Grayson Davis came back to their hometown after college to help a new generation of kids who might be reliving their own past as a bullied young teen and LGBT teens who are struggling to find their identities in small-town USA. Taking a job as a youth counselor at The Rainbow Kids Foundation is their dream come true… even if it means working for the very man who once bullied them. So what if they can’t forgive Clark Danvers for the past? They can peacefully coexist with Clark and that’s good enough for Gray. As for their personal life, well… who needs one? They have family, friends, and their crazy cat Spike. As for everything else? Well, there’s an app for that.
Add one flirty, pansexual biker who’s the opposite of an outlaw…
Canaan “Wolf” Matthews isn’t looking for love, let alone commitment. He’s busy running a club of bikers who do their part to rescue kids from bad situations, help abused spouses escape, and accompany social workers into the rough areas when it’s not a case for the cops but backup is a necessity. Meeting Gray while on his way home from a hookup—with the evidence clearly crusted on his shirt like a merit badge—isn’t quite the meet cute Wolf would’ve wanted when he found the one person who could make his little pan heart go pitter-pat. Like everything else in his life, Wolf decides to roll with it and see what happens.
To equal two people who might just be what the other needs.
Gray only wants to have fun with Wolf. No strings necessary. So why do they keep reaching out to the annoyingly cute biker when things get dicey for a teen who’s dealing with a situation that is far too relatable for Gray? Anxieties flare and forgiveness beckons as Gray starts to see their old nemesis, Clark, for the person he is today. Before Gray can plan a future, they need to make peace with their past. With Wolf’s support, can Gray finally learn how to forgive and find their way to a full and happy life?
This is the sixth book in the LOVESTRONG series about finding love and being yourself in a small town. Intended only for 18+ readers, this is an mm romance full of all the fun, laughter, and sweet feels you’d want from an S. Hawke book.

Closure and fulfillment
I have read all of the books in this series and I'll be reading any future ones as well. I love the characters and the world building that has gone on. Gray has had a lot happen in their past. They still suffers from PTSD, but they is working on it not taking them over. They have had a tough road to take, but we have been there most of the time as we watch Gray and Clayton grow and change. Wolf can't resist talking Gray up once he see them. He is a sucker for sass and snark. I love how persistent he is and that he takes suggestions well on how to act with Gray. He is playing a long game and he hopes that it pays off. I have loved reading about this town and all the lovely and crazy characters in it. I enjoy getting to see characters from previous books and seeing how everyone is connected. This story has to be one of the best ones in my opinion. The closure and understanding that come for Gray is perfect and necessary. You could read this book without reading the previous ones, but don't do that to yourself or to the series. Read them all so you really understand everything these guys go through. You get the true depth of their pain and the healing that they have lived through. You also get to enjoy all of the good times that come to them and the others in this series.
Sweet and surprisingly funny
I was so excited when I saw that this book was coming out and thrilled when it was to be released on audio, since I'd already binge listened to the previous audiobooks. I was not at all disappointed with this book; I enjoyed every minute. It was much funnier than I would've expected; (Wolf is a delight), so very sweet, and, if you're an easy crier, you might do that too. (I didn't, but I could see someone getting pretty misty at at least one point). There was a decent amount of suspense too. My only wish is that it would've been longer. I can believe that Gray and Wolf will have their HEA, but it would have been good for them to have had a little more time in between starting dating to I love yous. The narration was quite good and consistent with the previous books. I'm a little curious as to if any other books might be released in this series and if so, I'll be right on top of them.
Favorite in the series so far...
This may be my favorite in the series so far and out of such a phenomenal series, that is not nearly as hard for me to say as I thought it would be. I’ve been very impatiently waiting Gray’s story; he’s such a multi-faceted character and has the life experience of someone so much older. Wolf is honestly perfect for Gray. He challenges him and still supports him in every way. And, I can’t talk about this book without bringing up Clark’s continued growth and ability to continue to stand strong. His support of Gray, even when Gray can’t be in the same room without flashbacks, is steadfast and sure. I enjoyed the slow building of the relationship for Gray and Wolf. Their strong chemistry is great and, when paired with their ability to help and support each other, it is a joy to behold. I can’t recommend this book/series enough. It makes my heart happy.
