Run-on sentences, punctuation errors, etc. make it difficult to read
Two pages into the book and I am inundated with run on sentences, punctuation errors, grammatical errors, and spacing issues. The publisher clearly did not review this book before printing. I understand some people state this book has helpful information, but it has been difficult trying to get past the first chapter. You are better off taking an online class or finding another book on the subject. Such a disappointment.
Thorough guide for those who may be struggling
As someone who struggles with both panic and anxiety attacks this book was of interest to me. Our insurance only covers so many visits to a mental health professional per year, so I needed to develop some skills to help myself in those in between times. This book has helped fill in those gaps. This book is aimed at helping people develop or build upon social skills. I think those are skills that nearly everyone needs and just about everyone could be better at. This book also intends to help reduce the number of attacks from panic or anxiety. The book details some CBT techniques (like alternate thoughts, breathing exercises, etc) that can help when an attack happens. I think this book will be a help to so many, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent book for lost if reasons. First is content. Lots of helpful facts and ways to deal with different situations. Second is material. The way each book is laid out is extremely helpful and makes for easy reading.
