, ma parecchio sbrigativi. Mi dispiace. La tecnica del disegno è senza ombra di dubbio impeccabile. Ma il senso di tutto questo lavoro, non mi ha fatto una buona impressione.