Great series
I've really liked this whole series. This book, however, made me a little uncomfortable because, even though Clark deserved to be forgiven because he went through so much and came so far in trying to overcome his anger, the hugging scene with Grayson was just too Jerry Springer. It didn't seem genuine to me. Otherwise, I liked all the characters (I thought the drag queens and their trash talking was so fun) and I thought Wolf and Grayson made a great couple. I would have liked to see more of just them and a little less of Clark since he already had his own book. I'm looking forward to Asher's book.
Tears. Happy tears.
This story is more than I could ever think it would be. Susan you did such an amazing job with Grayson and their story. Honestly I hurt for them and Clark from the beginning of this series and to the previous book. But now to get them both and find out how things turn out and bringing wolf and the other Matthew’s brothers into the series is more than I could have hoped. I loved this. Cried happy emotional tears. It’s amazing. I love Grayson so much and wolf. Wolf is a special person who lights things up. Gray is sweet and sassy and so amazing.
Forgiveness
Susi, you exceed my expectations again. I have loved this series since the first book and each comes with their own set of tears. Here I cried for the boys both Grayson and Clark were. I cried for the small-minded bigoted fools who seem to function in so many places in the world. I cried because I saw them grow and become some amazing adults that make the world a better place. Honestly, I believe this should be read by anyone going through or has come out on the other side of the kind of hate they faced.
Awww...Wolf
I wanted and dreaded this book in equal parts! I loved this series with my whole heart and knew this would be the last book. Gray deserved to be free of his fear and to find love. Wolf is so protective and I fell in love with him when Rick and Clark were finding each other. I laughed and cried right along with Wolf and Gray. This book was amazing!!
A roller coaster ride
A beautiful story from beginning to end but an incredibly emotional ride. Bullying is and was a huge issue that today gets much more attention than it did in my youth. I don’t think you ever truly get over being bullied as a child or teenager, but as this story shows, there can be a happy ending. A fantastic read.
We needed closure
This book brought the closure and it was a wonderful story as well. I've read and enjoyed all the books in this series, but I loved Grayson's story. Thank you Ms. Hawke for a great read.
So good
Finally!!! I’m so happy we finally get Grayson’s story. I loved how the relationship between Grayson and Wolf happened. Looking forward to more from the Matthews family.

Loved it!
Totally recommend this book! Very well written! Highly entertaining and look forward to more books in this series!
Great
I loved it. Grays Strength is amazing to read about. It really shows how you can overcome bad things but that it’s not easy either.
I just can't
I get that conventional wisdom in soy sts victims must forgive in order to move on, but ad a victim I wholeheartedly reject the idea that I *have* to forgive someone who visited violence upon me. I read the author's note and I know they aren't trying to downplay the effects of PTSD but... that's exactly what I feel happened here. They downplayed it in the prologue. Clarke sexually assaulted Gray and from the moment the author decided to make Clarke a "redeemed" MC that has never been treated as the violation and violent act it is. Trauma is a hard thing to try and "both sides" and I feel like the author cared more about Clarke's redemption than Gray's healing. It was horriblely triggering and I really would not recommend this book for anyone who has been sexually assaulted or bullied.
