Abide A Biblical Affirmation Coloring Book Reminding You Of Who You Are In Jesus: Large Size Bible Coloring Book With Scripture For Christian Women And Girls

I LOVE this book. I got it thinking to color and share the pages with others- to send them as encouragement in letters. However, the layout of the book has Scripture passages on one side of the page spread that are relevant to the I Am statement on the coloring page facing it. So, instead of preparing these as individual pages to send as gifts, I’ve been using them as a Scripture and truth meditation journal with my daughter. It is perfect for practicing dwelling on the truth and requiring thoughts (the practice of mindfulness as God originally intended in Philippians 4:8, for example). I have been learning how focusing on and interacting with a thought for 21 days requires your brain to rewrite long-standing automated thoughts- those thoughts that we unconsciously rely on to interpret and determine our reactions to events and activities around us. By using this book and revisiting these biblical truths, it is giving us multi day opportunities to interact with the truth, consider how deeply we believe it (or whether we struggle to accept it as true for us), to take any struggles or old thought patterns to God and invite Him to rewrite those thoughts, and consider how these central and foundational truths can and will influence and change our thoughts, actions, and feelings. Each page spread is unique and attractive. I find most of the designs inviting to color - not overly busy or tedious. Occasionally, some of the words are hard to find or interpret in the design- makes my eyes boggle a bit, but I suspect that they’ll pop off the page once color is added. I just haven’t completed those pages. I’m actually enjoying adding just a little color to various pages each day so that I get to encounter multiple truths multiple times each day. I highly recommend this product. There are SO MANY great truths in the book! It’s exciting and overwhelming (in a good way) to see so many of the things we are in Christ laid out like this. This book is likely to last for at least a year of intense study. I hope more are being created! I would also love to see this author design cards or colorable and frame-able products to be used to share the joy and discovery of these truths with others. Maybe a notecard with the coloring design on the front and the related scripture within or on the back.

This coloring book has a variety of beautiful pictures and scriptures to color. They have a saying with decorations to color on the right and on the left is the full Bible verse. I attached a picture I’m working on as an example, as well as two more. This isn’t a little book with like 20 pictures, it’s a regular sized book with plenty to choose from. Love it!

Wow. This book went way beyond what I was expecting in a coloring book. Reading the affirmations on the left hand pages are wonderful even before you begin coloring. I bought five for family members for Christmas and will be buying more to share with friends. 2020 has been a difficult time but offering this book as a break is well worth the small cost.

I like that the lines aren't too small - easy on the eyes. I have loved this book!

The graphics are beautiful to color, the messages are powerful. The only thing I would have preferred is a use of a better quality paper on the print.

Many pages of scripture based coloring fun for children and adults alike!

I gave my daughter her coloring book tonight and we spent the evening talk about what each verse meant to her as we colored. She loves it, I love the time spent with her. Thanks for creating an opportunity for me to teach my daughter God’s heart for her!
