This book will change your whole perspective on network marketing, and make you a believer. I've personally know Toni going on 4 years. I was impressed with how the book is written. More like someone is sitting across from you and speaking to you vs being lectured to with a how to guide approach, as many similar books are structured. Simply stated, if you like real, than this is the book for you.

Couldn't put it down! There is a lot of information out there for Network marketers but I like her cut to the chase amazing nuggets and the homework at the end of each section to really push you to sit down and do the work! Definitely recommend this book to anyone!

I am not in the network marketing business but found many useful ideas to implement into my life?business. I love the "homework" section at the end of each chapter- to self reflect and see where we may be stuck and may need some work in moving forward. I also found the "Qualities of Coachable Spirit" helpful reminders. It is an honest story and I love how the family supports one another. It is an easy read. You can just read a few pages before heading out for your day and they will serve as inspiration and motivation. Favorite quotes from the book: "Be a ducky and roll with it!" "You and you alone must believe in yourself." "Continually putting yourself out there when it comes to your business takes time, and hearing lots of "nos," But if you're not getting at least 20 nos every week, you're not putting yourself out there enough." ,

This book was Phenomenal... As are the authors Toni and Jay. This book shows and teaches us how to conquer the inside job and do the outside work. It’s an easy read with great examples, teaching points, and reinforcing homework after each chapter. They were able to not only put into words but lead by true example how effing simple this business is when you have all the areas discussed in the chapters in place. This is a book I will refer to often , give to new market partners and live by. From my heart, I met Toni back in 2009 and Jay a bit later. Just like she explained in the book, she has worked hard on the inside job and transformed into one of the most beautiful women I know , with a servent heart, an unbelievable work ethic , and a passion for networking marketing, while being family centered. Provided me with simple steps to follow from someone who did it. It's an easy-to-follow can't put down type of book that gives me hope I too, will be there one day. One small step at a time. Having Met Toni, the author, I can tell you this is her 100% This is one genuine woman and this no nonsense book is the new bible for network marketing. Particularly the Income Producing Activity Chapter! So often people join and are stymied as to what to do or they wonder why they aren’t making money (who makes money before they do any actual work?). This book takes the mystery of out success and tells you dead on balls accurately how to do it right. My favourite book. I didn’t need religion or self love as much as I needed a to do list lol.

Toni and Jay really tell it how it is in a way that gets you fired up and ready to work harder and put yourself out there more. As soon as I was done reading Effing Simple, my husband read it too! After reading this book I am getting up earlier and working harder with a much better mindset than ever before. I am really enjoying the extra web content that sends the educational journey home after finishing the book. I will be getting this book for all of my new team members and after reading this I know there will be many more!

Toni writes clearly and with an easy understandable perspective! I love her candid stories about her journey. She tells it like it is but does not frighten one away from wanting to jump on this fabulous train. I read the last page last and do everything she suggests except exercising.

This book touched me so deeply that I was brought to tears. Toni tells it like it is and shares how she grew her business. I am implementing her strategies to get out of debt myself. Thank you Toni and Jay for keeping it #effinsimple.

Keep it simple! Do the "do"! Be consistent! Forget paying for all those "gooroos" out there to learn how to be a network marketer! You are putting your time and money into programs as an EXCUSE to keep learning and not just getting out there and doing the do! (preaching to the choir here!) From the first time I meant Toni, she said it is really simple. I kept thinking, no it can't be that simple. There has to be a secret to this success. She must be holding something back! I LOVE that this book is concise and written from the heart of one of the most successful network marketing direct sales gals in these United States of America. I love that she shared how she became successful all the way through today. She inspires and encourages me. She cuts to the chase and is honest. I know now what I am doing wrong and also doing right while trying to climb to the top of Monat. Direct sales have evolved through the years. Toni demonstrates how to be successful in our techno world. I have read it twice and am reading it for the third time!

Its refreshing to hear her story leading up to her success. We can all get stuck (was there when joining my Network Marketing Company) in a victim role so quickly & it will suck us down the drain. Personal growth is so important. She shares her insight and experiences with Love & Great Character.