Cutie and their Wolf...May not be fantasy, but FATE sure played a part. 🐺💜🦄
How to Forgive: Lovestrong Series Book #6 MMy Thoughts and Review: Is it weird to say I love the backend of Susi/ Susan’s books as much as the stories? Having her share info and places where the reader can find more info on themes and topics from the book always touches me. Just wanted to toss that into this little review salad. 😜 This book was EVERYTHING! It brought the Lovestrong Series full circle, because young Grayson is now all grown up, and returned to their hometown. Just as many of us who leave home, hoping to outrun our demons then go back, Grayson is nervous about facing down their childhood bully. The one person who made their life a true misery. Even though they know Danvers has grown up to become a decent person and has done all he can to atone for his past, Gray still struggles from time to time with what Clark Danvers did to them as a kid. Now, back home, Gray must face all these fears and more. There may be more than Gray bargained for when Wolf, a hot tattooed guy, with a souped-up bike, and a smile that screams trouble comes knocking…only thing to make this HEA more Fairy-tale-esque is the guy foretelling of grandchildren and happily ever afters of his own with Gray, whom he adoringly calls, “Cutie.” Too bad the snarky genderfluid person Wolf has imprinted on does not believe in HEAs. As a reviewer, I am sure folks get tired of reading repeatedly, how much someone loved a book. Until a word is invented that describes that all-encompassing feeling one gets when they remember the first time they knew what a real wobbly kneed kiss felt like. Or when someone cupped their cheek while looking so deeply into their eyes, they thought they would melt on the spot. Or the first time they held their favorite pet and the little thing snuggled under their neck completely trusting and content in their presence. Until a new word comes into being that evokes the emotions the word LOVE does, reviewers like me will go on using it. We will especially use it to state our feelings over how we feel over couples like Wolf and Grayson. How much we adore seeing MCs like Grayson so vibrant and alive and strong after all they battle and contend with, but still keep moving forward. I love those emotions, those types of characters, and those stories. THAT is exactly how I felt about this story, AND about the Lovestrong Series as a whole. I loved seeing Clark Danvers grow up, in his story, and now to see Grayson as an adult, taking on their demons, helping others who struggle in much the same way they did as a teen. I may have cried, but since it was in the quiet of my room, no one can prove anything. I also laughed. I mean, of course, I did…it is a Susan Hawke story for crying aloud. 😂 If you have not started the Lovestrong Series, do it! Because it is important. It will bring you joy and happiness, and you just might walk away a better person for it. Laughing creates unicorns and unicorns make rainbows and rainbows bring happiness…everyone knows that! Yes, even YOU can create unicorns by reading this story. Laughing, remember? 😂💜🤣 Enjoy! 🌈📚🌈 P.S. For any of the Series fans out there, Susan left a bit of a 🎉surprise🎉 at the end of the story, and the little girl that still lives in this old dragon is **squeeing** with delight! Maybe you'll like it better
Grayson, despite having a stellar support network, hasn't changed. He's still that prickly teen, scared of homophobes without having learned a shred of self-defense. He seems to trust less easily than as a kid, but there is no explanation why. He's doing what he wanted as a career, and gotten help for his PTSD. I didn't like him. Wolf is your basic knight in shining armor, can do no wrong, guy. He owns a bar he apparently never works at, and the characters never go there. He is president of a motorcycle club dedicated to good deeds, but we never meet even one other member. He never feels like a real guy to me. There is no humor in this book to make up for flat characters. The drama is predictable between Grayson and Clark. There is some action outside the relationship, but it's mostly one scene. So it all comes down to the chemistry between Wolf and Grayson. It isn't enough. Grayson holds back too much, so when they decide they love Wolf, it comes across as cliche. I didn't like Clark before his book, and Hawke carried it off, so I thought this book might be good despite not sounding good. It was only okay.
