A Bit Disappointed
Happy that Stephanie Gully took the time to put the book together for it is not an easy task, especially for an Alkaline DIet. The disappointment came in when meals listed on the meal plan didn't make the book, i.e "Date Night Garlic Bake" swapping for a chickpea burger, not listed in the book, "Tropical Pina Colada Smoothie" - I'm thinking to swap out the TPC smoothie for the "Tropical Breeze" . The organization of the recipes is a bit off, the meal plan may list a recipe and when I go to the Table of Contents I don't see the name of the recipe listed, I then had to search through for the recipe page by page. Finally the Alkaline List of foods is inaccurate as well and there are alot of spelling errors which has you to guess what is needed to make the dish.
