Crocheting for beginners
crocheting is a craft that can be done with a very low upfront cost and this book does a beautiful job at teaching you all of the basics. Things like the different types of yarn, the different stitches. The projects in the book are all perfect for beginners and even people who have been crocheting for years and just want a project to do while watching TV. You still have time to learn a new skill and get some christmas presents made.

this beginner’s book has great basic techniques that will help you start up your patterns. so many helpful tips and tricks for you to learn and practice on. trying out the projects in this book will make you realize that crocheting is therapeutic hobby for a busy person because you get to be creative and “busy” without really stressing yourself.

This is a book for those who want to learn how to crochet. It has a significant number of explanations, definitions, how to explanations on crocheting. When it came to the written patterns, it however, is lacking. Each item needs to have a picture. There needs to be small pictures of stitches that it is using. they could also reference what page the directions for the stitch is on.

Very nice guide
I am starting to get into crocheting. My grandma taught me the basics, but I'd like to build on that. Going through this book I was able to follow along with a couple of the projects that I had yarn for.
Save your money
This book gives very simple general information about crocheting but does not really give much detail about how to actually crochet. Only a fewpages of diagrams about how to make a slipknot. Very overpriced and not the instruction that I was looking for. I already possess general knowledge about crocheting. I want to actually learn how to crochet. The description and the other reviews are misleading. I also bought a $6 booklet tat the same time that is spiral bound called crochet techniques and tips that is exactly what I want. Unless you are writing a grade school paper about crocheting, save your money and skip this book. I found better instruction online for free.