Beautiful story
What a powerful message wrapped up in a beautiful story about forgiveness. We first met Grayson in book one, as the bullied teen we wanted to hug and protect. We also briefly met teenaged Clark in that book as well. It is truly remarkable at how much has changed since then for both of them. Even after years of healing, and therapy, we can still suffer from events that have occurred in our lives. Even if it’s no longer all of the time. This book is Clark and Gray’s final leg of this part of their life journey. Watching them throughout this book tugged at all of my heartstrings. I felt for both men. This was very well written, and handled with respect and a lot of care, without sacrificing the other aspects of the story, such as Gray’s burgeoning relationship with Wolf. Man, I loved them together. Their snark and banter were great, and I loved how they fed off each other. I enjoyed watching Wolf have to practice some patience with Gray. You could tell it was not something Wolf was used to doing, but he knew it was worth it. I love how all of the characters we’ve come to know, and love, were very present in the story. It’s always fun to catch up with ‘old friends’. Sometimes that’s exactly how it feels...like they’re old friends of mine. I was happy to read that Ash’s story is next. It ought to be just as fun as the others have all been, and I can’t wait to read it. ***Copy provided to Bayou Book Junkie for my reading pleasure. A review wasn’t a requirement. ***
Forgiveness and redemption
I would describe this more as Grayson and Clark’s book than Grayson and Wolf’s book. I thought the book did a good job at redeeming the bully which is a difficult thing to do. Forgiveness is important for the ‘forgiver’ and with that kind of physical violence, it generally doesn’t mean you become friends with the perpetrator. However in his situation Grayson will be in close proximity to Clark due to family connections. I did like being able to see this part of Clark’s life where he truly has tried to redeem himself knowing no matter what he does it won’t make up to Grayson what happened. As much as we don’t want to sympathize with that bully, if we truly believe in second chances as we all say we do, then we have to allow somebody to do what Clark has done and let go of our own prejudices. This was a good story. Wolf and Gray didn’t seem like a real couple to me. I liked Wolf and I liked Grayson but I could not stand Wolf calling Gray ‘Cutie’! Sure, once in a while would be fine but as his pet name, what he constantly called him? No! That’s what you call a 10 year old and it just felt so fake whenever he used it. Totally took me out of the story every time; it surprised me how much it tainted their story for me. Truthfully it just didn’t seem like a pet name Wolf would use or one Grayson would accept. This was a good book despite some of the things I didn’t like. I absolutely recommend it and it has made me want to read the series from the beginning again.
5*
I know this story is mainly about Wolf and Grayson, but it’s also so much about Gray and his relationship with Clark and all that had happened. It was a hard story to read in that it was emotional. I remember what happened to Gray, and then what happened to Clark and all that Clark went through. And it tore me up. And it broke my heart too, because it had to take so long for things to finally come to peace. But you can’t rush forgiveness. You can’t rush grief or trauma and things like that. So it was hard to watch on both ends that these two were going through. Wolf had a hand in helping things though. The whole Matthews clan did and I found it ironic considering Clark was married to a Matthews. But all the Matthews had been through their own crap and it was hard on all of them. They all have a past that took a lot to get over. So they understand. When Wolf got caught up in looking at a great looking butt, he got a small shock when the person turned around and it was a beautiful looking man. Being pan, Wolf was happy as a pig in mud, but Gray was on to him quickly, especially when looking down and seeing the evidence of the previous night on his shirt. But Wolf was hooked. They played it casual for a long while, trying not to admit how they really felt about the other. But when danger came for Gray, things started to look a lot different in life, and Gray had to finally admit, it was time to forgive Clark and move forward with Wolf. That’s if he got out of this situation alive. I can’t help but admire the Matthews clan. I really can’t. With Clark being one of them, being married to Rick, they knew the situation with Gray. And with Clark seeking forgiveness and making his apology, he did what he needed to do to move on. But I loved that no one held it against Gray that he couldn’t forgive yet. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to, but the PTSD would creep up or certain things would trigger him and it would set him off. Yes, it hurt Clark, but he understood it. And he didn’t hold that against Gray. He often wanted to cry, but he had grown so much. And with Wolf being a part of Gray’s life, Wolf was a calming ear that listened with no judgement or anything at all. They all knew it was going to take time. And when it was time, it would be worth it. And it was. Because it wasn’t a fake thing. It meant that Gray had searched every part of himself, he had seen evidence with his own eyes of Clark’s own bad past, saw the evidence of how much Clark had changed and what he was doing to continuously help change things for the better. And because Gray got to process and really see things as they were with no judgement, the forgiveness he gave was like sunshine to the world. It meant something. It meant that things were changing and for the good. It meant there was hope and that life was going to move forward. It wasn’t easy getting there. There were some bad circumstances involved in the book that made things worse. But it was worth it in the end. Because finally, they could both have peace. There’s a message in this book that is repeated over and over and it’s so true. Forgiving someone is not for them, it’s for you. It’s purging yourself of the anger and hatred and everything else, so you can move on and find all the good. It doesn’t mean you have to forget. It doesn’t mean that it’s an easy process, but for your health and sanity, move on. They obviously have, most often. Most often after someone has really hurt us, they could care less anymore. Unless you’re stuck in a bad situation, in which I hope you find a way out. This was one heck of a book, but you better bring tissues. It’s an emotional but healing journey. And I’m glad this book was written.
Fabulous
I've been looking forward to Grey's story since the first time we met them. Clark's story just made me want more about Gray even more. So, yay for this one! Grayson is definitely a fantastic unicorn. They have come so far and through so much and grown so much. I think that they are definitely a good person, and they definitely have the right goals in mind. It's obvious that they really want to make sure that they leave the world a better place than it was. Wolf is just a hoot. The meet cute isn't really all that cute, but it is definitely funny AF. I've always enjoyed the fact that he is so different to his brothers, but still has the same good heart that their mama instilled in all of them. I was so happy to get this book. There were parts of it that were really hard to read, but they were necessary parts of the journey that everyone had to go through in this one. Fantastic.
Worth the wait
I know when it came time for Grayson's story, the muse wasn't cooperating. Because the author wanted to do justice to Gray's journey, she put the series on hold until it felt right. I'm so glad she did, because this book but me in all the feels. Grayson is such a survivor and has come so far since events in How Not to Blend. They have so much spirit and sass, plus the strength to step back into situations not unlike their past in an effort to help others. Wolf is such a perfect match for Gray. I enjoyed his low key, yet persistent pursuit of Gray. I have to admit when I read the forgiveness scene, more than a few tears escaped. It's nice seeing both Gray and Clark be able to look beyond the past and find peace. I voluntarily received an advanced copy of this book in return for an honest review.
Finding his peace
Gray was on a mission, a mission to let any teen suffer the way, they had. Thus, the return to their hometown. Along his path comes Wolf, a man they didn’t expect, but a man who calls to all aspect of themselves. But, Gray carries a lot of baggage from their past and this has to be addressed and worked through. Wolf was just the man to help them, with his patience, love and passion. This was a bit of an emotional read. The growth of Gray was amazing. This was their journey of learning to forgive and ultimately finding the peace they needed to move forward in life. Wolf was their perfect compliment. The storyline flows well and the addition of the past characters enrich this story very well. Highly recommended. I voluntarily received an arc of this book.
Emotional & Heartfelt
I truly cannot describe just what an incredible story this is. To not only finally get Gray's HEA but to also see just how far they and Clark have come. This whole series has been incredible but this is the culmination of watching Clark and Gray from the beginning and seeing just how much each has changed and especially how much better Clark has become and Gray's capacity for acceptance and forgiveness. Wolf is just perfect for Gray, he truly understands them, accepts them just as they are, and has the patience and care to take things at Gray's pace. I truly love how perfect Gray and Wolf are together and watching their relationship evolve. It was a roller coaster of a ride but thankfully my tears were mostly from sheer happiness. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
One of the most important reads this year
Having read the first book in the series and knowing how Clark and Grey got their start, this was, I think, the most important book in the series so far. It's not just fluff, sweet emotions and an HEA (although those are all there). It's the culmination of YEARS of hard work, therapy, and personal growth on the parts of both bully and victim. It's a vivid demonstration if what can be, if we, as individuals, choose to take responsibility for our own actions, turn our focus outward instead of inward, and choose to employ empathy as a powerful tool in our own growth path. I hope you'll take the time to read this. It is well-written, the story flows with ease and the lessons are powerful. Spend the time. You'll come away enriched, I promise.

Grayson’s story. 🤍 Feels like we’ve waited forever & yes, the wait was so very worth it!! This series has brought the reader through much trial and heartache, starting with meeting Gray as a 15yr old with a black eye and knocked out tooth. My favorite points : • the prologue takes place 18mths before the main story and Gray is open and honest with themself and others about their struggles & progress with PTSD. • the absolutely horrifically hilarious meet cute between Gray & Wolf • the amazingly snarky, sarcastic, and sweet human that Grayson has grown into • the strong, sweet, bracingly honest Wolf • that the storytelling doesn’t focus on Gray’s past, but rather their present and future ‘How to Forgive’ is sweet, funny, heart wrenching, and soul cleansing
I think this story had a very good point
I think this story had a very good point but I have a problem with how the official forgiveness came around. I love Gray and how they just blossomed over the years since we first met them and I know that he had been suffering due to the bullying that was done to them in high school. I loved watching them and Wolf verbally spar back and forth and how sweet Wolf was with them. I do love the work that The Rainbow Kids Foundation is doing and shows even more how far Clark has come since we last saw him. I look forward to reading Asher’s book. I received a copy of this book and am giving an honest review
How to forgive what seems unforgivable
Susan Hawke has written a wonderful addition to the Lovestrong Series. She presents a new episode in the Clark and Grayson story. Bullying is a topic of much concern and the author shows how it can lead to long lasting PTSD even with concentrated therapy and training in techniques to allow a person, Grayson in this case, to function well as an adult. While we don't know as much about what Clark went through to get healthy there are enough details given to know he had a terrible struggle too. Ms. Hawke creates memorable characters and Grayson's love interest, Wolf, is definitely one. The pairing feels good from the beginning and the story allows their lives to entwine flawlessly. Always a good read from Susan Hawke. ARC received for an honest review.
Grayson and Wolf
So we met Grayson and Clark in the first book How Not to Blend, so if you haven’t read this series yet I suggest you start there. That way you get to meet the amazing stories of the family. Let me warn you about Grayson’s story. It will make you cry, smile, laugh and love. It was such an emotional read. An Wolf is the perfect man to help Grayson move further in their future and to leave the past in the past. Wolf may see like well the big bad wolf but he is the sweetest, has a heart of gold, and goofy to boot. I absolutely loved their story and can’t wait for more from this author.
Best of the series so far
This is by far my favorite entry in this series. It has everything from dealing with a past invovling bullying, helping troubled kids and some amazing bikers. Watching Gray and Wolf dance around each other all while working as hard as they can to make life better for some kids with real problems as well as watching Gray and Clark try to navigate working together after the past they share was emotional and very satisfying. This is one I continued to think about after I finished it, imagining the future many of the characters will have. They are so well rounded you come to feel they are actually out there having a life after this book ends.
Spectacularly amazing!
Wolf is the most amazing and sensitive guy. He's also a big strong MC Prez. But his crew are above board and only do good. Gray is adorable but strong in character. They have issues but with help from everyone around them both things work out well. The storyline in this book is extremely well thought and even better written. The meet cute is brilliant! This book is so real and also entertaining, it jumps off the page. I very highly recommend this book! “I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.”
Oh, so good
And now we've come full circle. I fell in intense like with bullied teenager Grayson when he was introduced in "How Not To Blend", his father's love story. Grayson & his truths & struggles have played out across the How Not To series. Now our Unicorn has his story. Because you really need to read the How Not to series, I'm not going to go into any details other than to say that Gray's & Wolf's tale was quite emotional & a powerful tale of acceptance, forgiveness, & best of all, so much love.
Forgivness and Love
This was really, really good. First off, it was good to see that Clark was working hard to make amends for all the crap he projected on everyone! Grayson was a bullied teen in book one. Now he’s a counselor helping teens find their own identity. He meets Wolf in a coffee shop. The banter and snark between them are hysterical!! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Grayson again as an adult. I loved that we got to revisit all the queens and am super excited for more of Matthews boys! I am voluntarily leaving a review form an advanced copy that I was gifted. My reviews are solely based on my thoughts and opinions.
Forgiving
Grayson went off the college and got their degree in psychology. Unable to find a job in their field, they returns home. Once there they find a job at the center for kids. Unfortunately, Clark the bully from their youth is on the centers board. They know they'll have to work around him. Then they meet Wolf and things get interesting. Clark is also Wolf's brother-in-law. This story was very moving. Dealing with bullying and sexual orientation made you step back and really think. I loved their journey.
LOVE WOLF AND GRAYSON
Susan Hawke's How To Forgive is the sixth book in the LOVESTRONG series. It is a contemporary MM romance that is packed full of hilarious scenes, sweet moments, hot interactions, interesting characters, and a fun story. Grayson and Wolf are fantastic.... and I love them together. I love the healing that comes from the story and the emotions. I love how this book makes me feel while reading and after. I was able to read an advanced copy of this title and am reviewing voluntarily and honestly my own thoughts, opinion and reactions based on that copy.
Awesome
This book was very good. We met grey in the first book as a scared boy who was being bullied for being different. In the last book we saw Clarke, his former bully, find his redemption and he asked Grey for forgiveness, and in this book we see how Grey and Clarke are anle to bevome friends. But we also see a relationship between Grey and Wolf, an MC president, who helps protect kids that have been abused. Grey and Wolf start out as a one night stand and become so much more! This book was well written and i absolutely loved it.
Slightly dissatisfied
Hmm so I was really excited to get Gray's story but I wish it wasn't so overshadowed with his relationship with Clark. I get it was the whole premise but while I enjoyed how the relationship between Wolf and Gray progressed I wish we had more of them together. They're a fun couple and while I appreciate the need for this story I think Wolf got a little overlooked and didn't get the story he should have. I received this as an ARC and voluntarily leave this review.
There's Value in Forgiveness
This was a really beautiful story about the aftermath of working to overcome bullying as well as the growth and change that the bullyer has gone through. I enjoyed the romance piece between Gray and Wolf as well as the shenanigans from both families and friends. Life sometimes comes full circle and this was such a good HEA for all those around. Also, as a social worker in real life, I'm always excited to see a character with that background or experience.
So good
I really loved Grayson and Wolf's story. First because, yes to Bikers who do good. And it's a great realistic love story. But also because we got to see Clark and Grayson come full circle. The part about the way school deal with bullies is true and as a parent of a child who has been bullied and tormented, I glad that they bring awareness but somethings still need to change. This is a book that I won't forget anytime soon. Thank you to Susan Hawke.
Amazing story
I have been waiting forever for Grayson and wolf’s story and it was amazing. Loved there meet and greet it was sooo fun. They have amazing relationship and it was fun and snarky. They did have some ups and downs and a very scary time and I was so worried about Clark but in the end it all works out for the best and I was soo glad for this amazing adventure. Love all theses characters and hope there is more about all of them to come.
Brick by brick
This book was beautiful, poignant, and touched my soul. Parts of it were hard to read and had me in tears but you won’t want to miss the joy, hope and healing that awaits. “I want to be with you...because you’re everything I could want in a partner.” I’ve wanted Grayson to find their happily ever after since we first met them. They’re a wonderful mix of snark, sass and clever; whereas, Wolf was so much more than I expected. His bold and charming nature is just what Gray needs in their life. Heartwarming, beguiling and full of feels, this book is a true unicorn.
Emotionally satisfying
What a wonderful story. Grayson has been through so much in his life and he believes the best thing is to keep his heart protected at all costs. To him love is a myth. Wolf comes from a family of acceptance and love. He has a fierce urge to protect and the need to help those who can’t help themselves. This meet cute was beautifully done. I simply adore all the characters and surprises this series has.
Worth the wait!
I felt like so much growth happened for Grayson and I’m glad I got to see the results of it in their book! While there were some really serious scenes throughout this book there were some LAUGH OUT LOUD moments too! for example, when Wolf and Grayson meet for the first time! Ugh this book was everything I hoped for and I’m really glad the author was able to move forward with the series!
Wolf and Gray!
Susan Hawke doesn't disappoint in pulling me right into a story. I just absolutely love Gray and Wolf so much. Wolf is exactly what Gray needs and I just couldn't be happier for them. Then to see that Clark and Gray working things out just even with it not being easy. My emotions everywhere as I was reading and I love it. Another winner in my book.
Emotional and riveting
I am thrilled to see a resolution of Clark and Grayson. This book was very emotional and had me crying. Luckily, Wolf and Grayson use humor for everything!! Watching that relationship develop was so perfect. Although neither one is perfect, their meet cute is just one example, the feeling of rightness between the two was fascinating! ❤️💜❤️
Really love!!
This story was fantastic. I had a smile on my face while reading most of it. Grayson and Wolf are perfect characters for each other. I was happy to read about Clark and how far he's come with his battle also. Grayson and Clark both had some demons to fight and issues to overcome. I love the way the author wrote Grayson's battle with PTSD and panic attacks. They felt real and we were able to watch him get through to the other side!!!
Loved it
I loved this book so much that I read it in one sitting. There were so many emotions going through all the different characters that Wolf and Grayson were so emotionally challenged. I received an advanced copy of this book and was not required to leave a review
Lovely ending
Reading Gray's story was so emotional. We get to see how the young teen from book 1 free into the person he is now. I truly loved his journey. We were shown it wasn't an easy one, but one he worked hard at. I adored Wolf. He never pressured Gray. He was totally supportive and sweet.
Grayson and Wolf.
I really enjoyed Grayson and Wolf. I enjoyed their story and relationship. Once i started this book i couldnt put it down, it just draw you in and holds your attention, I thought Grayson and Wolf really worked well together and just fit together.
Wonderful story of forgiveness
Grayson has had a helluva life, with himself, bullying and growing up. When he comes home after college and meets Wolf, he's good with casual. As things and situations change, forgiveness occurs. Life ahead looks bright.
Yay for Gray
Been waiting for Gray's story and was not disappointed. Gray and Wolf are officially my favorites. This story was super emotional. I was definitely glad to see Gray work through their troubles with Clark.
Good drama
It wrapped up kinda quick, but I loved reading Greyson’s story finally! The banter was funny and I liked how it wasn’t super serious all the time. Great drama, good balance between the heavy and light.
Beautiful completion to Clark and Grayson's story
Beautiful story showing the growth of the characters through out the series . Shows the growth of the characters from teenagers to competent and loving adults
Heal and Forgive
These two titles go together -- as we see Clark and Grayson (grown up since the first book in the series) finally getting their circle completed. Lovely.
So great to see diverse romance!!
I really enjoyed this book, it was sweet, sexy, scary in parts, and ultimately satisfying! I really identified with the characters and overcoming bullying in the past. Going to check out the rest of the series!
Wolf and Gray
Wolf and Graysons story is cute and quirky with some amazing strong characters. I loved that we get to see Clark and Gray work things out. This is a great addition to this series
Love Grayson and Wolf
Starts with a cute meet at the coffee show and ends with a love match. Some angst along the way and two strong characters finding their HEA.
Years And Cheers
Gray and Wolf's story was great , but I got to be honest and say Gray and Clark's conclusion made this story perfect, the perfect ending for the two who started out horrible.
Love it
I was so happy to finally get Wolf's story and for him to end up with Grey it was perfect. I teared up a few times but the little humor thrown in was perfect . I can't wait for As here's story.
so good!
this is such an amazing series..and to see this man and how far he has come.. wow... i loved it so much.. loved it and the writing like always is superb.
Still not a Grey fan.
I have to admit, I went into this book really not liking Grayson. My reasons were personal, but strongly felt. They're still not my favorite character in the series, but they redeem themself a bit here.
Wow what can I even say
What can I even say about this book as always she does an amazing job with this one hits home the most I love how The right pronouns were used and how when it wasn’t it was called out my child is Non-binary and if I let them read books like this I would definitely recommend this book to them.
Brilliant
Susan handled this story of Clark and Grayson with compassion and understanding. Wolf and Grayson 's not romance leading into a fantastic love story.
Loved!
I absolutely loved Graysons story! It was so sweet to finally get closure for gray and Clark! Such a good book!
Worth the wait!
This book was so worth the wait. It was so nice to see how much Grayson has changed since the first few books. I can't wait for the next book.
an emotionally well written love story
My emotional response to this book took me by surprise. It is a very well written story. Gray and Wolf deserve their happy ending.
Loved this
